I just wanted to share my fantastic and positive experience at this fab local shop yesterday. My iPhone had stopped charging and I was at a loss without it and was facing having to buy a new phone, not ideal just before Christmas. However just 2 minutes in the shop and the problem was sorted, my phone buzzed back into life and the 2 lovely guys behind the counter were very helpful and simply handed it back with a smile 😀😀

Absolutely thrilled that I found Steve based on his amazing reviews! My MacBook Pro gave up the ghost on Saturday morning. I emailed Steve Sunday receiving a reply on Monday. After a quick call my husband dropped the Mac in, and 24 hours later Steve had solved the issue and I am back working again! Wonderfully fabulous miracle workers!!! After Apple told me my MacBook Pro was 'vintage' and not only could they not diagnose the problem, they said they also no longer manufacture the parts to repair it and therefore a new one was my only real option.
My MacBook was top spec 7 years ago (old but hardly vintage!) so to replace I was looking in the region of £2.5k minimum. Thanks to the genius Tom and very helpful and friendly team at Woodstock, my MacBook was diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. They have also given me some advice on new parts to extend the life of my MacBook even further and I'll soon be going in for some part upgrades, however with the fix and upgrades it will still a fraction of the cost of a new one. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher, top notch service and super knowledgeable, I literally could have kissed Tom when he walked out with my working MacBook!! Thanks very much guys and I'll see you soon.

I have had 2 Toshiba laptops, both of which have been very reliable. The first one only failed when it was flood-damaged.
I downloaded a 'free' antivirus package on my latest one which really slowed it down, and ultimately stopped it working.
Hazel at OSCS downloaded all my photos and documents, gave my PC a healthcheck, re-installed Windows 10 and reloaded all my photos and documents. She also installed Eset antivirus.
It is now running faster and safer than ever.
I am so pleased with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have just had 2 mac pros and an iphone fixed. 1 mac pro has a new screen (the old screen was broken with hundreds of lines across and down it) the other a new hard drive (the old hard drive was missing!) and the phone has a new screen and battery as the screen had bulged out on one side and popped out of it's housing after the battery swelled up. All items now in full working order again and repaired quickly and for a good price. Very happy and will definitely be back. Thanks.

The shop looked pleasant, was serviced by Tom and discussed my problems and the schedule for repair. He gave me confidence and discussed the repair process. Not the most user experience layout but it can't argue when put into the location.
Will amend this review once I get my laptop back.

Dell XPS laptop sent in for repair for the DC component for replacement, was fixed in 3 days for £49.99. Component inside was fried but the engineers managed to save it and get it working again for my masters course. They put a lot of effort in cleaning out the damage and servicing it. Fantastic job in solving the problem and keeping me informed about the problem. Will visit again for repairs

Away down in Worthing and cracked my laptop screen and had meetings in the afternoon which I needed my laptop for, ironically for an IT hardware reseller agreement presentation.
Emailed Aaron at 9.30am, replied within 10 minutes, had the screen HD screen in stock, booked in for 11.30am was fixed by 12.05am!
To top it off was £20 cheaper than the other 2 quotes I had received which would have taken 2 days to fixed the laptop.
Hopefully I won't need to use him again, but would 100% recommend them to anyone else who needs to do so!

My iPhone 6 had water damage and a cracked screen. Dropped the phone off at 3.45pm explained the problem and was called 45mins later saying all had been fixed. £90 for the pair to be fixed.... new battery installed and the phone is all working fine.
Both guys I spoke to were very friendly, very approachable and fully explained the changes they made and how they fixed the phone.

iPhone 5S button was replaced in January 2019. First niggle is that they used a gold rimmed button on silver phone. Second niggle is that no VAT receipt was given. However, those aside… The repair was given a 30 day guarantee so they were not interested in offering good customer service when the button cracked within two months of replacement. Instead, clearly not knowing how OCD I am about my possessions, quite rudely, went through all the ways I could have caused the crack myself. They did, however, offer a replacement home button but would cost a further £15 additional to the £45 I had paid for the original repair. Since using this company, I have done some research and found others that would have done the repair for less money and give a longer guarantee – wish I had done that in the first place. When the works were first carried out, I recommended this company to all of my friends – this recommendation has since been retracted. Would not recommend!

Used to use Crawley Computers but they were really overpriced, even as far back as early 90s when they traded in the Boulevard they would overcharge, for example he wanted £200 for an Amstrad that wouldn't load properly, now these guys in Southgate are about I've used their services 3 times and they always do a good job, and prices are good too

Broke my new Samsung s7 screen, used this service for the repair and since the fix the battery won't last longer than a few hours. Not sure if the battery had been switched for another one or if something went wrong whilst being repaired but definitely will not be using again. Owners of Samsungs beware.

