Superb service. Quickly diagnosed the fault with my MacBook, which was not a faulty logic board as suggested by the Apple Genius, but a broken battery. Was replaced with a genuine Apple part, at less than half what Apple were going to charge me for for replacing the wrong part. Would unconditionally recommend Mac Repair.

What a guy. Saw me at no notice, took my hard drive apart to inspect it, told me there was nothing technically wrong with it and just to buy a new part on Amazon. Didn't charge me a penny. Fantastic service.

Fault on my laptop keyboard …. I was loaned a laptop whilst mine was being repaired. Steve and Jamie gave me excellent service. Having reached an age where technology can be confusing it's good to have service from much more knowledgeable young ones who DON'T talk down to you. My laptop returned... fully loaded!

I came in to fix my PS4 HDMI cable. Pricing was excellent and it was done within a couple of days, whilst most other places were suggesting around 2 weeks. PS4 working fine now, and also comes with 3 months warranty which is good. When I came to pick up the PS4 I also got them to replace a phone screen on an iPhone, which was done within about half an hour and is working perfectly. Again this comes with a warranty.
All in all excellent service and friendly staff.

I had issues with software on my laptop. Jacob and his colleague spent a solid 90 minutes going back and forth, trying lots of different approaches until it was finally installed and fixed. They were both very helpful and professional. I'd definitely recommend their services. Good central location too.

I went down for an issue with my phone. I thought it would take a while to resolve but they fixed it then and there in about 5 minutes and didn't charge me for it. A good team and friendly customer service.

Unfortunately lost an important folder on my Macbook Air. After being dismissed by Apple Meadowhall I turned to turtle tech for help. While the folder was not recovered the guys in the shop were kind , honest and helpful.

Great little Post Office, and very convenient. It's a mixed bag with the staff, fortunately the most pleasant and helpful member of the team is the girl who seems to work there full time. Couple of not so great experiences with the guy who seems to be on his phone a fair deal whilst serving. The girl makes you feel like a valued customer, the guy sometimes make you feel like an inconvenience. Those two seem to be the main Post Office Staff. The guys who work in the shop that help out are helpful and efficient. All in all though, gets the job done, and we're lucky to have the luxury of a local Post Office with so many closed/closing down.

More like a little convenience store with a post office stuck on. There is a post office window at the back of the store, and a smaller one attached to the main till when the main one is closed.

Staff often unhelpful but it varies. Lost a parcel of mine which I'd had redirected there for collection after missing a delivery, and the sender had to file a claim with Royal Mail. Not brilliant, unfortunately.

Never had trouble with this branch, the staff are amazing. I send parcels daily here and they provide fabulous service.
They give you a receipt too when many branches I’ve been to wanna save ink, and won’t give you a receipt.
Excellent Post office, and massive bonus is there’s never a queue which is really nice for an online seller like me who drops-off parcels daily.
Highly recommended branch see it for yourself.

Is this place ever open? I just went today at 9.45am and it was closed. The very faded sign on the door says it opens at 9am. The shutters were down on the windows but not the door. It's looked that way every time I drive by. Please put clear signs up when you are open and then try to look like you are open with signs and light etc. People need the post office at Xmas time for posting parcels etc.

I'm disappointed about this place, I explained that I needed to send a parcel to a country that has a rubbish postal system, the teller assured me that it would get there 'by tomorrow' and tells me how much the package is after weighing, then she asked how much the contents of the parcel are worth and after a couple of seconds adding up in my head I decide around £70, she says to me 'so... about £50'. I was very confused and thought she meant the weight after all, so I just said ok.
Then she has to print out a new stamp amount as she finally looks at the address and realises it's not for the UK. Thereby I must assume she was saying UK mail is rubbish. She works for them!? I guess she would know. Then she explains the parcel will arrive in 5,6,7,8,9 (that's how she said it!) days time and will be signature requested.
People in the queue start laughing and I don't know why, so I go home with a teeny receipt for a number to follow the parcel online, which won't accept it as a legit number and eventually I lose the receipt anyway. I understand later that people were laughing at me because I said the parcel was worth 70 and she said 50 and I just said ok. Well, lucky me, that parcel never arrived so now I am out of pocket by over £100. I will not be using their service ever again.

I dropped off 20+ parcels in the last week or two, and not had a single problem.
A few other branches I’ve been to try it on with you by getting you to pay more than you have to but not here.
The staff are very friendly and serve you with a smile. They provide you proof of postage too with no questions asked.
All in all brilliant place to do your business which I certainly recommend.

The staff was rude. I didnt understand what he said. He repeated the same thing 4 or 5 times without an explanation. Then, l understood he talked about the fee. But that fee was for only first class post. I wanted to send it with the tracking number. Then he changed the service. Firstly, ask us how we want to send. Secondly, if we dont understand give a brief explanation for international people rather than repeating the same thing again and again.

