AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Really Bad Attitude from staff, Charged £25 as soon as I walked through the door?
I felt like a hindrance to them, I was then charged an extra £35 the next day for time £60 total and they couldn't even fix my PC.
Took it to another repair shop just down the street and they had it working next day for just £30.
Avoid this shop they are overpriced and not very good at their job.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to, so other people like me aren't ripped off again.

Don’t waste your time on this idiot, paid him to fit fresh components into a £1200 gaming pc. He left 2 screws on the motherboard which eventually made it die / burn out. He fixes things to make it break so you’ll come back.

If I could give it Zero I would . Tried to withdraw funds but instead of returning money they actioned a DD for the same amount from a current account. With no mandate or permission I think that's called theft! Customer services are "writing a letter" to the department concerned and there's no impetus for them to do anything it seems . Don't trust them poor service and may leave you penniless

Post Office Money's bank account is awful.
Their online banking is antiquated. If you want to make a bank transfer payment, for instance, they send you a security code in the post! And, of course, you never receive it. So to make a simple payment it takes you weeks and weeks!
Same with doing everything else: the simplest process that you can do online or on the telephone with any other bank, with Post Office Money you have to write a letter and, if you are lucky once in a blue moon, they may receive it and action your request.
There's no bank branches, so you have to use the Post Office's ailing branches. These are woefully understaffed and only one counter out of four or five is usually manned. So you have to queue up for an eternity each time.
Awful, awful, awful.

Appalling service - visited First trust Bank DUNGANNON today 29.7.2019 to perform a seemingly simple task - exchange £12 in bagged up 2p & 1p coins for a £10 note and two £1 pound coins ..... Cashier said this was impossible and could only accept £5 of such coinage. I then asked to speak to the manager or D/manager and was told NEITHER was available .. I then found a Mr. McKeown on the floor and explained my problem ... He explained there was absolutely nothing he could do - even for a customer with over 30 years loyalty to this bank. So there it is - I get paid zero interest on my cheque account .... I settle my FIRST TRUST CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT every month and ,as stated, have been a customer for over 30 years - yet all this pales into total insignificance when I have temerity to seek a simple money exchange !

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
