My iPhone 5s ‘died’ after 4 year’s heavy use, and wouldn’t accept any charge. I took it to Fone Tech today, and in only 10 minutes they’d replaced the battery with a new one, for a mere £20!
Honestly it’s just like a brand new phone, plus watching the guy work was fascinating - very quick, very precise - it was like watching a surgeon at work.

Yup took my t.v. after taking it first to 1 in Rochdale. The guy here doesn't wear a mask before taking your money very happy with the service and the price. Just wish it was a longer guarantee only 3 month's but hey ho you can't have everything. Hope he does well and wish him all the best.

Fantastic service and recommended 100% - The drive in my home PC failed and even trying to add it as a slave in another PC I still couldn't see or retrieve any of the data which included over 10 years of photos and a number of important documents - This was the moment I also discovered issues with the back up so effectively every thing was lost.
Called Data Clinic on the Wednesday morning and dropped the drive off in their London location - On Thursday they confirmed that the circuit board was at fault and by Friday morning they had sent me a list of all the files on the drive and everything was back up and running for me by the following Tuesday.
Great communications along everystep of the way - confirming receipt, the steps that they were going through, files recovered and dispatch.
Hopefully I never have to use them again (!) but if I ever have any data recovery required Data Clinic will be my first stop.

A quick and efficient service, with excellent customer service. Should I ever be in such a traumatic situation of data loss again I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Data Clinic. I recently bought a refurbished ThinkPad and the quality far exceeded my expecations, if it were not for the fact it's an older model you would not believe it wasn't brand new.
The ordering process isn't quite as up to date as I had hoped although the email support was excellent.
There are a few companies selling refurbished business laptops but, so far, Tier One have been the best I have dealt with.

If i could give less then 1 star I would. This company is a joke, I recently paid for 3 computers for the office (which is 2 miles away) as they was for the office i paid for them on the business cards, however as the business card is registered at my home address they would not deliver them to the office only the billing address, which would be fine if i was unemployed but as that isnt the case i could not be at home during the times in which they actually deliver. When i advised the gentleman on the phone of my predicament i was met with a rude attitude and a total lack of respect or help as the gentleman told that i should go elsewhere for them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.

Not to bad a place,
Staff on phones, but friendly enough when they realise your there.
Not good at listening to your complaint, it's always about how the store works.
Conflict management isn't to bad at all.
After I stood my ground and made a stand, my item was located, even after being told it won't be in store till the following day.
Staff need to go of script and actually pay attention to customers more and be understand if they have been given the run around.
That being said, we had a few laughs and left it with a happy handshake.

I went in store with a very lively 4 year old and was looking for a printer. I really am not tech minded at all. A young lady called Ella has the misfortune of dealing with us and all I can say is AMAZING. She listened, she paused whilst I was quieting down the little one. In the end I got the perfect printer that even I can use. She didn’t try to sell me an expensive one but the one that was best suited to me and I even bought the extended warranty which is something I never do. Thank you so much

Easily the most expensive place to go for any kind of TV or computer cable. Buy an out of date CAT cable for £20 or buy 6 latest higher grade versions off eBay for £10. Nice place to visit when it's raining for ideas, but then go home and order off Amazon.

As a person who has been in the premises for a one off occasion I have come away with the a full smile ☺ on my face, customer service was top quality range of products spot on.
Yet I visit the same company site in my home town and come across mouth and attitude along with poor level of product.
But I go to the same company shop in Bury and I have never had a bad experience in the premises.

