I use this shop whenever I need to and they are most helpful always.

Had my iPhone battery and iPad screen replaced here and both done super fast, professionally and perfectly !
Really great friendly customer service too at the counter. As there was only about 10 days between my phone and the iPad, they remembered me and knocked £5 off the price for the iPad. SOOO lucky they’re my local guys, although I believe they do a fast turnaround mail service too for nationwide customers.
Just can’t praise them enough! Superb!!

I went in looking at condenser dryers and American fridge freezers. The man telling me about the dryers seemed more interested on what his mobile was doing than me asking him questions so I told him I would just look online. I went looking at the American fridge freezers the lady was really nice showed me the models in my price range showed all the features of each one and asked if I needed any help with anything else. (I didn't buy anything this time but I have bought my dishwasher, dryer and washing machine from there in the past)

Saw this today in-store (a white Samsung Tab A 10.1 £159 - £20 off) and thought that's good value. I will have it. Certainly. Oh, err, hum, we don't actually have any... hmm... and there aren't any in any other store in the country either. How about the black one? OK. Oh, that's £199. 40 quid for a black paint job on a tablet. No thanks. I will buy online from another company. No wonder the High Street is going down the pan.

Excellent service from a team member on my visit. I went in store to purchase an iPhone X as a replacement as I lost mine. My insurance company gave me a curry’s voucher to purchase the phone so I could only go there. Martin did everything he could to find me a phone that day as I needed one there and then as I was going on holiday at 3am the next day. He searched all of the local stores to see if they stocked any and called the store ahead to keep it aside for me. I’m so pleased that it was him that assisted me as normally I’d of expected a “sorry not in stock response” he has totally restored my trust in Curry’s as I had been messed around a lot in a Newcastle branch. Well done Martin and thank you again.

Village post office located within a mini Mart staff are knowledgeable and helpful and it's often more convenient and quicker to call here as there is parking in the front and it's not quite so busy as the main post offices in the town's.
Most services are offered here including currency exchange.

Branch staff may well be friendly but the POs keypad "menu" is utterly insane. It took 45 minutes of waiting before i managed to speak to a human being to arrange re-delivery of a parcel which could have been done online....BUT it would not recognise my address or post code which has existed for over 45 years!! Royal Mail has gone down the pan and closure of sub-PO's was a HUGE mistake. Now waited THREE DAYS for re-delivery and am STILL WAITING!

All I want to do is get what I want. Do not want to be harrassed into buying lottery tickets or anything else they want to pressurize you into parting with your money. What if i was a recovering gambler. I'm sure they should not approach you wifh lottery tickets. Not sure weather that's against the law. It's no wonder there is big queues in there.

Very unfortunate that this is the only post office in the area. I get so frustrated that the people on the counter don't focus on what I've asked them to do or for but focus on upselling other products.

Recently went in to open my son a bank account. Met by a very nice chap on the front desk who greeted us and offered us a drink whilst we waited. We were seen quickly and the advisor took the time to explain everything to my son. As a company I like Nationwide due to its mutual status and the way it views customers. Overall, recommended. Not enough cashiers at windows means frequent queues. Policy of replacing cashiers with machines is obvious. Often staff will try to get customers to use online banking ( which is very risky in my opinion !! ). This of course would eventually enable the branch to be closed, ( with Santander ciitng that it is underused ) and cost staff their jobs. Keep on going in and queueing to keep those jobs , and DONT use the machines !!!

I have read previous reviews and felt that a new review was necessary. The counter staff are overworked because other banks have closed in Nantwich. They are always friendly and helpful. Many of the other comments are reflective of the company not the branch. Users should recognise the need to support the local branch or else it will close and banking in Nantwich will become faceless.

I am completely amazed by the inconsistency of NatWest as a whole! This branch has ludicrous opening times, and the branch "manager" lacks any concept of customer service. The online system for applying for accounts is also a shambles.
Manchester Deansgate branch staff were at least able to give us the correct documentation (which the automated online system did not), and by the time we could get an appointment to see anyone to finally sort out our application and get our account open, the application had closed. It was only thanks to the efforts of the staff at the Crewe branch that we managed to get our account open - at the cost of having to go through another credit search.

Branch suffering from removing frontline staff in favour of forcing customers to deal with ATMs or going online. Sometimes, you just want to do business with another person.

Barcleys are the worst bank ever, we had 2 canceled payments that got taken out still and a charge taken out on the account from the bank that we should of had. Oh and guess what the bank can't get our money back from the 2 companies that took the money out that was canceled oh and they can't give me back the charges that they should have charged me ... The bank that look the money can't give it me back. I may as well have my friend hold onto my wages in their hand because that would be better than Barclays Because my friend won't just give my money away to people I say don't but barcleys go ye sure I won't tell the ow we here is the money absolutely useless and the thing is you ask about getting the money back and they are like I don't know what to do so I guess we can't help you

It really does not matter what time of the day or what day you come to this branch it always has the longest waiting time. I have gone to branches in Nantwich and sandbach before it closed and never waited 20 minutes, but at the Crewe branch you are guaranteed to spend 20 minutes of you're day stood in a queue. If you're lucky there will be 2 staff members on even though there is 3 desks. It really needs to change.

There is usually a 'homeless' lady selling the big issue in the doorway to the business. I was locked in against my will when they were changing money out of the machines. I asked to leave and I wasn't allowed. It took 30 minutes in total and a member of staff guarding the exit. There was no warning it was happening and it made me very late. The homeless lady seems to be a con also because she says she is poor but has rows of gold teeth. A complaint was made to Halifax about being begged for money going in and out of the bank but the staff thought its okay. Very poor judgement from the business

Been here 3 times and each time ended up walking out, unhappy with the customer service received. Manager is obnoxious, bit like the staff really. Gave up and went to Winsford. Worth the drive as at least they'll help you. Don't expect much done here. Remember going in and someone made a simple mistake and person behind the counter started to get rude about it. Fantastic place, if you wish for a foul service.

Hopeless telephone contact number. Nobody ever picks up! Instead you are redirected to a call centre who do not understand your requests and can not book you an appointment! I now presumably would have to make two trips to the branch to book the appointment and then attend! Less than ideal around my working rota! Lets hope the 3% interest and £5 rewards make up for it!

I read the reviews on here and nearly decided not to use this branch. However I needed to deposit a cheque. There was a queue to the door when I arrived but I decided to wait and see how quickly it moved; to my surprise the cashier's were efficient and courteous and I was served within 10 minutes.
