Got the power supply and thermal paste of my PS4 for only £35 six months ago and it has has been working perfectly since. All other places I looked at were way too expensive for me to afford. Picked up playstation fully functioning the next day. 10/10 would recommend

Warren is a great guy and very knowledgeable. He will go the extra mile to identify and fix the problem at a very competitive price. I took my PlayStation as I was experiencing an issue with the 3d sound when connected to my VR set. Even though the issue proved to be tricky to find and solve, I was happy that he kept me informed along the way and made every effort to fix it. After spending many hours on the device, he charged me much less than I expected. I offered to pay him more for his time but would not accept. Great guy, great service, I highly recommend!

I found Computer Concern on google - all I can say is that Brother Asim is extremely professional and upgraded my Sony Vaio, added various programs in 3 days and even advised not to pay extra on items I wanted as there was no point very reasonable in price too. Highly recommended!! Thank you!!

Brilliant and fast service. Went there because my younger brothers laptop had stopped working, and no matter what I tried, I couldn’t get it to work.

I have found my new one stop shop for all my tech repairs. Without a doubt the most trustworthy and honest guy on the market. I had water damage to my Mac Book - took it to a registered Apple store and they quoted over £800 of damage, saying I should just get a new one, but that for £82 they would transfer by data. Then I found the Mac Shop. They checked my laptop, explained the cost involved and any additional costs I might expect, within a few hours they called me to say it was ready. It was sorted for £130!!!! The repair came with a three month warranty also. A few days later I had a small issue which they looked at for me there and then and would not accept payment for repairing - my tip went into a charity box. Honestly, cannot rate them enough. They know their stuff and don't take advantage.

Brought in my HP Laptop after reccommendation and got it back within 5hrs!!!
My Children had spilled water on it and I was unable to get it repaired at the first shop I had taken it too.

I used the mobile service that come round to your house. The engineer fitted my teenage son's new graphic card. Turned up when they said they would. No messing, no "oh you might need to buy this or that before we can sort your problem", just got on with it, efficiently, promptly and really reasonable charging too. Engineer recommended further improvement for better performance but no hard sell. No hassle and they provide a really great service, I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They'll be back to install a new hard drive very soon. Thank you, you made my lad really happy with his pc, and that makes me happy too.

I had a problem with outdated BIOS on the freshly built PC with the newest AMD processor. Normally, I would have to write to AMD to send me a repair kit but this store solved my issue in about an hour!
Very knowledgeable and getting straight to the point, with reasonable charge. Even on Sunday, I have managed to set an appointment. I wish all computer repair shops were like this one.

This company is honestly the best repair service I have ever used. I completed swamped my laptop in a pint glass of water 2 days before my last final year exam. I contacted this company to inquire a price and within an hour I had a really friendly colleague travel into central london (on a weekday!) to collect my laptop. It honestly seemed too good to be true and I was second guessing if it was a scam cos I had just handed my laptop over to a stranger at the time! either way, I was contacted later in the day and given an extremely reasonable price to repair my laptop since I had visited apple and they told me my laptop was a write off and was already recommended me the purchase a new laptop! I agreed to the price and it was repaired by 9am the following day and dropped off again! later that day my charging port became faulty so I contacted the guy and he repaired my laptop within 15 minutes replacing another section of my laptop free of charge. This is the best service I have ever received and I cant thank the man who helped me, I didnt get his name but he was an absolutely life saver and I can't recommend this company enough. Will absolutely be using again

If I have to buy any laptop or desktop pc even if I have to repair my computer or any electrical equipments Link Repair are the best service providers. They not only provide you excellent services but also gives you a guidance to the users depending upon their ability and their technical skills and quoted them with a reasonable price. The post office is fine, you wont get the kind of queues you will see in other post offices! Not much else to say. The general shop is convenient in terms of location, but asking for something that isn't a simple £5/£10 top up, or get any kind of help regarding your oyster card and daily/weekly/monthly travel travel cards then you better get walking to the high street.
There is definitely a language barrier there, but even still, there is definitely a lack of training and knowledge on how to operate the machines for topping up Oyster cards etc.. I have, and other people I know, have on multiple occasions been answered with shrugs and 'I don't know, go to the high Street' if I have asked how much a particular travel pass costs, or asked for general advice relating to costs.
Apart from that, its great to pop to if you need a quick grocery shop, though the nearest biggest shops are around a 15-20 minute walk away.

