Outstanding! Had computer breakdown right after Christmas, needed instant help... and got it that morning. Nothing is too much trouble for a true pro who knows his stuff and value of customer service. All at a price that was extremely reasonable, to say the least. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Excellent personal service. I took in an oldish laptop, belonging to our daughter, that would no longer boot.
Within 24 hours the laptop was returned, repair completed; no hassle but instead a very friendly professional approach that allowed me to ask simple questions without the feeling that that I was a complete idiot when it comes to computers!
So now they are at the top of all computer details in my address book.

These guys had my hi-fi for three weeks and were unable to do anything with it. Each time I rang to check progress they promised to call me back and didn't. Finally I collected it and gave it to a small shop in SE London who fixed the power problem in 2 working days for £25.00 without any nonsense.

Used to work here in 2014. Staff trainer downstairs white guy with glasses is a racist sayin we speak queens english when we dont!!
In the call centre room I left customer on ohone coz didnt wanna handle the situation so went on break!
The managers had a nerve to go through my folder while I was on break!

I want to high light my experience about House of Fraser Stores in London. Once these stores were very very lovable and most preferred stores for each and every Londoner. But now the standard of these stores have gone very very low. I had purchased gift vouchers for my daughter after paying hard cash of £ 100/-. When my daughter visited this store, she was told that thrse vouchers are not acceptable and she was guided to send these original vouchers for replacement to their head office. She had done every thing as per the guidance of the Store staff but till now no vouchers replacement vouchers have been received by her which proves that this has become a cheater Store where no Londoner will like to visit. Once this store was famous for premium fashion, Home and Beauty Store but now it has become a cheater Store where no Londoner will like to visit. I will l, therefore request and guide every one not to visit this Store. Be careful and cautious please.

This is by far the best post office in Bracknell, believe me I know, I’ve tried them all. I have 3 other post offices nearer to my home, but use the Crown Wood one every time. The service is quick and friendly. The people at the desk prioritise the customer rather than chatting to colleagues !! I have tried going back to my local post offices, but come back to Crown Wood every time. Thanks for a great service.

Just went it to buy cigarettes, only one person was on the till ( post office till), and there was a long queue, so I joined the queue. After waiting 25 minutes to be served because 1 of the 3 shelf stackers couldn’t be bothered to log in to a till. I finally go the till. I ask “ can I have 20 B&H blue” to then be told “ you need to go the the other till”. I was waiting 25 mins to find out you can’t buy convenience at that till. I am a tyre fitter so i only get 30 minute lunch break and 90% was wasted in your sorry excuse of a shop.

Post Office website and big sign outside saying the Post Office is open whenever the store is open but I have found this to not be the case. Every time in the past 6 months I have wanted to use the post office the counter has been shut due to "lack of post office trained staff".

Like all businesses there is always room for improvement. Generally though, Wokingham Post Office offers a great central location for customers particularly those using buses. Its queuing area just manages to cope during busy periods. The parcels collection area is conveniently adjoining the Royal Mail sorting area. The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be useful to see a graph on google showing busy and quiet periods so that customers can plan their visits appropriately. That there is a proposal to close this facility is frankly unfair to customers and to the prestige of the town.

Hate this place.staff not helpful, often unpleasant, not delivering packages. Had one parcel sent to sender stating that I rejected it, while they never even tried to deliver it. Never got the note.When I really need a post office I rather drive to Binfield.

Well well well, if you fancy not being able to collect your parcel in this century then look no further. For this place I'm sure hires 100 year old sloths to do their bidding.
As soon as you cross the threshold time slows down, 25 minutes in this place is the equivalent to 800 years on the outside so be prepared to take you and your now useless parcel into a whole new world akin to that of mad max.
The only good thing I can say about this place is there’s plenty to read on the walls in there whilst you wait.
Thanks Royal Mail for making me realise my life isn’t that bad after all...

