I am so impressed with this service!!! I am writing this on my laptop which this morning was unusable and is now as good as new. After reading the reviews I decided to take my laptop to this place and I'm so pleased I did. Very reasonable price, fast friendly service, very helpful advice and clear explanations and prompt communication. My hard drive had failed and they diagnosed this, saved my data and fitted a new one in a day. The other reviews were right - I would 100% recommend VIP Consult and will be using them again.

i found the experience surprisingly very stress-free. I was a little anxious initially never having used the service before and not knowing what to expect. Tom made it all so relaxed and easy. Outstanding service!!
I bought my MacBook Air into the shop only yesterday, i was greeted exceptionally and reassured that i would have a diagnosis for the machine by next week. After only a day being in the shop Peter called me and told me that the machine was fixed! Despite happening to fix the laptop, he still charged me the original rate- being considerate that I'm a student. Really good service, would 100% recommend.

Because Solutions Inc has closed in Bournemouth, I was stuck with a laptop that wouldn't charge beyond 3%. I was convinced it was the computer, not the charger. I had to find somewhere else to solve my Mac problems. I tried out Peter. I wasn't entirely convinced after he did a service @ £65 and said it was the charger. I had to spend £79 getting a new one. But he insisted. And he was right. So I've got someone I can rely on to fix my Mac without going to Southampton to an Apple Store. Very happy customer!

not sure about the other good reviews - after reading those I asked 365 to look at my laptop after it developed a fault - it was returned in a worse state than before I gave it to them - plus my keyboard had been removed and in its place was a grubby recycled one - although I was charged for "new" - that did not work. I tried to contact them about this but they are rarely open, so I consulted a legal adviser friend about redress/compensation but he advised me that they would properly close down before I would receive anything. My advice would be - if you have a nice laptop, that you have looked after and it has served you well - do not trust it to these people - they will butcher it - and charge you for the "service."

Thank you David for your excellent help and advice with my laptop. Even though the computer itself could not be saved, all my data was retrieved for a very reasonable price and customer service was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend 365 computers to anyone needing support for their laptop. I was also impressed by how there was no hard sell of a new machine or additional services, though I would certainly buy a new computer from them in the future.

Fantastic place, what this chap doesn't know about electronics isn't worth knowing. Been here a few times now, the last time to fix my tablet. I was told it was one of two things, either the cable inside or the screen, he showed me the screen prices online so I knew the prices he was quoting were correct and not being ripped off. Luckily it was the cable, he fixed it there and then and it cost a tenner. I've used other (now closed down) electronics repairs centres which overcharged and didn't fix the issue but this guy is honest and gets the job done.

AVOID ! Do not use this company for data recovery ! After a week of advising their technicians in a controlled environments are meticulously going through the process of They advised me my unit was dead and happily took my money for that information. The report I asked for never arrived and I had a scrap of paper saying Unit not recoverable - I went to another company for a second opinion who recovered the data within 48hrs ! Seriously unhappy as they also didn’t respond to my email expressing concerns. Disgusting service

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and can assist with whatever tech questions you have. If you are looking for generic or specific set ups the staff will be able to give you advice on exactly what you are looking for. They also have a phenomenal display of latest VR gaming tech and hire-by-the-hour computers. 10/10, a real quality shop, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Decent service and did take a while but exceptional job on cleaning both MSI laptops to almost new. Still waiting on the receipt on my laptop screen as it was replaced. BIts repaired a dead tablet for me, they provided agreed rates for labour before undertaking any work, outlined how long it would take and subsequently worked to those timescales. The guys here have always been incredibly friendly, patient and helpful when I need any support, advice or work done with my phone or computer. As I'm a bit pf a technophobe other places have made me feel like an idiot! Prices are cheaper than in the bigger stores, and work is usually completed much more quickly too. Highly recommended.

