Excellent guy, he has now fixed 3 of my computers to better than new standards. Can't fault in any way. He can also upgrade or refurbish computers to give you a better spec than you could buy off the shelf for the same or less money.

I first discovered @ITADAM on eBay nearly 4 years ago when I wanted to buy my first ever gaming rig. I hadn't got a lot of money for a top end spec and didn't know anywhere near as much as I do now in terms of parts, prices etc. Adam helped me with everything I needed and after many emails and some phone calls, with extremely quick and helpful replies, I had got myself a superb PC and found an absolute professional, dedicated, unparalleled craftsman.
After a few years and receiving such incredible service I decided it was time to upgrade. I emailed @ITADAM what I was looking for and a budget. Many, many emails later I had decided on everything that I wanted put in and Adam's price sounded too good to be true! Adam pulled all the strings he could to get me what I wanted within my budget and spent hours and hours of his free time on me, and for that I'm eternally grateful.
My new gaming rig was delivered yesterday just in time for my birthday with the added bonus of a custom, one of a kind case, all the boxes so if needs be I have a warranty on the parts, and a free code for a game that isn't even out yet!
My experience with @ITADAM is the most pleasant you could ask for. He gives you advice, professionalism and most importantly dedication to provide you with a service that is second to none. I can say with confidence I would never contemplate having a PC from anyone else! Thank you!

We took our PC to these guys and they quickly found the problem. We told them our budget and not only did they fix it, but they put very good components inside and now this PC is the best I've ever owned.
I'll only ever take my computer to these guys, they're honest, knowledgeable, will explain things and offer support.

Went for a laptop repair. Unfortunately it couldn't even fixed without buy a new graphics card which would have been expensive on a older laptop. But went back and bought a new one off him. Best laptop I had and the specs would have cost over a grand from a mainstream retailer but got it for much less.

They do not deserve any custom, purely based upon their lack of professionalism. Which is unfortunate.

Complete con-man sells overpriced Chinese garbage. I bought a mac charger which costed £58. When I tried to use it, the thing doesn't charge my laptop, only keeps it at the same battery level. I took it back 3 days later and he refused to give me a refund. I don't have money to throw away.
I told him by law he had to give me a refund due to the Consumer Act 2015. He was completely rude and arrogant. Wasting half of my day going back and forth. I spoke to Citizens advice about it and they told me he was wrong. Still he could not give me my money back. He even locked his door and stopped answering his phone with a customer inside. I couldn't honestly believe it.
Complete scumbag to be honest. I saw him sweet talking money out of older gentleman several times when i went in there several times. All i wanted was my money back. Just avoid like the plague, for your sake.

Brilliant place to buy games and electronics from with the comfort of a hassle-free 2 year warranty. Have never had any issues except from with a PS4 I bought which was replaced without any hassle from the friendly staff. Selling to them is terrible though, they pay you awfully. I know they have to make a profit but they pay you 1/4 of what they sell it on for. Selling on eBay would make much more if you are looking to get rid of junk even though eBay has a selling fee!

Woeful service, greeted by a guy with his head in a device. Didn't even look up while asking me what I wanted. After presenting details of a reserved laptop I was kept waiting, only a few minutes to be fair but when I asked for a VAT receipt after paying I was told I should have said that 5 minutes ago and I'm currently waiting at the desk yet again for this to be sorted. I'm only here because the product I wanted was out of stock in the Hereford branch. But wow, what a difference. Hereford store was full of friendly, knowledgeable staff. General manager, sort it out!!! Have now left, with no VAT receipt.

Appalling Customer Service. Shop elsewhere.
I purchased a Brother printer from the Blackpole store. When the printer would not work, I return to the store for assistance only to be dismissed and told to contact Brother direct. When the fix from Brother did not work, I tried to return the printer to Currys for them to sort it out. But again they were not interested and insisted that I had to deal with Brother direct. So I now have to waste my time trying correct a defective product sold by Currys.
This is the last time I will purchase anything from this store. The so called Service desk is a joke and the staff astonishingly unhelpful.
I would give the store zero stars if I could.

