Staff are brilliant here tried to fix my printer but it was terminal. Sold me an alternative printer and knocked sone money off because they had not managed to fix my printer. Beware of using cheap inks it ruined my printer.

Hello Chris. First of all, thank you very much for your extensive reply. Nevertheless, I feel obliged to respond to a couple of points. Firstly, I’m sorry to say that when I visited the shop I was not made aware of any costs for a printer service – but then, to be fair, I was not ordering one; the young lad merely noted what the two problems were and said he would pass the information on.
Secondly, although obviously not an expert by any means, I still doubt whether the manual feed problem is actually a software issue because I did manage to get another couple of manual feeds through – and printing – when I got it home, before it stopped again. So I guess we’ll never know about that one.
Thirdly, regarding the “roller-like smudge” on copies printed from the tray being caused by the toner cartridge: when I returned home and installed another cartridge it made no difference at all.
Finally, no, I did not receive a worksheet when I collected the printer, otherwise I would have known that you had examined it after all. But not to worry.
In conclusion, yes, I was happy when I collected the printer – despite obviously being very disappointed that you were unable to fix it – and the young lady was very pleasant. (Although I still find it hard to believe that there are any rollers inside the printer cartridge as she led me to believe.) It has only been since making the above discoveries after returning home and trying again, that made me doubt whether the problems had been properly investigated, especially knowing now that there is nothing wrong with the toner cartridge.
Anyway, thanks again for trying – and at no charge – and for responding to my negative comments. I’m sorry I felt obliged to make them, but I hope you can now see why I did. I can see from your customer testimonials that you are undoubtedly a reputable and reliable company; I guess I was just unlucky. Regards, Frank

Useless. Bought a phone, it stopped working, they accepted it as faulty and sent it away for repair. Came back with a crack in the case, which they then said caused the fault. This crack was not picked up on, or pointed out in the shop when I first took it in, but they had no trouble finding when it was returned, therefore it could have damaged in transit. They refused to help even though it was under warranty. Which apparently isn't worth the paper it's written on. If there is damage to a device this should be picked up and noted before they accept and send it for repair, as they can now not proof that they didn't cause the damage. Also the crack as specified was not consistent with the fault it was taken in for, and they did not explain how damage to the casing could cause the fault. They just didn't want to take rssponsabilty and pay for the repair. Again useless.

Team KNOWHOW are fantastic people they are true to their word they do fix your equipment instead of going to the manufacturers straight away and waiting 28 days for your purchase to be collected with the team they do within a couple of days pick it up repairers and bring it straight back if not they will give you another Television or whatever you bought it's well worth having the insurance I ordered a Sony TV 4k

I stay in the village several times a year and recommend the store for their large selection of greeting cards. Including cards/Christmas cards by local artists featuring scenes of Willingdon village.
It's not just a post office, they stock a few essential provisions too.
Friendly, helpful service.

This tucked away post office is run by a man who manages to ensure a first class service for all of his customers, at all times. Regardless of any pressure he may be feeling (at Christmas for example), this wonderful Postmaster treats every transaction with care, close attention and a never ending smile. He offers advice and help at every opportunity. I have never heard him raise his voice, or seen him in a bad mood. The atmosphere in his post office is welcoming and utterly efficient. If only all post office counter staff had his commitment to customer service. I drive miles to use this post office rather than visit my local post office where I endured their lazy, 'couldn't care less' attitude from grumpy, miserable staff behaving as if they were doing you a favour when they took my money!!
If you want the best possible experience of how a post office should be run, then visit Ocklynge Road and see it for yourself. Nothing is too much trouble for this gently spoken, kind, dedicated man. His service to the wider community is screaming out for public recognition. Well done Mr Desuza, you are a complete star and an outstanding Ambassador for our postal serice.