I was told to take my sons laptop to pc world by my insurance company , they wanted 60 for a quote and that it would take 6 10 days to sort it out then i would hav eto wait for teh insurance company to get back to me . He needed it to take back to uni , so phoned these guys up , was told a quote woudl be 20.00 if it was just the screen it would be 125.00 and ready in 2 days max . As the excess on our insurance was 100 we decieded to just go ahead with these guys so glad we did it was ready with in hours phone call to say it was ready . Great service , great price .

DO NOT take your electrical equipment here
Twice I have taken HP laptops here to be fixed. The first occasion the fix was ineffective; the second occasion, they irreparably damaged the device. If you take your device here, make sure it is fully backed up and be prepared to lose data.
There will not be a third occasion for me and I cannot reasonably advise you to take electrical equipment here - plenty of other options locally!

Well I agree the lady on the phone is lovely, I'd have to say after two repairs the workmanship and customer service once you get past the receptionist is severely lacking. First fix, the hard drive they put in showed faults within four weeks! Second fix- like the other review here, I was told they'd let me know about the required fix first, especially as it was a netbook in question and wasn't sure it was worth fixing- instead I was called to say it was already fixed despite motherboard showing extensive damage and being told netbook might not last long! When it immediately showed problems they wanted to charge me again to look at it??!! Further communication was appalling, dealt with very inept customer service rep and then very defensive managing director who was more interested in defending her employees then offering solutions. I felt I was being privy to office politics of a small company with problems over being dealt with professionally- yuck!!

Great service and communication. My laptop was collected the very next day and was sent a text when they received it and when the engineer started looking at it. Called by the engineer, Adam once it had been looked at, and informed what needed to be done and the price, which I could then either sort out payment then or be called back at a later time. Once all payment was sorted, (thanks Sam for putting up with bad phone reception) my laptop was delivered the very next day with no detection any thing had been wrong in the first place.

I called to ask if he had a SATA hdd cable in stock and how much, he said yes, for a couple of quid, but when I called in to collect, he just gave me the cable for free. I'm not saying he'll fix your laptop for free, but you don't come across that kind of relaxed generosity much these days.

My girlfriend had a problem with her tablet constantly opening popups. As she desperately needed it for her studies she took it in here. from what I can tell they installed Malwarebytes (which is freeware) and uninstalled Chrome as it only seemed to affect that browser. Told her some junk about cookies and spyware then charged her £45. The problem is still there when Chrome is reinstalled. Would put 0 stars if possible. when im back in Worthing I'll be contacting then about a refund.

Do Not Use! Website claims they use genuine apple parts and yet the technician told me he used a 3rd party battery and screen which is in breach of the trading standards act. The 3rd party screen didn’t allow the casing to close properly and the home button was lose and had gaps around the outside. I asked for a refund and was told I could only have a refund if they put my old cracked screen back on the phone and my old battery back in the phone. This shop is committing fraud and I have a good mind to report them, let alone their poor customer service and only giving a refund by taking back their 3rd party parts. I repeat, do not use.

My Wife took a Parcel to the Jengers Mead Post office today, the Parcel went recorded delivery to Gloucestershire, when my wife got home from the Post office, she gave me the receipt for the Parcel showing all the details of the address it was being sent to.
I immediately emailed a copy of the receipt to the person in Gloucestershire, showing him that the Parcel had been sent, the Person came straight back to me saying, the last digit on my postal address is incorrect.
I rang Jengers Mead Post Office and had to wait for about 5 minutes before someone answered the phone, I explained to the person on the phone about their error of the postal code on the receipt, they basically said, that it would not make any difference as the Parcel will be delivered to the correct address and the Postman at Gloucestershire would know the correct address.
I didn’t even get an apology from them about their error, my has also said that many a time she goes in there to post a Parcel, they can be very rude.
If there was another post office close by, I would definitely use it. I would of not even given them a star rating of 1 because they don’t deserve it.

The members are staff that work here are rude, difficult and not forthcoming. They aren't knowledgeable about postal services, and quite frankly, if I could rate them 0 I would! Customer service there is non existent! They make you feel uncomfortable and will refuse parcels that are posted after 5pm, even though you have been in the queue for thirty minutes! Despite a queue forming, they didn't get any other members of staff to help - A snail could serve faster! If there was somewhere else to post parcels in Billingshurst, I would certainly not return!

