They've only gone and done it again! I asked them to repair the cracked screen of my iphone quickly as it's critical for my small business. When I got it back about three hours later, they had also fixed the audio problem that I hadn't even mentioned. I'm going to have to give them 5 stars again now.

First time user and very impressed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service was quick and the problem was fixed in a few days it was only a minor problem but my teenager appreciates the swiftness of getting his ipad back. I broke the screen on my phone and they mended it in the day. Sadly I guess they were busy because the lady said they would phone my husband when it was ready but they didn’t and by the time I phoned them it was too late for me to collect it that day. However they have done a beautiful job and also put a protective cover on it so hopefully it won’t break again! They were cheaper than going to the Apple Store and quicker too as Apple said they would have to send my phone away and it would take a week. I will definitely use MacMan again.

The games are never stacked on top of each other and the staff are very useful because when you ask if they have a particular game, they come and help you find it. This place is great. Went into istore Tunbridge Wells on Thursday 4th April having an issue with my iphoneX having a green flickering screen. The guy serving me (sorry didnt get his name) quoted me £282 for the job BUT recommended I take the phone to the apple store in Bluewater as there was a strong case for me making a consumer claim against Apple as the device was not long out of warranty. He booked the appojntment for me and when I got to Bluewater I was told that I qualify for the consumer law claim and that the repair would be done free of charge within a couple of hours. I can't thank the staff member enough for his honesty and professionalism in helping me and saving me such a great deal of money. Take no notice of fclaims on here that theyre only after money

Having got an Iphone 6 phone charging point repaired at the Monson Road store last month (very quickly and at a good price) and chatting to the fantastic manager in store I decided to organise a refurbishment of my Macbook. I was spoken to politely, informatively and without any pressure to take up the work. My laptop has been sped up, revamped, cleaned and expertly serviced and it now works very well. I am delighted with the service and to find a phone/IT shop that I feel comfortable with and don't feel I'm getting ripped off at!! Thanks to laptop services - a great team.

I was once a loyal customer to Phones 4 Less. They have fixed over 5 phones for me previously, but last summer when I took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced I discovered how unprofessional and unhelpful they really are.
The cost for my iPhone 6S screen replacement was initially £130 but thanks to Phones 4 Less it cost me over £270.
There was a couple of delays initially but I had my phone back within 3 days which wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of receiving the repaired screen it had already broken. The glue holding the screen together had clearly perished overnight resulting in the screen literally flapping about like some kind of DIY laptop/ old school flip top phone!
It was literally attached by about 4 cm's of what looked like black tape on the top edge of the screen! I was surprised it hadn't completely detached from the phone.
Then the screen developed a crack running through the middle, from the top all the way to the bottom, which was caused by when the screen flapped back onto the face of the phone it had landed on a screw that appeared to have come out of place.
This all happened within the first morning of having my phone back.
I was at work when this happened, so I planned on taking it back at lunch time to get it repaired - as Phones 4 Less is within 5 minutes of my work.
I walked into the shop at 12:30pm expecting to explain the situation to one of the workers who would fix it for me under warrantee.
The man who served me was not happy that I was complaining about this and took no responsibility for it breaking - he said that what happened was out of his control - and that screens break all the time and that doesn't fall under the warrantee.
I was offered a 10% discount on another repair. They basically wanted me to pay another £117 to get it replaced when the day previous to this I paid £130, so I rejected their offer.
I stated to the man who served me I wanted to speak to the Manager and he told me he was the Manager so I explained to him one final time that this was not my fault and that the crack on the screen developed because of the glue perishing, but he wasn't interested and interrupted me to say 'I have told you, I will give you a 10% discount - if you don't want that then it is your problem'.
Before I left the shop I told both of the men working that I was extremely unsatisfied with their customer service. The glue perishing was clearly not my fault and one of the guys working in the shop seemed to understand this, but the manager was holding on to the fact that as the screen had broken, it meant it was no longer under warrantee - even though the reason that the screen was broken was due to the glue perishing, therefore if the glue had not perished the screen would not have broken either, meaning it would be under warrantee and they would have to repair it for no added cost.
I told Phones 4 Less that I would be writing a review about this and both of the men working in the shop laughed and one of them said in a very aggressive tone 'Do it, I don't care!'.
Phones 4 Less represent marginally cheaper repairs than other places but their customer service is disgraceful .
I would advise anyone to avoid this shop at all costs.

I was reluctant to accept a payment of 80 Pounds and did not understand why I had to wait so long for the arrival of the package to Romania. But when I received the package, I understood. My statue was packed and protected in a professional way that nothing could have happened to it. It came like a pearl in a shell.

MBE Tunbridge Wells provided me with excellent service - I bought an item at auction without adequately researching how I would get it home. MBE picked it up, stored it for 4 months until I could collect it in person, and then wrapped it so I could bring it home to San Francisco as airline luggage. They would have shipped it, but storing it and allowing me to pick it up worked out cheaper. Greg and his team were endlessly patient as I changed my mind about how it would be delivered/collected. Many thanks and happy to provide a 5 star rating.

By far the worst customer service I have ever had!
Two weeks ago I brought in a paid UPS parcel because one of the men behind the counter said they took UPS, even though they were not an approved UPS drop point. 4 days went by and UPS hadn't been to pick it up. My wife called on Monday. It took her until 2pm to reach them by phone. She started calling at 9am!
When he did answer he said to my wife, "Love, come to the point, we're very busy here." She tried to explain that we needed a pickup ASAP as it was an important parcel and that he said it would be picked up. To which he said, "We're not an approved UPS drop point. I told you that love." She then tried to ask him what to do now, and he HUNG UP ON HER!
She went in last week, spoke to the same man and he said UPS was coming today. And to please not take the parcels elsewhere.
Well, yesterday, we dropped 2 parcels for UPS. Business parcels. Very important, we paid for express shipping. My wife asked the man behind the counter, "Will these definitely go out today." To which he said, "Yes 100%. See here are more scheduled parcels." She said, "Because these are Xmas gifts and if they don't go out, it will upset people." He promised!
Today comes and I see the parcels still in the shop window, with a load of other parcels. I went in and asked the man for my parcels back. He immediately got temperamental with me and told me, "I told your wife we're not an approved UPS drop point." I said, "Yes, but you also promised these would go out. We explained they are Xmas presents." At which point he got angry and told me it wasn't his fault, it was UPS. I got angry in return and raised my voice.
He then took off his glasses, got within 1 inch from my face and dared me to fight him. His colleague came between us and I left.
I find it amazing that: 1. someone could lie so easily when it is so important to get parcels to people quickly if promised and 2. that a representative of the franchise Post and Packing would have the audacity to try and fight a customer like it was in a pub brawl. No responsibility was taken at all for making 2 promises, which ultimately were not kept.
In short, do not trust your parcels to this particular branch of Post and Packing. If it really needs to get there, take it to an approved drop point, NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!

Every time I've been there he has either been watching tv on his phone and not bothering to speak to me or kicking people out for not shutting the shop door. Worst post office and sadest staff ever. Doesn't even deserved to be on the high street. I'm not surprised they moved it into a WHSmith from the Sainsbury's carpark. Only worth visiting if you want to wait for hours in a shop where it seems nobody works or to be subjected to their two deadpan faces when they bother to appear.