I am really grateful and happy with PC Time's service! It was truly amazing, extremely quick and the staff is friendly and kind and helpful!
My laptop's charging fuse didn't work anymore, I have been to other places before that told me it takes 3-5 days to diagnose the problem (I already told them what was wrong with it, I did not request any other services, just the fuse to be changed), then 3-5 more days for the spare part to be delivered then more days to change it.. However, at PC Time, my laptop was fixed in less than 24 hours!!!
I totally recommend it!!! I will definitely come back to them.

Took my laptop for repair, told me they would contact within 2-3 days, we waited 2 weeks without response and called them to ask what was happening. Seems like they hadn't even taken a look at the laptop at all, and when they finally did we were told that they couldn't repair it, but paid the fee for checking. Although the customer service in store was ok, the repair service was pretty useless.

I'm a computer engineer in Birmingham who's home town is Bournemouth.
I came down to Bournemouth to see my parents and friends couple of weeks ago then
my mum expected me to fix her old desk top which was incredibly slow due to some
evils in there. As i plan to stay only for 2days i did not have enough time to repair hers.
I decided to put this time consuming work off to PC TIME and I pretended i know
nothing about computer. Andy, the main engineer in the shop was kindly explained to
me what he would do with the old tower computer which i agreed do. so that i could hang out with my old friends that night.
Next morning i received a text the computer's ready to go. when i was come back to the shop i checked thoroughly if he's done proper job. well... To be honest, he did the
better than i normally do. he installed new Windows system plus cleaned up the main board what's more, tidy up cables inside which was horribly tangled.
Good service, good price and honest people.

Went into this shop early last year to try to fix my laptop as it would no longer turn on. (it would sporadically) and they gave it back saying it was because of water damage. I paid and thought nothing of it. Took my laptop to my father, who works in IT, and he took the laptop apart and said there was no water damage what so ever. SO overall poor service, and wasn't able to give me a decent diagnosis, resulting in leaving me with a worse off laptop than before.

I left my Working Lenovo Tablet in this place to change little bit cracked screen and usb port. The guy said that during opening he found some moisture on mainboard. Now it can only be use as under flowerpot. I will not leave any more things in this place.

Absolutely appalling - do not go near. They had my laptop for a month - did not update me. Could get hold of them via email nor phone. When I went into pick up they said they had fixed so I paid - got home it was dead - returned and they said the charge was for their time. Their terms and conditions are nowhere to be seen - I have been fleeced - avoid avoid avoid.

Took Samsung phone in to replace cracked screen. New screen cracked in a couple of weeks. Went in to claim warranty - there wasn't any. They gave a small discount to replace it again - this screen cracked within a couple of weeks. They assure me they use genuine Samsung parts so either they're not telling the truth or their workmanship is dreadful - don't go near!!!

I cannot believe the rudeness and stress I've just encountered at this post office ! I have just been accused of stealing when I did no such thing and once the tall Indian man behind the counter realized his mistake he swiftly took to apologizing but not before agressively accusing me of stealing an envelope and asking me how I could have been so stupid as to think I'd get away with it. get away with what I asked and yet he shouted over the top until he realized I'd done nothing wrong ... all the while the lovely Indian lady at the till looked so embarrassed and could not apologize enough. She obviously knows what he's like. Needless to say I told the man his attitude was disgusting and that I will never ever go back in there. If anyone else has this experience please don't take it as personally as I have as he is clearly not used to running a successful shop and thinks all of the public are thieves .. he also won't treat you as not guilty unless it's staring him in the face. Very rude don't use this post office !

This Post Office is efficient but the staff, especially the blond lady in her 30s, could seriously benefit from a course in friendliness and customer interaction. They are not rude but they make minimal eye contact, never offer a smile or a 'Good morning', and are somewhat officious in manner at times. I have found it is hardly ever a pleasure to do business there.

Quite often only staffed by one person who looks constantly stressed. Customer service is low on the agenda.
If you are stuck in a queue of ebayers just do your shopping in the Asda next door, come back & you may find the queue has subsided (I've done this a few times!!) if you're lucky! At least we still have a Post Office on the heath tho.

