My email had been hacked and I have little knowledge of what to do, luckily for me I was working for Brad the owner of Caterham Valley Computers.He has cleaned the computer installed an anti virus and everything is now working. They are quick, polite and very helpful.

I took my 5 year old Acer Aspire 5733 Laptop in as the day before it had lost all connection with the internet. Our Broadband at home was working fine. Anyway off I went to Caterham Computers. I was greeted by a very cheerful pleasant young man and I explained my problem. He wasn't too surprised at my difficulty as he was getting a regular flow of customers recently with the identical trouble. Fortunately for me this experience had resulted in them discovering a simple solution for most people and my fault was put right in half an hour, which included a quick instruction session for me. On top of this excellent service he did not charge me for the repair!!!
Needless to say I have no hesitation in recommending Caterham Computers to everyone who has computer problems or is looking for advice on buying a new computer. Brilliant. John Stevens

Standard local post office. The shop didn't have loads in sick but you can get a drink, a paper and possibly save yourself a further drive. I think Google's opening times might be a little off though.

I go out of my way to visit this post office. The extremely friendly and accomodating staff go out of their way to make posting items a pleasant experience.
Easy to pop by whether by foot, bicycle (leave it outside) or by car (lots of parking spaces outside).
As well as postage, a great place to pick up some milk, groceries including fresh bread and even samosas (which I think are restocked on a weekly basis).

The worse post office ever!!!
Terrible service and staff.
I had to send 19 letters to different places, such as Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland and Jersey.
The staff was shocked with the work load and gave me the stamps to stick on it.
Some of the stamps weren't sticky and they didn't have glue 🤔 so i have been told to lick the stamps 😅 lol as I refused to do so, the staff gave me a bit of spray which did the job.
Whist I was doing their job, by applying the stamps in all these letters the staff came back to me and told me to pay and to give space to another client whilst I could possibly continue to complete their work after paying £24 🙄.
Unfortunately, the other side of the counter got busy as well and the second staff member told me to be quicker because their clients were waiting!!!!
I would never go back again and obviously I do not recommend it to my greatest enemy 😏

Went in on a Saturday to use Post Office, the man tells me the system is down but it’s ok the post office is also open on Sunday and Monday. “Bank Holiday Monday?” I ask, “Yes we are always open”. As I walked out I noticed the sign which reads “If the shop is open, the post office is open”.. great!
Bank holiday Monday I drive to the shop again and as I walk in the same man says “sorry love the post office is closed today it’s bank holiday Monday”..... despite my pleas, apparently he never said it was open (he did) and the sign out the front doesn’t count on bank holiday Mondays (despite not saying so). Two wasted journeys and lied to... never again!

Friendly husband and wife team have run this PO since I moved to Whyteleafe. Very lucky to have an independent local PO in our village so they should be supported. Good service always been received.

This is by far the worst post office experience I have ever had. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. I paid for a package to be sent to the USA but the staff incorrectly labelled my item and it ended up in France. They have been very unhelpful in rectifying the mistake and the missing package contains a present for a loved one that is invaluable and irreplaceable.
I have not been given any information as to whether the package will be forwarded to the right country and address. Absolutely terrible customer service and not enough care is taken by the staff when printing out postal labels. They refuse to give me any updates on the tracking system or any form of monetary compensation. If you want your items to arrive to their destination safely please please use literally any other post office but this one.

i called them today (6.9.18) around 9 o'clock and the lady answered me on the phone was very rude. o called them to ask for help in some items and I didn't finish my question and the lady answered my question. so she didn't know what was my question but she just answer me straight and finish the call like that in my face. I think this isn't the people was suppost to work in that places,where a lot of costumers asking for help they have to be nice and helpful not like that... could be to much people working in other places,or straigling themselves to have a good work and that people is playing like that with costumers...

One of the few companies that has stuck in the last millennia in terms of customer service. It feels like I have to take a day off to send something, they are ether shut when everything else is open or you have to queue for service. Prices in comparison are rather high, only reason why I still use them is posting of restricted items (lithium battery powered devices) or larger parcel. Everything else I'm sending through a different courier that goes out of their way to make it as easy and inexpensive to send items.

If I could give this post office 0 star, I would!!! Absolutely disgusting incompetent service. I sent my annual train ticket via special delivery to a company I used to work for and Redhill post office somehow lost it. The ticket was worth £2,744. How can they lose an item of such value? I was not given an explanation as to why this occurred, but had to make claim for compensation from the Royal Mail which only re-imbursed the delivery cost. Therefore the company I used to work for never received the annual train ticket and I had the stress and drama of having to try and rectify this situation which of course could not be resolved, this also led to me not even receiving my final salary because that was part of the contract for my company to receive the ticket. So if you want your post lost, please do use this service. I will NEVER use this post office again, and all the workers should be sacked because they clearly cannot be trusted to deliver items.

I regularly visit this post office for shipping my products out. I print my labels out at home as it saves time and costs less. I'm always being told off for doing this as the post office loses out on the sale of the postage. I always get dirty looks and a bad service every time. One time I forgot to bring my proof of postage document, and even though all the man behind the desk had to do was press a key, I was told that I was wasting their time and I should leave. The only reason why I still use this post office is because it is close to my home. This level of disappointing service is seen throughout all of the staff except for one young woman who I first saw in August 2019, was great and took my item with a smile.

