Exceptional service, highly recommended. I have some experience with PC building but was unable to diagnose an issue I had with a new build that would not boot. After dropping off my PC, the problems were quickly isolated (incompatible BIOS version for processor and PSU issues) and fixed. Very thorough and great communication throughout. Needed a new battery fitted to my Samsung tablet, rang Quickfix at 10.30 they had one in stock, I delivered the tablet to them at around 11.30 and spoke to Lee who was very knowledgeable and helpful, I felt quite happy that my tablet was in safe hands.
At 3.15 in the afternoon I received a call from Lee that the new battery had been fitted and everything was OK and the tablet was ready for collection, so they have definitely lived up to their name, fantastic service ,I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot praise Quickfix computers in Banbury enough, in particular Lee who guided me through the process of transferring data from my old worn out PC to a re-furbished laptop purchased through him. Not being very technical myself, Lee was very patient and informative, nothing was too much trouble even to the extent I had to call him a few times to explain the windows 10 system. The service and also the quality of the laptop is superb, I thoroughly recommend both the company and Lee. Thanks very much all.

Has the usual electrical items in a convenient under 1 roof shop. However the comparison price point haggle for buying an item is a joke as although you will find the same electrical item in another store or online, currys add a letter or a number to there product and swear it's a different device. Staff friendly but are mid level with knowledge rather than experienced. Better advice found online or specialist stores.

When you buy a brand new oven you don't expect it to keep breaking down. I told my parents to buy from here instead of second hand because I thought it would have no issues for at least a year,, 3 months later and we're living without a working oven. Beware if you buy something and have to have it fixed it takes at least 10 days before they come out,, and keep an eye on their work as the first tech guy buggered up the fan and caused more issues that they now have to sort out.

Can’t return my faulty Imac as it has been opened! Consumer rights says that it is upon the retailer to provide a replacement or refund. Instead they want me to send it off to Apple. Literally couldn’t make it up. Also plastic shrinkwrap scattered in various places on the floor, an accident waiting to happen.

I went to get Bluetooth earplugs and they had two models. One they said is for workout and one, the more expensive one, that is normal. I bought the more expensive one, overruling the guy serving me, and now can say I should have taken the other. 😣
The best about the place, you can buy nearly any model mobiles without contract. What is not in stock can be ordered.

I am so grateful for the help of the staff at Mail Boxes etc when I needed an item couriered at short notice. They are so lovely and helpful, even when the couriers could not reach the person who was supposed to take delivery they went above and beyond contacting the courier company about holding it locally short term and providing all the contact details for the delivery to be rearranged/package be collected.

The face to face contact when dealing with a problem in Banbury was superb.
However, dealing with th Post Office customer service centre in Newcastle subsequently was anything but. It was arduous and inconclusive. Three attempts to get a live person to talk to and then disconnected before the problem could be solved. An hour and a quarter wasted on the phone.
So, good locally, awful when dealing with customer service.. H

Delivered my parcel to Park road instead of park close and left the item on the floor of the flats lobby. Thankfully an honest person informed me of this misdelivery, however last year 5 parcels total value £100 when missing, I wonder who they delivered them to?! Absolutely horrible service!
I've come to Bloxham Post Office to post my Christmas cards on the 14Dec19.. with 3 different sizes of the envelopes. As there were also few people in the shop and only one customer service rep. he tried to serve both customers from the PO and the shop at the same time which caused a massive chaos. He did not explain the prices of the stamps nor he finished giving me all of them when I was asked to pay and leave. I've been told that he do not have a £2.80 stamps and that he'll have to print them out later on and post my Christmas card by himself (how could I be certain that he would do that without knowing the person? He could easily take the money and bin my cards). When I told him that I would like to see the stamps on my cards he opened the book with stamps and took £2.80 stamps out (?!).
I'm paying, I'm your customer - you should treat me with respect and give me your time when I'm at the counter buying things from your shop.
At the end I was told behind my back to other customer to not to come back again. And guess what? I prefer to drive to Banbury Post Office instead of being treated this way. Will not shop there nor recommend them to anybody.

