the previous reviews by former customers made me decide to choose Mr B. My old HP laptop was slow not working properly in fact it had many issues that needed sorting. Highly recommend bringing your computer here if you have any issues with it, or if you're like me and wanting someone professional and experienced to upgrade it, you can trust Mr B to do it all. He sourced the upgradeable parts for me, and the time it took him to do that and install was very impressive. He is very knowledgable about computers, and also what the user needs and is not like other companies who want to grab your money and offer no support. Working with Mr B, the whole experience is very personal, and after sales support is great, as he will respond to phone calls and whatsapp messages almost instantly. 5 stars from me, and I will be recommending him to everyone!

Thank you so much Blue Gates! I am so thankful. My macbook pro had a faulty trackpad cable and I would have allowed Apple to fix it if they didn’t have a turnaround time of 10-14 days. Fortunately, Victor was able to provide a turnaround time of 1-2 hours at a reasonable price with a 1 year warranty for the part. I was hesitant initially as I have never gone anywhere else other than Apple for any Apple product related repairs, but he was very reliable and I couldn’t recommend him more. Thank you.

The PC repair guy local to me shut shop. Tried a couple of others, one too busy, the other on answerphone. A friend suggested Blu Gates. Although a long way from where I am, I made the trip. Victor says little, the following day I got a phone call to say the PC was fixed. Major relief, thanks Victor, the PC is working better than ever before. Very reasonable fees and you know that the work is not sub contracted out.

Very happy. Had an urgent situation with my laptop. After failing to find doctortech I ended up here. So pleased I did. The chap was lovely, speedy, thorough. In the past Ive had misgivings about leaving my computer in a shop (Usually proved right in various ways) But I felt like he understood exactly what was required. I felt happy leaving it. Kept me updated with its progress. And in 3 hours it was done and in far better working condition than I had hoped for! Thanks!

Had a serious issue with my PC with potential loss of all data. Windows not booting up from main drive and then PC auto shutting down after about 5 minutes. Trawled through internet for several hours trying various things to no avail. Eventually called several pc repair places: Home visit repair: £70; another PC repair shop on Slough High St: £40; then called in on Unit 1 Village Shopping Center High St Slough - estimate: £25. Kindly looking gentleman looked at my PC straightaway, diagnosed PC shut down due to 5 monitor graphics card overheating; took it out and reloaded Windows. Called back after about 3 hours to collect. Demonstrated all working OK. Took home, but same problem returned in that not finding boot up device. Guy said bring straight back. Tried many things, e.g. swap power supply, checked bios - everything now appeared dead and motherboard not responding at all. Left overnight, next day, called back - all was fixed. He advised fixing this type of fault normally costs £50. He helped load up my PC. I offered him extra £20 for his effort, but amazingly, he absolutely refused to take it, saying he accepted to fix it for £25. I recommend this guy 100% to provide you with an honest and decent service to fix your PC issues. Don't be put off by the general appearance of the premises because behind it you will find a rare and genuinely honest service that will not disappoint you.

Hi, I would like to share my experience with this shop. I have never had a such bad customer service in my life except with this shop. I have been charged for new spare parts but they replaced it with used ones, and made me wait for nearly 3 months to be,at the end, shouted at, insulted and kicked out for asking for a partial refund for the delay.
Extremely bad experience, bad customer service, bad communication and on the top very rude people and untrustworthy.

After numerous cases of having my Mac, iPhone etc. infected with the most advanced hacker (who has been emailing me, black-mailing me with my information for money for months) - Frazer has been extremely professional attitude, and used his skills and knowledge to help me get rid of these problems permanently. Apple haven't been able to do this with me, but Frazer has been able to help me effortlessly. I must add that the customer service from him has been second to none. He has always treated me with the utmost respect, and dealt with my stress in the best possible way.

Also I got my phone repaired, i did have a warranty but it still costed ten pounds. Maybe a little disappointed with this but it’s only ten pounds.

Very impressed! Many thanks to the team at Stormfront Windsor and in particular to Manager Steve who managed to achieve a fix to my ‘frozen’ Recovery Mode iPhone; indeed, Apple Support was unable to unravel or rectify the issue over the telephone and advised me to go to the store. Without exception, each team member I dealt with was both helpful and attentive but ultimately Steve’s knowledge and expertise saved the day and prevented further hassle and frustration for me. I would absolutely recommend this store and I will definitely return.

Terrible experience. When they mess up, they put the onus on you to complain to get a result. After speaking to the manager, I was advised to kick up a fuss with the customer service department, and then if agreed, he would do what they said. He would not call them for me, simply telling me that if I had a problem, I had to sort it out myself.
I will not be returning to this shop again.

