They have applications for DVLA, and they do not know that they need to be sent. Since the documents are going to exchange a letter, it costs 1.77 £ + Voucher for 5.38 £. You do not need to confirm the Englishman just sending a letter all right. They can't help or know how to send a letter to DVLA. Very poor service. It's good that I have a trusted post at Meadows, and no one's doing it. 👍

I would give them a 0 but unable to on google review. They change their story every time I need to drop off a pre paid parcel. One day will take them from me the next they don’t or it needs to be in some kind of Royal Mail bag. They need to train their staff all the same to avoid confusion. Very arrogant and very rude

Brilliant post office will definately be going back here better than the other post offices I been to by far, these guys serve with excellence and efficiciency. The service was great and the staff were kind and helped me out with the correct postage to send off my phone for repair. The only downside was they are always busy but it's definately worth the wait. There's also a shop in here with great prices I recommend to anyone around this area.

For several occasions, they declined to post several items on the basis that they're prohibited goods. But when I checked the Royal Mail's website, it clearly stated that it could be posted. So I went to another post office and posted them there. It seems that there is a lack of knowledge.

Awful post office. I have used this post office to support my business postage for a year and half now. It was never a hub of friendly and welcoming service but it was my local PO and carries lots of supplies. However, on my last visit I was verbally attacked by the owner. He refused to apologise for a huge mistake their staff made or issuing me with a refund, despite having tons of evidence of their error. They were aggressive and intimidating, I am a young woman and I felt very vulnerable in the situation. It's really disappointing when small businesses fail to appreciate or respect their customers, especially when you have brought so much business to their doors. Definitely worth avoiding!!

Went to this post office on a Sunday to post parcels, the store had a closing time of 14:30 however I arrived there at 14:05 and all tills and self service tills were shut with no one around at all. Not sure how the post office thinks this is at all okay to shut that early when they are paid to work until 14:30.

Customer service is very poor, at first i asked for cheque envelopes but she not had any and refused to accept cheques, didint look to bothered. Then refused to accept a dirty one poind coin(believe me, it wasnt bad, everything readable just dirty), not had any cash on me so asked to withdraw £1 from account but suprisingly Mastercard Debit Card doesnt work in their terminal... It does everywhere else. She also weighted full bags of coins but then decided to count them all so it took long... Not coming back surely

I haven't had any problems with service, generally the staff have been pleasant and friendly but constant issues with the opening times. When you are tied to your own working commitments many of us rely on the post office opening before 9.00 am and closing after 5.00 pm. This is rarely the case with this branch especially on a Saturday.

Rude and unhelpful. I've been three times since my work moved to Sneinton. Never again. I will now go out of my way to use a different branch. When banking cash all other post offices I've used weigh bags of coins. She counts every single coin, even though I only have full bags. The third time she miscounted a bag of pennies twice and made a big show about it being short by a penny, which it wasn't. I am thinking she did it deliberately because it was too much effort.

Not even care about its customers request which lead to misplace my document on system then account closure. Its first time to deal with coop banking, and certainly will be last time. Not sure how long it will survive under this competitive financial market.

I'm a small business. I buy from abroad and in line with the Government Brexit preparation I obtained a deferred Duty and VAT authorization from HMRC. They need a guarantor for £6k, which I can pay even in cash. So I approached my bank HSBC. I've been their customer for both personal and business for many years, however the Business Specialist at my local branch (Matthew D Wells) won't even consider my request because my turnover is less than £2m. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS STAY FAR FROM HSBC THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT BIG CUSTOMERS

