I attend with my Samsung tablet as I had smashed the back and needed it repairing. The owner was very honest with his advice and chose to help me instead. He could of made money off me but this was not the case This is very rare. Great experience. I will be using in the future and would highly recommend visiting.

Took my PC to PCX about 6 months ago. It took them 5 days to tell me they couldn't fix it. When I went to pick it up it sounded like he couldn't care less. Also the markup on some of the CPUs is daylight robbery. £320 for a 6700 a 2 year old CPU when you can get it for less than £270 on Amazon.

ZERO STARS.
Took my mobile in said it was firmware that was making phone crash and battery chip. Collected phone and it was worse than what it went in like. Took it back replaced motherboard and to date phone still carshing.

Your sorting office a fxxxing joke had mail delivers this morning then get a phone call just before 1pm saying they have my mail at a different address PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL MAIL they opened to phone me the postman on Clough place wasent the same postman that delivered to clough bank leaves me to wonder how many letters or parcels I have not received because you carnt be bothered to employ people who can read 14 yr olds do paper rounds better may be better of hireing them

Not at all customer oriented public counter. A couple of parking spaces outside. No stopping anywhere else. Miserable inside. Miserable staff. Staff take their time even when queue sneaking out of door. If they can't find parcel or you want to discuss any problem they tell you to ring customer services (after waiting in queue for 30mins). Marginally better now longer opening times but still avoid unless there is no alternative.

Rating the Post office Staff!
Why isn't there a minus score! I have been to this post office many a time because its the only post office local to me, I so wish they closed this one and kept the one open at Sheepridge.
There's 3 staff working in the post office a Asian Man (teens) a woman of African decent and a Hindu Woman (from her religious symbol).
Every time I go there the Hindu woman RIPS ME OFF! she always over charges me, I know its only a £1.00 but why? Why does she do it? I personally think she doesn't like people of other faiths.
Thankfully someone showed me how to buy postage online, and from now on that's what I'll be doing. Its easy and hopefully I'll never have to grace this post office again!

My friend bought £1 bottle of ribena and therewas growing mold at the bottom and was 10 days past the use by date after this my friend was sick and we are never to purchase drinks there again also it does not clearly state the sell by date and the fridge was not turned on.

recently gone down (oct 2017) 3 seperate days to post some items to see the post office closed each time. no sign on the window to say why!
then finally several days later a sign appears in the window saying closed for 2 weeks, wouldnt it of been nice to give us some form of warning prior to the closure to save your valuble customers trailing down?
started taking my business elsewhere now and wont be returning im guessing by the angry faces of the customers that keep turning up and driving off they will do the same too.

I’ve been using the post office for many years now and always feel so welcomed. The hot sandwiches are delicious and the bakery offers loads of choice. I’m always greeted with a friendly welcome and the shop has always had everything I need. The post office is so handy to have and the staff are thorough and know their stuff. It’s such a great shop to have on Skircoat green and the green would be a worse place without it. I’d give it fifty stars if I could.

Went in to change £15 from notes into pound coins and they said I had to buy something in order to do that. No that’s not the case, you are a post office. The one in Sowerby Bridge does it absolutely fine. Also you’d have thought I said something absolutely terrible when I asked them to do this cos the staff were so rude and couldn’t clearly be arsed! Not to mention they had a leak coming through the ceiling near the bakery. Actually don’t want to come in again because of the service

I am recovering from surgery and popped in for sandwich and Manchester tart after my appointment after getting home I was unhappy with sandwich I got roast beef onion the beef in middle of bagget was raw that the blood had bread was soggy and red and I tucked into my tart pastry was undercooked in fact so much so it was dough in base and edges and the filling tasted simular to off milk very unhappy I spent 12pound and not eaten as I expected my purchases to be of a high standard I wouldnt recommend looks amazing first impressions when you walk in but it wouldnt surprise me if someone gets food poisoning I took a picture of my beef x blood stained bread cos I was shocked why some one would prepare it with out acknowledgement

At the Kings Cross branch, we've always found the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly no matter what you are there for. They don't rush you and despite the high number of people using it waiting time is always minimal. It is easy to park nearby and a great way to support local independent shops. We were recommended to use this post office a few years ago (as our local post office is in a village shop where our large number of postal items weren't always welcome!) I'm not sure how we'd still be in business without it. Thank you team King Cross Post Office!

This Post Office couldnt be more friendly and helpful they remember you which makes it personal. Once i came in late just as the big bag was about to go out and they even re opened it to include my parcels. I dont leave reviews very often but seeing a few negative ones on here i felt i should as i can only assume someone has a personal grudge....so go in for yourself and see you wont be disappointed.

Nice post office. Helpful staff. I normally go to the bigger one or into another area as rarely visit town centre often . Still a good post office. Long waiting lines can make it a pain and only 2 self service machines if posting anything.

