Went on the recommendation of a friend who’s had a good experience here, and I also had a really good experience too. The staff did an amazing job of fixing my IPhone 7. Told by the other shops that my phone was not repairable due to water damage but they fixed it like new. Really reasonable prices too. They put the screen protector as well without any extra charge.

My OnePlus 6 screen was shattered, looked like a sledge hammer hit it, and they repaired my phone in less 2 hours. It's as good as new and really pleased with the quality. Even more so, when I couldn't turn up to collect my phone before they closed they drove to my house as it was on his way back and dropped the phone off with me there.
Exceptional work at an amazing price, couldn't recommend more!

This is the only post office that refuses to serve me just because I use the Royal Mail online pre-paid service. Every other branch have no problem serving me. I am also refused proof of postage as the lady is too busy to provide me with more than one. The lady here is rude about it and makes you feel unwelcome unless I am buying something from them, that is when she has no problem with serving me with a smile. I have made an official complaint with Royal Mail as the lady has treated me this way numerous times. I hope they will be dealing with this matter soon and resolve it.

This post office run by a very incompetent little asian woman who provides customers with a very atrocious service , her customer service skills are completely non existent . I tried to withdraw some money the other day and she wanted to see some Id which I provided then I was suddenly told to go away never will I use this place again.

Rude and Arrogant. Tried explaining that a box of whisky which is clearly marked to be held upright should not be stored on it's side. Seemed simple enough to me and just wanted to advise them for future reference. Not our problem and you don't have to accept it was the reply.

Every single time I step foot in here there is a huge issue with something ridiculous.
I’m never looked in the eye and the staff always have to seek a manager for assistance and they are usually hiding in the back with half the subway staff stuffing their faces.
Post offices need to catch up with the rest of the world, customer service doesn’t exist in these places we are merely irritations to them, they have no want to make sure we leave happy.

I rather wait the 5 mins only problem is you feel like a sandwich as the subway is inside the post office!! Service is quite slow, but the thing that gets me actually is how they always try to make me pay more than needed. I always ask for cheapest postage, then they say: “first class signed for?”. I say: “no, the cheapest”. Then they say: “second class signed for?”. I clearly ask for cheapest and they still try to get me to pay for more. And if someone doesn’t know there is a cheaper option than second class signed for, they would happily pay more money, relying on misleading information by staff. It’s just disappointing how they treat people...

Good modern Post Office with a range of services and even self-service tills! Despite this technology they still have staff operated tills and the level of customer is excellent. Good amount of postage stationery too, all together this is an easy place to send parcels and letters from.

This post office seems to have three regular customer-facing staff members. Two of them are perfectly pleasant, but the third seems to regard every single aspect of her job as the customer personally imposing tasks that are beneath her.
Seriously, if you get to the front of the queue and the lady with the shoulder length mousy-coloured hair becomes free, just let the next customer past. It really isn't worth having to deal with her.

The owner of the shop hosting this post office covers the aisle floors in cheap toys, which makes the ramp outside almost pointless as it's impossible to actually reach the post office counter if using a wheelchair. He's also extremely unfriendly & disobliging, even if the P.O. staff themselves might be more professional.
I complained to the owner (who was working at the front counter) because I had to struggle through toys to try to reach the post office counter - which is at the back of the shop - and he halfheartedly pushed a few things over to the side with one foot, but I still could not get to the counter without running over at least one; they're simply too widely strewn around to avoid them all.
I apologised & offered to pay for the damaged £1 item, but in response he used it as an excuse to ban me from the shop — which means I can no longer use the post office facilities at this location, simply because the shop owner doesn't know the meaning of accessible and clearly doesn't care either.

Self service queue speeds the wait time up as there’s always people at hand to help. If you need counter service, you need to get a ticket and wait to be called to a window that can help. Much more organised from what it use to be when I was growing up. Depending on the time of day, they can see you quite quickly but if you come at peak times like lunch, you are waiting longer. Staff seem to be helpful.

Had a fantastic experience here. Lee, the store manager, pulled out all the stops to make this a really special day for my wife celebrating her 50th birthday. He created a plaque with a birthday message and placed it in a display case next to her gift. She was totally shocked and surprised to discover it as she thought we were just browsing. We enjoyed chatting about the watch with a glass (or two) of Champagne and as we were leaving, Lee gave her a bottle of Champagne as a thank you. Now that’s what I call great service.

There's an Asian guy with glasses and a wonky eye that works there who is the perfect example of how not to treat customers. Such a rude and arrogant human being. He makes his own bullsh*t rules every time I've been there and makes everything difficult. He's refused to take my parcels on 3 occasions-
no paper work, so I went and got paper work. He then said it needs to be in a mail bag and sealed. So I got a mail bag. He then said the sizes are incorrect.
I left and went to a different post office and the chap took my parcels, got me a mail bag and I was out within a couple of minutes stress free without asking any of the stupid questions I was asked by the die hard post office worker at hart road.
Every time I've been there, some one has been arguing with him and they all have said the same thing. He's very rude and severely lacks any people skills and each person had stated that they would not be returning to that post office again.
Get rid of him or throw him in the back to stack boxes to avoid customer interactions at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Went there with my friend to pick up her parcel and she was told she wouldn't be receiving it because she didn't have a QR code sent to her on her email even though she had the pick up code on her phone as well as ID. Another colleague turns up and starts shouting at us telling us "we're not giving you the parcel because we have to scan it etc". I then explained that we have a pick up code that you can type in to which the 1st colleague replies "it was too short"! The guy puts the code in anyway and it's accepted but then the 1st one is like "then you scan the barcode right and it didn't work" and he pauses, realises she made the mistake and instead of apologising for the inconvenience starts telling us to calm down and throws our package on the counter. Then I tell him that his colleague obviously made a mistake and he can't speak to so abruptly. We then walk off with it and he starts calling us every insult he could think of! I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend it, it was so rude.