Sadly I have to give 1 star otherwise it would be 0 !!! Its been a while but its finally time people realise what cr*p they put me through .
Bought a laptop for college took it home worked perfectly fine . Day 2 it starts to run slow (there was literally nothing on there to slow it down) I rang up and they offered to fix the problem. So I took the laptop in and got it back a little over a week later . Problem was not fixed . Only this time I can never leave the laptop off charge !. I took it back to the store and they told me i had to pay them to update to windows 10 and the matter may be fixed ! I didnt buy it to pay extra for something that was already on the laptop!! I've been stuck with the laptop since I got it and It was a complete waste of money !! NEVER Returning

Been using this P.O. for over 7 years and the owner is always polite and informative, the shop is clean and neat.
I would say more than safe for children; (re post on ''unsafe for children'') Some children will try to run around touching things they should not and getting into places they should not be...but that would be down to the parent to control them, not the postal master who does a great job in my opinion in a business where post offices and polite and helpful customer service are becoming more rare each day.Thank you for this and I will continue to use your services.

Absolutely dreadful. The young girl at the counter today needed basic lessons in customer service. Her interaction with me consisted of a brusque "Next", then a statement of the price "£6.60" and, er, that was it. ZERO eye contact throughout and looking beyond me to the next customer as I thanked her for her exquisite rudeness. A little bit of manners go a long way, a point that might be made to her if she ever goes for any further training.

Asked for two parcels to be sent signed for because I needed proof of delivery. The guy didn't send either by signed for post, and I got claims that neither turned up at the other end. Utter shambles. They need to listen to the customers. My advice: find a different Post Office.

Shocking customer service. Says open at 9am. 9.05 and two of us stood outside in torrential rain but the doors were u locked. Wouldn't even let us stand inside the door way when he was meant to be open anyway. I will refuse to use this post office from now on and will. Will be telling others how bad the service is.

The woman in this post office is lazy and miserable.
I took some parcels in yesterday , all ebay parcels and all prepaid postage via ebay , all she has to do is scan them , print off a proof of postage and then put them in the bag behind her !
She said they don't scan them anymore so i couldn't have a proof of postage , I have to print off the proof of postage off ebay and bring it in to be stamped .
Every other post office tells me I dont need to do this and they just scan the barcode and they will print off the proof of postage .
Hasten to add , i took my parcels to a different post office and they printed the proof of posting , no bother.
With all the post offices closing, you'd think they would be glad of the custom whether its to drop off parcels or to buy a stamp !
I know where not to go in the future now !

Was stood in a long que today. I wanted to buy an envelope to put my book in but I had to wait in a very long que before being seen to by the one advisor on the desk. Fareed was the advisor on. He gave me an envelope and told me to package it to one side whilst he saw another customer. I did as he asked and when completed he turned and told me to come back. When I did I told him there was no pen at the desk and I needed to quickly write an address. He gave me a pen at which I started quickly writing it (it had three lines and I am a fast scribe), he said go to one side and I said look it’s done now and then he huffed and told me again to go to one side - I said I had wrote the address already (I have to note I said this in a confused manner but kept my tone of voice light) he then said that if I raised my voice he could refuse to serve me? I said I haven’t raised my voice? I don’t understand? He started to process my package then I said I have just been waiting like everyone else I am confused by your reaction. I asked for the manager and he said that he was the manager even though it said customer advisor on his station. He was rude, aggressive and he knew he had upset me as I was welling up (I don’t like confrontation). The ladies at Morrison’s were lovely towards me and sat me down with some water. I’ll never go there again. How horrible people can be and all everyone is trying to do is live there lives as happily as they can. I have made a formal complaint to The Post Office. I hope that something is done so someone else’s morning isn’t spoiled.

If visiting leave plenty of time and take a picnic. Queues out of the door and in-excess of 20mins are not uncommon. Exemplifies why the post office is failing. Insufficient, unprofessional, slow staff who are more interested in doing anything other than serving customers. I waited 10 mins to collect a parcel and I was third in the queue. One staff member staffing one counter whilst the other female staff member was hiding around the back and had to be cajoled out by the other staff member. The girl with the long hair is the worst and one wonders why she works in customer service - on another memorable occasion she was more interested in answering a call on her mobile. She said it was an important call from the postmaster who spoke in a foreign Tongue... Turned out to to be a call from a family member (yes love you are not the only bilingual).
The PO despite being in a supermarket operates archaic opening hours inaccessible to those of us who work. I dread my parcels being taken there and often leave them to be returned and re-order.
Reminds me of the Sloths at the vehicle licencing department in Zootropolis, but the sloths are faster and certainly more helpful and obliging.

