Rang up to check on stock of an AIO cooler for my build and the guy who answered the phone didn't listen to what I was asking for, proceeded to tell me all kinds of stuff I wasn't interested in then told me "i've been building computers since before you were born" shortly before hanging up. In my experience just don't bother.

My laptop suffered a complete failure following a windows 10 update. I appreciated speaking to a person rather than a call centre, I took the laptop in and they restored factory settings, carried up the upgrades and got me back up and running in two days and at a reasonable cost. So much better than packing it off to somewhere and waiting weeks. Local, friendly service.

DO NOT BUY OR TRADE HERE. The guy who owns the store is extremely money hungry and will try to rip you off as much as he can. He will use his knowledge of computers to try and sell you something which is over-priced or something you don't need. I recently went into this store to check my pc as it wasn't working, i have a mid level understanding of computers but had no idea what was wrong with it. After he gave me a £40 inspection fine he then tried to sell me as much as he could which I already know I did not need! His business has only survived off of scamming and messing people about. His buying prices are way too low and his selling prices are way to high. I asked about buying a hard drive in which he told me that they order them new so he will need £50 for one. Even if these hard drives were new is a stupid price. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP

Literally the rudest post office in Somerset. Everything is too much trouble, zero customer service skills, just huffing and puffing. The female 'manager' leaves service skills to be desired. Just about functions as a post office but make sure you realise you're an inconvenience to them!

Complete lack of can do attitude here. Unsure if they could accept a large parcel as it wouldn't fit over the counter! Advised me to take it to post office in town which has been closed for months. Also unable to take a cheque from another lady as she didn't have the correct envelope and was unhelpful about what the lady needed to do next.

Everyone else is able to knock on our door loudly enough that we can hear them on the 3rd floor. Yet when sat less than 6meters from my front door our post person is able to knock so quietly noone hears them and then stealth wedges the post under that flap so it doesn't even fall to the floor with their favourite 'noone was home' slips for the parcels they can't be bothered to deliver properly. When finally noticed and a street witness tells you where they went, they then have the schaufreudism to get shirty with you after you're forced to run after them to get your property and you're exasperated and use a single frustrated expletive when they tell you you have to go back and get the 'i couldn't be bothered to Knock' slip and then make it out that youre hurling abuse at them for 'just doing their job'.

Manager - please re-train your delivery personnel to use their PDA's correctly.
They should not pre-complete the 'Name Printed' section based upon how the parcel is addressed. Nor should they guess who is going to sign for the parcel based upon who 'usually sign's for parcels'. Nor should they use the name of the business or organisation.
What they should do is ask for the first and last name of the actual person signing for the parcel and this should be entered into the Postal Digital Assistant (PDA).

It's wonderful to actually have a real branch to go into when you need help. My local is great. I needed some help with some documents and they did it all for me. This branch has disabled access, ATMs inside and out, machines to cash in your change, and a help desk just in case you don't know what you need. If you bank with NatWest you won't be disappointed.

the most unhelpful customer services team, cant even get bank statements for the tax year to do tax returns, have held 2 times in excess of 20 minutes to speak to them and then they say they will change things so can download the statements, nothing happens! Just 7 days left to get a tax return in and they just dont care!

Had an appointment to open a joint account with my partner. There was a couple of complications including the system crashing, but instead of being sent away and told to come back another day, Tom was a star and stuck with us to complete the process. I think the lack or people behind counters in this branch is a real problem. The only counter here is for business customers. While I've been waiting to be seen ive watched endless amounts of people struggling with automated cash machines.. Staff here are friendly enough but it just seems impossible to actually get to speak with one of them unless it's buissness related or for help using a cash machine.

No direct phone number for branch except for a premium rate 0873 that is also difficult to find. Making us pay is only there to put us off. Using the 0345 number sends you to a call center on the other side of the world, which for my inquiry was of no help at all.
No other option but to visit the branch. I am not happy.

I have been with NatWest for some 48 years involving various branches according to where I have lived. NatWest Taunton is a total disgrace. The lady behind the counter early yesterday afternoon was unhelpful and totally rude, this women should not be employed in front of house. Complaining to the other staff was met with a take it or leave it attitude. Disgraceful.

Dreadful redesign since moving. Wait times are ridiculous. If you have a problem with one of the automatic systems in the machines and need to speak to an actual person you will need to book the next 2 hrs off work. The whole thing just looks temporary and uncared for. Been a NatWest customer since I was 10 years old but I can’t susatin dealing with this branch so reckon I’ll switch to a bank that has a normal level of customer service. Awful bank branch.

i have mental health problems and not a rich person, i went in to get my last 60p out of my account and the lady behind the counter laughed and sniggered at me. it made me feel suicidle depressed etc my mental health problems came worse. every customer should be dealt the same even if poor and taking out small amount of money. i got no sort of compensation etc when i closed the account of this. also the lady was dressed unapropiate with top buttons undone showing cleavridge. nevr bank with hsbc, rude and disrepecful people.

Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible.