I've been using this branch for roughly 2 years. During this time, all 3 members-of-staff have been consistently friendly, competent and professional. They are a credit to their business.
The only negative is that they have set such high standards, so when I visit some of the other offices, I don't get the same level of service, i.e. always open on time; not shut frequently, always using a template for packages to ensure that I'm not being over-charged.

Very hit or miss but mostly miss. Very rude attitude from who I believe to be the owner. When dropping off a pre paid package myself and others have quite frequently been shouted at. Claiming he doesn't make any money off of them and has now stopped doing the prepaid shipments that I sometimes need to do. Honestly his is a great shop and you can tell that the owners care about it, i believe they are a family, they have gone above and beyond in the past to provide great service, the man who works there searched for 20 minutes to find me a charger cable for my phone, they sell grab bags of flaming hot monster munch.
the staff in the post office are kind and efficient, but be warned, this place gets really busy (probably because its such a nice place) I have bought many ciders, snacks and electronics from this place, all delightful, best off licence in Winton.

As a one off on a Sunday, I had to pay in my business takings and was told that the coin bags must be the full correct amounts as they don't have time to count change (get a coin weighing machine?) I only had a few small bags of coins which were already separated correctly and a handful of notes, it wasn't a huge amount and no other customers were in the shop, and only took the person 5 minutes to count once she got started. Bad attitude to a new customer and wouldn't go back there again if I can help it. I normally use Alder Hills but it's a Sunday and they were closed but they alway encourage people to pay business takings in as it helps keep them open. Great staff at Alder Hills always helpful.

I use this place almost daily. Sometimes it gets a little busy, which is good as it means it is less likely to be closed down like all the others around the area. I waited in line for 10 minutes (at least) with an over tired baby and a toddler that needed to pee. We got to the front of the queue and was told we could be served at the other counter. I followed a man to the other side of the store. He served 3 people first, then me. Turns out he can't post my parcels and i have to go back to the original queue. Absolute joke. We just left as my daughter was busting for the toilet. Will not return. So many people in the queue saying they had the same experience. 2

Rude staff. Liars. They don't do half of the services they claim to on their official website. The manager is a vile man. I presume he's the manager anyway, his school child was working there in the holidays. Looked way too young to have a job. Don't do label printing, basic purchases in the shop have to go to a separate counter etc. Unhelpful rude immigrants.

It's a really efficient post office and light newsagents see if you need to get your bits and pieces done it's the perfect place to spot in they seem to have a lot of random memorabilia the sort of tat that you might find in a souvenir shop in London I'm not sure who the tourist are that they are hoping to attract with Union Jack mugs and that sort of nonsense
But all in all it's a decent little shop with a fast efficient post office at the end
Also they have a both to get your passport photos done

Lost my item and they said that on the label didn’t says what number is the street , when the same time i have a proof of the label send from the seller and it’s all correct.
Waiting more than a whole month now for a single letter saying that’s it’s Royal Mails Fault so i get a refund. And still nothing!!!!
Can’t believe how nobody cares even from the customer services . Definitely not helping! Exactly the opposite! Didn’t expect that from Royal Mail!!!!

Absolutely disappointed. Is there a no customer calling policy? Been waiting for my delivery and had my name and number down stairs to be called in case it arrives as I have no doorbell. Didn't bother to call. Now I have to wait another day to pick it up because today is good friday and it's closed... not to mention online it says it's open. Screwed system. Hope nothing ever comes with royal mail. I order online to have my delivery when I want it not when the royal mail wants.

The World's slowest Post Office.Most of the staff seem to work in slow motion and are chronically understaffed in the early mornings when any staff starting the day take an absolute age to prepare for till opening. I try to avoid for the most part.

This branch is one of the traditional town centre banks in a lovely Old building but with all the modern facilities you'd expect. The staff are helpful although it can get very busy at times. Front entrance has steps, although there is level access from the street at the side.