Really excellent. Ethan (salesperson) actually listened to what I needed, advised me well and I'm the happy new owner of a laptop. My local store is rubbish, so today's visit has restored my confidence. If you want good service - go to Blackpole, Worcs!

Click and collect to buy a sound bar. I went to the collection counter to be sent upstairs. I was greeted by a chap upstairs to be sent to the other end of the floor, to be greeted by another chap who directed me to another chap. Finally, the 4th chap went to find my sound bar. Eventually they returned and processed the sale. Click and collect definitely is not a quick process here!

I wish I had read the reviews here and on Trust Pilot before using KnowHow for a laptop repair. Do not believe what they say on their website with a headline statements like "NO FIX, NO FEE" and "Free consultation service".
I was quoted for parts that exceeded the value of the laptop in question, which was a complete no brainier to decline. Expected a £60 refund because my Laptop was not fixed, I was somewhat surprised I was going to have a fight on my hands.
I’m staring at their website right now where it says “No fix, no fee”. What else could this actually mean??? It’s then followed up with “You’ll pay a £60 one-off repair charge plus parts”.
Repair charge! Not random fee! My Laptop was not repaired!! And it doesn't say its none refundable unless you trawl through all on KnowHow T&C's!! I'm surprised that following my complaint nobody from KnowHow has reviewed the misleading statements and corrected them on your website.
Should say "No Fix, No Fee*" T&C's apply
It's False Advertising, and based on their scores on other review sites (trust pilot) KnowHow clearly Know'sHow to treat its customers like muck!
Avoid at all costs!

I refuse to use Ombersley Road which is more convenient for me but use the st John's one instead. Everyone, yes everyone is polite and helpful in here. They are efficient and try and do their best for each customer. It shows that not all post office staff need to be rude to do the job. The shop part is clean, bright and interesting and it is a pleasure to be in there. I have never had to queue too long either which is a bonus but which I do understand can not always be helped. People don't mind waiting though if they know that everything is being done to alleviate the problem and reduce the queue. Well done St John's

Most of my post goes missing. Items I buy off eBay do not get delivered and items I have sent often don’t arrive at recipients address. I have now, at an extortionate cost, got to post everything recorded delivery. I have been refunded by Royal Mail 3x times because they ‘lost it’ - Utterly shambolic service. I have worked for the Royal Mail and I know how stringent security is inside the sorting offices, which means there is theft between them receiving post and delivering it. I remember a time you could fully trust Royal Mail with your post now it’s a mess. This Didn’t happen to me in Bristol, but as soon as I moved to Worcester I have had headache after headache.

Never had such a bad experience as in this post office. A remarkable offending attitude when you ask politely for repeat what they say. I first remained patient but the last time it was in such a way offending that I left the shop and went for another post office. Not to recommend to visit this post office.

Firstly, the post office mistress is inexcusably rude and somewhat incompetent at her jobs-worthy position. I telephoned the post office to enquire into a solution to a twice refused attempt for a member of family with 3 pieces of ID to collect a package on my behalf. Over the phone a he abruptly gave me the rules of collection and when I went to ask a question she hung up on me very abruptly. I have never been spoken to so poorly before by anyone in the customer service industry.
Secondly, I work in data protection and anyone knows it is any photo identification (either passport or driving licence) and either a recent bank statement or utility bill dated within 3 months. I was told that only my driving licence could be shown, which is baffling? Unfortunately, I was informed on 2 different occasions that my family could not pick this item up for not the appropriate identification. I had to go to inordinate lengths because I do not work in Worcester to give my certified DBS check a recent bank statement and my identification and to much expected contradiction was told that only a proof of address document was required with no identification.
I will not be using the Ombersley road post office as a hub for packages ever again! It has taken over a week for me to receive my package. The mere lack of even remote polite service is astonishing. Surely based not only on my review but the countless others on this platform is enough to facilitate a real change in the way that Ombersley road post office is run.
Quite frankly a disgusting level of customer service and this rude woman needs to be dealt with by someone who is not at the Ombersley road franchise but someone from Royal Mail. I would recommend for others to use a different local post office for efficient and polite service.

