I contacted Ian as I had problems installing Ofice due to a security problem with my new laptop. Ian said he could help but suggested I first contact Microsoft who could probably rectify the matter free of charge. I followed his advice and am happy to say the matter was resolved. I would certainly use Mat and Mouse in for any future computer problems

I've used Ian from Mat & Mouse IT Services on several occasions now and have always found him to be prompt in his response and knowledgeable in all things IT.
But I think what stands out for me is his friendly and helpful attitude. His customer service is second to none and I would recommend Mat & Mouse to anyone who as an IT related issue.

Tom suggested replacing my faulty mac hard drive with a more stable solid state drive and did the work in a day and was cheaper than other places I'd gotten quoted. Loved the quick turnaround and now my lap top is like new. Would definitely recommend.

Charlie had my PC for two days, it has been giving me a blue screen error for months that I couldn't figure out why, I had replaced the hard drive and checked all the ram but then he figured it was an intermittent faulty power supply not giving enough power to the hdd.
He replaced it, reinstalled windows 10, gave it a good clean inside and out, reapplied some thermal paste to the CPU as it was also overheating and kept all my files as requested he kept me updated by text every step of the way and even collected and dropped it back off for me.
Cannot fault him he was absolutely brill and will use again if I need a hand! Thanks Charlie

Apple FX what can I say apart from this is the place I’d recommend to anyone who has tech issues with their Mac or pc I took my MacBook Air in as it wasn’t booting up and thought it was in deep sleep mode after watching a video on u tube this wasn’t the case Dave informed me it was a blown chip and ordered it collected week after she’s up and running again not doing bad for a 2013 model it wasn’t cheap but it was compared to buying another Mac job done thanks Dave and Emma

The lady who served us was very annoying and kept trying to push merchandise on us. We repeatedly told her we knew how to set up our new computer and did not need help. Again she tried to get is to purchase the set up sysyem. Then it was antivirus and the extended warranty. After we had 'parked' our computer we went to look at surround sound systems....she followed us and asked if we had thought about another product for our computer. Needless to say we didn't get a surround sound system. We collected our computer and left the shop. Every one else who approached us respected our privacy when we said we didn't need any help and one lady let us use a tape measure. I wanted to complain about her but my husband said to leave it!

I had the pleasure to work with Fenwick haulage for several years, being a former car sales logistics coordinator, deliveries to our buyers always on time if not early, also became one of our compound's storing vehicles ready for delivery or collection, nothing was ever too much trouble for these guys, always going above and beyond, driver's all well groomed politely mannered, office staff brilliant from collection from branches , storing and delivering car's direct to buyer, the whole admin process for billing always on time and no discrepancy in invoicing ever, if any one ever needed cars hauling or refrigeration hauling I'd highly recommend these guys without any hesitation.

I have used this post office alot recently due to be selling items on eBay. I have gone in once with 40 parcels and the staff member was excellent and was not annoyed about how much I had. Sells postage items as well if you need anything else.

Absolutely fuming. Ordered some oil for my car online, it arrived on a Saturday much to my inconvenience as I wasn’t at home. Fine. So it got re-delivered to Carcroft post office and I received a slip telling me I could pick it up on Sunday between 9am-12:30pm. But of course, the degenerates that run this post office did not have the key as usual. They are slack and a pain to deal with. Now I have no oil in my car and I’m reluctant to drive it to work etc. Would never recommend sending anything through these guys and if you’re unlucky enough for a parcel to be delivered to them then I feel for you.

I am not one to write review but after the disgusting customer service I received from one woman who works in this post office I’ve decided to write one. I went into the post as I would usually do to buy 1st class letter stamp to ship small items for my business. I would usually post the in the post box inside the post office after buying my stamps at the counter, which is something I have always done but on this occasion I was refused the right the post my mail in the post box because my property (my Mail) is now the property of the Queen and I have no longer have the rights to post in the post box. I was completely shocked at this as it’s up to me where I post my mail. I have come to them to by letter stamps so I can post my mail where I choice too, whether that is at my local post office or any post box in the country.
Absolutely terrible and if I could go 0 or -0 and below, that is what star rating I would give them. This isn’t a representation of the other staff members in there just that one woman. I have now reported her by written letter and emailed to both their customer service team and the managing director about this, it is highly unacceptable and unprofessional for her to refuse my right to use the mail box.
I use this post office a lot and cannot allow this shocking service, I have received continue. I had my own valid reason for putting my mail in the post box as I didn’t want them damaged. The thing I saw going into the basket where my mail was going, absolutely disgusting heavy looking boxes and a (wooden cricket back) just to name a few. And I can understand why all those items where going into the basket because of there size etc but I just paid for letter stamp and should be able to post in the post box.
I was so disappointed when leaving the post office and really hope that my mail didn’t get damaged with all those really heavy items laid on top. Anyone using this post office I would advise you not to go to the till to buy stamp etc because even if your intentions are to post it somewhere else, you won’t get the chance to. As soon as they have your money you no longer own or have the rights to post your mail where you choose too. Please go to the self checkout where their is usually a really lovely older guy that is super helpful and will allow you to post your mail where you like. Or go to the travel checkout, where again their is a guy that is always helpful but do note as it’s still at the counter and there may be a queue so you may not end up getting the lovely guy at the travel counter.
If anyone else has had to deal with this issue at any post office, I really hope my email and letters address this issue and post office staff are educated on the fact that they don’t have the right to refuse us, and we as customer have the right to choose where we post are mail and all our mail is our mail until it is officially posted whether that’s in the post box or parcel baskets.

Poor customer service. I use this post office a lot, mainly self-service machines. Several members of staff made me feel invisible even though the only help I needed from them was to put my parcels into collection bags.

The contact service for HSBC is absolutely rubbish!! I have been hanging on the phone for 20 minutes, listening to inane music. I cannot get a number to speak to a person at my branch, I cannot find a way of emailing 'someone - 'anyone' to get some sense! I was promised an action would be dealt with on June 9th IF I waited 48 hours - It is now June 14th, the action has not been done and I still cannot speak to anyone......what is going on?
The website is a maze of irrelevant 'stuff' - the 'help' you get is from a virtual something or other who then shoots out a menu of non related topics for you to read..............shape up - this is not service!!

Been with this bank for more than 35yrs. The only improvement they need is the front desk at counter. The more cashiers the quicker the service but as I understand they're trying to reduce this so as customers can sort their banking needs online. I'm not confident with this so prefer to go into the bank. I bet there are others in same boat. Service is a bit slow so when there is a big queue theres only 3 counter staff the other 2 counters are closed? Whats point in having them spaces for counter staff when they are empty. I think I like to see quicker service then I'll give 5 star rating.

Tatty branch. I've been coming in here for the best part of thirty years & I think it's been done up once in that time. Please note, opening times must be adjusted to account for the mood of some of tellers. It's a terrible inconvenience having to serve customers when there's only 20 mins left till closing. People skills like this could be transferred to the lion taming industry.
