Fantastic. Highly Recommended. Had a charging issue with my phone for months and stopped in here by accident while passing on way to return phone to where I purchased it. The guy had a quick look at my phone in the back, and I've later discovered whatever he did has totally resolved the charging issue. It's back to rapid charge now which hasn't worked in at least 8 months I'd guess. Highly recommended. My experience in argos enniskillen was great gail D, was on the till and she was very helpful and polite. David was a gentleman when he gave my son his new tablet, which he was eagerly awaiting since we ordered it in store last Thursday. The staff last Thursday were also very helpful in locating the items I wanted. Overall my experience was delightful and I would gladly shop in Argos Enniskillen again.

Wanted to sell a Sony Xperia Z1 that was unused for about 2 years. The phone has no screen cracks/external damage but did fail initial CEX testing for battery problems as it wouldn't turn on, so they couldn't take it - understandable and expected after 2 years of no use I suppose. I asked staff what I could do with it? They advised to take it to a phone repair shop nearby to see what they could do, as it might just need a new battery, so I did.
The repair shop checked the phone and confirmed it was a dead battery, they would order me a new one, fix and repair the phone to usable condition, which they did for £25. I brought the phone back to CEX thinking all was sorted, a new battery and I could trade in/sell the phone. Unfortunately not the case. After leaving it with them for an hour they said, "We can't take it, because of battery problems - draining on the charge". I thought that was strange as it was a brand new battery, but said I would bring it back to the repair shop to let them know.
After telling the repairman this he said, "It's a brand new battery so that's unlikely but we'll put it on the charger and test it now", so we did. Lo and behold, the battery started going up as you would expect without any issue. It would just need longer than an hour to charge up. I went back to CEX and told them this. The person who tested the phone overheard me saying it was a new battery and said, "Well if its a new battery then the back of the phone has been opened, this voids the warranty and we can't take it".
So after being told by CEX staff to get it checked to see if it just needs a new battery, then paying for this, to now be told no, we won't take it if its been opened, strange. Why did they suggest fixing it in the first place? Still, they would book it in for another test, but I wasn't expecting anything good judging from this exchange.
My low expectations where met when I returned for a 3rd time to be handed my phone back again. After advising me to pay for a new battery I was bluntly told, "We've tested it twice now, we're not taking this phone. You can understand we need to protect ourselves as a business" with no word of an apology or any semblance of customer service. I have since charged the battery to 100%, used the phone and it is working without issue and the battery is holding power as good if not better than my current everyday phone.
If they told me up front they didn't want to purchase the phone, that would have been fine. It would have saved me my time, energy, and money. Instead it was a hassle and waste of time and money running around back and forth to be refused at the end of it all.
I could not recommend anyone sell their old phones here, and instead say to you take your business elsewhere. Hopefully this will save you from wasting your time and energy and opt for another way of selling your used phone.

Appalling service. First staff member couldn't answer basic TV question - said they'd get a specialist. Specialist took 10+ minutes to arrive, answered the question and disappeared. With question answered, initial staff member couldn't then help me buy the product. Another 5 minutes waiting for second 'specialist' who could sell me the TV. Finally got it ordered - whole thing took nearly 30 minutes. And now, it's still not been delivered 10 days later. And you wonder why you're losing business to online retailers.

Picked up a parcel from here one day from Amazon - very nice lady told me I was welcome to collect from there anytime. When I went the next time it was completely a different story. I was rudely told, in no uncertain terms, this was not allowable and that the person in charge did not like this practise. One parcel I ordered vanished without a trace and my inquires were met with a very dismissive and rude attitude - maybe I got the wrong person on a bad day but I have not been back.

Great branch always helpful and friendly. Parking can be a bit of a pain as Enniskilen can get very busy leaving parking spots few and far between. Easy to find as you just walk up the main street where most of the banks are located towards this side of town.

Was with friend today who was wanting to exchange uniform for her child on Monday was told couldn't do a exchange had to return and wait for refund , which she could not do as she had to have the uniform for Monday , sales assistant ZARA was excellent at her customer care and did a exchange for her as she wasn't able to wait until the money was returned to her account. Its wasn't a refund it was a exchange and I do not think this policy is right I'd understand if it was a cash refund but for a customer to want to exchange I can't see what the problem is . Anyway thank you ZARA for your help and support for her she really appreciated it .

Staff are always friendly and ready and willing to help, but unfortunately let down by the checkouts, which are often rather slow and clogged up by people trying to buy £200 worth of stuff (to sell on at twice the price through their own shops, no less!) through the so-called “express lane” self checkouts, and staff doing little to stop customers from taking trolleys out of the car park, round the town and leaving it here, there and everywhere—of course leaving all the replacement costs to the other customers!

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
