I waited for an hour and a half to get some service after asking several times. Staff was just around chatting and having a good time. If I didn't need this product desperately I would have never spent my money there. In the end the manager assisted me after asking for a third time for help. I do however appreciate his help. The really need to step up in their game customer service wise.

I was kept well informed regarding the time of the installation of my TV. The technician phoned me on the morning to give me a two-hour window and he arrived exactly as he had promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, going to great lengths to explain the workings of the TV. His name was Tony, and he provided service with a smile!

Still waiting for my tv to be fitted been three weeks and no call back evey time I call they are saying they are waiting for an engeeer to become a available. Load of rubbish if you haven’t got enough staff to do the job the business won’t go very well. Defiantly not happy and would not recommend this service to anyone

First time I used the Amazon service. I found the experience very easy to use and was very a delight to use. You get a code to enter into the machine, the locker door will then open and you collect your item. If you wanted to return item, you get another code to enter at the locker. Once locked you can't reopen it. The code seems to be a one time only use. Very reliable and useful service. Saves you having to stay in. Although there are of course limits to the size of parcel. The lockers are quite roomy. You do have a choice of bottom lockers or higher for the disabled or infirm.
The code is usually sent via email. You also get a q code/bar code. If using a mobile phone this q code can be presented at the machine and again opens the locker door. There are some lockers in some areas where you are limited to certain times, but the one I used was available for 24 hours. You do only have 3 days to claim your item/s otherwise it will be returned automatically. Fully recommend the service.

Lots of parking space available outside, lockers just off to the left as you face the tills in the Co-Op. Immensely handy and usually my packages are dropped off by 7.30am. Better than having to wait in all day.

Our local shop. It sells everything you'd expect a little village shop to sell. It's enough to get you out of last minute problems when cooking - such as no icing sugar when baking a cake or bad milk on a Sunday morning when you're making a brew.
It's obviously not a large a range as a supermarket and usually is more expensive but they do have deals and can be cheaper on some items. With the added hassle of travelling out of the village + petrol costs, it's worth a visit when you need something quick.
They have fresh bread and cakes most days which is nice too.

They've changed the Post Office hours but haven't updated the website. Post Office now only open until 2:30pm on Saturdays. Some services (e.g. dropping off pre-paid parcels) are available from the shop counter but this may be hit and miss because the staff say they haven't received any training!!
No wonder post offices are closing down. If you can't rely on them to be open during publicised hours at weekends and you work during the week, it's much easier to use a returns service from the supermarket or local shop

Went with relations to collect ID cards, arrived Sunday 11am, post office counter closed( advertised as open 6am to 6pm) however shopkeeper offered to phone and get someone to come in and they arrived after 45 mins. Considering we had traveled a long distance was glad they opened but definitely need to advertise real opening times for ID collection. Shop covers basic posting items but not more complex arrangements. Ring to check first!

I have used this a few times since moving to Luton a year ago. It has a grocery area which is fairly well stocked in competition with other grocery shops along the same parade of shops. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful especially in finding out about local knowledge for places and amenities. There are limited postal items for sale such as wrapping paper, boxes, cards and gifts but its a bit cramped. Early opening time and a few parking places makes it very convenient to pop in on the way to/from work to pick up parcels delivered by some retailers.

Terrible service received. Same as previous reviewer we have experienced statements that are not accurate, invoices issued for things we did not agree to. Consumable products that are massively overpriced and of bad quality. Our machine does not work properly but nothing is done to rectify issues. Any time we contact this company to resolve an issue it just seems to cause us more problems. In the end the director personally visited our office and he promised to get back to us with some resolutions - but we never heard another word from him or anyone else from the company.

I have found this company to be very helpful and honest with their approach to winning our business. I was using one of the more well known Franking Machine providers for my small E-Bay business and when the lease came up for renewal I decided to get quotes from other companies.
One of those was from Digital Post and I was very impressed with not only the price they quoted, but also their professional attitude.

Professional and polite!!! I'm in love with this branch already! Needing to open an account for my 11 year old. Some banks don't allow it if you don't bank them too. Some banks do. I tried Barclays, but they don't see people after 4pm. And a Saturday appointment is a 2 month wait! Barclays staff in Dunstable are also rude. Heard a lot while I was in there! Called nationwide straight after Barclays. The lady who answered the phone could not have been nicer is she tried. Polite, helpful and professional. I honestly can't remember her name, but I called around 3pm. My son is opening his account in 3 working days time, at 4.15. If all goes well, I might switch over myself!!!!

