Straight out terrible !
As soon as I walked it the store owner did not want to fully listen to my explanations about my PC's faults and just assumed reinstalling my system would do the job.
Without any confirmation with me he reinstalled it and charged me £60 for a mere windows 8 downgrade ??
Apart from that my laptop is still broken as it was, even after assuring me it would be fixed...
To finish this company is not part of an MSI company although it has it in its name.

Never again will I shop at Curry’s PC World.
After purchasing my item, I waited until two days before I was supposed to receive my package. I still had not received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, so I called to ask about this (Wednesday) and was told that if I didn’t hear anything by Friday (the day it was meant to arrive), to call back.
I call back on Friday and they say that if I don’t hear anything by Tuesday, to call back. I had already done this, with a 20 minute wait on the phone line each time. This is not an acceptable solution for customers to have to call multiple times to ensure that their order is delivered.
I asked to speak to a supervisor to help to find a better solution. The customer service agent said that I could, but they were busy right now so it would be another 20 minute wait. I said ok. 40 minutes later, another customer service agent picked up the phone. It turns out he had just fed my call back through the phone system. He never had any intention of putting me through to a supervisor. This is disgraceful to play with people and people’s time like this, especially when they are calling because of frustration caused by the company’s in ability to resolve an issue. I work. I am busy. I don’t have time to play games. This is an enormous waste of my time, but also of the company’s time and resources. Shocking that they allow such behavior. If no supervisor can speak to me, then fine. But don’t pretend to put me through and let me wait.
When my package finally arrived, 5 days after the initial date given and 3 days after the second delivery date given, it did not match the product photo online. It also had a note inside saying that it could not be returned in store because it was released through a third party supplier. I was not informed that I could not return in store when purchasing the product.
I will be encouraging everyone I speak with to shop anywhere but Curry’s PC World. Totally disgusted with this company.

Not long ago post offices were considered an endangered business…. However, much to the delight of many, the post office became a franchise and assured many jobs.
Grernway Post Office is a very good example of what you can achieve by amalgamating grub with stamps. With increased footfall, the staff maintain a pleasant rapport and enthusiastic manner. Neat and tidy with a very efficient service, combined with an ATM externally, this post office justifies the need for their availability.

The woman who served me this morning (11/10/18) must have been new, as she needed guidance with my request. She was friendly; greeted me as I arrived, said thank you and have a good day. Appalling staff, so unhelpful. One shoved a form at me and told me to fill it in next time as it's not his job to individually provide proof of postage for FOUR items. Four. I didn't know such a form existed and never ever before have I been asked to fill one out in any other branch. It's your JOB to quite literally post what I ask you to and provide me with a receipt. Worst post office by far. So bad I'm leaving a review and how awful must the service be to actually bother leaving a review about a post office. They clearly need retraining.

Royal mail should be ashamed to be represented by the counter staff here. The shop counter staff wear royal mail uniform and a sign clearly hung above the tills states that certain postal services are available at the counter. After three attempts at random days and times to give the place fair trial and compare it to its competitors it's clear that it's not worth the hassle. The staff lack any kind of customer service skills and despite the in store notices and online claims, postal services are not available at the counter AT ANY TIME unless you want "a stamp".
The in- store post office, when actually open, is fine but opens to 5pm at latest mon-fri only.
Do not expect it to be open until 11pm as an online search will tell you.
Competitor stores have trained, polite staff operating postal services from the counters, as advertised by royal mail, from 5pm to close with the same level of service throughout the store.

If you are a business customer with Danskebank good luck to you! I have been waiting for them to return a call since 4th November (today is the 23rd). Called them last week and was told someone from business support would call me that day before 5pm, even gave them my mobile number but alas I'm still waiting. Called again today and was told the same. During the summer a bank employee rang me to ask why we were using BACS payments rather than Faster Payments - this lady was covering for someone on the Business Team while they were on holiday and thank goodness she was. We now use Faster Payments as there is no charge for these. Why would no-one from the Business team have the courtesy to inform us of this? Danksbank customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced! Unless you get the call centre abroad where they actually know what they are talking about and can normally sort your issue out immediately. Very disgruntled customer!

Worst bank in Belfast, cold stuff. I just don't know how to give a " - 0" here. Horrifying. Bad manner, unprofessional. If not for work, I don't go there at all, for sure they don't really welcome customers. Bank Of Ireland toke me 20 minutes to get £40 of £5, £10 of 20p and £60 of £1 coin today. The quick lodge service is very handy - just drop an envelope into the slot and I can be in and out in under 5 minutes.
Any time I have required to talk to staff they have been friendly, helpful and informative.
It's a shame there is typically only one window open so the queue builds up quickly and waiting times are sometimes long.
Love the updated design, it's very open and clearly laid out.
The branch has really inconvenient opening times as it closes early at 4.30pm during the week and isn't open at all at weekends.

Possible the worst business I have ever dealt with.
I have made 3 formal complaints over the past few months only to get told by some 9-5 that my complaints are not upheld.
The people in this branch need a reality check that they don’t work for the bank, but for the customer. With no customer they will not have a job or a bank.
Stay clear and try another bank, just started to deal with the Ulster Bank and have found a world of difference. Don’t need to put up with terrible service in this day and age.

This bank returned direct debits on my account justifyable but also waited 24 hours before returning them to intentionally leave my account overdrawn and then charged me £90 for being overdrawn. If the DD had have been returned immediately my account would not have been overdrawn and the bank would not be able to charge £ 90
How could I possibly be overdrawn if the bank did not pay the DD on my behalf ?
Find another bank is my advice

What an odd place, ive recently had to use this branch and really its not very user friendly. Hidden nooks and crannys, unused desks and tablets everywhere. Looks fantastic, if you were playing at being a bank, otherwise pretty useless. As per first trust, one teller and a queue (which you have to join by following a sequence in the carpet, very odd).

Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible. The best solution would be to shut down the computer of power off your phone and outline an action plan. If turning off the device is impossible, try to use it as little as possible.
Make up a list of devices where the necessary files have been saved.
Try to remember the chain of events from creating the files to deleting them. You may have received them by email, downloaded from the Internet, or you may have created them on another PC and then brought them home on a USB drive. If the files in question are personal photos or videos, they can still be available on the memory card of your camera or smartphone. If you received the information from someone else - ask them for help. The sooner you do it the more chances you have to recover what is lost.