No wonder high streets are dying, with local businesses not providing service and being so unfriendly. The post office refused to exchange a small amount of Sterling for Euros without identification (even though I had a bank card with my name on it). I have never had to show identification at the post office previously for this service. Will use debit/credit cards abroad, forget about supporting local businesses.

Visited today to drop off a parcel with a self printed returns label which I had carefully attached making sure everything was clear and the bar codes weren't covered by tape. Unfortunately the lady was unable to scan the bar code, despite trying 2 different terminals. Then she couldn't manually type in the code as she couldn't find the # on her keyboard and told me to go home, reprint the label or maybe her colleague might be able to help "3rd time lucky"! Eventually her colleague typed in the code, took the parcel & gave me a receipt in about 30 seconds no luck needed! This is the MAIN Post Office in Coulsdon High Street! I don't think I'll bother in future 😕😟

Worst customer service on Earth!!!!
Unprofessional people behind the desk especially the lady with dark short hair and glasses who acted with condescendance.
Probably the only people on the planet who have never heard of other form of ID and who openly say that the informations on the Post Office website are different to the policy applied in there. It was just a mess.
On top of that she was so rude to an other customer commanding a staff member not to serve him with the worst attitude all while she was dealing with my case. We were both black by the way!!!! All with a dismissive behaviour she suddenly stopped pretending that she was entering the informations on her system, what was she searching nobody knows. She was just wasting my time.
I went to the Croydon branch and it took me 5 mns only to get sorted.
They advised me that this lady obviously had no clue of what she was doing as an ID with picture on it is good enough as the website states.
I called customer care to complain and same response was given to me, she had no reasons to refuse to provide the service asked for.
If I could put no star I would have as this is what the branch deserves!!!!!!!

We have been using this branch for nearly 2 years now and we couldn't be happier with the service. We always get a warm welcome from the girls when we come in and they also pay special attention to our baby daughter which is nice. Vivienne and Hayley stand out from the crowd as their customer service skills are second to none. We had an appointment with Hayley today to open an account for our daughter. It went very well, with everything being explained to us as we went along. We just can't fault them, well done Redhill branch.

I have tried to set up an account in Branch but would have to wait 2 hours for someone to do this with me. I have tried online, but got stuck in a loop when I tried to set up the account in an alternative town to the branch the internet selected, although the internet provided the opportunity to choose a branch. I could not therefore complete the transaction so I then started again and chose the branch suggested. When I had completed the second application and chosen the suggested branch, I was told I already had an account and could not set up another!!! So where is my account? It has no money in it since I never got to that stage. I have just phoned both branches to arrange to come in to sort it out and set up an account, but both are 'too busy serving customers' to help, though their automated system will help me if I give them by sort code and a/c number.....
Obviously I am not a happy customer, since TSB do not seem to want me as one.

Missing money for the second time. I had already been compensated for missing money the last time as it had apparenly been put on a wrong account and was found about 10 days later. Sureky I thought that they could not make the same mistake twice. My alarm bells should have rung when the teller Jackie Smith made a cash advance on mty account instead of a payment. I made sure that this was corrected and she said that the payment had been made. Guess what the money is missing AGAIN. I have called Barclays who tell me its going to take 14 days to resolve. THIS BRANCH ARE EITHER COMPLETLY INCOMPENTENT OR THIEVES Either way do not let your bank receipts out of your site!!!

Every single staff was helpful to every person of the bank.
The atmosphere was positive and the family-like feeling I experience every time I enter the bank is like no other.

3 parking spots right outside in red route parking bay 10-4. Don't park in red route loading bay on opposite side of road, going to the bank is not loading and there are parking cameras everywhere, otherwise next road along has free parking all the way along it but you must get a ticket. Not open at the weekends though, which is unforgivable for a bank. Staff are great.

I was told multiple variations of their procedures only to be debited when I was told specifically this would not happen if I came in before a certain time. Which I did -3 days before the deadline. Extremely disappointed.
Me and my wife spent over an hour to open a joint bank account. Our documents were all scanned, etc.. (by Adam) and we were told that we would receive the rest of the details by post. We waited more than two months and did not hear anything at all. They don't have direct number and Natwest (online number) couldn't contact them either suggesting us to go to the branch again. After struggling to take a day off work, we went there and we were told that Adam will call us to let us know what needs to be done. It has been a week now, we haven't received any phone call either.
Would definitely not recommend this bank. Waste of time.

Absolutely terrible bank. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I tried opening an account but did not hear the bank at all. Me and wife are very disappointed.

Is it Nat West policy to only have 1 counter open at a time? Can't remember the last time I went to a branch with more than 1 counter open.
Very helpful at Oxted but employees must find it almost as frustrating when there are 4 of them but only 1 serving customers.
If you are behind a customer who needs to do anything which is not simple you just have to wait and maybe chat to the employees who are not able to help if they are not behind the counter.
Presume when customers have given up visiting, the bank will then close the branch because it is not used.