I would like to make a complaint with regards to the lady receptionist who was on duty at 10.30- 11.30am today the 18th February.
Could you please ask her to be less condescending to customers who are not familiar with all the changes that have happened inside the high street banks in the last year.
I am a customer and have been for over 20 years of your subsidiary branch of first direct and have never been treated or spoken to by them, as though I was an embicile, as I was this morning in your branch.
I was treated respectfully by your teller who handled my business well and he proceeded to let me know what the next step was by asking the receptionist for the "red phone". I was asked by her what am I talking about, so I repeated the request, to be told we don't have red phones. Bewildered, I explained what I wanted to do and was told I could transfer the cash via a machine inside the bank. Proceeded to do so but couldn't as there was no option on the screen. Better use the phone then, was the next response but when I did it was not working and her attitude was sorry and she walked away. Didn't offer the use of another phone, but I must admit by this time I was absolutely fed up of being spoken to as though I had lost my senses, I decided to come home and transfer from here. Please advise this lady that although customers may look older than her they have not all lost their marbles.

Every time I go and get some change the new lady with grey hair at till 40-35-19 is never able to count if the amount of the change is right, she always has to use the calculator , she has done the same thing with my colleague . Really disappointed. They had a water dispenser in plain view with cups and I desperately needed some water to take a tablet. I bank with them and have already used their services that day. On the way out, I asked the customer service lady (who stood at the entrance supposedly to welcome people) if I can have some water, she said very bluntly No. She added the water is not for customer's use. Wouldn't it be better to take it out of view then? I had a pleasant experience until I experienced her stinky attitude. She should have known better. It was not worth it for Lloyds bank.

Spent 20 minutes in line to finalise opening an account. I double checked I was I the right line as I walked in, was told yes. Then 2 more staff asked what I was waiting for and said I was in the right place, get to the front and the lady tells me I'm in the wrong place and tells me to go back to the first man I spoke to and get my name on a new list. Have been in the bank for 40minutes. Need better management of the amount of people coming into their branch, don't visit if you need to get in and out fast!

This branch is on one of the busiest streets in Nottingham, yet it is very small, leading to overcrowding during peak hours. On top of this, I feel like I'm in an oven every time I have business here. The heating is cranked up to 110, with customers being visibly too warm to comfortably breathe.

Disappointed...this is not a save bank and would not recommend anyone to open an account here...we were hacked into the account and was taken out a great deal of money...we thought we would be assured and took care off straight away without stress and we needed the money straight away as we were to fly out within the next 5th day...but we had to fight for 3 days and still haven’t received the money back..we had that money in our savings but was taken out it by an unauthorised person, this is not our fault but the banks for not being save... this just shows how unsecured the bank is and how much they put the us under pressure...they don’t take care of the customers or the money...this put us under so much pressure as we were going to departure to our holiday... this ruined not only the day but the entire holiday...this was supposed to be a world wide save and secured bank... clearly not the what we signed up for...such an unfair bank... saliya mudiyanselage

After reading the latest reviews I was apprehensive about going into the branch. I've switched banks and didn't have a clue of how to arrange my direct debits and standing orders. I was assisted by Jamie who was wonderful as explained my situation and nearly broke down on him. He handled this like a pro. The lady on the front counter I can't remember name but she was equally as helpful and also handled me with compassion when I nearly broke down on her too. I left the branch far less stressed then when I entered. Thank you both for making my day that little bit better to the both of them.

Just need to withdraw an amount that's more than my daily limit, after the refurb there seems to be an enormous lack of customer service. It seems the staff are more bothered that you use the cashpoints to do all your business and mame you wait ages for someone to be "till trained" before they can assist you. Shocking.

