A friend recommended Henlow Computers, they collected it the same day. I got it back in full working order, working like a new machine. Their price for the job was very reasonable too.

Called Henlow computers straight after spilling a pint of water over my laptop. Was able to drop my laptop off within 20 minutes of the phone call and by the end of the day I was given an answer as to if it was fixable or not. Was told due to the extense of the damage I may have lost all of my data and be left without a laptop at all. However, Henlow computers done an amazing job, fixed the whole laptop and saved every single document at a very very reasonable price & picked up the following day. Cannot recommend this company enough, also very friendly & efficient. Lastly, a big thank you!

I have used Computer Rehab over a period of 6-7 years now. Each problem has been varied and on different devices and we haven't had a problem yet that ken hasn't resolved effectively.
Ken is lovely, If your like me and not to hot on today's quickly moving tech stuff then Ken will put you at ease. He is genuine and trustworthy. He will only charge you for time he spends working on your computer not time he has spent waiting on downloads. He will go above and beyond when it comes to your technical difficulties and doesn't like to be beaten by a problem. He has even tested out a problem on his young son's device first before working on mine, even though my device was the one with the problem. I'm sure his son would not have been too happy with him.
ken is thoughtful too, he even has been known to send out to his clients warning emails of scams, this the type of guy he is, his sole priority is to help you and he loves what he does! It doesn't get any better than this guy.

Sadly not a great experience!
I had my iPhone 6s screen changed, and now the touch screen doesn’t work correctly. It work perfectly before, just a cracked screen.
I have returned the handset twice, and the screen was changed free of charge 👍🏻
I have returned for a 3rd after no improvement, and now being told it’s an internal issue, which is likely to happen when you changed a screen costing £70!
At no point during any conversion was this information told, if so I would of lived with a cracked screen.
I believe this issue has been caused by IFIX and should be corrected by themselves, and not at a cost to me.
Subsequent, I am now left with a business phone which i can’t answer or get into.

My iPhone 6 battery needed charging constantly. I finally went to Ifix, it took the lovely man ten minutes to change the battery. I wish I had gone sooner rather than putting up with the annoyance for far too long.
It cost me £30 , bargain! And I learned the following things:
A battery will generally last two years before it starts to degrade
Don’t leave it charging all night, let it get to 20% then charge til full and unplug.

Did a great job repairing my iPhone 6s screen, which was badly smashed. Took around 15 minutes, was done there and then, and has worked great since. Comes with 3-month warranty too. Highly recommend.

I rang Sensible PC support and I was able to take my computer to them immediately. I picked it up again on the Friday morning- all working well again. The cost of £60 I found to be very reasonable. I'm a freelancer, and my pc is essential to me - so when it all went wrong and I couldn't sort it out it was not a good morning for me.
In desperation I went on line and I found Piers. He was very quick to respond, very reassuring and helpful, and he made it all better. Phew!
It's a big comfort to know there's help on the end of the line if I have another problem.

Absolute geniuses. My machine was bricked from a bad windows update conflict. I couldn't even get to Safe mode to try to resolve it. After 4 hours trying every online thing, i brought it to a guy in Hitchin. He said he would have to wipe it as there was nothing else to be done.
I brought it to COR instead. There, they went through a load of bypassing, not only saving my data, but also restoring my laptop. When they told me the problem and what they had to do i was amazed I would NEVER have figured it out.
They are not the cheapest, but they earn their money.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Went to Tech trade in on Wed 06.04.16 and was met by a gentleman who was very helpful and explained what I needed. I said I would be back the next day. I have just come back from there at 1pm on 07.04.16 and was meant by a young man eating his sandwiches behind the counter. He ignored me briefly and carried on munching his sandwich. I explained I had been in the day before and tried to remember exactly what I was told by Kevin the day before. My lack of computer knowledge was met by the young sales assistant looking at me vacantly.He offered nothing and saw I was struggling . On return to write this. I now know it is a SSD that I required. I was calling it a speed drive. I didn't need the hard drive as wanted computer quicker. He still looked at me vacantly. I wanted to use a local shop as i am local .I will be encourage locals not to use this shop.He quickly sat down and carried on eating his sandwich. This shop will not last with service like this.