Staff kept me waiting with no apology or explanation, didn't know of correct procedures, spoke poorly of me as they didn't realise I was there and could hear them and then were rude when I wasn't keen to wait around another 5 pointless minutes for the change for my postal order. When I said I'd leave without it as I didn't need it, the staff member mentioned to her colleague that it was my fault I had to wait as I did not have the correct change. If I had another option I'd never set foot in here again

When it comes to WHS staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Post staff... I asked a lady about where could I find a package that was sent there and she told me that she had no packages as if I were asking something completely illogical. This is the only post office I have trouble with, they seem to charge more than any other post office I've used. Think Royal mail should take a look here. I have used this convenient local post office on several occasions and have always found the owner to be helpful and efficient. The only time I had to wait a few minutes was when the postman called to collect urgent recorded mail. When you are working single handed this is perfectly understandable.

The man who usually works there (owner?) is often dismissive and unprofessional. Very abrupt in his manner, he often seems to go out of his way to NOT help customers rather than the opposite. He doesn’t like answering questions, helping people find the right services they need or even direct them to where the envelopes are kept! After witnessing him utterly confuse an elderly lady with postage weights, 2nd class delivery and signed for services (she was only trying to post a Birthday gift to a grandkid) I stepped in to help and got it sorted out, quickly and politely, which he should have done.
Why he is in a customer service job I will never know as he obviously hates it and customers in general!

My mum and dad banked here, I have in the past. I had reason to enact power of attourney for both recently, due to highly upsetting circumstances. I got first class attention from the staff, and could not fault them. Sensitive, prompt and professional to a tee. I dealt with three different people, over a short period. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The demographic using this branch tends towards the elderly, from a subjective perspective-and I am not claiming factual support for this. I know my mum valued the staff. That they can provide a solid service and a community aspect to this too, gladdens me. I have cause to thank them for their dealings with me, and do so here. I see no reason why others would not also notice a difference between this branch and other providers in the area. I did.

I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. Upon moving abroad, my husband lost his wallet, and had to cancel his cards. They flatly refused to send a new card until 3 weeks had passed as a 'security measure' despite us informing them of our move, and giving them the new address. Twice. If it had not been for my separate account at another bank, they would have left him stranded in a foreign country without access to his money. After finally getting a new card, Santander sent a new pin, which we never received, so when we came back, he could not use his card, as the pin had been changed. Finally, after going in to try and sort this issue out, my husband pulled out his wallet, dropped his bus ticket, and a member of staff pocketed it! He cannot have missed my husband drop it, and it was only when my husband overheard the staff member commenting 'oh, it's £5.60, that will cover my fare home' and my husband inquired it anyone had found a bus ticket, the staff member walked off, fished the ticket out of his pocket (in plain view of my husband) and said, 'oh yeah, here you go, someone must have handed it in'. What a joke. Needless to say, as soon as possible, we will be closing his account here.

I found the staff extremely attentive and honest,I was very pleased as even the bank manager helped me switch my accounts over from the halifax,which actually saved me alot of money.
Nothing seemed to be an issue and they genuinely seemed to care.

Updated. Still great staff but the size of the bank limits the services available. I am not hugely happy with how their mortgage process is managed and would have looked elsewhere if I had the chance again.

Just been to the NatWest bank in Terminus Road, queues out the door. The machines were not working, yet again ! Had to queue for 20 minutes to pay in 1 cheque. 2 cashiers, one of which was clearly a trainee, didn't have a clue the other Keira was very efficient and doing her cheerful best to keep the queues to a minimum. What ever happened to customer service, clearly NatWest don't give a damn !!

Awful service. No ATMS working to take money on a monday. Staff counting small bags of change for customers.
4 tills with one member if staff messing around.
Change your bank. No customer service when we asked for more tills to be open.
25 mins in a queue and I was 4th.

Lovely staff! Always friendly and very helpful! Went there this morning in desperate need of a bank statement for a 10am appointment and then realised they were not opening until 10 so I would have missed it! I cheekily knocked on the door and a lovely man let me come in an hour before they were due to even open to help me out! Didn’t have to do it at all but what great customer service!!

Very slow service. Apparently only 1 cash till working. They just try to direct you to the DIY section. Not good if you have bulk cash to deposit.

Personally I think Barclays a sick joke of bank even more so when it comes to making payments using their garbage online banking it’s such a remedial task you have to do 11 things just select how much you want to pay then you have to do another 376 different tasks using the pin sentry what a joke
