Wonderful! I have had my iphone SE fixed for such an affordable price and the service was excellent. The timing was wondefully produced and I am so thankful for their help. Highly recommend to those who are in need of phone repairs, or phone accessories for any purpose. The location is not too far in the FY4-3 area, and all in all excellent.

Being a low level computer nerd, i was skeptical in approaching anyone who was going to take control and delve inside of my laptop and make major changes to its internals. However, after a informative telephone conversation with Chris i gave in and decided to let him take control of our 10 year old faithful laptop. it needed updating from windows 7 to windows 10. Not only did Chris complete the change from 7 to 10, Chris fitted a new drive because the old one was ( beyond reasonable repair, use and dated) Chris gave me the old drive for safe keeping.
My Laptop is now like new and runs faster than when new, its now 10 years old, After 10 years .I thought i would have to buy a new laptop. Many thanks to Chris for being patient and understanding with all my non nerd questions. Chis, please tell your wife from Adrienne that her garden and sun room are beautiful. Many thanks, David.

I bought a reconditioned laptop for a friend. Great for her college work and it is still working perfectly two weeks later.
The staff were helpful by allowing me to see all the stock actually working. I could see how efficiently the units worked and i didn't feel rushed at all. My questions were answered.
The reconditioned laptop was about a third of the price of a new one so a decent saving too. I would definitely recommend them.

Dropped my laptop off around 9.30am and it was repaired and ready before 4pm. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. They even cloned my hard drive onto my new one so no lengthy set up when I got home and was very happy with the charge. I would highly recommend the company. Thanks for a great service.

The friendly staff alone are enough for me to recommend Laptop Clinic.
I recently took in my desktop PC after I gave up on trying to fix it myself and they were more than happy to take a look at it for me. They quickly got to the bottom of the issue and explained exactly what it was to me very clearly, giving me the information that I needed to repair it myself.
On top of that, they only asked that I donated towards their charity box in the store. Very classy and honest people in an industry where it is easy to take advantage of customers.

Wow, got just what I wanted ordered online and 2 hours later collected it in store. Took old broken appliance with me and they dispose of it free of charge, where, I don't know, environmentally I hope. I could spend hours looking round the showroom, and probably spending every penny I own plus some. I found 3 telly I really like the look of, so came home to think about it, still thinking.

A handy little post office in Whitegate drive inside a shop, it's at the deep end, i went there to buy my stamps. Its pretty fast no queue, service friendly and there is a cash machine outside i use often while waiting in the bus shelter outside.

Since the take over that happened last year new owners have taken over and given this post office a new lease of life.
It’s very bright and has lots of services and the new Royal Mail drop off that amazon.is ideal now that they have started.
Sells the basics to get you by also like bread, milk and a few other food items also.

Ordered a parcel from Amazon and received a message to say it was at this shop on Monday. Went to collect it and was told it wasn't there and to come back. I was shown from a distance an open parcel that I was sure was my item but told it had no name on it and they refused to check inside for me even though I told the older lady what would be in it.
Went back today (5 days later) and was told it still wasn't there. I said it must be, so the man searched and I told him about the open parcel I had been shown. They found it in the plastic bin at the bottom it had my name on all along, opened. I won't be sending parcels here in future.

I use Bispham Post Office regularly, and have always found all the staff to be very friendly, helpful and efficient. It's usually Mobin who I see, and he recently took our passport photographs, checked the applications, sent them off and we received our new ones within a week. I always get my currency from there when I'm going on holiday, and these requests are also dealt with very efficiently. Super Post Office. Highly recommended.

I find the owners rude having told my children off because the ques take a while and the little darlings can't resist touching the cartoon character cards. As a click and drop customer I was refused 40 parcels for proof of postages apparently I should have downloaded them online, after contacting RM they advised me they should have given them to me so now risk items going missing with no proof.

In all my years using the Post Office, it amazes me how this place can call itself a Post Office. Twice they have messed up by trying to cover up incompetence and having us return needlessly. They only had to tell us why the transaction couldn't be done that day which we could have understood, not ideal, but it would have sufficed. Having worked in this particular field for over 20 years there is no way we are going to accept their excuses. I don't know if they are classed as a Mains Office, but the service they offered wasn't in keeping with the standards we have known at a Mains.

