Jemtek has provided all my IT support since I bought my practice 4 years ago. This has included a total IT refit entirely directed by Mark. He has never put a foot wrong, consistently given me excellent advice and is always very quick to attend the practice if we are having a problem. My iMac hard drive finally said farewell. I had a reasonable quote for a replacement HD drive and was also offered an upgrade to a Solid State Drive for a very reasonable cost from Mark. There were a few minor hiccups which were dealt with and now I have a computer which is so fast and with a 500GB SDD.

I urge anyone to give them a call if they have any electronic device they want fixing and can guarantee they will certainly be pleasantly surprised at the professional and expert service they receive.
On a more personal note though Sara is the loveliest lady you are ever likely to meet and Mark really does break the mould with his expert knowledge and his very fair pricing structure. This is no way like the other places that will baffle you and con you with science just to make a quick buck. These guys ask for nothing more than the fairest price for repairs that others would charge the earth for.
Most electronic technicians would expect a huge payment for a service that is not really that expensive. Mark on the other hand will only ever ask for what it is truly worth and not a over inflated price. This is why they are simply the best.

Unfortunately my partners experience with this company was awful.
12 months plus ago he purchased a re-cycled laptop from them and the problems haven't ended.
He took it back a number of times for a variety of problems including one visit as the battery wouldn't hold its charge. They returned the laptop saying they had replaced the battery with a "new" one and they also supplied a replacement charger. The charger was different but used and the battery was the same one. My partner had marked it just in case this happened.
Also the DVD drive has never worked. We purchased a new drive at our own expense from a main line supplier but the problem appears to be with the laptop...again!!
On another occasion, again about 10 months ago, my partner purchased a music player from them When he got it home it didn't work so he took it back. He was told by the sales man that they couldn't refund him as it was "part of a deal" so we ended up getting a couple of odds and ends and a scrap of paper telling us we had £10's worth of credit. When we added up the cost of the odds and ends and added it to the £10 scrap of paper the figure fell short of the original purchase price.
The experience of dealing with this company is not anything I would recommend. Somewhere we still have the scrap of paper with the £10 credit written on however I strongly suspect if either of us tried to "cash it in" against another purchase we would be told it was now out of date...thats if we were brave enough to buy from them again!!

As far as CeX branches go, this one isn't the best nor the worst. The store itself is laid out well considering it's awkward format. But the staff's attitude fluctuates massively. Sometimes they are friendly and attentive, and other times they give off the vibe that they simply just don't want to help you. If you're looking to trade in for cash, beware as depending on the time of day and how many trade-ins they have against how many purchases they've had; they often run out of cash available.

It's ok. They charge too much for old games. Only good thing about the place is that there's usually some decent rock style music playing, sure beats the usual rap/pop jazz that a lot of stores play. Rap/hip hop etc is long time dead,why play that rubbish in stores when officially Rock/Metal is the most popular music in the UK.

Sorry but this sort of experience is why I usually shop online.

My printer was in error mode, I tried to get one online but it would take a minimum of two days so I just went to the store. Very helpful man on help desk, got a replacement no trouble and paid just £10 for a no quibble replacement service for 3 years. Very pleased....just can't get the printer to talk to my laptop...but that can wait till tomorrow.

My experience on the Currys PC World was terrible. I bought a compatible laptop from them 2 years ago. I brought the same laptop in for a repair ( laptop was switching off all of a sudden during work). I had to pay for the standard repair charge of £90 at the counter. I was also told if i want to secure that i don't loose my data on my hard drive i have to pay another £60 on top, because they couldn't guaranty anything whilst the repair. Which to me it felt like a gun to my head paying that extra whether i like it or not, as this was their policy and their attitude against their customers. Well, i had my entire work saved on this laptop, so a risk i couldn't take.
A couple of days later, they texted me to call them (?) for what they plan ro do. The woman at the phone asked me that i have to pay for an external drive £50 to transfer my data to (as i signed for the security of my data above and paid at the counter). So why you didn't ask me in the first place that you need an external drive to save the data to and why your policy seems to rip people off? It's common sense when you are asking to extract you data from somewhere they must saved to another (external) unit. Why are you breaking it into two different payments. I though the whole thing was at the price of £60. Utter rubbish! And that proofs how unclear, obscure and unethical their culture is to rip off their customers. Anyway, in the end, after all this fuss, i had to let them stop with the repair as i was better of financially bying a new laptop than repairing it. Again, your policies must be transparent to your customers and explained properly!

Appalling customer service. I stood by the till and was totally ignored for 5 minutes while the 2 assistants struggled to help another customer. They made no attempt to acknowledge my presence, no explanation why the other customer needed both of them to help her. I walked out and bought my new phone elsewhere. I'd recommend you do the same.

My frost-free freezer became choked with ice on the eve of a faulty repair job under warranty by Currys contractors and has been like it ever since. After wasting many many hours on numerous telephone calls, emails and letter writing to Team Knowhow, I was eventually promised a 'Team Knowhow' engineer's visit and a refund if he confirmed the appliance to be faulty. Hooray, I thought, after almost two months of frustration! But, how naive I was to ever imagine that Currys would eventually do the right thing and honour my warranty! The rude and scruffy 'Team Knowhow' engineer arrived and was clearly not interested in the fault at all, but in finding a feasible excuse for Currys to weasel out of their obligations. He failed to examine the appliance properly and claimed that all the trouble was because it was overfilled. Misaligned doors and gaping holes all around the seal were ignored completely. Wish I could give them 0 stars!!

