We have got two computers in our house configured and build by Ryan - my son's 'Gaming machine' and a desktop which Ryan build exactly to my husband's and my needs. Both units do exactly what we wished for and are designed for future expansion. I love the fact that Ryan takes great care to understand what we need which means an excellent cost/value balance. Quick very professional support for new build and any issues or requests afterwards - in content and service hours! Great value for people who don't have the time or passion to become experts, but don't want to put their 'digital wellbeing' into the hands of the superstores....

I had a problem with a laptop that would not boot up. Did a Google search for local computer repairers. RTS were the only one to actually answer a phone and talk to me. Spoke to Ryan on the Thursday, gave me a rough estimate. Dropped it in with him Friday lunch. Ready Saturday lunch. Price was well within the estimate given. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service, would recommend this business to anybody with computer troubles. I took my laptop in for a check as it wouldn't start up, I was given advice on my options at every stage of the repair, excellent customer service, very thankful my data was retrieved from my laptop by them too.

My daughter's laptop died suddenly and I couldn't fix it. After being quoted £60 from Know How (rip off!) I took it here and the bloke diagnosed the fault and fixed it on the spot, and wasn't even going to charge me. A small tip never hurts! Much appreciated. Thanks. I would fully recommend this business and will be making it my first call in future.

We had almost given up on trying to get the computer element fixed of an expensive tyre regrooving machine that was programmed in a foreign language, Not only did Daniel get the Computer to switch on again, he managed to reprogramme to the English language and in no time at all. Trust the reviews! Dealing with a person named Matt, he basically doesn't do the correct research and changed the price three times. He also makes it out that we was lying about the price, very unprofessional. You should not give a price Matt if you are not 100% sure, you lost a customer here. You wasted my time and fuel. Something I can never get back, I could’ve got this fixed by now… Also when I was going to give him feedback he rudely cut the phone off. Very rude.
You need to do your job better Matt. You need to understand what a verbal agreement is, don’t state a price if you are unsure. If you had listened to me I wouldn’t have been writing this review.
To future customers please make sure they give you the correct price and not mess you about by changing it. I know I will never deal with Cram computers again.

Place is decent enough and the staff are indeed very friendly. Not sure what one of the other reviewers is on about as in comparison with GAME/CEX, the items offered here are generally of good quality and are priced well.
The only downside is that the stock on offer can be very hit and miss. Somedays you'll come in to find a treasure trove of items and other times its like searching for a needle in a haystack. The leftover glass panels and slot-system from when the building used to be a bank has a pretty intimidating feel to it also

We are technophobes in our 70s and usually our son takes our computers to AU for repairs, upgrades or blips. However we popped in this afternoon with our laptop and we were very impressed with Mike and Sam. They were so friendly and professional and extremely patient. Brought in a laptop for repair which was diagnosed and repaired back to 100% working order very quickly and for a reasonable price. Mark was very accommodating and happy to discuss the cause of the problem and repair procedure with me and I wouldn't hesitate to return to him in the future (though I really hope I won't need to!)

Took in a netbook. Already knew what was wrong with it one driver was missing just the screen britghness driver. You can download it for free off the internet anyone can. Takes 10 min to install it. Didnt wanna do it myself in case i mess up my netbook. CHARGED 60 QUID FOR IT. I was very disappointed with the response from the Manager of St Andrew Quay when my matching red microwave didn’t work after only 3 months. I had to make up the difference in price because my model which had been updated. His total lack of concept for my annoyance was outstanding, constantly repeating the same script, even though there surely was a principle here of good customer relations. Also only 1 person doing exchanges with at least 6 people waiting but plenty on the shop floor trying to make you spend your money.

When asked 1 staff member for advice on finding what I was after I had been told they don't have anything like that and it's best to try Amazon. 2nd staff member however was able to offer a solution. Would be better if everyone there had the same knowledge about their product range and if in doubt send customers to more knowledgeable colleagues.

Purchased a Samsung TV and must say service was good. Salesman keen and helpful and if he was not sure of something, he asked for help from senior colleagues. All in all a good experience but I know the store and always been helpful without being too pushy to make a sale.

I went in last week, with my brand new £579 Honor View 20 256GB model. I have dropped it and broke the screen no problem. I came into this shop and asked how much to fix £80. Went back in the next day, 5pm phone fixed until the guy who fixed it explained they neglected to check from cracks, in the rear glass panel, I was horrified to find it completely smashed, glass falling out my phone into my hands, they said sorry about that and wanted me to caugh up even more cash to fix it. They admitted doing it and offered to repair it at more cost to me, my phon is office, am never off it hourly. Then I questioned why they broke it and how its inconvenienced me, the man repaired not really. He had no respect for my way of life and what I do with my device. I take over 500 photos daily, trade with eBay 100 emails daily to read and reply to. He basically didn't care thought it was funny. I took the time to record my conversation with them from the start and I am going to report this shop for what they. Basically I went in with a broken screen, but came out with glass in my hands a scratched body and almost a complete screwed phone that was brand new a month old only to walk out penny less and had the micky taken out of me. I don't recommend to anyone, these guys are rude money money money no sense of workmanship or honor

Just be careful because when they repair your item when something’s wrong and it’s from the part they fitted they don’t want to accept responsibility and blame it on you and charge for it please make sure before you do any repair you know what part and how much it will be to fix otherwise you get charged twice x best thing is to have insurance

