SJ Systems sourced me a laptop some time ago, with no fuss at all. Having assessed my requirements I was found a great deal which I was unable to beat elsewhere. The laptop was set up for me and was ready to go as soon as I received it with all of the programs that I had wanted (a great advantage for a self confessed technophobe).
Since then I have had a full recovery of data and repair following me dropping the computer (and having no hope that any of my work would be recovered). Some time later I also needed a screen repair after another accident and again this was attended to with great communication, minimal cost and excellent efficiency. I would have no hesitation in recommending SJ Systems at all.

I tried to manually install some RAM into my computer myself but the whole system became unworkable. Simon came out and fixed the problem (bios?) . He also identified that my computer was slow due to malware. He fixed this by installing and running free software for me which sped things up dramatically.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE EVERY TIME!
I first used this company quite a few years ago on the recommendation of a good friend and have continued to use them whenever I've had computer problems. I called in a couple of hours ago with my laptop, which had a faulty power connection. I've just been and picked it up, less than 3 hours after dropping it off, all done and a new power port fitted. The service here is 100% which has never changed from the first time I used them. The staff are very nice and explain everything very clearly, what more could anyone want. I wouldn't go anywhere else for computer repairs and I will always recommend CDS Computers to anyone, just as I always have done. x

Honestly I spent over 40 minutes looking at cookers in Currys, and no one came near me until I finally called someone over to supposedly help me. The question related to an unknown icon on the dial, as my wife and I couldn't figure out what it meant? The assistant didn't know either, but she had the sense to check for an instruction book, which was not available.
I'm thinking if I actually worked somewhere I think I would feel a professional pride in finding out as much as possible about the products on sale on my shop floor?
Or is it 70yr old me?

I've used this place several times now, and the service always seems to be unfriendly and unhelpful. A very old-school post office, there are better options in Cockerton and Blackwell, both of which we now use in preference to here.

The worst post office in the town. When you will send something after 5.30PM always is problem. One time system down, sometimes nobody know how send something, today women said me “I can’t”. When you working and don’t have time to send something go to different place!

A very good post office. Staff are always friendly and it is very useful to have one in this part of Darlington. The parking outside is useful, but obviously very busy at times so the location is great because of the streets available within a short walk. If you are using public transport, it is close to a number of bus stops, making the location even better.
Additionally, the number of shops, and the range of businesses in the close proximity makes this ideal for somewhere to call in during a quick shopping trip, or to do some shopping after visiting the post office.
The range of services inside makes this more than just somewhere you would go to post something, and there is a good variety of cards, stationery, and things to do with postage such as padded envelopes, brown paper, bubble wrap, and sticky tape, so don't panic if you want to post something that haven't packaged it beforehand.

What more can I say about the Royal Mail. They are a fantastic service whom I have never particularly had a problem with. I always get my mail and items delivered and if they are unable to post them. The main depot is less than 2 miles away from my house. They are also open on a weekend extremely early, which is convenient for me.

This is a 0 star review. I don’t even know where to begin with the faults of this shop. The man and woman who work there have terrible customer service skills. I’ve walked in to a strong smell of cannabis as if being smoked in the back, they have their baby at the tills screaming half the time, they overcharge on products like tobacco (amber leaf in Morrison’s is £13.50. In this shop it’s £14.50), they regularly turn the fridges off so the milk ends up going off and I have mistakingly bought off milk a few times now from there. Once there was a queue for the shop part and he was on the post office part serving customer after customer telling the shop customers that they can wait and finally I’ve found both the woman and the man extremely rude on multiple occasions. Never again will I be using this store and I’ll be recommending to everyone I know to go elsewhere. Absolute disgrace.

Repossessed my home when interest rates were 15%+ - sold it for a profit - and kept the money.
First I learn about it is 28 years later when an agency is contacting me asking for 25% +VAT of the money in exchange for their help in getting it from the Nationwide ... unbelievable.
I was destitute because of them and they knew it ... yet they kept my money and made no effort to contact me.
Cheers ... Nationwide Darlington Branch ... I'll always have such fond memories of you and you customer service.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the premises is fully wheelchair accessible with an automatic door and there is an ATM inside as well as outside if the weather is bad and you need cash!
I have always found it easy to get exactly what I want inside as there's always been someone to advise. At a time when many banks are reducing the numbers of staff and replacing them with machines, this branch is great for human interaction so you know you can talk things through face to face with someone.

I bank with Santander and this is my local branch. I went in to this branch to get some statements printed off as I don't have a printer at home. First of all I had to wait in a massive queue as there was only 1 member of staff on. When I reached the front and told the lady I would like some past dated statements printed off she sent me to a waiting area and I waited for quite some time before another member of staff approached me telling me I had to use the computer and do it myself. After logging into my account and finding the statements I needed I then had to wait for seemed like an eternity yet again whilst my statements were collected from the printer and checked. My first question would be, if you have to do everything yourself then why employ staff or even better why have a branch here? Next time I need statements printing I think I will use the library. It's quicker and less hassle

Absolutely awful experience at this ASDA tonight. We fancied a couple of the ‘create your own’ pizzas tonight but walked away from the counter empty handed. The girl who was behind the counter was EXTREMELY ignorant and more interested in talking to her colleague about which Doritos she was having at the end of her shift. Completely ignoring the growing queue of people waiting to be served. I suggest you employ somebody with better customer service skills.

Was seriously misled by superstore label. This is a corner shop with pretensions. Good sized car park for a small shared premises. Once inside found it had scan and go but then the good news stopped. Found the shop cramped and old style lighting made it feel dark. It had a small range of goods with hardly any vegetables and those they were supposed to be selling were out of stock. Rather strange layout. Does have a tiny selection of electrical goods and clothing. It would be better if those were removed to make room for some basics in food and homewares. Not a pleasant experience. Staff were scarce but those who were around were helpful. I will not be returning to this store, there are better places in Darlington to shop.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I took my disabled friend shopping in her wheelchair and there was no attachable trolleys available and a staff member shouting that no manned tills were opened because we'd gone shopping before 8am but its quiet at 7am and easy to manoeuvre a wheelchair around the store. I've given one star because we love asda food but found customer care seriously lacking on this occasion

Tried to change address she asked for a letter of previous address we have never heard of this all you need is your card and pin
All our letters are packed away in a storage unit hence why we are changing address as we've moved
She asked for any letter so my wife brought in her pregnancy notes and she said its not good enough after stating to bring anything in
We was in and out 3 times
3rd time lucky we got the young lad with short hair and glasses he was a lovely chap a lifesaver
Avoid the manager...

I have never been disappointed when visiting here. Whether it's to withdraw a few pounds or just to make a cash deposit the staff are very happy to help, the banking machines are effective and let you do what you need to do quickly. However if you have to line up and actually see a clerk there will inevitably be someone checking balances as they transfer money from one account to another and withdrawing specifically what they need, taking far longer than they should. I try to be as quick as I can when seeing a clerk. The downside to the self service trend this bank adopted a few years back is that there are now only 2 cashiers available at the bank. I would personally have at least 3 but that's just me. Unless they're really busy then they pull 1 clerk off the desk to help the public. Yeah there is issues but I give 5 stars for service here and the bank is open on Saturdays!

Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible. The best solution would be to shut down the computer of power off your phone and outline an action plan. If turning off the device is impossible, try to use it as little as possible.