The only problem is that this delivery office is located on an extremely busy industrial site and I feel especially sorry for the delivery driver's, as getting out of there can take some 15-20 minutes. At Christmas time it's a nightmare, took 45 minutes to just leave, ridiculous that the council can't change the traffic lights but there you are, an honest review about traffic lol.
BTW all the staff aren't overly friendly but it's a thankless task sometimes and they are rather efficient,especially the older gentleman with grey hair who never smiles and rarely prints out a receipt unless you ask first, and if it's processed without you asking first you get no receipt, so he careful ha ha!

I am very pleased with the post office service. The lady was very nice and helpful, as well as patient. We were quite unprepared with our package to send, so she gave us tape, scissors and pen to make it right. She also advised us to take something out of the box, as it was exceeding 2kg by 100 grams, which would have cost us £25 more to send. At the end, instead of £46 we paid only £12.

Posting a parcel here is a stressful experience , lots of questioning regarding contents. It feels as if you are going through boarder control. Also, very expensive for what it is, look for another post office (if you must) or search google for Parcelmonkey who offer price comparison across all providers. Just posted a similar parcel for half the price and they pick it up from your doorstep...hassle free, without the millions of questions.

The woman that works there is the rudest shop assistant I have ever met. As soon as I walk in she looks at me annoyed and angry. She doesn't say hello, thank you or bye. This woman makes me feel very uncomfortable. She really needs some serious customer service training. If it wasn't for the convenient location I would avoid this post office any day.

Unbelievable dismissive attitudes and misinformation! Be aware! All post office call centers, the depot in Debden as well as the written instructions on the “you were not at home when we tried to deliver your parcel” said to come here to this Postoffice in Manford Way in the afternoon before 4pm. This was a very urgent parcel. I arrived at 2.05pm. On the door it says handwritten they close at 2pm - despite all information about this branch everywhere. The usually rude and arrogant guy was still in there, saw me and I pressed the buzzer to speak to him about this and this parcel is very urgent today for us as a family for various reasons. The guy saw me and ignored me for 10 minutes , then angrily shrug his shoulders,then made several dismissive hand gestures to show me I should go away - it was 5 min after closing time, remember, and they cut their usual saturday working day short by two hours again today - fair enough ,then do but be honest enough to tell post office headquarters about it so that customers aren’t misled every time.
5 min late and you don’t have the decency to even talk to me when you’re in front of me? And it would have taken you 1 minute to give us our parcel.
If I would act like this in my work in the NHS nothing wouldn’t function any more.
You are not only incredibly rude and dismissive but you also display the worst customer service attitude that I have EVER come across anywhere.
You could have so easily saved our urgent problem today within a minute. But you choose to hate your clients every time they are forced to use you as their post office.
Really- shame on you!
Awful! Awful! You don’t deserve to work with people.

Old indian guy is very rude and seems to treat customers with a sassy attitude. I was in a rush and used a pen to write down a post code and he then proceeded to interrogate about where I got the pen from and then charged me for it.

The staff at this branch are a second family to me-always helpful, caring and willing to go that extra mile, if they can. I had a phone call , whilst in the branch, about some very bad news relating to a loved one. They were very kind and considerate , looking after me and my distress and tears and phoning me to ask whether I had reached home safely, followed by a bunch of flowers. Incredible experience!!

A small friendly Santander branch. ATMs inside and outside. A help desk as well as cashier counter. The staff seem to go out of their way to help. Discovered that apart from the three manned counter spaces the staff at the help desk will also take cheques to be paid in. Very impressed.

The branch manager, Shaida Mehmood, is not competent enough. Not sure if she is bad at using basic technology (like using computer & taking out Printout) or bad at taking responsibilities (like informing the customer that she is busy and it might take some time).

Everytime i've been here there is a long queue and 1 or 2 people working behind the counter when there is 4 or 5 counters. At least a 10/15 minute wait before you get to the counters. It's the only barclays in hainault, but i try to avoid it if i can.