What a waste of time! I found the two ladies on the front desk very stand offish and Jamie, the man who was dealing with my account, was rude, condescending, unaware of what RBS state on their website and generally unhelpful. It is not a surprise that the store is empty most of the day, compared to Natwest who are positively teaming with life at all open hours. RBS need to send a policies and compliance officer to this premises to ensure they are adhering to the set guidelines and policies, as they are not. I understand that people need to work, though Jamie needs to get some people skills and a new job. I have never hated anyone so quickly with such a short interaction. Jamie, I hope you read this and get your manner in order. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Very friendly staff but I was just hoping for an inquiry about a recent transaction I made, THEN a female member of staff decided to order me a new card simply because my card didn't register with the machine the first time. Then worked smoothly the second time, think I didn't push it in far enough. so WITHOUT MY CONSENT she ordered me a new card, which means the card I am familiar with will deactivate in a few weeks after this new card gets delivered to me? WORST PART YET, I ask if she can cancel it, she says no. So I decided to go back in five minutes later and ask a manager, he says he can cancel the order... he tried and couldn't... so friendly enough but absolutely shocking and misinformed service. I will consider changing banks after this. Kind of my last straw with RBS

If there was minus 5 stars i would definitely have chosen it...Very bad. I switched over 2 months ago... couldn't access my account waiting for 10 digit activation code that never materialised. I called and called but still nothing. I complained and outcome was it was my line providers fault not them. Now i am simply trying to cancel a direct debit but cant. No cancel feature is there for me online or in app. Chatted to an agent who told me they cant be of any help. Wasted so much of my valiable time for doing simple tasks as cancelling a direct debit. Needing a bank account for our start-up business, my partner and I compared various options on the internet and found that Santander appeared to be best suited to us. We went into our local branch and were given the earliest available telephone appointment which was in six days time at midday. This meant altering our daily schedule somewhat and cancelling some plans in order to ensure we were at home with all our relevant documents to hand for the questions that were likely to come up during the conversation, but the advertised perks of the account combined with the friendly and helpful customer service we’d received meant we weren’t at all fazed by this. We began to have second thoughts however, when the phone didn’t ring at the scheduled time. We waited patiently in case there had been some unforeseen delay that was beyond their control but after an hour had passed, we decided to give up. We went back into the branch later that afternoon and although the apology we received was adequately warm and sincere, the person giving it somehow had no idea why her colleague might have missed a scheduled appointment. However, she did manage to get said colleague to text us later that evening and reschedule for the next day.
When we finally had our telephone appointment the following day, it lasted all of five minutes, during which we learned the reason she had missed the previous appointment (she forgot) and that we would not be able to start a business account with Santander due to the fact that our business plan involved us acquiring a trading address, but we couldn’t provide the address of our premises because as a start-up, we did not yet have a premises and we needed a business account from which to pay the rent for said premises. Although she seemed to agree that this was something of a Catch-22, she was still unable to offer any potential solution for such a conundrum. By this point it had become pretty clear that our initial impression of Santander had been somewhat fallacious, so we gave up and looked elsewhere.
We decided to try Barclays and from the very beginning, found it to be a far more positive experience. We were able to schedule an appointment with the same ease as before, but this time it was in-person. We were helped by the fantastic Tiffany Newman, who agreed with us that the self-contradictory conditions we’d been given by Santander were rather absurd and assured us that we would not encounter any such issue this time around. There is little else to say because the rest of the meeting continued in the same vein, whereby we were not given problems, but rather solutions! There was an issue with one of us not having an acceptable form of ID to hand, but she managed to get around it, and our account had been formed within about half an hour! Make of that what you will.

So we use this company at work for credit applications and can honestly say I have never had any complaints, the e-signature on their website was down and took a day or two to fix only my application had been stopped for security. NADIA was the best assistant I could have wished for today and within minutes had everything all sorted and was lovely to speak with somebody who was so helpful she went above and beyond to fix things. such a polite lady who will be working her way up the ladder very quickly as she can manage things better than any other member of staff. 10 out of 10 for her amazing efforts and super fast ability's.

I don't get why a company as widely known as DFS would take into consideration working with a complete waste of a company like these.
A simple admin change in my order (removal of an item) resulted in the company requesting a change of address document from myself for my thousand pound order.
Confused, I called dfs and explained I'd not moved from my house in Sheffield within the last 8 hours of placing my order so why would I have to provide this.
I was then told the finance company had changed my delivery address to somehwere in Hull?