Staff is friendly but opening times can be inaccurate , many times arrived there just before 7:00 am and it was closed despite saying it opens at 6:00 am, or the shop is open but the post office area closed. Please guys open the time you say you open on google or amend it so customers can organise their busy schedule around that. Other than that thanks for having this early morning posting facility.

Have been with Lloyds since 2013 but now seriously considering to leave.

Rude staff, poor service and they let you come back another day for the most unnecessary reasons, like having Herr on my bank letter (literally means mister in German, which I explained multiple times), because 'they don´t understand it'. And after intentionally provoking me even further, I decided to try Nationwide and I opened an account in less than 30 minutes with no issues whatsoever.

The staff here don't seem to know what making a lodgement means. I replied, yes i'd like to make a lodgement twice but it was not understood.. Not a big deal but its interesting as it demonstrates a lack of basic training and knowledge. Also, ive observed over a period of time that the staff are both false and over familiar. Sadly, the days of professionalism and person centred customer service are long gone.

Smile bank review. After nearly 15 years, I switched to Monzo and I'm much happier. Never had a credit card, loan or mortgage. Twice I asked for help in extending an overdraft by a couple of hundred pounds, when I really needed it. No.
They reduced my overdraft by £800, again when I really needed it. As soon as I sorted out my finances sorted out, I switched.
At no point did Smile try to call me, send me a letter to try and get me to stay. They just don't care, so they're toast. Avoid. There are much better challenger banks like Starling and Monzo that help you keep track of your spending, and have the same protection level. If a bank offers you nothing, what is their point?

The worst bank in the world! Twice this week Igo to use their smartphone banking app on faced with a 'whitescreen'! Then you have go to a web browser so many unnecessary levels of security requesting a password enter to of your digits fir security then verify which doesn't send you any texts! Have to resort to emails which still dont appear, until all do several minutes later! The music if you can call it that is terrible and dated like the bank. Will take the necessary steps to finally change my bank having been a customer here for over nine years! Poor!

I'm a business customer and stood waiting in the business queue for 20 mins whilst they ignore the 4 of us and kept serving the general queue. I politely mentioned this and I got a sarcastic smile from one of the servers and said we are trying here. I moved to the other queue and then got served eventually. I am disgusted by the whole experience and I am now shutting down my personal and business account, what an absolute joke of customer service and organisation.

Poor facilities for those with access requirements - I had to stand in line multiple times for 30 minutes+ with a bad leg as there is no seating in the waiting area. I have mentioned this a few times. Their suggestion is to push to the front of the queue and make them aware and someone will carry a chair over, but I don't like bringing attention to my situation in this way.
2 stars because the staff do genuinely care but nothing changes. I have since switched banks and this is no longer a problem of mine.

I found out today, when I was trying to pay a bill, that my local branch has been closed.
This comes on top of two complaints from me during the past three months about the bank's actions based on information from a credit rating agency, which was wrong and despite the fact that it was flagged up as 'disputed'.
I would not recommend the Co-op bank to anyone.

This whole organisation is utterly diabolical, they send out cards and new pin numbers to OLD addresses even though these details were amended 3 times in branch. They also cancel the wrong card if it has been classed as lost, and then go against advice given by other team members as to which option to choose for The Co Op or Brittania. Leave a family with no money for the weekend as no one knows what they are doing. If you want to waste 1.5 hours just speaking to supposedly Customer Service who have no clue what to do or how to do then join The Co op

Express self service tills couldnt be further from the entrance. To see someone re my account I was told to join the queue there were several people already queuing only one person dealing with them. That person in a glass office so no sense of moving things along and despite the queue no other personnel brought to assist. The two greeters/ helpers?? not sure what their job was but not exactly customer orientated.

Recently refurbished , nice enough but the layout is poor . They should have installed more self service machines like at Stockport branch. They don't even have one counter position where as Mayfair in London have this facility. However that's because it's London. I required help from an advisor after taking about ten minutes to sign and log into her laptop I was with her a another 15 mins and she was unable to service my request as the laptop did not have the facilities. To be honest they may as well close the branch down and at least save on business rates. Staff one star and layout one star.
Unsure if this us a concept branch but its ten years ahead of it's time. Visited Piccadilly in London and my Banking services were completed.

The service here is quite slow, when i went in there was 1 person waiting in the que in front of me, while waiting another 3 people joined the que behind me...
In this time 2 different people walked into the back counter area saw the que but did nothing, it wasnt until the 1 single man on a counter called back to them that a young girl came and took the next customer.
anyway after getting to the counter service was quick and efficient.