Having checked the website I visited to get an International Driving Permit. When I reached the front of the queue I was told rather abruptly that as it was lunchtime they did not provide this service & I was pointed in direction of notice on counter which explained this.
I mentioned that I had carefully checked website for information (and this was not mentioned there) to ensure my hour round-trip journey would not be wasted. The rather dismissive response by the gentleman behind the counter was that I should try another Post Office and he stormed off to another part of the shop. Simply astounded at this rudeness and arrogance!
I try and support the local high street shops which seem to be in terminal decline but an experience like this does nothing to encourage me. I will certainly not be using this Post Office again.

For flagship branches, you might want to try a big city. The Canary Wharf branch has a nice flagship feel to it. If you like access to appropriate services, a community feel and staff who know your name, came and bank here. Before head office decide the branch isn't economically viable!

Is my only major bank now in the Village. Cranleigh is a village btw not a town ! Santander left a couple of years ago. We have a Lloyds and Nationwide BS both of which are shockingly bad and would never bank with them again. Cranleighs population is mostly elderly who don’t want internet access or apps or over the telephone banking. So apart from a difficult journey to Guildfords branch which is 35 mins away by car, longer by bus and we don’t have a train station here !! there is no other choice. This huge place should be open every day in the week and on a Saturday and have more staff. When all the other sheeple banks are going online Barclays buck the trend and make this village bank a standout model

As a current customer I wanted to change the type of account I have. I spoke to somebody on the phone who told me to pop into the Horsham branch, no appointment necessary. Went in and was told they couldn't see me, that I needed an appointment and the first one they could offer me was over 3 weeks away which is too late for me and a very long time to wait anyway. Terrible customer service! I am trying to join the account of my husband and I went there more than a month ago with all the documents needed. I signed and they told me everything was fine. After a month I had NO response from them and nothing was done. I called the bank and they said no documents were sent to finish the process. I wrote an email to the Senior Personal Banker that was the person that was doing the process for me and he answered me that THEY LOST MY DOCUMENTS and I have to go there and do all the procedure AGAIN! Simple! It is an absurd! Who is going to pay for my hours and time and patience that I am loosing having to go to the bank again? No care for the customers at all! Very disappointed!

Unfortauntely I have never had a good experience in this Natwest. Always really long queues and virtually no staff working or at least at the desks and able to help. I always find myself queuing for ages and machines are often not working. I've also had a few very unprofessional staff members serve me here, Natwest really ought to do something about this branch. Thankfully I'm moving so it will no longer be my local one.

The Carfax NatWest has improved recently after the refurbishment. The customer service is good and due to the new machines you will not have to queue for long periods of time. The location is great in the centre of town.

Absolutely infuriating! Whilst waiting in a queue to pay in cash as machine out of order and only 1 cashier who was dealing with a lengthy transaction the Branch Manager came and asked if she could help. I said "I paying in cash" she said " I can do that for you" I said twice "this has to be in my account today as I'm paying a bill later", "oh yes definitely that will be in your account when do you need to pay the bill" she says "today I said" so was the money in my account when I phoned to make a payment NO!! Now gotta phone in the morning and find out why!! And this was the Branch Manager she either lied to get rid of me or isn't aware of her own
Branches procedures!!!!!!!! No faith at all.

Totally agree with the other comment - before the 'refurb' there were 4 cashier desks. Then two. Now just ONE. I had to wait forever because there was a complex transaction going on. An employee told me 'You can use the machine for paying in cheques'. Yes, but will the machine allow me to withdraw the whole cheque amount straight away? The answer was no, of course. Considering I have quite a large sum in my 3 accounts, and I am receiving less than 1% interest, I am disgusted that I NOW have to use machines to save the bank paying for REAL PEOPLE to assist me! Now I am looking for somewhere to put my money, where I can speak to people, not machines - perhaps the old system of 'under the mattress' could be my best option!

My elderly mother has been treated attrociously by this bank; we've been trying for 3 weeks to get a new cheque book; not "possible" online as the demand page always has a technical problem and everytime she calls the service line she is met with rude, patronising staff. This has been causing her a lot of distress; if I don't get an answer today, we are going to change banks.
1 hour later - impossible to speak to someone in the Horsham branch, the Indian I finally got through to was polite, although I couldn't always understand him, he suggested arranging for someone to visit my housebound mother - she only wants a new cheque book! I have now taken an appointment with the TSB to transfeer her account there. Spoke to a real person, actually in Horsham! Friendly anf helpful.
My parents have been with Barclays for many years, never overdrawn...