This branch is the very first I have ever been in my life! Staff simply don't care what they are doing, a polish lady was the worst if then all, she just said (in the worst English I have ever heard) "it's a waste of my time try to help you", I could not believe it, the other lady (Charlotte) working with her was almost asleep on her desk whilst I was there and another worker was just laying beging the desk, just SHOKING!!. They all, in their own single way, made me realize they did not care about customers whatsoever. I will be sending a complaint to their customer services department, can't stand they do this to clients in Bournemouth.

I went into this branch last Monday to pay in a cheque and also asked for some £50 notes.The cashier behaved if she was giving away her own money when she said there was a £200 limit(I wanted£400) even though they had a wad of £50 notes.She had long fair hair. However when I went into another branch on Friday I found there was no limit as long as they had some £50. So the bank clerk in winton branch should be reminded of whose money it really is! mine the customers!Never in 30 years being a loyal customer have I come across a rude bank clerk than the one in Winton branch that Monday!

Lovely staff team and incredible helpful, sadly the branch seems very dated and is lacking an immense amount of tech when compared to banks such as Lloyds in Winton e.g. machines to pay in cash & cheques using your card, the ability to pay money into your account using a chip and pin device at the window instead of filling in paying in slips etc. in the 21st century you would think this would be throughout all banks.

Lloyds Bank in Winton has been my branch for many years, always getting an amazing customer service delivered by a qualified and experienced staff.
Unfortunately things have changed dramatically since an arrogant, inexperienced and bitter person, Shari Brew, has been in charge of it.
She demonstrates unprofessionalism and a total lack of customer service criteria, whilst imposing customers the way to make their own transactions or having their bills sorted, even worse telling us that if we don’t like it, don’t come to this branch anymore.
I have never seen such a rude attitude towards any customer in a bank.
I didn’t waste my time arguing with her whilst listening her verbal diarrhoea as I never try to teach a pig to sing! Shame on her and this branch!

I have just exchanged a massive bag of coins at Boscombe Barclays- a member of the staff was extremely judgemental, no manners, no communication skills and not approachable, kept repeting herself despite me being lost in this situation. Extremely disappointed!!!

Nice website, shame the opening hours are way adrift of actuality I saw it shut at 16.30, so got there in plenty of time.....but no!! Lloyds Westbourne actually shuts at 15.00. A wasted journey. As a credit card user they wont accept my bank card from another bank in branch to pay my bill and only deal in cash or online payments.... in this day and age its not their lack of ability or resources its simply a clear desire to make simple tasks inconvenient for users of other banks to encourage you to switch.

Needed 350 cash machine 300 limit to get my car from the repairers.
The branch has no system. So no money and referred me to a branch 4 miles away at my own cost.
I have no car and end of month no money to pay for taxi.
What makes it worse the branch notified head office and at no time have I received an email or text to say the branch is offline.
Furhernoee when opening the account they opened the incorrect account type.
Had similar issue 20 years ago gave them 1 chance cause the wife liked them.
Once I get my £175 for moving to them this month. In off to another bank.

For those of you unfamiliar with the ideal of hostile design: think anti-homeless spikes, or deliberately uncomfortable bus shelter seats - anything to control the public in a certain way & discourage them from doing something.
Natwest Bournemouth has been redesigned such that it now punishes its customers for attempting to come into branch.
You will be sat on a sofa and made to wait for upwards of 20 minutes like a naughty child being put in time out. They will never miss an opportunity to remind you how you should've stayed at home and used the app like good little children despite its limits, and the fact it permanently booted off half its user base with a recent update.
We are not stupid - we all know it doesn't have to be like this. The decision has been taken to deliberately understaff the branch and to try and make the experience so unpleasant that hopefully the users all stay away and use online banking.
I am not describing a one off experience, this is the 4th or 5th time and we're not even talking busy times of the week. Despite the inconvenience I'm finally doing what i should've done a long time ago and switching to another bank. I'm really sick of being condescended to just for the 'privilege' of quickly dropping into a bank while you're in town.
