Speak to Chris for quick and efficient in house Mobile phone repairs. Good honest friendly advise and great Service. Also good prices for high quality or genuine Manufacturer parts.
Thought battery had failed on my iPhone 5s. Chris inspected the phone for free. Advised fault was just a faulty cheap charger cable i was using. Bought two new Iphone approved cables and screen protector at over half price of Apple ones.
Great Service and will use again for any future phone and laptop repairs. Highly recommend

First time visiting the shop today. Really pleased I found it. Very knowledgeable, down to earth staff who helped me sort out an old hard drive and get a PC. Service was excellent and prices were great too - no complaints whatsoever. I would happily recommend this shop to anyone. Really decent people running it. Staff are lovely and I couldn’t be happier. Had my phone screen replaced. When I took my phone to apple to get the battery changed and they broke the finger print recognition. I was told it couldn’t be fixed. However, when I got the screen replaced by these guys it came back with the finger print fixed. Couldn’t have asked for more. They did a wonderful and fast job! Would highly recommend!

The lady at this shop fixed my laptop today.
The laptop was fixed, had new programs and security added to it and was ready within an hour and a half. Very reasonably priced too.

This is a fantastic shop, not only does it have reconditioned stuff at good prices, they also do repairs at very reasonable cost.
I had a replacement screen and battery fitted to my iPhone 5 for £50 and it's like a new phone again.
If this guy can't repair it ,the chances are it hasn't been invented yet!
I recomend it to you without hesitation

Best care home I've been to . Lovely staff professional caring sensitive and understanding they create and warm loving atmosphere very polite and nothing is to much trouble. Very clean with lovely spacious bedrooms. Very high standard of food and service . Visited a few other care homes but St Josephs is head and shoulders above the others . Lots of services from hairdressing to podiatry and things for residents to participate in , great views of the Warwickshire countryside . Rest assured if a loved one goes to St Joe's they are in the best of care . Manager is excellent as well as every member of staff they are the best thank you for all you do.

Great friendly service and staff in this Post Office and its shop food and drink items are sold at such great prices and in special offers that it's very hard to resist treating yourself and your family to all the cakes biscuits crisps and other savoury snacks and the chocolates and sweets and soft drinks that they sell. But if you want to stock up on these items then their prices and offers can't be beat. I don't visit that often for this very reason. Too much sugar & high fat temptation! Great choice of greeting cards too!

So I went to this post office to send money using monegram. Apart from the fact that the cashier seemed fed up with my prsence as the task seemed too complicated for her....I felt she violate my privacy. She on her loudest platform read out my address, then as descrete as I was trying to buy some postal orders again she was on her loudest platform to tell the entire shop what my postal orders were for, who they were being sent to and where they were going...forthat cause I have now filed a complaint...very unprofessional and discriminating service!

This post office has the rudest, most arrogant, argumentative staff I have ever come across. Hilariously I saw a sign today telling customers to respect post office staff. It's a shame there isn't a sign behind the counter telling staff to respect customers. They treat you and your complaint with utter contempt. I will never use this branch again. I send a few parcels each year over to an American friend, which costs me into the hundreds of pounds, when added up. I will now be looking at using an alternative carrier. Honestly? They don't deserve our custom.

.I have visited this post office on at least 4 occasions in the past 6 weeks or so. I have found the staff very rude on every occasion.I was told more than once that the only way to send a parcel or package signed for is special delivery which is more expensive.However on asking further questions on other options i was told there is a normal signed for service .
This in itself is not the nature of my complaint. The staff chat amongst themselves and you feel like you are the bystander not the customer. The fact that I am on the other side of the counter is a very clear sign that I am the customer waiting for service.
It is NOT acceptable to be spoken to as a customer without even a please or a thank you. It makes me feel like I should apologize for every visit i make there as though it is an inconvenience to your staff.
My suggestion would be to send them on customer service training

