Fantastic communication throughout the process, not allowing costs to escalate. Sent in a laptop with severe hardware problems and the team at CSD were very clear: they were going to do a diagnostic, assess what could be done and not take further action until we had spoken after the diagnostics, so that we could make a decision if it was worth replacing the hardware or think of other options. Great communication, kept me up-to-date on how things were progressing. Best part: they were able to fix the hardware issue without replacing any parts, so only had to pay for diagnostics + labour. This is how I wish all computer repair shops worked with their customers. Will definitely use again.

A Windows corruption required a clean reinstallation on a laptop of ours. It was taken in on Saturday at 6pm and was ready the following Tuesday morning!. All the necessary hardware checks had been successfully completed and a clean copy of Windows 10 installed. What an excellent service.

Proof of postage is never offered or given unless specifically asked for (I have also had packages go missing that I sent from here). The attitude towards customers is also generally very poor as they can be very rude - more training is definitely required - I wonder if Royal Mail are aware of these low standards?

I just loved this branch up to now.
Today,they just shocked me.The young one didn’t want to serve me because I had 3 big boxes and her auntie overcharged me because ‘it was too late to change it in the system’:-( plus she doesn’t know what and where Budapest is.
I love the manager though.He’s very professional and kind.So 5 for the manager and 1 for the team.

The younglady at this post office did not understand the 2 forms of identity that were required to change address and did not seem to understand what a bank statement was or how it is accepted as a form of ID according to post office rules. She also tried to overcharge my daughter on another occasion as she could not read the scales accurately for a package. Other older members pleasant and knowledgeable but unfortunately this member of team rude and unreliable with her facts and knowledge

Don't know why people are complaining about phone not being answered, it no longer goes direct to individual offices so you can't blame them. It's a centralised line now, like so many are these days. Very unhelpful staff. I had my parcel redelivered here and it was not available when i went to collect it as per email. Rude man behind the counter. Went to collect a parcel as have had a shockingly bad service from Parcelforce - who never arrived the 4x they tried to deliver. Man at counter kept saying I needed a card - kept cutting me off when I explained customer service had redirected it here. Made out I was in the wrong for coming to collect without a card. Had my licence for ID and man couldn’t even read what was written on package or licence!! Customer behind me even said he’s being rude - just ignore him.
I had to state to the counter guy “are you telling me I don’t know what happened?”
He kept saying “just a short answer that’s all that’s needed”
Sanctimonious and poor at his job.

On three separate occasions within a few months I've gone in to post an item between 7am and 8:30am and the staff are not in to deal with post. There is supposed to be a till open at the front and has been in the past, but they are never in these days. Post office staff are not in till at least 9am+.
It's frustrating and wasteful of my time when the advertised times are not correct, and not even an apology, always a useless excuse of "traffic"... for a 3 hour delay... it's supposed to be open at 6am according to postoffice.co.uk!!

I find it ridiculous that men and women (or Asian women) were being treated very differently in this Lloyd bank. Have become an account holder of this bank for more than 1 year, today I experienced the worst customer service here. While the man stood in front of me gets to be treated politely in every possible way, I got zero response of my greetings, neither basic"how are you" or my sincere Christmas greetings. More offensively, she even laugh at me with her colleague about my greetings. I don't know whether if it's because I'm a woman or it's because I'm a Asian woman, but this staff's behavior destroys my opinion of Lloyd bank.
Hardly ever, I was being treated this way in London, and I always wanted to believe that British people are very polite, apparently it's not true. I will never recommend this bank to any friends.

Absolutely appalling service levels, very confused customers everywhere, a young redheaded girl was sort of greeting some customers but she was ineffective as she did not know what she was doing.
There is no clear flow for customers and too few staff. Very poor all round. The manager also seemed preoccupied with talking through a hatch to an invisible member of staff.
I shall take my banking business elsewhere if this is what Barclays think is acceptable customer service.

The person out front was good, but the person who was supposed to help me with my banking requests was not. She said she needed to go to lunch, I'm not happy. If I was informed about her time constraints beforehand I would have gone to another branch. I wasted my time waiting for her and then I only managed to complete half the things I had requested to do. Might have just been an off day, but I ended up wasting a considerable amount of time.

I was part of the Hounslow branch before and I moved to the Kingston Branch last year, and I love TSB as a bank. But this particular branch is not my favorite. Recently my card was stolen and I was panicking and worried so I called the branch. The person who picked up sounded really annoyed and told me she couldn't do anything until I came there in person. I apologized for sounding worried (I mean my card and money was just stolen). And they told me to cancel the card online and call back. When I called back twice they didn't pick up. I ended up calling the Richmond branch instead who were very helpful and they helped me by giving me a number I could call. I successfully cancelled and blocked my card and ordered a new one too.

The worst customer service I have ever met in banking. Came there to make changes in my account (usually it takes few minutes from other banks experience). Lady on front reception refused to do it. There was not any queue behind me, which she admitted herself. I asked to call the branch manager, because it was not the first time I met this awful customer service in this particular branch. But she refused to do it as well. I asked her name, but she didn't answer and her badge wasn't seen. If she had any badge it was covered with her hair.

Worst banking experience of our lives, bank staff were extremely dismissive of my wife despite the fact it was HER account we were opening, it was very clear the staff had no interest in helping us simply because she had dark skin and only wanted to acknowledge me.
We were both stunned by their hostility and ended up just walking out.

Be careful. They're cliquey and bureaucratic. Friendly when you've an easy question or they want something from you, but useless when your needs don't fit them. The personal bankers change regularly and don't really understand the products they apparently manage.
If you want to borrow, there are better options, if you have money to invest, there are far better places. They seem like an odd choice for transnational banking.
My relationship went well whilst my needs were simply and until they moved my accounts to a manager who didn't really know what she was doing and just cackled whenever she was asked anything remotely complicated.

Stop using the device where you used to keep the deleted data.
Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible. The best solution would be to shut down the computer of power off your phone and outline an action plan. If turning off the device is impossible, try to use it as little as possible.
Make up a list of devices where the necessary files have been saved.
Try to remember the chain of events from creating the files to deleting them.
