It is very refreshing to deal with someone as helpful, efficient and straightforward as Richard at RicTECH. I reported a problem with my printer on Friday, he picked it up from my home on Saturday, reported back Monday, ordered and installed a replacement part, and delivered it back to me Wednesday. All for a very reasonable service fee, less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere. An excellent service, I will use again. Thank you.

Great for cheap games and consoles, not so great to sell stuff at, check eBay and you'll likely get double the money for 15 mins of effort.
Edit: went in with an old iPad which has been sealed in an Otterbox case it's whole life and was spotless (they even told me this) when I went back to get my money after they graded it I was told it was only B grade and not A due to the charge cable being slightly grubby, how they expect to ever get A grade on a device from 2012 with standards that high I don't understand.
I also brought a Samsung Galaxy S2 as I was surprised to learn they even buy them, I was told it was missing the moisture indicator so they couldn't take it. The phone has never been repaired so it wouldn't have gone anywhere, they wouldn't listen and seemed to be following the rules by wrote. I went and looked on the internet to discover that the S2 doesn't actually have a water indicator, at least not where the staff explained it would be.

Staff are rude and have a bad attitude. Took three phones in there to trade in, there was no issue with them until we went back an hour later, suddenly there was issues with all of them. One had a 'scratch on the camera lens' but there was no scratch and the man who served me even agreed with me, although he did go on to make sarcastic comments. The other two phones they couldn't test as they didn't have the right SIM's but they advertise them on the website to trade in and with the same network. The man who served me wouldn't provide eye contact at all instead he kept looking away and would ignore me to start speaking to the other lady who was hiding round the corner. When I continued to ask questions he tried to avoid talking about the 'issues' until the lady round the corner began shouting comments to me regarding the phones but she couldn't bothered to walk round to speak face to face with me.
Every single time I go into the shop there seems to be an issue all of which has been lies to avoid paying out, perhaps there is some 'rule' where staff have to avoid making trade in's on higher value items.
I believe that the staff are not qualified to test these items as in there own words 'We only provide front of house service, we don't specialise in testing the items'

Review changed after one staff member dropped my grade A smart phone then they stated it was a grade C she stated she never dropped it to protect herself yet it was caught by 5 customers. They Also stated 300 pounds before testing then suddenly it was 140 apparently staff was new and gave the the wrong price. Not really good enough of you expect that price and you don't even get half it. Also took 1 hour to book my DEVICES in then another hour for the games

This is a great local corner shop with a post office counter. It’s open long hours, has a good range of products which are fairly priced. Having a post office is a massive boon for the local community, and they also have a cash machine. The staff are nice, approachable and work hard.

Utterly useless. I've lost count of the amount of times I've left there with either the same letter or parcel I intended to send. They either can't do recorded delivery, sell stamps, take post at all or take Parcel Force parcels. You can't even try to cover yourself by buying online to then drop into them, as they then refuse to take one parcel because they don't have the space.
As for the shop itself, a reasonable range of items, but quite expensive compared to the other nearby shops.
I don't understand how they're still trading.

This where you get to collect your packable if postman misses you. I had to send a return to Amazon and went to this place to get the label printed. The staff is really nice and polite. In and out within 5 mins. They have parking available too.

Although there is now only one counter and lots of machines, plenty of staff are around to assist, even with major transactions at very short notice and they are always courteous and helpful. The first time I visited this branch, I discovered a very serious mistake at Barclays head office level and nearly fainted when I printed off my statement. The manager called my partner and me straight into his office and spent the next half hour going through our account history, talking to head office and retrieving the 'missing' funds to our huge relief.

Unacceptable customer service! I walked in and I was welcomed by a young Asian lady. I asked her about apprenticeship in Barclays. I explained that I already went through the online process, I applied for the closest vacancies but was emailed that there aren't any near me. Instead of responding with a resolution or consulting with someone if she didn't know about apprenticeship, she simply said "Go on the Barclays website!"
I tried to explain myself again but she said "I don't know what you mean!" It was awkward, clearly she didn't want to communicate. All I wanted it was some help. I was strongly considering becoming an apprentice there but I am very disappointed with the staff; it hasn't been the 1st time as I am a customer there too! For such a well known bank I would have expected high level customer service. Please do train your staff better before letting them talk to customers because they are the ones representing Barclays! I will be awaiting customer service to come back to me and then I will update and post once they have.

Telling one customer how they "used to have queues out the door" when you've got loads of elderly customers (guess what) queuing out the door!!! Here's a tip for you, stop wasting time trying to be funny with customers when we've been stood in a queue for 15 minutes just to bank a bloody cheque. The poor guy in front of me was pushing his wife in a wheelchair waiting ages because you're having a laugh and your cashier is the slowest person in banking history. Maybe get some more staff in, train them to be less useless...