I contacted D-Tech (aka Tech Trade-in) to upgrade my gaming desktop as it was coming to the end of its use. I was unsure what parts would fit in my PC and budget that would run the games I was looking at.
Dominic and I emailed each other for months in which Dominic reviewed multiple possible parts for me for no extra cost! Furthermore, he even recommended that I buy the parts online as it would be cheaper.
For only £55, Dominic cleaned my (extremely dirty) PC and installed the new parts. He picked up the PC and returned it the next day! My old Wifi card would not fit in with the new video card so Dominic not only returned it but also included a USB Wifi to allow me to connect to the internet.
When I found the PC would not start, Dominic came out on a Sunday (apparently on his way back from a wedding!) and fixed it. As he predicted, my 500w power supply was not enough for the build and so he undertook to install a new power supply at the cost of the part only!
All-in-all I had a better experience with D-Tech than I possibly could have hoped for and would recommend them to everyone! Frankly Dominic couldn’t have been better!

Very good for repairing if you live near tech trade in you should go there they sell games, computers and tablets and also repair stuff like computers and have nice staff and have repaired my computers a few times and once when I had a hard drive replacement one of the workers redownloaded steam for me.

Got a card saying there was a parcel to be collected, so had to go there. I did not get a greeting, and was not asked how I could be helped, he just put his hand and snatched the card and disappeared to find the parcel and then handed over the parcel without a word. He really needs to go on a Customer Service course.
Usually go to Stotfold if I need a Post Office.

I had an appointment in this Barclays today. I arrived early and was greeted by two smiling ,welcoming and polite members of staff. I was offered a drink and one of the members of staff tried to see if I could been seen early. I was told about their free wifi to help pass the time whilst she was checking. Unfortunately this wasn't possible and the lady taking my appointment had fallen sick. The staff went over and above to ensure I was seen on time and even helped me get my car parked in their car park didn't catch the ladies name who helped be but thank you . Despite everything I was seen on time by Lisa who was amazing ,so helpful , reassuring and friendly. The branch was clean and modern clearly well organized with professional staff who take pride in their work.

Not a review just apologies for photo of actual site not the wrong marker on Google being upside down don't know why no other photos went upside down and in gallery photo correct way up so I can't explain at least it's the correct location you just have to see upside down
What I can't understand is why one can't delete a photo as simple as I can a review?
One has to go into Google + and delete photo from there sadly now have deleted loads of photos I needed what a crazy set up I assumed delete a photo in Google would still leave it in gallery boy was I wrong

Not the best bank. Staff in branch often can't be bothered to assist with enquiries and just fob you off so they don't have to deal with problem.
Reviewed sept 2019 still experiencing problems with account now branch opening hours are so limited, 10-4 weekdays does not really allow for anyone who works for a living to access the branch.

Computers gone mad. I’m here in a queue. That’s what you do at NatWest. They have a receptionist who can do little. There’s always staff around but only one person manning them. In addition they still have not handled our mandate to change names on the account for what..... 2.5 MONTHS!!!!
Can’t wait to get control on the account so I can close it!!

The people at Hitchin Natwest Branch act like that underpaid employee that just want you out as you are not ordering from the main list.
Went to the bank mandated by their phone team to be identified as a new signatory in a business account. Their reply was rudely the natwest business phone team is incorrect, go away, we can't help you.

I went to HSBC Hitchin branch to see what my options were if I renewed my existing mortgage. Wendy Watts was the personnel helping me. She patiently helped me in every stage of setting up the online and mobile banking and giving me all the quotes for the renewal. I think HSBC customer service in the branch is excellent, which changed my mind from their telephone banking experience. I was seriously considering changing the bank but now I will happily stay with them.

There is almost never anyone behind the counter yet there are always at least two members of staff just hanging about by the self-service machines. What is the point? Even basic services like getting change are impossible to do.

Branch in Biggleswade was closed last year.
This branch picks up that trade, yet not open on Saturday and closed before 4:30 every weekday. So no service to people in full time work! You have to visit during office hours if it’s a query requiring contact with bank staff.
Shall be moving my business account somewhere else.

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