The guys at this post office are some of the rudest, thickest, most incompetent people i have ever met. They dont follow simple instructions, they dont listen, they dont understand how postcodes work, they took calls whilst i was being served which led to them messing my order up, then tried to overcharge me by £13 on ONE parcel and huffed and puffed when i pulled them up on it. They are condescending and downright rude. Im only leaving this review, because ive had to use them 3/4 times now and its EXACTLY the same experience every time i go. I wont be going again. Im more than happy to take my parcels and business to the post office in whsmiths at North Shore and would recommend you do the same because these lot are clowns. Not fit to run a bath let alone a post office. Ive been running a business for 8 years and i send hundreds/thousands of pounds worth of business to the post office. If this is how they treat other business owners, im not surprised that their shop is empty every time i go in. Absolutely horrible cashiers and service, I walked in and waited behind 2 customers, nearly 10 mins later the same 2 customers are still there, all the time talking about music, instruments and films. I approached the window and politely asked if they could get a speed on as i had to go to work. The cashiers turned nasty as did the lady being served. The cashier said i wasn't stood in the right place(wrong side of the barrier) which was 2 foot to the left. When i eventually got served i asked the female cashier, you could clearly see me standing for 10 mins with a large parcel so why didn't you inform me i was apparently stood 2 foot away from where i should be, she replied "well not really and you should be looking around yourself to see where you should be standing". I have never ever known a post office service like this and the service is appalling. I agree with a previous review about staff being fired. I will file a report with the relevant people and hope this place gets shut down or given to new post masters that know how to bloody treat people with good customer service. Avoid if you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only two stars due to one of the ladies serving bringing it down.
The positive first was an average service at best but adequate considering how busy a Post Office /convenience store can be.
A few times however I've frequented the shop (I have a distinct London accent) and whenever a particular lady has served me I have noticed I've exchanged despite my pleasantries and thank you's a rather dismal service in terms of being totally IGNORED. I've only been in four times..three times served by this lady who is tanned to the point of a burnt satsuma and has hair long bleached. Why can't she simply say please and thank you.

To get to this destination from Blackpool city centre you need bus number 3 just across the road from funny girls then you need to get off at King Craig, continue to then walk up to the industrial estate by Cutting Through the Back Alley pathway this will bring you 2 Faraday way don't walk all the way round it'll take you an extra 15 minutes
walk into the industrial estate in the far corner you'll find Royal Mail

When my package never arrived I contacted the sender who informed me that three attempts had been made to deliver my package and that on each attempt a card had been left and it would be returned to them if not resolved within 30 days.
They asked for a redelivery ————— Not possible we have made three attempts.
I then contacted Royal Mail and asked if I could collect it ———— No, not without the card we left you.
What card, you must have gone to the wrong address ———— we can offer you a redelivery.
Can you guarantee you won’t go to the wrong address again——————- No.
What makes this even more unbelievable is; this delivery is to a shop, we have established the package is addressed correctly, the shop front is 40 feet long with the name of the business in 20 inch high letters.
Catch 22, but it’s not Royal Mail that’s inconvenienced, it’s my business, so thanks for nothing Royal Mail.

Appalling service. Often told to leave pre-paid parcels on a ledge in a busy shop. So rude when you ask for proof of postage which is given as a matter of course anywhere else. Basically not a properly-run post office. Avoid and go to Dagger's Hall Lane, Ansdell Road or Abbey Road for friendly staff who don't close when they feel like it.

Horrible treatment. I was spiked on Friday on a night out and lost absolutely everything, a phone, a purse, cash, cards, ID, medication, bag, etc. I had recently moved back from Newcastle and went in to the branch today to change my address. I came with a huge bundle of letters and proof of my identity, and also ensured that I could log in to my online banking if needs be. It was obvious that I was absolutely desperate, I needed to change my address so that I could order a card and they refused even though it was completely obvious who I was. They gave me false hope by sticking me in a room with a phone and ringing the helpline for me, who then told me that they could not do anything, so it was a complete waste of time. I then went to Natwest, who were AMAZING, and sorted me with a new current account, with the CORRECT address, and they are sending my new card out in the post within three to five working days. If you are thinking of joining Halifax, please don't, they are cold and insensitive. Join Natwest instead.