If you have a spare hour in your day then it shouldn't be a problem for you. Literally takes an hour if not more to pick up a parcel. I try to avoid ordering items that are being delivered by Royal Mail so I do not have to go to this place.

Not even worth one star. Stood at post office counter and miserable woman said closed now with mega attitude. Advertised online closes at 5.30pm. I was there at 4pm. Someone needs sort that woman out and sack her and owner of shop needs to sort customer service of staff out. Should be highly ashamed of yourself.

The younger women who works at the Post Office has no customer service skills whatsoever. She also looks very unsinterested.
She did not tell me how much the parcel was going to cost the she got very stroppy when I simply said to her that I didn't want to pay what the parcel was going to cost so I'll go elsewhere.
Her answer implied "well I can't cancel it now because the take-ins will be down" as I had not paid And she had processed the label etc. I deal with tills everyday and you do a something simple called VOID the transaction.
I wish 0 stars was possible. I have complained to Royal Mail directly.

Absolutely appalling service. Will be writing to the post office to complain. I ordered two separate items from Amazon and arrange for them to be delivered to birch hill post office. I got two separate emails from Amazon early afternoon of August 1st to say they had been delivered to my chosen collection point. ( Birch hill post office), this is the closest collection point to my home. I was delighted that Amazon along with the Royal Mail had delivered my items as promised on time. I was working most of the day on August 1st but managed to get to the post office late afternoon before they closed. I walked in full of anticipation of my new purchases. I met with a young female counter clerk who seemed a touch disinterested, however I had my tracking numbers ready and my ID. She only asked for ID, so I handed over my driving license. She looked for the packages and very quickly found the first one, she advised me the second was not there and told me to come back tomorrow. I questioned this, as I had an email confirming both parcels had been delivered. She very abruptly told me I should wait for an email confirmation from birch hill post office. This just didn't sound right, I was getting a touch irritated. She just wasn't prepared to look for my package properly. After a lengthy phone call to Amazon and the Royal Mail, it was confirmed to me that the packages were both delivered on 01/08/17 at 12.40 pm. I got an email confirming delivery at 13.01. I went back in to speak to the young counter clerk. She wasn't happy to see me. I advised her what Amazon and the post office had confirmed to me. I asked if they use tracking numbers or scanned info about delivery. She claimed she didn't have access to this. Eventually she took the tracking numbers off my phone and started searching for the second missing packages. Not before questioning me as to what size it would be.( As if I would Know). Anyhow she found it on the floor between some furniture. Without a word or apology she bent it under the front counter to my side of the cashiers dispense. I was now beyond disgusted. I requested her name, this she declined to give me. I WILL complain at the highest level of the postal service about my treatment by this post office employee. Such a shame. The fact that she told me she had a bad back, didn't stop her from apologising. Discussing behaviour.

I don't bank here but went in here for some change when it was empty. They didn't have to (and possibly aren't meant to..) help me but a friendly employee did. Little things like this stick in your mind when you're shopping around for services in the future.

The bank tellers are very helpful and friendly. The queue is usually too long and this obviously entails a significant period of waiting. I rated it with five stars because the employees are so lovely. The branch is closed now for refurishment. I just hope that the amount of staff has not been reduced and replaced with bank machines. This has been done in other branches and it is frustrating because it is usually better to be served by someone with whom you can have a conversation.
I have recently visited Barclays and unfortunately there is now only one or two bank tellers. Although machines are available, I would rather speak to a human being. Although members of staff are present to assist with the machines, I do not know why these changs were made. I hope that no one lost his or her job as a result of the changes. The employees were so lovely and caring. Why should I use a machine when members of staff are so nice? Following my prior post, I thought about giving a "one star vote" because of the machines. The staff, however, are lovely and i just want them to know how much they are appreciated and most people and to be served by a smiling and knowledgeable person.

