Unsure why they have "PC World" in their name because they no longer supply any PC Parts, Almost everything is on a "order online, collect in-store" sort of thing and if that's the case I may as well just order from other online retailers instead at a lower cost. the store is very limited in selection despite being on 1 and a half floors. Despite having "3 brands" under one roof, the store is more like a collection point than an actual retail outlet. Not as great as it once was, very disappointed.

Very unreliable, do not go to this guy.
He had my sons ps4 controllers for 2 weeks and didn’t fix them kept making up excuses then wouldn’t return my calls. I went down to the shop 2 weeks later and asked why he hadn’t returned my calls? He said he lost his phone and that is why he couldn’t return his calls. He said he had the parts to fix my sons controllers and would have them fixed for the next day. I went back the next day and he hadn’t fixed them no surprise there he had no intention of. I informed him that was two wasted journeys and his reply was “I am very busy,” I said “well you shouldn’t take on work if you can’t finish it.” I asked for my belongings back and left his shop I was furious such a time waster. Do not go near this guy Stuart’s shop.

Applied for one of their vacancies, contacted them today to see if I had been successful. I had one response to be informed that they had allocated 50 but still had 10 to fill. I then asked if I had been successful, they never replied. I emailed them, no response. What a disgusting way to treat people, would have been fine if they had said sorry but no. But to ignore people is rude, makes you wonder what they are like as an employer - seeing some reviews I guess I dodged a bullet. No better than Amazon.

Worst repair service. I waited 23 minutes with no queue to be served, once served having the single staff member get to me it took 45 minutes to check if a TV could be fixed or replaced and in the end it wasn't. Pricing on everything is usually found cheaper online or in other store at the same retail park.
It gets one star because you can window shop here.
Not recommended.

For a team called knowhow they know very little,. More the type to upsell software you don't need or sell a new pc than actually fix your problem. Good deals to be had during sale seasons. Not a bad shop if you're set on what you want and can resist the sales patter.

Great place for help, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and make you welcome. You need an appointment for getting PIP forms filled in otherwise it's a first come first served basis. It's usually very busy so get there early!

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