I was told by neighbours about the two ladies behind the counter were hard work. That was polite, they are rude, ignorant, slow and seem more interested in talking to each other or counting stamps than helping customers. The standard response is go to the PO up the road in Fernhill Heath.

The negative reviews regarding this post office, some incredibly detailed, don’t do the intolerable experience justice, I rarely post reviews online, but I genuinely felt the need to write something.
The ‘Postmistress’, although she doesn’t deserve such a title, is beyond rude, ignorant and utterly frustrating. The most jobsworthy, miserable person I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting.
She enjoys cutting you off mid sentence as if she was taking part in a debate rather than a service. Customer service just isn’t her forte, and neither is speaking to you like a human being. She also intentionally finds any technical way not to help you or denying service, and seems to take great satisfaction in doing so. I’ve been in there several times, including recently, and you are met with question after question.
The Id requirements, based on the website was met, but still she persisted in telling me that I need more proof of the person living at the address. You would think you were being interrogated by homeland security!!
Finally got the parcel after providing a passport qualifying amount of proof of address and identity
Strongly recommend avoiding this post office and walk to the city centre post office which offer discernible customer service. I’ve been kept on hold with BT for 40 mins and compared to the postmistress was an absolute delight.
An official complaint will be raised and hopefully we can get some much needed change

The blonder lady is alright - always hope it is her serving but pity her for having to work for the other woman.

I can't believe the previous comment about the staff here. I have been in when customers have been abusive (I go a few times a week as an ebay record seller), and have even seen staff leave over it, but I never get the sense that they are anything less than as helpful as can be and even stay open past time to deal with queues sometimes. I find all the staff pleasant, even the woman who has been there just weeks who must be on a steep learning curve. If you think you know better than the new staff members, use the self serve. I just go to whichever side is going to be fastest. Since London Road closed, I'm glad I have an option within 15 minutes walk.

This has never been an efficient post office & now that the self service machines are there it's even worse, there was one member of staff on & after I struggled to send a parcel with the machine (attempted but after choosing all the options the machine reset to the start screen) I went to the counter & after a long wait spoke to the lady on the counter, I asked if they were short staffed, only to be told it wasn't a big post office anyway. Come on it's the main Worcester post office! absolute joke of a service.
Royal Mail has gone from bad to worse for sending and receiving mail. Sometimes I have to travel nearly three miles to the sorting office to collect my own post, I have paid to have sent me!
They need to update their whole network & electronic tracking service too, get with thew times, you keep increasing the cost for sending mail but don't invest in your services!!!

Please sort out the staffing situation, its the main post office in the city and there is usually just one person serving for all transactions. Yes, there are automated machines but they are slow and clumbersome if posting several packages. A very stressful horrible and badly managed place. I now take a 15 minute extra walk to St Johns post office where the service is brilliant.

Since putting in the machines there has only been 1 to 2 (if we're lucky) staff on the counters. I always have to wait a minimum of 20-40 mins to be served. Its absolutely rediculous. Everyone in the que are also moaning about the same. For a large city post office this is crazy!!

ONE long hour waiting. A disgrace! For such a busy location only one staff working. Doesn’t Royal Mail check all theses reviews? Avoid at all costs. You will be stuck there in excess of 40 min and leave with high blood pressure.

The waiting area is really spacious and relaxed. I brought my baby in to open an Help to Buy ISA. I was told the appointment was 60mins and it actually was. Watched videos and went through legal stuff to fill the whole time. If you can help it don't take your baby... The bank staff member was a star while my baby screamed over her reading out the legal stuff and with Sesame Street on load while calling HQ to finalise everything.
Stairs to get into the bank so if you have mobility issues you might want to visit another branch. Only 4-5 steps though.

