I honestly couldn't say enough good things about these guys. They are an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I have just spent an hour with the wonderful Bobby while he helped me sort my handsets. Both were blocked from the 'pattern' lock - NEVER USE THE PATTERN, GO FOR A PIN! I was pretty anxious and Bobby was calm and reassuring that I wouldn't lose all my phone data. He got it sorted for me. We have used this shop for new phones and repairs in the past. Would not use anyone else. Five star service every time.

I drop a lot of phones and this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a phone repair shop. My phone was previously "repaired" (butchered) by another phone shop in town and had stopped working. The Fonez fixed my phone PERFECTLY and even took into consideration that I had previously been ripped off and gave me an incredibly reasonable deal. Can't rate them highly enough and they were such gentlemen! Phone is in the best condition since new! Thank you so much again!

I use a Huawei smartphone and broke the front screen and glass on the back. I wanted the replacement to be done with official Huawei parts to ensure good quality (although Huawei users may understand this is difficult as there is no equivalent 'apple store' for Huawei as there is for apple). Fonez offered me a very cheap price for a copy screen and slightly more for genuine parts replacement. They posted my phone to me 2 months ago and it's still working perfectly and the phone appears identical to a known original p20 Pro.

It has good qualities and bad ones. I've bought several things from there and it's basically hit-or-miss with whether it will actually work or be enjoyable. For example, I bought a game I had wanted for ages, an episodic game called Life is strange. They offered all the episodes and DLC for less than expected, I loved it! But I've bought xbox remotes, phone chargers and other games from there that just did not work at all

Spent thousands with curry’s over the years, went in the other day to look at a new TV, dyson and some other stuff and got a £100 parking fine for being over 2 hours. When I spoke to the assistant store manager about cancelling the charge he basically said I shouldn’t have spent that much time in they’re store and there is nothing they can do. I’ve since cancelled my new TV I ordered.

Small post office on the Uni. Friendly helpful staff. All the normal PO services available. Only problem is you have to park a little way from it and walk but thats no reflection on the PO itself. Never really busy so get served quickly. Also take cash deposits into your bank account.

Awful staff, who are completely unwilling to help or to take blame for any issues that arise due to their own incompetency. Furthermore there have been issues with the last two parcels I've sent via them. The first which was for Parcelforce, they gave to Royal Mail and as a result it took many hours of phone calls to retrieve. And the last was a next day delivery item, sent on the 03/06/2019 which still hasn't been delivered. But hey, it doesn't matter if local businesses suffer as a result of errors on their part. An apology? Not a chance. Rude, obnoxious and frankly incompetent.

The staff are always very welcoming and helpful whenever I visit. You can find most things you need in there pertaining to posting or sending an item. They also close at a convenient time (5:30pm) for those who work up to 5pm. It is everything you could want from a post office.

Purchased a secure post box downstairs - £5. Went upstairs to post office. Post office counter staff advised that the post box was not secure, known to be unfit for purpose and they would not accept it unless it was secured. Asked to borrow some tape which was behind them on the counter to secure box. Refused. "Company policy not to let customers use tape". Explained that tape was only needed because they had sold me a faulty product. They shrugged Went back downstairs. Bought tape. Another £5.
£10 in total added to the sending price of parcel and an extended session travelling up and downstairs because rather than selling packing supplies (THAT WORK) in post office area they think it's a good idea to sell children's books instead and send customers up and downstairs like a yoyo because they sell items that don't serve their stated purpose willingly to separate people from their money and refuse to assist when their products fail and will not accept them at the counter until people go back to the main store by more products to fix the problem. Disinterested useless bunch of can't be bothered.
Don't buy their secure post boxes and even better, use a different post office.

Dirty photo booth for the photocard driving licence, touching the electronic pen made me feel uncomfortable. To top this poor experience off the software within the booth was broken and unable to work. I suggested to the staff their service was poor and who do I write to at the post office to complain and he replied that it was not operated by the post office as he was a franchise. I then explained as his photocard booth was broken and not working the service was inept he said as you are being offensive I'm no longer speaking to you and then when the bearded chap was challenged he sniggered and turned his back and walked away. Seems my review is not the first negative posting.
I paid for my parking £1.70 and travelled to Westgate parking for free and used their photocard driving licence booth without any issue and will return there for my postal needs.

The Post Office is now upstairs above WH Smith. It's more efficient than the old main post office, but there is still occasionally a ten minute queue. When I had a complicated order involving a money order and a label for a return by special delivery, the whole process was handled in a friendly and efficient manner.

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
