Spoke to Andy today - I'm having problems with my Laptop and I've done the basic troubleshooting myself and he's been really helpful and given me some great advice! As I'm fairly technical with PC's anyway, I can tell that he really knows his stuff and was willing to advise me on potential repair routes for my Laptop without trying to grab my money to just open the Laptop up unnecessarily. Andy seems like a genuine PC repairer which can often be difficult to find nowadays.

Superb service at excellent rates...Andy did us proud and repaired the wife’s laptop in 2 hours flat! We thought it was a goner after our 2 year old used it as a trampoline.
He deterred us from spending a fortune on new parts and got the laptop back in tip-top shape at a fraction of the cost we had in mind.
He also gave the laptop a quick once-over and cleaned the fans too. We’re so pleased we’ve found him…My Sony Vaio Z series is going in for some TLC next. I can’t imagine taking my PC kit anywhere else now.

Brian King has provided me with computer support for a number of years now. He provides remote health checks, which protect my system, and is always on hand to answer questions if anything is troubling me. He is prompt, efficient and has a high level of technical knowledge. He also helped me source a new printer, and delivered and installed it. On the one occasion that I had problems with the hard drive, he collected, repaired and returned my computer within several days. His support has been invaluable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

John Lenovo laptop complete window reinstall 200gb personal data changed over.This man is the best ever he is so trust worthy and professional when others rip you off this guy is honest and fair it must have took him 5 hours to work and fix my laptop and all for £30.He is so fair and professional he backed up all my data a second time when my laptop was in there just incase anything went wrong he cleaned all my laptop as well as a new windows 10 install so it runs fast and even cleaned the laptop as it was dirty my laptop was completely unusable slow and currupt it was in a boot loop he has made it like a new laptop.Thankyou so much my friend APC repairs years ago PC world lost all of my data this guy does a more personal job and clean job and for so much less money please forget PC WORLD and go to APC repairs he even repaired my brother in law's PS4 it had a faulty hdmi port and this is ment to be an impossible fault to fix as you need to fuse a new hdmi port onto the motherboard he is that talented he done this and it must have took him a good 5 constant hours it's so hard to do and he charged my brother in law £60 he's amazing so polite and honest.

I thoroughly recommend Rapid Tech,Recently my lead was not charging my laptop.Took it to the shop,Sam gave me a lead to get me out of trouble and later,next day or same day can't remember,he supplied the correct lead once he had this available.He also supplied a battery,not new but had i hour usage,(giving myself the option of buying the battery or not as the one I had needed replacing).I do not use my laptop away from home but he gave me a good deal,so I accepted his offer.The total cost was 32 pound.If I had bought a new lead and a new battery elsewhere this would have cost me about 60 pounds at least.Sam is knowledgeable and very helpful.

James repaired my iPhone 7 after I cracked the screen. He must of repaired it in less than 30 mins. Super quick and super efficient. Very polite and professional! Will definitely recommend this place and it was amazingly cheap! Nothing but the best service!!

Took my lenovo as the power supply unit was broken, the worker called and told they can't find the same power supply any where as it's a slim end model so I said okay went to pick it up paid the £20 fee ( cause he spent time opening it up and stuff) bought back home open the pc myself and there's 2 screws missing and my power supply is disconnected wires every where , the actual case of the pc isnt closed properly, called them told them the screws were missing and the guy said bring it back but I will definitely not be going back as it's just poor service!

I went to Hitech Computer Repairs in Enfield as my lap top broke down and I was desperate for help. I dont know alot about the ins and outs of computers, but these guys were extremely professionel and knowledgable. My laptop was fixed very quickly and I can highly recommend this place.

Wow!!! We don't get this customer service from Tesco when asking for an item when we can’t find it, these guys explains everything in plain English and step by step, very helpful, they cleaned and sorted out my laptop issue as it was shutting down, they said it was overheating. I often have to cancel my visit because the Que is beyond bearable. There are 6 tills and never are there more than 3 staff on at one time. Most of the staff are good at their job but a few prob need more training. I was quoted £30 to post an item even though I seen different online, when I walked away the guy called me back to measure box and then said it would actually cost £15. Why not do that in the first place?

One member of staff - unfamiliar with Post Restante - took the initiative and referred to a colleague; advice on what could be done to help me out (as a customer), either in their branch or by some other means.
The more experienced staff-member informed the former about Post Restante, and what I needed to do to so as to use that service and receive mail to their branch. Life-saver.

I’ve just come from this post office seething as I was next in the queue , it still took 15 mins to get served as female member of staff was having a ‘chat’ to person getting served & because he couldn’t accept what she was saying she decided to tell him the same thing 3 times over, maybe more as that’s what I was hearing when I arrived. I’m going to give online orders a rest so I don’t have to return anything!

i opened a savings account with this bank in the early 90ths . and when i was in cheshunt in 2017 i went in to the bank and withdrew money from my savings account . and before i left to come home i lodged money and so did my daughter . In 2018 i they sent me a tax form to fill out which i did .i was exempt from tax . I then heard no word back from the bank at all so between 2018 and 2019 i sent two registered letters to the bank asking them to close my savings account as i am back home . they sent looking for my IRISH BANK DETAILS which i gave the so as they could transfer the savings balance in my account . I never heard back from them since and they never transferred my balance . I have rang them three times still no reply . I always heard BANKS WERE LEGALISED GANGSTERS NOW I BELIEVE IT . Really shocking place and i cannot believe they have the amazing ability to lie and they call their selves a bank. I had a meeting with the personal banker who is also a bank manager by the way people. Dunno how he has 2 roles and 2 jobs, he must be getting good money or scamming the system. Which job are you meant to be doing on which day.......?
His name was Michael, just to say by the end of the interview he said that i hit his computer i was like what wow why dont you proove your allegation. Cause of this issue when speaking to him about transferring my barclays account to nationwide. He kept mentioning if i dont understand he cant move on and i kept telling i get it. Got it. Understand it and he still would not move on. Then starting saying sorry i have to see someone else and i thought how rude. I then told him im not dumb so please stop treating as if i am and he said im the bank manager and im terminating the interview and i was like based on what. Really rude that he can be bias against him self and theres nothing i can do about how i was treated in that situation. Poor bank ethics more like PERSONAL MICHAEL BANK MANAGER

Where as this branch doesn't get a lot of traffic, it's evident why its a slow mover.

A number of times I've needed to pay cash in quickly and had to deposit cash through the cashpoint at this branch because there's only ever one person serving at counter. Each time I've deposited money on a Monday afternoon it's still not cleared 3 days later, which is not the timeframe they specify. When I phone the branch to chase it I always get the same excuse about a problem with the ATM!

I've been banking here for almost 8 years now and it's a lovely little bank, gets pretty busy at times so there's a bit of a wait. However staff are helpful and friendly. Recently went in to talk about my credit options and it was one of the best services I've had the lady Tina was very helpful and informative not just with the credit card but with helping me with my options in regards to what I needed the money for. Absolutely made my day she was a star!

LONG QUEUES! Queued for 20 minutes to use the machine to deposit cash (which I was told works), have used these things 100s of times, and all 3 of their machines did not work, the lady then continued to ignore me (the one whom told me they worked), so I had to queue up for another 20 minutes for the main desk. Only reason this has 2* and not 1* is because the lady at the main desk was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience,...time and energy wasted
AVOID IT , find another branch or rather bank.
The advisor Carol Wallace, was very rude, totally unprofessional,she gave me no advice and she made racist affirmations. During the meeting I had to keep a napkin at my nose due to her bad breath and her foul sweat smell.
The complaint I made to the branch manager never got an answer.