Terrible service called in late morning to post one small parcel. Only 2 staff on and I on the business . 2 of them then worked in the business section where there were no customers and the only staff member then left to help 3 customers use the self service area. When I finally left after 15 minutes there was a queue of 15 people waiting. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and often needed to ask other staff members. Shame you do still need to use the post office at times.

I make an application to open a new bank account but unfortunately it's almost 28 days but i did not receive any updates .
Yesterday i went to them and they said its under processing.
They spent 28 days to open a new account. Yesterday, I immediately told them CANCELE all my application and i will go to open in another bank.
I wast 28 days of my life.
I do not want to wait more than 28 days.

Had an appointment booked for today with Karen Laycock at 3.15 today a member of staff told her we had arrived. She emerged from an office to tell us she was running about 5 minutes late. a further 10 minutes passed and she emerged again this time she didn't even acknowledge us. by 3.30 we had got fed up so I went to a desk and asked if they could help us they were only able to close us some accounts but the main purpose of the visit I had to then complete online at home. I am extremely disappointed with this visit and will not use this branch again and intend to complain to the branch manager regarding this very poor service

I completely disagree with the previous post, the staff within this branch are extremely helpful, they take time to explain and even offered me (prior booking) a lesson in using telephone banking. I much prefer this branch to the Silver Street one where it is very difficult to get any help there and then. THE WORST BANK BRANCH IN HALIFAX!. EVERY time I visit this branch the staff work in slow motion, often dealing with complex customer issues and ignoring the 20 odd people queuing out the door. OFTEN hear the staff repeating themselves rather than moving customers on (ie. a bloke had lost his card, the lady serving him just kept repeating the same phrase for about TEN MINUTES! before allowing him to withdraw £10). REALLY am sick of the fifth rate customer service in this foul cesspit of a town. NO customer focus, no smile to customers, no apologies for working at the speed of a lobotomised gibbon.

tried to set up a dual account for me and my partner.. 1st visit was no problem where my details were accepted but the computer crashed and my partners details could not by added.. Gavin hunt then arranged us another appointment , on the second appointment my partner details could not be added to the account because she had a credit card. WE ASKED WHY THIS SHOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE.? Was advised its because this is the way the system works. On the evening my partner received a called off the Branch Manger because my partner had put a review onto the website, the manger ensuring her she would look into this and call her back but again this did not happen.!
We was then told we had wait 30 days and another appointment will be made with us near to the time and we shall receive a call, this was beginning of JULY.! TO ADD TO INJURY my partner called into the bank on Monday 16th September to explain the situation and the poor customer service we had received, the lady on the desk categorical told her she would get a call off Gavin Hunt and added her to the paper list she had in front of her, did this happen no.! hence the review.. However I received a tx message on the 16th September asking to use my account..! Its a shame I cannot do zero stars... very bad customer service

I went into the bank, with a complicated query. It was nice to see a bank with real people as staff on the shop floor. As I walked in, a young man introduced himself as staff and asked how he could help. I explained the problem and he patiently took details from me then explained that a another member of staff, needed to carry out certain procedures to fix the problem, was off ill unfortunately. The young man asked very politely if I wouldnt mind taking my enquiry to their other branch a short distance away where a qualified staff member coud help me. I agreed. Loved the personal service.

Went into branch did application on the phone went thorough fine no problem was informed to make application form quicker go into branch with identification so I did with more than enough I.D told to wait which I did an hour colleague called Helen look at my bank statement and saw the high balance and said because I wasn't switching she couldn't open the account and take my identification logged a complaint and confirmed you can have as many current accounts as you want. Colleagues absolutely useless.

Absolutely terrible. It used to be if you were on online statements, you could go in and get a printout of your statement, but not anymore! Now they won't let you; if you want paper statements, you have to switch from online statements to paper statements. Complete ruination of what I'm used to, absolutely breaks my work flow.

Whilst visiting family in Huddersfield i visited your branch it was awful. The branch is all machines which I did not want to use. I found one teller when free then told me she was cash only so I banked cash then was told I had to book a time to pay a Bacs at another desk. It was so annoying . If they had the staff that were wandering around 'advising' on a till all the customers would have been served and away much quicker. I do not have this problem at my local branch as we still have human beings to talk to and to be served by.

After reading these reviews I am shocked at the opinions of the tall blonde lady! She has always been very knowledgeable and understanding... especially I have noticed with some of the older generation. I suspect if you were already complaining in branch that you weren’t in the best of mind set anyway and that anything that you heard from anyone wouldn’t have been to your liking. I have never had any problems with anything I have asked for and everything has always been sorted promptly in the 15years I have banked at NatWest Huddersfield!!