I went to the bank to open an account with my uncle and we had already booked a appointment and we turned up but the bank opened 30 mins late and the work for my appointment was 10 mins late two. The lady who’s name is Ms Chanceline who was very rude to me and my uncle which made us very upset and disappointed because my uncle had use the Barclay bank for nearly 20 Years and the lady didn’t not want to help us. The lady was on a private phone call with someone else while we was in the room which made me feel useless and a seethough person like am not there which was really rude. Which she had cancled are appointment for her own private appointment with some else and she didn’t know the rules of the place she works at and the law either. Myself at 15 years old had to teach the old lady. Ms Chanceline was very disappointing and I accepted better for her, with all honesty I was very sad of the way she worked with us.

Very poor customer service, I went today to put cash deposit in my account, I always use the machine, I’ve put my cash in the machine, few seconds after,,,, the machine has refused the cash and gave me only half of the money back, So I had to call someone immediately so they can help me, the lady who came was accusing me of not putting the money straight into the machine, I‘be used the machine a lot of if time in the past, never had an issue! The lady tried to put the money in the machine, she kept saying the money is not straight that’s why,, clearly the machine was faulty,,, i had to pick my baby boy and I needed to put the money in the account! I’ve tried to explain to her, then with a bad attitude she told me I’m going to have to queue up in order to put the money in the account. Not admitting the machine was faulty she let me wait more than 15 minute with a headache and then after that I have to queue up for another 15 minutes and already put the money in the account what kind of service is this! Not enough staff. Had to stand in a line for 45 mins. Things that should be taken in to a room and dealt with are being dealt with by cashiers not right. Then when the lady who was in front of me complained about the wait she was told she could use the machine to bank her cheque she didn't want to use the machine just like I don't like to. I had to draw £1000 out so had no choice. Not happy

Understaffed and different staff give conflicting information on how to pay in business banking.
They've taken away the business paying in machine!!! Madness!!!
So I spend my small lunch break (if I get one) to pay in my companies money each week.
Tried to speak to a staff member AGAIN behind the desks today regarding handing in the money and not having to wait in an often (half an hour queue) everyday. I don't need it stamped according to the team leader!!! But she started screaming at me... I have no idea what she was saying as she was screaming so loud before I could state that their "team leader" a few weeks back said it was ok for me to hand it to any staff member and they can go behind the desk and put in the the little hole in the wall to save me waiting because THEY took away the paying in machine. Eventually after all the shouting ( I had to ask the staff member to let me talk as she was giving me a right headache and embarrassing me in front of everyone) I established that anyone paying in business is penalised and has to queue for sometimes up to an hour once a week unless I can beg a staff member who is free to go behind the desk. Even then the older ladies behind the desk refuse to take it and shout at me saying "NO"!!!
The other older women behind the desk who is there most Thursdays is extremely rude and really needs a lesson in customer service. She would do better working in airport security... The younger ones are polite and helpful.
It seems according to the reviews on here I am not the first who has had issues.
I hate going in to this bank! It's got to the point, I may even ask my colleague to go in because I am tired of being had a go at ever Thursday. This has been going on for months.

I hope head office see all these reviews ! The branch is understaffed therefore long queues start to form and people leave the bank frustrated because they have to wait ages. I queued for about 30 mins only to have a cashier tell me that I had to ring up the bank and resolve it over the phone !!!!

Staff are very helpful and are always on hand to deal with any issues you may have. The branch could do with being slightly larger as it can get very busy at peak times, leading to very long queues. Parking is pay and display so be prepared for this.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Lloyd's branch because of Mr Shah; he is not fit to work with people at all as he is rude and aggressive. He was very aggravated in his communication towards me and began racially profiling me, refusing to help me because my birthplace was in Eastern Europe even though the only necessary information was my Canadian citizenship. This was very inappropriate considering his place of work and he left me feeling utterly humiliated and knocked down, even though I have every right to open an account, which was denied to me due to my birth place. Furthermore, Mr. Shah clearly does not know enough information of the bank to even run it, considering multiple times we (me and my family) have called customer service and have researched information on the website about the necessary documents, I have been proved to have more than enough to open a bank account, however, Mr Shah was always wrong and ignorant to this information, even when the call was right in front of him and the information was displayed as clearly as possible to the point he realized his flaw yet STILL refused to open an account. This was appalling behaviour and if I could leave no stars, even leave a minus star on this review for Lloyds (or just Mr. Shahs service), I would.
