My PC hicupped badly and would not load Windows 10. Took it to Stephen who telephoned and explained prices and what may or not need to be done. Gave the go ahead and after the brilliants guys in the workshop got PC up and running with no loss of data or programmes Stephen even delivered it back to my home personally. Great company.

We had issues with Malware causing email problems and slow running of our iMac 21.5". Stephen responded promptly to my call and was able to deal with the problem on the day. When he brought the computer back there were still a couple of issues to deal with which he did so there and then. He also said we could contact him if we needed any further support/advice. Really nice people. I dropped in as I was searching for a very small set of screws. I only needed three little blighters and could only not find them in mega sized packs and super expensive... plus had to come from Hong Kong! Not the most exciting or profitable query for these guys but important to me nonetheless. The super helpful chap sorted me out in double quick time and without charge too. Really impressed with that approach to customer service. I’d have no hesitation revisiting next time my PC requirements need addressing.👌🏻

Terrible service. Took a perfectly working mobile phone for a new battery. After two attempts, phone was broken and chips all around it where it had been hacked with a screwdriver. Although they admitted breaking the phone, it took me a further 3 months to recover my money through the courts. Use this company at your descretion. Pompous arrogant and rude people. He eventually paid, but do genuine decent people treat other people this way.....I have lost over 1,000 photos and contacts the company called I smash recovery have said they have never seen anything like it. Ncms ltd broke the motherboard and the screen How can you do that by just replacing a battery for someone...never use this company.

Looks can be deceptive. Not the most catchy shop front but the service here is excellent. They found a fault on my hard drive that other repairers had missed, replaced and saved me replacing a laptop others had told me was dead. It’s now in better shape than when I bought it. Highly recommend

My mum was very upset today because people in New Addington BULLY!!! people who have parcels in this post office its disgusting. If you go in there with a parcel and your on your own be prepared to be a target. It seems to me its all right if you go there to take out money, but that's all. Be warned. I'm proud of my mum because she didn't let the BULLYING escalate into an argument she ignored the bullies. I'm also proud of her because she's not scared of going back there with parcels. As its her local post office as much as it is everyone else's she won't be forced to stop using it by anyone and why should she. This isn't the first time this has happened and the joke is it's mainly the older women that find their inner BULLY!!! Respect for EVERYONE goes along way. Go on pathfinders New Addington group and you will see everyone saying what a great community it is and how they all look out for each other. Step inside that post office with a parcel and it's a different story no one looks out for your on your own like I said before a sitting target nasty lot.

I've had a very unpleasant experience with this bank useless and very rude Simon is the only one that can help. The women with the ginger hair is so disrespectful and careless I went to deposit some cash she counted the money 4 times and gave me 4 different figures in the end she got someone else to count it and confirm the correct figure, wasted 30 minutes

Very curt staff, your ok if they know you they'll chat forever, irrelevant if there's a queue of people waiting. God forbid you want to carry out a transaction they don't like, the atmosphere turns very toxic. Staff obviously don't like working there, so look for relief either chatting together or with the selected customers. Lifes too short for the hard time you get in this particular branch, just so your jobs please.

Very nice staff, but every time I go in some staff form a " barricade " to stop you in your tracks. Because they want to show you how to use the paying in machine instead of going to the counter. I know how to use them but choose not to on occasion. It is an extremely irritating practice. Walking in front of you, sometimes three abreast, should be stopped.

Really poor experience at the branch. The staff are rude. Charlie the guy who manages the line thinks that it is alright to be rude to customers. So I asked him 2 times how long is the wait. Rather than being helpful and giving any useful information his stock response is you are in the queue - without any info as how long would it take etc. And you can see advisors sitting around free. Then he told another staff that he has told us 3 times already that we are in ‘line’. It’s well and good to Advertise a happy bank but what is the Point if the grumpy branch staff don’t follow

Just had the worst banking experience of my life with your bank and as a result will be closing all Barclays related products I have.
I lost my wallet 2 weeks ago on the 17th. Called on the 18th to have my debit card cancelled and have another debit card mailed out. 5 calls and 2 weeks later (and a branch visit to boot) I still do not have a card. 1st call your staff didn’t do their job because on the 2nd call I was told the card had not been requested in the system to be mailed, only cancelled. 3rd call (a week after the 2nd call) I received a text saying if the card hadn’t come in the mail by now to contact you. So I called however the staff member told me to ‘’go home and check in the mail this evening see if it’s there and if not call back’’. Looking back I shouldn’t have accepted this answer. I now see the staff member was just fobbing me off, trying to get out of doing work at 5.30pm.
4th call, to Barclaycard, I explain the situation to the staff, and the poor experience. My Barclaycard credit card is currently maxed out and receiving fee’s, as my debit card has not arrived. Only one fee was waved but not any of the others. So basically I am being charged for your incompetence. How rubbish.
Every time I spoke to someone on the phone I was passed to another department and back again, each transfer waiting ridiculous amounts of time. One staff member even cut me off mid-sentence transferring me to another department. Another staff asked ‘’What can I help you with’’ and I said I lost my card and having huge troubles getting a replacement mailed, to which he responded ‘’Ok sir for security reasons I will ask you some question… Could you please provide me your 16 digit card number’’. What a circus.
5th, call and two weeks in I explained the situation again. I said you guys clearly can’t get your system to mail me a card so let’s find an alternative solution. The staff said just pop down to Bromley branch where they will be able to print you out a debit card on the spot.
Next day.. at the branch.. in my lunch hour.. I wait 40 mins to be served… only to be advised that there at the branch you only print cards out in emergency situations. Her solution was that I call the contact centre back up, a 6th time, to reorder a new one. I explained the ridiculous customer experience I have had so far and that I wouldn’t take this as a solution. She then told me the card machine was not working… the 20 people waiting in line behind me were as shocked at the blatant lie as I was.
I walked out of the branch and began the process of moving my funds to Monzo.
Actually I am not surprised at all by this. It’s no wonder why big banks like Barclays are losing 100’s of millions to virtual fin tech companies like Monzo every year. You are falling behind in the crypto currency space. FB or Amazon about to launch and will take your top spot as Finance market leaders. You’ve moved customer services offshore to reduce cost and so your customer delight/experience has plummeted, you’ve fallen far behind in tech solutions, you have outdated internal systems, you have no online ID approval solutions for customers, no user friendly online documentation portals and from what I hear …you treat your staff worse than slaves.
It’s so clear for everyone to see how much your company is imploding. My prediction, Barclays will join the long and growing list of banks that have been acquired or bankrupted.

Terrible what old people have to go through these days! And that too meted out by large corporates who were probably built by that generation. I opened an account online for my 79 year old mother who has severe mobility problems. She was required to attend an appointment to verify identity and submit proof of address. When I booked the appointment I clarified if a TV license which is issued digitally nowadays, was a valid form of proof of address. I was told this was fine. When my mother and I attended the appointment she was told that the printed version of this was not a valid proof of address. The officer showed me the Bank's KYC guidance/policy on this matter. This did not state that a TV license had to be in printed form. Yet the officer refused to accept it. The inconvenience, distress and angst caused to my elderly mother was deplorable to say the least. And then they claim to be dementia friendly etc etc. What an eye wash!

Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible. The best solution would be to shut down the computer of power off your phone and outline an action plan. If turning off the device is impossible, try to use it as little as possible.
Make up a list of devices where the necessary files have been saved.
Try to remember the chain of events from creating the files to deleting them.