Staff look like serving you is a hassle. Been a few times (as its really the only place to go) and almost every time help is either thrust upon you like vultures or you're left standing there for ages looking for a member is staff. Asked about an xbox one x deal and the more mature sales assistant had no idea on the deals, could not find it on their own website at all so I had to show him on my smart phone where it was on their website. He then went off and returned with an xbox one (s) with a damaged box. I advised him that it's damaged and its also the wrong xbox so off he went again only to say that I can take the console from their stockroom (very gracious I thought) but they dont have the games in stock so I'd have to return. As xbox stocks were low at this time I took the offer. Another visit saw thinking about a new printer the Epson branded sales lady was pushy to say the least. So we decided to leave that decision for another day much to her apparant dismay.
Finally we returned as we needed two new dyson hoovers. The Dyson branded salesman was actually amazing. Asked us what we wanted to use them for and we decided the corded models were the way to go (slightly cheaper as well) but more powerful than the cordless v7 and v7 models on his advise. We could not of asked for a better service from this one salesman. Goes to show it just depends on who serves you, though it really should not be this way. He even helped me to the car with our purchase.

Update, Jan 17. Nearly 5 minutes to buy a £1.05p stamp for mainland Europe - sorry, Finland? Where's that? It just gets worse. The operative - bless! - has no concept at all of what a Post Office is about and is only capable of following on-screen instructions. My two stars now down to one and that only because I eventually did succeed in getting an actual stamp to put on the envelope.
Oh, dear! Yet another Post Office closes and turns up next to the fruit and veg in a little shop. It wouldn't be so bad if the staff could distinguish between bananas and postage stamps or knew which countries are in Europe, for example. Calculate how much your letter/parcel is going to cost before you go in if you don't want to be out of pocket. Happy to support local businesses but not when they use poorly-trained staff. Go to a proper Post Office, if you can still find one.

Did not have an experience because they shut 2 minutes early. If I owe them money and I was 2 minutes late to pay them back I still get charged overdraft fees why are they strict with them rules but not with their service.

Over the years I have had a number of loans, credit cards etc all with ppi however like most people I did not keep any agreements or initial papers and there fore I have attempted to make ppi refund claims through a company which does not require account numbers etc. initially however RBS claimed that they have no records at all of me having an account with them, I later found proof of one account I had with them and passed it to the claim company, RBS then advised them that they could find no trace of any account in my name which had PPI(very convenient) I find it criminal that this bank who owes its very existence to taxpayers like me are now trying to rip us off again by avoiding their responsibilities

I deposited a large amount of money into this machine and it took the money and broke directly afterwards. The envelope flap kept opening and I feared that my money would come back out at some point into someone else’s possession. I was assured this wouldn’t happen and after 3 vey anxious calls was told someone would contact me to rectify it. Waited all day for call no one rang. Money still not deposited into account and now having to take time off work to physically go into the branch.

Went in to open a bank and savings account at Barclays the king Edward street branch in hull, the guy serving me checked my ID then confirmed that it was all ok with one of his colleagues then another guy came along and said that it wasn't ok then the guy that was serving me change his mind and decided that I needed to go back to my old bank and get a bank statement, so I gave this up as a bad idea seems like nobody here has the slightest idea of what's going on, so I went to Lloyd's had to make an appointment but will see what happens next week, There's always Halifax if I'm pushed, that reminds me I must remember to take a parachute with me when I go up next time lol.

Visited reluctantly after having a very bad experience at Barclays on holderness rd, did not start well with the large queue at the tills with only 2 members of staff on the floor, after eventually getting to the gentleman at the till and explaining we wanted to open a account for our daughter and our issues at holderness rd he input some details and sent us upstairs to wait an advisor. On getting upstairs one came free immediately,Andrew who we saw reinstated our confidence in Barclays. Apart from the lack of staffing on the ground floor I would recommend visiting this branch as the staff are fantastic

Shocking customer service, the worst I have ever had. Despite bringing two forms of id to cash a refund from British Gas I was told no. The letter from British Gas clearly stated hsbc would cash it up to £400 if I didn't have a bank account.

Why is this branch not open on a Saturday at least for a few hours? Nearest branch open on a Saturday is Beverley, when the market is on, no parking near. Ridiculous service.

People here are really nice when it was raining there were a rack of umbrellas for I imagine only card holders to use but I was with my friends surprisingly they let us wait until the rain cleared (30 mins) this happened a few months ago though. Also Leslie if I’ve spelt her name right is a really nice person if you can get her to register your bank account, ask for her.

Was waiting outside at 1420 to be let in by a member of staff. thought there might of been some sought of security scare. but eventually i was let in and with no explanation. staff was reluctant to help but finally got the help i needed after seeing i was struggling to use the machines. would not recommend TSB to anyone.

Service in the bank itself is okay, although not especially welcoming.
However, having attempted to call the bank several occasions over the last two days, I can state that they will not answer the telephone ever. This unfortunately means making an in-branch appointment difficult.

1 start because I can't give 0. Worst customer service ever. We had so much problems with TSB when my dad got sick. Problems with everything and no explanations when I was asking WHY, they say we can't give you this information lol. They just ignoring customers without explanations. Same with my neighbours when they was trying to take personal loan (12 years with TSB) offered 1/4 of sum they needed or appointment in next month. Switched to another bank and no problems at all for me and for my neighbours (few days for appointment and loan).Very disappointing.

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