I’ve been using this Post office for 17 Yrs , the service is absolutely first Class, that’s why I keep going back .
Roy & his team at the Post Office are always helpful & knowledgeable on everything to do with post office services , some Services I wasn’t even aware Of .
It’s important that we keep our local Post Offices , because the one in Slough Town is not always easy to get too or Park .
The Langley Post Office , offers the full Postal Package , it’s also really easy to access & Car Park On The Door step & disabled Access , I would think it is the most popular Post Office for Residence Of Slough .
It’s always a good sign when Staff never want to leave they are all long serving staff lead by a charming , Caring , knowledgeable Post Master Roy , what he doesn’t know about postal service you could write on a stamp , I often refer to him as the Stephen Hawkin Of Post Office Services .

Extremely rude staff! The elder woman is so rude and blunt. I dont believe they even send their mail in a timely manner as I sent a recorded next day delivery letter and on the 4th day the status was still showing it had been received by the post office in Cippenham and not delivered or even out for delivery! Due to this it had resulted in me paying double for a fine due to late receiving of the letter!!!! So furious! Please guys refrain from using them to send your parcels especially if they are urgent! Never going back to them again.

This morning I had the most outstanding serivce from the Post Office in Cippenham Slough. I was served by Jas who was very welcoming, she smiled for the entire time. She spoke to me about various things and was able to put a smile in my heart. She was extremely helpful and kind.

Had a parcel delivered here as I struggled to be in for the post man. What a faf!! I went on the date it was meant to be delivered bit early so ok I had to go back after 12:00. Couldn’t make it back & went the next day to be told the parcel wasn’t there STILL!

Then the best thing you have the cheek to charge me a handling fee don’t even care how much it was it’s the principal. even tho the staff at this post office made me come back 3 times!! And even tho the parcel was there. Absolute joke.

I never got my packages I mail back to the US. When looking at the receipt when I got home it has a date of transaction of 2/12/2018, I sent packages on 12/2/2018. When trying to track on line, my tracking # does not work. What happened to my packages. I insured each for $75.00, how do I get reimbursed???? NOT happy at all with this service. And really the service is not even 1 star but I can't post unless I put in a star. Service is actually a negative 100000000 frowning faces and swearing

This post office is a shambles. Parcels go missing and it takes about 30 minutes to post one parcel and your charged incorrectly. Staff never seem to know what there doing and if you ask to speak to the manager he's never available.

Moving the post office from the stationary shop into budgens was a colossal mistake. It takes AGES to post anything, often the person serving the till has to alternate between the post office till and the grocery till. Hours are never correct. Printer has been broken for two days so apparently that means the post office is closed.

Really bad service.
Ordered a product to collect at this store, and when I went to collect it I was told it had already been collected and signed for. This was not me.
The staff are supposed to i.d. the person collecting the parcels but they obviously don’t.
Do not get anything delivered here- the staff will not check any I.D. and your parcel will end up with a stranger.
Paid for product that I do not have and the post office are claiming no responsibility. Steer clear- less headache.

One of the guy don't know anything about parcel force prepaid label and when my wife tried to deliver with prepaid post office label kept arguing and did not accept the parcel, whereas we have posted same parcels with prepaid so many times. Should not let these guys run post office as it spoils Royal Mail name. Avoid if possible.

Beware, don't use this awful post office unless you're just doing something simple like buying stamps. I got there before 5pm as I needed to send some documents by Special Delivery (next day service). As the queue was long I excused myself and asked politely at the counter for a Special Delivery postal bag so I could write the address on the bag while waiting in the queue. They refused to give it to me until it was actually my turn, so I went back and waited in the queue. When I got to the counter eventually, they gave me the Special Delivery postal bag BUT made me go to the back of the queue all over again, even though all I had to do was WRITE THE ADDRESS ON THE BAG THAT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. And finally after waiting in the queue the second time, and all ready to post the documents, they told me that the post had already gone for the day - all this even though it was just before 5pm. Plus, they took a really long time to serve each customer (as a previous reviewer also noted). All this while, there was another staff member in the booth just sitting there and doing nothing. Never coming here again.

Absolutely terrible experience here. I have left this branch today feeling awful and humiliated, never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Went to open an account yesterday afternoon thinking that this is apparently a quick, forward thinking bank with great customer service. Couldn't be further from the truth. Lady asks me for ID I have with me my drivers license and also birth certificate as my passport is currently being renewed. She says, as I am 28 the birth certificate is of no use but the drivers licence is sufficient to open an account. So she does everything and tells me the account will be open today and I will get a card on the same day. Then there seems to be a problem with their system and it's taking ages so I tell them I'll come back tomorrow, she calls me and tells me it's still not going through and tells me to bring a proof of address with me when I come in. I come in with a proof of address and see another woman, Shivdip, who starts basically asking me for everything again. I tell her that I have already given all this info and was just told to come in with a bank statement. She starts looking at me funny without really saying anything so I ask her if there is an issue as she asked for my licence again even though the woman the day before already took everything down. She says that I have a birthmark (a tiny spot near my nose) and she can't see it on the drivers licence!! And that the picture doesn't look like me! Having dealt with people's ID etc for the last 12 years this is probably the most ludicrous thing I have heard but on top of that this ID was already checked and OK'd the day before. These incompetent idiots told me to come all the way in, me having to male arrangements bringing my baby with me and taking time of work just to basically call me a fraud. I am absolutely disgusted.