HSBC Call Centre in India is a disgrace. The staff obviously have no clue about customer service. I spent several hours on the phone going round in circles . They show little knowledge, understanding or empathy with customers problems. they do HSBC a great disservice ad should be closed down. It took two visits to my local branch to sort things out. The staff in Worcester branch were marvelous.

I went in today to get a new security key but came out with a different way to log in that I didn't even know about and is so much easier for me!
I thought I would end up having to call someone or wait for a new key to be delivered which was not an option as moving in the next few days.
I really cant praise Olivia enough, she was so helpful and so friendly, took an interest and calmed me down when I came in quite stressed.
A fantastic front of house person and an asset to you!! Thank you Olivia!

Absolutely rubbish costumer service
I called 3 hours before to order 8000 euros. All good. When I got there she said she couldn.t help me because I can.t prove what I intend to do with the money. I said to her I was needing the money for my wedding. She wanted papers to prove ( wich are in Romania)

We was having a problem with our card payments to book a room at a local hotel The Crown (who only take card payments ). Therefore the helpful lady went through every avenue to find out this problem..
The problem was located and wouldn't be able to be solved there and then, so out the kindness of heart she came back to the Hotel to explain all. The hotel took cash.
Excellent customer care to you. We are so appreciative for all the help this lovely member off staff did for us.

Such a well know bank yet in this branch there’s only 2 counters with 2 staff behind them operating them, since they’ve knocked down the help and advice desk everyone has to queue in one big queue,

Misguiding staff, was told over the phone I would need certain documents to open a joint account for me and my wife, upon attending appointment at branch to open account, was told these specific documents wouldnt be enough and would have to rearrange and appointment and bring more documents, took exact same documents next door to HSBC and they booked me an appointment the following day and opened me and my wife a joint current account.

your site has the old phone number for Worcester branch. It just took me
endless efforts to get through to a naitonal number which went via a Glasgow call centre. I am not a customer but have soon to pay in two large cheques for family members who bank with you and need to know if you will need ID as I'm not a customer. Lloyds (my bank) said large cheques can cause issues. thanks to your guy Ross in Glasgow for giving me the info I needed, as a disabled person getting into the city is hard enough without fretting about what ID stuff I will be asked to bring in as well. I visited the branch today and arrived at 11.15 according to the clock. As I wanted to withdraw more than 250.00 I went to the 2tdesks at the back of the bank, where only one cashier was serving despite six people before me. I went to one of the people sitting at the reception tables to ask if anyone else could help the customers, but was told no, and to use the cash machine to withdraw money - this was not an option. Eventually another cashier opened up the vacant position. When it was my turn at 11.28, the cashier didn't apologise for the delay. I requested the money and as it was a large amount he asked if I would like it in an envelope which I agreed would be a good idea. However he didn't put the cash in the stated envelope but folded an A4 size sheet of paper around the notes. This is not the service I expect from Nat West and am most disappointed with the Nat West 'experience'. If I could give this a zero star rating I would (Barbara Washbourne)

Worst bank ever!! It really doesn’t improve. Long waits,bad service or should I say complete lack of customer service and getting worse every visit. Thank goodness i’m Leaving and going elsewhere.

very unsatisfactory customer service. I visited this branch yesterday to make two simple cash transactions. The banks cash counting machine was faulty and a long queue soon built up. By the time I got to being served my car parking time was running out and I had abandon my mission. Returned this morning and found the bank did not open until 10AM. Paid my my bills at Lloyds instead. Not happy, 1st ever 1 star review.

Terrible how natwest has changed, and not for the better! Very argumentative member of staff today, no apologies for the long wait to be served,even arguing with me about how long i had been waiting, 35 mins in total, only cash at one till now, no large signs to direct you to the correct place.. been with natwest for many years and now considering a change after todays experience!

If there is no decent PC repair shop in your area, send you storage device to data recovery lab from the nearest post office. You can pay for recovery services or software registration at any bank.