This has to be the worst post office ever. Painfully slow service. Since the Co-op took over the shop its awful. The staff have no idea how to use the tills. I waited 15 minutes to get served when there was one person in front of me. Staff are clueless, don't respond to queues and some of them are just plain rude. I'm not the only person who thinks this either.

Our family work very hard to recycle as much household waste as possible but today our recycling bin was not emptied because we had put something in the bin that we shouldn't. I was told I would receive a phone call to tell me what the thing was - but they haven't bothered to phone me back. Our recycling bin is already over flowing and now we need to wait another 2 weeks for a bin collection. I have been told to put extra recycling into big boxes! These will fall apart when it rains and our rubbish will be all over the village! In wonder people fly tip!! Come on Cherwell, at least try to support those that painstakingly sort recycling every week in the hope that we can save our environment - even just a little bit.

Overall it's not as bad as other reviews seem to state.
Yes the queues can be long, but any reason for being short staffed, means queues are inevitable (this also takes into account problems at the desk).
Yes the self-service doesn't always work, but on the whole it's good IF you take a bit of time to learn it (if you have plenty of time to learn some new game on your phone, you can learn the self-service machines).
Edit (23/10/19): Someone turned off the self service machines which caused more queuing = lose one star.

Probably the worst post office in Banbury, they have managed to break items I was posting, the last one I sent they lost! Another thing is this post office has highly overinflated prices, I’m guessing because it is in the centre of town they can charge what they like.
Bring back the old post office in the high street, which was much better. I will not be using this post office again.

Cannot believe how exasperating and unfriendly my experience here was. My son has had a savings account with them for the last 15 odd years since childhood and we went in to withdraw his money and close the account. My son bought his HSBC bank card, plus numerous paper work with his name and address on including statements for his account. However we were told he could not close his account or withdraw his savings, their excuse? He didn’t sufficient ID, despite having his statements plus other paperwork and a bank card in his name! They want to keep his money to cream interest off it. Don’t open a savings account with them, the interest rates they have are a joke as well.

I am give a very bad rewiew because i had a problem which wasn ‘t my fault and because of this i expected a very helpful staff and some professional suppert but i was dissapointed they were rude unpatient unprofessional and not listening to me at all. She just gave me a phone number and not resolved my problem which is turned now a turture and she was extremely rude with me, so i wasn’t felt myself as a valued customer after 12 years with Barclays. After this i don’t want to go back again and i not recommend this branch to anyone else!

In due course they apologised and paid £200 as recompense (to her account and not to me), but this did not stop their absolutely dire and useless service. My solicitors told me that the Bank has a reputation for this. Difficulties continue with important letters unanswered etc. I would avoid them like the plague.

I get it's busy and you've been on your feet for hours, but a smile always goes down well. As a bank, I'd fully recommend and the call centre staff have always provided amazing customer service to me, but the branch staff clearly forget they are customer facing sometimes!

I used NatWest's ATM, which stopped working after I entered my PIN, and I could not retrieve my card. I went inside to ask for help with the machine, but was told by a disinterested teller that there was nothing that could be done, and that they had been having problems with that machine. There was no sign on the ATM to notify people of this. It is such an inconvenience for me to not have my card, which the teller did not care about as I didn't even get an apology.
Although I don't bank with NatWest, I should not have been dismissed in this way, and the staff really need training in delivering good customer service.

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible. The best solution would be to shut down the computer of power off your phone and outline an action plan. If turning off the device is impossible, try to use it as little as possible.
Make up a list of devices where the necessary files have been saved.
Try to remember the chain of events from creating the files to deleting them. You may have received them by email, downloaded from the Internet, or you may have created them on another PC and then brought them home on a USB drive. If the files in question are personal photos or videos, they can still be available on the memory card of your camera or smartphone. If you received the information from someone else - ask them for help. The sooner you do it the more chances you have to recover what is lost.
Use the list of devices to check them for the missing files, their backup copies or, at least, the chance to recover the deleted data from such devices.