'So if you need help there is always some one there, "there is cash machines in side so if you need cash or need to check your balance it is there for your needs, the only thing I would add, if you are there to get some cash, then put your cash away before you enter into the busy Street.

Excellent branch. I needed to sort out a foreign transfer and move money for the purchase of my house. The agent couldn't have been more helpful or supportive. The staff were pleasant on arrival and it was clean, plenty of parking and a convenient location.

Something horrible! I had appointment at 11. It was dalay. At 11:20 I asked how much longer I have to wait. Woman said that she don't know. Why you make appointment when you are so unpunctual?! I was waiting for appointment 3 weeks! Next I could create bank account without NIN number. In Poland something like that never happened. You go to bank and have account after 15 minutes. With only your ID, without waiting for any appointments. I will never ever use Barclay's services.

After a few issues I had on the phone, I went into the branch today and spoke with a lady called Bex. I cannot thank her enough, she was one of the friendliest people at the branch and the most helpful. So incredibly grateful to have met her today. No longer am I experiencing any issues and everything was resolved there and then. She was quick but made me feel welcome and well cared for. Truly wonderful lady and a credit to herself and Santander! Definitely deserves recognition. Thank you Bex!

Awful experience. I live in Newcastle however my elderly father lives in Blackpool and banks with Barclays. I have Power of Attorney, joint and several with my aunt to deal with dad's financial matters. He wanted us to close his savings account with a different bank and open an instant savers account with Barclays. I took time off work and travelled down and my aunt and I visited this branch. We were there over an hour whilst all of the paperwork was completed which in itself I wasn't too concerned about however I then had to sign for a new card to access this account which didn't turn up. I called Barclays only to be told no card had been ordered!!! The advisor on the phone then ordered this for me however then advised that the new card was only to be used on his current account and if I needed one for his new savings account I would have to visit a branch. I then explained again that I had in fact visited the branch and signed for a card. The advisor called the branch whilst I was on hold and advised me that the member of staff who dealt with this would call me back that day....that was Tuesday and it's now Saturday and I'm still waiting. As I work full time it's likely I'll have to take more time off to visit my local branch and get this sorted. I'm really disappointed with the service from Barclays lately who only seem to be interested in the business and international banking customers and not people like my father who has banked with them for 40 yearrs

Avoid at all cost. No parking, cue outside the door in the rain, woman walking the cue stopped at the door and shouted out to customers as she didn't want to get wet whilst we stood there getting soaked. Expect an hours wait as there is one staff member on the desk to serve everyone. Staff are rude but to be honest i think that's more frustration from the huge amount of complaints there getting.

Amazing bank, I have just moved here from Halifax bank today (Who were useless and incredibly insensitive to my situation) and they set me up with a new current account within a matter of minutes. Waited half hour in queue only to be told couldn’t add cheque to my account because NatWest wouldn’t accept Santander cards, only NatWest or RBS. Asked if I could put said cheque into our mortgage account, I supplied Acc number and to be told he could not find our Mortgage Acc, seems ludicrous to me as our Mortgage is with the NatWest.
Only appeared to be two staff on duty, and had no sense of urgency. Will try my best to avoid this Bank in the future. Do yourself a favour avoid this Bank.

Disgusting shambles. 30 mins in one queue, only to be told they can't transfer money - need to see guy at door for that. Dripping in sweat after horrific queue (these types of people only have one window open), I got to him. He was nice, but we all had to endure an enormous woman banging on about a till being £20 down, all in the huge queue were regaled with the episode. This woman - probably manager - had no interest in the giant snaking queue.
I was told by head office i had to take in ID, so had to leave work early costing me £18 in wages. Only to be told the ID was not required in branch.
Disgusting. Natwest is a nightmare, AVOID.

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