Post master tries his best to refuse taking franked mail. I pay a lot of money each week to the post office in fees, in the words of the post office complaints manager there is no justification for the post office to weigh each parcel again as it’s already done by my franking machine and this audited by the bury depot.
Postmaster is upset I didn’t go direct with him to get commission.
Maybe if you treated me with respect the times I did come in before I would have gone direct to you
In the words of your franchise manager your fee covers accepting franked mail.

I wanted to withdraw larger than allowed daily sum amount of money from my account. I had to see three people and was questioned and they made me feel like I was trying to take someone else’s money. The cashier was in training and went to her supervisor for help sereval times which I understand but as a result I spent over 45 minutes in the branch for simple money withdrawal. The supervisor spoke down to me which I don’t appreciate. I have been with Lloyds for many years and have never been treated this way in any branch.

Absolutely shocking internet banking. Do not sign up with this company if you wish to use the internet banking. Tried to log on over 25 times with the correct details and 3 times with an advisor on the phone and still couldn't get on costing me over 2 hours of my time. They didn't know what to say to me other than "Sorry it just doesn't work". Shocking shocking shocking!!!! Do not use this company try Halifax as theirs is amazing. You have been warned.

You know I so won't to sing their praises but it seems to be slip up after slip up now. I'm old school. I believe in going into my bank. They are handllng my money after all. Ive had over a period of eighteen months mistake made by teller and a subsequent call to inform. Then there were iffy card machines which require almost all six lottery numbers to work on occasion then this morning i observed at least five staff members but only one serving! Both customers in front had lengthy transactions. Approached by a guy in a suit i was informed they now only have one teller on! So ehen queuing out the door only one on. News to me. There were two last week, the week before and the week before that. Some of us have to go to work after. Should i tell you what really irritates me..? When a member of staff sits at the till doing their paperwork' oblivious or purpisely blind to the wait times of customers. Get your act together and speak from the same song book. Please.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Arrived 30 mins. prior to a pre-arranged appointment and notified a member of staff who said she would let the person I was there to see know that I was waiting. 20 minutes after the appointment time I went to a member of staff to find out what was happening. He disappeared into a nearby office and re-appeared with the member of staff I was there to see. She asked if I had let anyone know that I had arrived. I pointed to the member of staff I had informed on arrival who said she had sent an email - an email for a distance of 10 metres!! The member of staff I was there to see said she was not logged on and therefore didn't get the email. I asked if it hadn't occurred to her to just come out of her office to see if her appointment had arrived. I walked out. When I arrived home I spent 30 mins trying to contact the Halifax, having been told by the automated reply that they were 'very busy' and the expected wait time was 2 - 5 mins. After 30 mins I gave up, rang the branch who didn't answer and was then automatically transferred to a call-centre in Belfast. Although the member of staff was apologetic and helpful it took a further 30 mins. to book an alternative appointment at a different branch and for him to log my complaint. This is not the first time I've experienced problems with the Halifax in the 40+ years I've been dealing with them. When they were a Building Society they were excellent because the customers were the shareholders. Now they are a Bank they couldn't care less about the customer.

This great little Halifax building society has done a magic trick and vanished into thin air without any warning !! What a shame, I liked the lovely staff and it was really in a great location. I guess my regular trips to the Halifax are now over. It will probably reopen as the local immigration and naturalisation centre with its own solicitors and language translation services!! Either that or a pound store. State of 2019 I guess.