Okay, so this morning I called call centre about opening an account for my 11 year old. As he needs to be there too, I asked for either after 4pm (due to school) or a Saturday. I was told no. Thought I'd try my luck by going into the Dunstable branch. To be fair, the lady who saw to me was polite and helpful. But, even though they don't close until 5. They refuse to see anyone at 4pm onwards. And as for a Saturday appointment..... the wait is 2 months!!! Do you lot not want customers? So I called nationwide, and my son is opening his account with them in 3 working days time, at 4.15pm. Seems like Dunstable branch has zero interest. Also while I was in there, there was a disgruntled older man, the 2 staff that BRIEFLY spoke to him were as rude as hell. I felt so bad for him. I hope he changes his account to another bank.

Selective service
I went this morning to change twenty pound notes in to fifty pound notes and i was told by the cashier/manager that I couldn't do a straight swope. I have been with the bank for 35 years, very loyal yet it counted for nothing. The insulting part when the cashier/manager/God pretended she wanted to help me by looking into my account and then saying no - again and again pretended to seek authority from a senior staff when in fact she only went inside for a minute. This is not the first time the bank acted awkwardly with me and I am starting to resent that as you can tell from my review. I have partially moved to metro bank in Luton which I highly recommend.

Please note there are no cashiers on a Saturday, only machines in the branch. It would be useful to know this on the website as I took lots of change to pay in as just tells you they are open and had to bring it all back again. Service very good during the week though.

This is the worst bank I have come across...I applied for a mortgage in January and it took Halifax 6 months to process my application as they were so slow and their staff are so incompetent. After 5 months of waiting the solicitors finally said they are ready for completion and then they found out that the mortgage advisor has keyed my name on the Mortgage Application incorrectly. I have lost a lot of money as I was on a variable rate for 5 months and in the end they could not help me with my mortgage due to no fault of mine. I would not recommend this Branch or the Bank to anyone as you will be paying for their incompetence!!

Last year I went to the Halifax Dunstable office with a letter signed by my mentally impaired son, requesting that all future correspondence in respect of his savings accounts should be sent to me. Reason the Mental Health Authorities had kept moving him from hospital to care home to hospital. I took with me supporting documentation from the Mental Health people, Care Plan Meetings and DHSS.
The staff would not amend the address and called the manager, a chap called Gavin. I was kept in the main public area during all the conversations that took place. Gavin loudly announced he would not change the address and cited the Data Protection Act, said he would face 7 years prison sentence if he did. More than his job was worth! Gavin would not even look at the supporting documentation. Thereafter I always referred to him as Gain Jobsworth. This was in stark contrast to the reception I received at Nationwide, where I was shown to a quiet corner and spoke to the Manageress. She did look at all the documents and did change the address. Result I closed my account account with Halifax and transferred the balance to Nationwide. I also moved my ISA from Halifax to another provider. I then applied to the Court of Protection to be appointed Deputy for my son, this was granted a few days ago. So now armed with the Court Order I went back to the Halifax Dunstable Branch and closed my son's ISA accounts. I made sure anybody within range heard me loudly explaining to staff what I was doing and WHY. I called (again loudly) Gavin Jobsworth was responsible for the accounts being closed and referred to the treatment I had received last year. So my advice to anybody who is thinking of tranferring accounts to the Halifax or opening an account can be summed up in one word DON'T!

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible. The best solution would be to shut down the computer of power off your phone and outline an action plan. If turning off the device is impossible, try to use it as little as possible.
Make up a list of devices where the necessary files have been saved.
Try to remember the chain of events from creating the files to deleting them. You may have received them by email, downloaded from the Internet, or you may have created them on another PC and then brought them home on a USB drive. If the files in question are personal photos or videos, they can still be available on the memory card of your camera or smartphone. If you received the information from someone else - ask them for help. The sooner you do it the more chances you have to recover what is lost.
Use the list of devices to check them for the missing files, their backup copies or, at least, the chance to recover the deleted data from such devices.