Terrible, I had to wait over 20 minutes just to pay a cheque in and get our petty cash money, I have never had to wait that long at a bank before, I am with HSBC and am glad that I don't personally bank with NatWest, terrible customer service you can't be expected to wait that long when you just need to pop into the bank

I'm going there today to try and sort the mess out where Barclays bizarrely kicked me off my online banking app and are making me re-apply as a NEW CUSTOMER. I have banked with them continuously since 1980. It can only be reactivated by visiting a BARCLAYS cash machine, or branch and we know how few of those there are now.

This branch 'lost' two payments I'd paid in for a credit card. The first payment was found within 3 weeks, after two re-visits to the branch. By which time I'd been charged a late payment fee (later reimbursed). The second 'lost' payment took nearly six weeks to locate (after many phone calls), the branch manager, who was looking into the lost payment, had gone on holiday and no one wanted to take responsibility! ..... Rubbish service.

I am generally happy with HSBC but I rarely have to deal with them face-to-face. Most of the transactions are usually done online.
I needed a branch service and as I was in the area I went to the HSBC in Wokingham.
On the right, there was a sort of open desk with a client talking to someone. In front of me, a bunch of clients were queuing but for what? Nobody to talk to or to ask questions at least to know if I am waiting in the right place for the right service. No boards, indications or anyone to assist. After a few minutes, I decided to leave.
At another occasion, went there for a service. Similar setup but I managed to talk to a lady. I showed her a text messages I received in my phone. Something like: "This is HBSC, your are account is restricted. You must click on this link to confirm your personal details otherwise we close the account". The text contained a Russian website I was supposed to visit and enter all my information. The obvious phishing message indeed.
The lady said: "to be honest, I can't tell if it's from the HSBC or not. It's hard to tell if it's from us or not". I think some basic training is needed here.
Won't go again.

I was told they were a poor bank but did not believe it until I went in with some paperwork for online banking and they lost it all. After waiting for 40 mins on hold, i finally spoke to someone. They asked what they could do to put it right and I said "get the manager to phone me withing 24 hours". Have I received a call...NO. I will now have to spend a lot of time regenerating the paperwork, getting the signatures etc. All I can say about HSBC Wokingham is "it's right what people are saying about you - you are useless and have forgotten who the customer is".
I have just phoned and most of the 30 min call I was on hold. It's getting worse.

The young Lad was more than helpful and I had turned up at the bank which about to close in 5 mins.
Just before Xmas he was polite and very helpful.
I have never had a problem with any member of staff in there they are always very friendly and try to resolve your problems as much as they can.
The only thing that bugs is the new lay out it feels very sterile and cold.
I'd much rather deal with a human than be faced with a high tech confusing machine.
It was only the machines that let me down in all the years I have banking with them.

I went into this Barclays branch today and i have been "served" well. The girl i talked to was nice and polite, showed me all i needed.
Maybe some of those that wrote a bad review wanted the Bank to give them some money, kinda saying thank you for coming to us today. Put your question straight, or let them help you with all you need, don't try to explain them something they know already. Just let them give you the options they've got to solve your problem. Be happy and polite, always. If they're mean to you when you're nice to them, do you lose something?

I am self employed and frequently work Saturdays. My wife recently attempted to deposit some cheques for me into the deposit machine that has not worked in six months (believe me I have tried with the help of staff). So she had to queue and pay in OTC. Deposit was accepted, card retained as she knew my PIN number which I had given her, she was very upset. If the deposit machines had worked she could have paid in without PIN number, transaction would have been successful no problems, everyone happy. Let me clarify she was paying in funds not making a withdrawal so why retain the card! Staff are trying to get you to use these self service machines with mixed success. Here's a suggestion open up another counter as there is only one ever in use and there are enough another staff milling around. Will be changing over to another bank very soon.

Opening times are incorrect, they are only open mornings (in a town centre that is open 9-5.30). When I did manage to be there during the very limited openings hours, they couldn't help with an application I'd made online a few days prior that said I needed to go into branch with some documents (because they can't see applications?!). So had to start again (not in the branch, of course they couldn't do that!). So an inconvenient bank.