The service provided pushed me into changing my business account with another bank! Terrible and pointless bank to have in the area when they do not provide any personal customer service and the existing staff insist you use the machines. They are irrelevant staff if they cannot provide 121 personal banking service! And when a complaint is made, no one processes it or follows it through. In addition the manager is completely useless and lied about what she was going to do with the complaint and trained to go around you rather answer your directly when asked. Customer service calls are mostly based in India so made it more difficult for them to handle your queries and issues which keeps you around in circles, intentionally. I would suggest to go with Lloyds TSB and Halifax as most of there call centres are based in the UK and provide a much better customer service to deal with any enquiries and complaints more efficiently. I found their other branches to be the same. Barclays in general is awful - their staff, system and branches are very unprofessional and the way they treat their customers are completely unacceptable.

I write this review after yet another dissatisfied visit to the Bury branch. This time the store was closed due to refurbishment. There is nothing on the website to suggest that this would be the case but it does not surprise me to find this as it is just another example of the incompetence of the Halifax. Still, that did not help the droves of people who had come out on a freezing cold day to access the bank only to find out that this would not be possible. Neither was there any information about how long it would be closed for.
I have banked with the Halifax for several years, but this for me, after a long line of queues, incompetent staff, staff stood chatting whilst people are waiting in the long queues, cash machines that are out of service, and, I could go on, has been the deciding factor to close my account and bank elsewhere.

It took a couple of goes to get through to the branch (and avoid being transferred to the telephone support staff) but I was able to speak to one of the staff in the Bury Branch. She was most helpful and went to a fair bit of trouble to find me an appointment to discuss mortgage arrangements later today.

Very unhelpful branch,feel like they are told to be as unhelpful as possible.
Asked them to transfer a large amount of money that I didn't want to transfer through my app,they asked me to do this a couple of times and I said no.
After much persistence they transferred the money,then I asked if they would set up a transaction for the day after knowing they could do this and would save me finishing work early again and coming back to the bank!
But my dismay they lied to my face and said they can't do it,after asking why several times they eventually help .
Very unhappy with the service received and feel they get worse every time I visit.
This is the first reveiw I have left on Google and don't normally complain but felt compelled to,I will be leaving this bank after 15 years.

Modern, snazzy building. Staff are ok. Business banking used to be quite good but this has eroded over time with ever increasing fees and ever reducing benefits making it hard to justify keeping an account or other services here any more.
Nice offices upstairs for meetings with business banking customers.

Rude and uninterested staff. Clearly realise they are working in a dying industry. 4 people all sitting in plain sight sipping tea laughing and joking while the line of customers is out the door and only one person is working at the counter.
Numerous other issues with Barclays as a whole, but this branch is just terrible. It's only redeeming feature is it's car park, but I can never actually park in it when I need to go into the bank because it's full of people who just use the free car park to visit the high street, and there is clearly no parking enforcement.

Every time I go in to this branch: at least 2 of the 4 express banking ATMs are broken. This always leaves a massive queue for the remaining ATMs, and a massive queue for the 2 cashiers. It's a joke. This branch is an absolute embarrassment to the Natwest name. Went in to pay in a cheque: took 45 minutes. The manager of this branch needs to be replaced.

Nearly a 50 minute wait for a 2 minute transaction with only 2 cashier's open (one of which was seeing the the same clients for 40 mins) so only 1 in used. There were elderly and disabled clients have to stand for this duration with option to take a seat / places held in the queue.

There has been a few comments about queues, I was there this morning and queued up to deposit a cheque. When I reached the lady at the Nat West desk she took me to a machine and showed me how easy it was to deposit a cheque and obtain a receipt. It seems in most cases there is no need to queue, the technology exists to avoid it if people would just learn how to use it. I intend to deposit any other cheques I receive by this method.

Horrible experience and its my branch always queue's you normally have to queue for at least 10-15 mins before you are served and there is never anybody walking around to ask for help your best going 2 miles up the road to the little nat west in Prestwich you get served straight away walk in walk out.