I have never been able to go in and see someone to talk to, I have always had the response of "you will have to make an appointment". When I have made appointments I have been made to wait over half an hour after the allocated time and found the person to deal with me very unhelpful and abrasive. It is because of my experience of the Windsor branch that I have opened up an account with another bank and limited how much banking I do with HSBC. I would like to note that not all staff are uhelpful, I have had good experiences with SOME but there are select few who seem to have the 'people skills' required for a job dealing with the public all day.

My colleague had few old sterling pounds. The bank accepted and changed them quickly and without hassle. The staff was quick and cooperative. Overall a good experience.

Best bank branch in Windsor. I have tried some other banks before, there are always massive queues, this one is always 2-3people max. This is I believe due to the machines on the side which people can use for many transactions including cash their cheques in on their own.

I could not agree more with the previous reviews.As soon as you walk in there is someone to help you and and advise you.
Then when you get to the counter there is none of this oh can we book an advisor for you.
Very often the very nice ladies can see if you might be better off moving something to another account like what happened to us.
Also when I was in there I could not remember where a street was,what happened next she looked it up for me and printed it she could have no sorry.
The only thing I have found with HSBC is not a problem with this branch but the closing down the small villages like Dedworth and Old Windsor

Recently completed our remortgage with the bank. Our point of contact (Nia) was very helpful. She guided us through everything very clearly.
The whole process took around 6 weeks. We found that being open and honest about every financial detail meant that any hurdle we faced was jumped quickly as we could solve any issues as they arose.

Absolute waste of time.
We were referred to Handelsbanken Windsor by an existing customer of theirs. The lady who picked up our inquiry was very inconsistent, one minute telling us what we wanted to borrow was far too small an amount for such a premium bank to lend us, to then telling us the risk was too high for them to lend us the amount. In my meeting with her she told me the bank did not credit check and then next thing was telling me they would need to do credit checks.
She did not seem to know what she was doing, was very condescending and completely wasted our time when we could have been pursuing other options.
A very poor service from her and we are very disappointed to have been treated this way.

Well I made an appointment for my business account and I did tell them make sure you keep this as I need to take day off from work. BM called me after couple of days and informed your appointment cancelled as she is busy. My question is if they cant keep appointment then why they made it at first time. 2nd they sent me message via online system confirmed I've appointment with them. I thought ok they change their mind so I can attend appointment. On the arrival they told me that they haven't updated system that's why I got this message.
Long story short they waste my day by doing all this and say apologise.
Ridiculous they don't have enough people. Very disappointed.

THE WORST BANK EVER - I have had trouble with Barclays for decades but not usually in their branch as I rarely go in one. This branch though is the pits. They last time I deposited a cheque through the letterbox as they instructed me to do and they lost it. It was in an envelope with a paying in slip but they way they handled it was an utter disgrace. This time, my wife paid in a birthday cheque from my mother in law for £100 through their automated cheque paying in machine. Their was a member of staff their who actually took it from her and put it through herself. My wife came back and gave me the receipt, with a little copy of the cheque. A few days later I checked online and the cheque was there credited to my account. Except that immediately below was a debit for £100 with the notice ERROR, Apologies! I made a formal complaint, entitled ANOTHER COMPLAINT. Barclays have recently excelled their arrogance and rudeness with their reply "What do you want us to do!" and "We are not going to treat this as a complaint until it has been investigated". They said they'd get back to me once they had spoken to the branch. That was in October 2017, it's now 2018 !. My mother in law confirmed the money was taken from her account. In order to take the matter to the Ombusman I have to first confirm that I have waited six weeks and have been through the Barclays complaints procedure. But Barclays stole my money and refused to treat my complaint as a complaint! CROOKS!

I deposited cash at Barclay's Windsor branch last Saturday using their new self-service machines. The machine malfunctioned and stalled during the transaction. The staff managed to retrieve some of my cash by hand and told me they would would contact me Monday morning when they had opened the machine and got the rest. It's now Monday evening and I have had NO contact from the branch.
Not having a safe way to deposit money or follow-up on faults with your own systems can only be bad banking practices.
What's more frustrating, is the staff that were there informed me that the self-service machines were malfunctioning that day with other customers.
