Doesn’t accept card payments, the customs slip doesn’t tell you to pay by cash and the nearest card machine is in the town, a five minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Total waste of time.

I've had two ever so slightly mislaid parcels in the past, they were absolutely spot on in finding and sorting both out (one was delivered to a neighbor but the card had gone missing, the other was filed for a road with almost exactly the same name a couple of streets away). The postal service here is excellent.
Five star rating aside, if this isn't your post depot I'm not sure I'd move to the area just for this alone.

Extremely poor service from ‘Lisa’. She refused to give me my item despite showing her proof of ID. Rather, she wanted to see proof of address. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to give me that right, saying he would ‘just say the same thing’.

Posted 2 similar items a week apart. The second time the cost rose by 70% until I queried it. The assistant eventually weighed the item again, reluctantly, and the cost was the same as first item. Her excuse was that I must have been touching the scales!!!
Will not visit here again.

Unbelievably rude and condescending female staff member - will be avoiding this post office in the future. My mother went to send off a passport application and the woman was extremely rude to her telling her telling her she shouldn’t have brought it herself as she “should have known that she wouldn’t understand it” because there was a mistake on the application form. She was extremely belittling and condescending, even going as far as to rudely remark that the profession my colleague listed on the passport application was not good enough despite the government website stating it was. It beggars belief that there are people like this running franchises such as Royal Mail post offices - I will be making an official complaint with Royal Mail about this atrocious customer service.

Highly recommended, wonderful store especially now that they have had a refit and changed into a Premier. Lovely new store which has a good selection of foods at very competitive prices. When calling emergency repair service i found the member of staff i spoke to was not very customer friendly. It seemed as though he was fed up with his job, or fed up with the customers calling up. He wasn't helpful at all. And i ended up getting the problem sorted my self.
Sandwell council school admissins are awful. My daughter has been out of school for 3 months now. She has Been placed on the wrong admissions list also, asked to speak to the manager, i was told i will get a call back from her. 4 days later i still haven't recieved a call, i don't have a clue when my daughter will be starting school no staff on the phone lines can tell me and the manager is not returning calls. I will be taking this to my local MP.
And now we have another issue, our boiler has broken, no heating or hot water with 3 children in the household 1 of them a 4 month old baby, have to wait 4 days just for someone to come and look what the problem is, then they probably have to order parts for the boiler. Seems like they have the priorities wrong. Unbelievable rude customer service.

The telephone automated system is useless and should be changed or improved drastically so at the very least have an option to speak to a real person.
I also found the website too complicated and not easy to use and search for information.
They should look at other council websites and automated systems for better understanding of their “customers” or their council tax fee payers.

I lost my card and was asked questions to pass data protection- i was asked for extensive details about my last transaction which I insisted i didnt know but was willing to provide further evidence. The cashier just said she couldn’t help me and handed back my driving license. I’ve also previously visited and its been closed so this branch is an AVOID.