I brought a laptop and Microsoft office from this place. I installed office but the laptop's screen breaks in the first week and they replace it for me with a laptop which had the software replaced.Then later on when I asked to help to get office on the so called new laptop they replaced me with , they said they have to charge me £40 to fix it and ive lost £100 to them because of the Microsoft office , I would highly not recommend this place.The staff were not helpful and rude too telling me to "search it on google"

Nicely laid out but the self service machines need to be improved! I pay for my postage using the royal mail click&drop service online but then need proof of postage which means I cannot just put it in a post box... The self service machine do not have an option for this which means I have to queue with everyone else - which generally takes a long time.
Staff attitude isnt the most helpful I've ever encountered (except for one gentleman who opened a till for me yesterday as he recognised that I had already paid!). Service could be vastly improved if the staff were to come across as more helpful (and smile).

Great post office and staff.. lucky to have it .. I really depend on it... shop OK and some bargains and it would be a 5 just the lack of air and fans in the summer ; as that queue in a heat wave is the hottest place in Hucclecote. You could literally keel over some one could. I know there have been complaints but they never do anything about it snd the slippiest point i know in Hucclecote ,is when wet , and ice is outside that post box ! I cannot believe genations of pensioners soem of whom fought in WW2 have not had any accident queing for their pensions in days of old as you can go flying in flat soled shoes outside that... ........ But its a great post office I am fond of the staff there who always sort me out as best they can with minimum of fuss and make it a pleasant local business experience. The staff too find it too hot there as well in Summer heat ...... not fair on them either.. Vert glad its there.. I would be stuffed without my local post office

Visited this post office today. Waited in a queue to be served. One of the ladies servicing could see I was carrying my child, who was in fact sleeping. However still continued having her chat with a consumer about her pandora jewellery. She didnt seem to care that there was a queue forming out the door. Zero customer service, knowledge. I really feel these ladies need training on customer service.

The worse post office! They simply never open on time, when the lady does finally arrive, she's usually in a bad mood and takes it out on the customers who have been patiently waiting for her to arrive. She is also in no hurry at all, it’s all in her time. They also never open more than one point, regardless of the number of people waiting. Bad attitude, bad service, never open on time, nothing to like about this place. A good example of why the post office is in such decline.

I have been a lloyds customer since 1989
I wanted to ask about a large investment and rates
I explained i need some privacy rather than explaining all of this over the counter
The cashier lady was so unhelpful and was asking all sorts of private personal questions such as my parents details etc and i wasn’t entirely comfortable dealing with that in front of all the regular customers

So I came into the bank to get a new card on the 4th of JULY!!! I was told I would be sent a new card within 5 working days, so i'm still waiting till now for this "card" to come it has been 12 days!! Not including Sundays. I decided to call them because honestly they are really taking the p*ss, to only be told that it had never seen sent!! Wow I work full time as well I do not have time to keep coming into my bank to get money out, it's just not good enough I suggest to anyone thinking about coming to tsb DONT!!! I always thought banking was a service industry. I am somewaht surprised to find despite already having accounts with this branch and wanting to open another one, it is such a difficult process. To be told there is no-one to help us despite the bank being empty and 4-5 staff wndering around! Then to be told welll it's 2 o'clock???!! Well sorry I never realise that banking closes down at that time. Wake up TSB we are now going to close our accounts and move them to a bank that appreciates our business.

Would give zero stars if I could. I went into this branch on the 15/2 (Friday) just after dinner to ask for some advice off any member of the team or a manager.
I could see one member of staff had someone in the booth selling mortgages etc, a manager and 1 cashier on the whole floor!
The line was getting longer (10 long) then the manager walked behind one of the cashiers in one window and just stood behind her and then printed something and then stood there.
I think almost everyone walked out, staffing issue and obviously training issues.

Didn't listen was told the same thing 5 times by 2 different staff members all i was doing was paying cash into a bank that wasn't mine and then told me I could transfer the money in fully aware of ways to pay money into a bank but when you've been given cash in hand and you need to buy something or pay through a card just didn't seem to listen staff need to listen to customers needs was in a rush and being asked just slowed me down

Popped into the branch to discuss viable mortgage products for my new home and was met with the friendly personalised service I have expected over the past 2 decades with banking with the Halifax. Recommendations and advice on what product to get were based on our circumstances and we were left feeling very satisfied. Spot on for customer service and satisfaction.

Opened an account with a very helpful consultant, who showed me around the branch and explained how everything worked. Even sorted out a problem I had with the machine when it took my cash without giving me a receipt and called me to let me know it had been fixed.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, witnessed 2 members of staff Ness and Sarah both being very rude to several customers as well as myself. Was there to open an account with Barclays but this experience made me change my mind. Would not recommend.

The Gloucester, Southgate branch is full of overstretched, harassed staff.
The automated tills are unreliable.
The one or two manned’ tills have continuous queues.
This place is always full of waiting customers.
I dread visiting this branch as it fails on every level except position.
Chepstow is preferable!

Turned up a week early for an appointment to open our new born a savings account, Ali understood the struggles and agreed to see us there and then, probably giving up her lunch, given the time of day.
Bank account was set up with no troubles, so proceeded to book another appointment for life insurance. Were advised of the simplicity of the cover Barclays provide, which is not as good as other providers, but we were made aware of this and the price was good.
During our appointment there was a glitch in the system (which we were unaware of at the time) causing my wife to be declined cover, after speaking to the technical team, Ali called my wife to invite her back in to quote again.
Pleased with the service we received, I decided to open bank accounts for my teenage siblings. Another appointment with Ali ensured they both had current accounts, access to the online banking app and a bit of help using the features.
It's understandable how fustrating it can be with many branches closing, and the introduction of 'self service' devices plastered throughout the building, but I cannot fault the professional service provided by Ali.

Went there today with my husband. I can not believe the fantastic customer service we had either by the jolly lady at the reception or the lady inside who managed to serve us even though we did not make an appointment to open a new acc. All went nice and smooth. Best customer service ever.