Very poor service ,staff changed with poor attitude and Disgraceful customer Service .Sent item Special Delivery Saying Guaranteed Next day 1pm and still not received after online checking .Stephanie was most Arrogant and rude at which point i terminated the call around 2.50pm on Monday 31st July .Also i personally Went in a spoke to the so called ! branch manger Joe Tew who simply said when you send an item special delivery noting we can do to check and raised hands in air .Handed me a claim form without even checking ,so hence i made a formal investigation and complaint to Post office HEAD OFFICE .No customer service skills and totally unprofessional .To this end IS THE POST OFFICE RESPONSIBILITY WE PAID OVER £6.25 EACH TO SENT IMPORTANT LETTER AND DOCUMENT SO YOU COULD AT LEAST CHECK THE SYSTEM IN PARTICULAR WHEN YOU WERE CLEARLY TOLD THE TRACKING INFO I RECEIVED ONLINE.I would definitely not recommend or be using there so called services in future regards Shaun.

Today I was met with a very rude woman who answered the phone, after it had been ringing for ages, at our local coleshill depot. She had an attitude from the off. Was more interested in disagreeing and arguing about my problem with a parcel that had been, against my instructions, left there and not at my home. If she'd been nice and said 'im sorry about that' I would have been ok but she was so snotty and defensive it left me very upset. She didn't see me as a customer but as someone to win an argument with. Someone with such poor customer service skills should not be allowed to deal with the public st all.

Very good bank. Nice to still have a bank local as the trend seems to be closing them.They have the usaul counter services and they normally have an adviser on site that is your lucky you can speak to but normally you'll need to make an appointment . There is an atm inside and out.

A small bank branch that is usually fairly busy. Online banking means that I rarely have to visit here, but it's always a pleasant experience. The tellers are friendly and helpful. There are two machines inside the bank to deposit money into your account using physical notes. There are two ATMs inside the building and two outside.

Opend 9.30 and tills were closed due to problems with alarm system and i had lost bank card so needed to withdraw from till, waited 15 mins and it still wasnt sorted n by this time i could actullay smell everyones morning breath to the poiny i coild feel it on my nose, too small for a place like fox n goose they really need to relocate to another bigger shop space, i had to end up driving to small heath cov road where i must say was massive n i was seen within 5mins.

I recently used this branch for the first time in years. I found the customer service assistant and the cashiers friendly, knowledgeable (I was there about a problem) and helpful. However, I cannot believe how long it took. I was at the front of the queue, but waited a very long time because both cashiers were occupied with customers who had problems, and one customer was also being very uncooperative. By the time I was dealt with, the queue was out of the doors. I blame management for not monitoring the queue and failing to bring in additional staff, and also for not being aware that a member of staff was struggling with a difficult customer. Thankfully, I am able to do most of my banking online.

Went in to withdraw some money from my own personal credit card to be told there is a charge. No hello can I help you just a sour woman on the counter looking at you like you are scam wanting to take your own money out!!! She was rude from start to finish, wanted Id which I gladly handed over. Most unpleasant 10 minutes of my life with the worst cashier I've ever encountered in my life.

This bank tries its very best. The queues are long but thats down to the fault of many customers not being able to use their online apps to simply check balances, transfer money, pay bills and cash out bits of money???? use a cah point!! , all very simple task, but no they take up the time of the bank staff who could help with other more difficult task that can't be done via app. The staff always try to educate customers on the simple things of using their app but the customer who say they have the app, bluntly say they would rather come into bank WHY!!!!. I have witnessed customers be very rude to staff for no reason other than they couldnt be bothered to use the tools they have themselves and complain how long the queue is. The reasons they are there frustrates me , im there to do business banking , cant do it any other way, i would if i could. Customers need to learn how to use online banking , its not hard!! Dont take it out on the staff!!

Three visits to sort a simple problem after an online attempt to transfer funds, the account was then locked by the fraud department even after every security question was answered correctly. 3 visits to the branch where passport & driving licence were checked then assured by Halifax staff that this is now sorted and all would be OK. Account still locked, yet another trip to the branch for them to say "I don't know how or why this is happening" I'll move the funds today.

Employees need to stop using nearby residential roads as a free car park all day!! Blocking people's drives, parking on pavements, parking on blind bends and double parking!!