I use post offices every day for work and this one of EXTREMELY slow compared to others, but that's mainly down to the dithering OAP customers who treat it like a social club and just want to chat with staff and hold the line up. (I know you people don't have to work anymore but think of the rest of us who just need to be in and out). The self service machines are useful but there are only two of them, there should be at least double or triple that amount.

Every collection I have made has been OK. The staff here are always friendly. Be warned though, It gets extremely busy from 7am until "office hours". If you are free to collect after 930ish it does get quieter, but the little collection room is super small and crowds easily. I have had parcels with wrong address (sender error) but correct postcode kept for me for a few days to give me some chance to enquire about it to solve the mystery, rather than return to sender.
Ringing the number to enquire about parcels very rarely works.
I've never had anything but good service here and my 4 stars is only for the lack of phone support.

This is a perfect example of how the Post Office need to modernise. Amazon will deliver to a safe place at your home, or you can deliver somewhere convenient like an Amazon locker or pick up point. Anything that gets delivered by Royal mail will inevitably end up here where you have to queue for ages. No problem with the staff, but this way of delivering and collecting parcels needs to be updated now it's the 21st century!

Absolutely awful in every respect. No parking for cars or cycles. Tiny little counter, so minimal throughput. Every time I go there's a queue out of the door. Royal Mail have really got to rethink the way they set up could gets to do parcel collection.

Setting up an account was a bit of a journey, was initially given a Friday appointment after stipulating we could only do weekends, doh wish I’d have noticed while there opposed to after leaving.
During appointment what we wanted was Ironed out in about two mins, but we had to sit through an hours sales chat that was draining, and we couldn't wait to end.
Queues are always long at lunchtimes when I'm free but so is Halifax next door.
Staff have however always been friendly so not all bad.

Went inside to make a simple deposit and the worker called me into their little office pod sort of thing and I thought it was normal so i stepped insde and to my suprise I got mugged out of all my cash and he also stole my jordans and he also stabbed me in my lung twice. Lucky to have made it out alive thanks to my stab proof vest I wear at all times due to intense anxiety and paranoia. Generally a good place to go but it's become so busy and now they are blocking up and downstairs off despite the fact that the lounge is really full. Nowhere to sit anymore :-( so I don't understand why they keep letting people in. I realize it's a free service, just a shame it's not managed well enough. What is the story with this side door (on the corner) that is NOT used?
There are always a congregation of junkies/drunks gathering. A lot of people call it the 'Junkie Step'. Someone I know actually closed their account and went elsewhere as they were sick of these idiots who gather.
It's annoying enough even for someone who ISN'T a customer. Why don't Lloyds brick up this door and and remove the steps in order to prevent these parasites from gathering? They are getting worse all the time. Personally, I will NOT walk up this side of the street. Come on Lloyds, do something about this. Most of us are sick of it.

I use this branch nearly every week, and it's rather rare to find it empty. A lot of the times there's only one employee serving, while the others seem to be doing "very necessary and important" things while customers are waiting on the queue to be served for over 25 minutes at times. Absolutely disgusting!
Me and my partner opened a joint bank account, we placed £100 into the account because we were reassured the bank was open, everything was okay, the cards were on their way our address, it all went perfect!
We didn’t receive the first lot of cards, we went back into branch after 2 weeks, explaining we haven’t received them, they spoke to use like we were idiots, “well didn’t you know they were coming into branch and have been sat waiting for you to collect them? They’ve been cancelled now and discarded” well no.. we didn’t because that’s not the choice we made, we decided to get them sent through the post, and the lady told us that is what was happening. They sent us 2 new cards out, TO OUR ADDRESS! Time went on, another 2 weeks to be precise, and still no cards, went back into branch, they hadn’t a clue why, they sent our problem to complaints department and didn’t sent any more cards out. I received a phone call, 3-5 days afterwards, explaining tbey’d been going to our address etc, and that the previous cards we hadn’t got, was now cancelled as for some reason they were active, even though they told us they would be immediately cancelled considering we hadn’t received them. The complaints department checked my address, sent us 2 cards out.
We wait.. 3 days after they should of arrived, on our way on holiday, we looked on the online banking app to transfer the £100 back to put towards our holiday, it was gone! It had been withdrawn at an ATM machine, using one of the cards, baring in mind.. we hadn’t got any cards!
We’ve rang fraud department, been pushed from pillar to post, been spoken to like s**t by majority of staff, we just haven’t gotten anywhere. We discovered 2.5 weeks after the money had been withdrawn, they had made the decision NOT to refund us!
They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, they speak to customers disgustingly, they quite clearly don’t maintain confidentiality and as for keeping their customers happy, that’s completely out the window!
Account closed, and in the process of appealing against their decision but have a feel this won’t get us anywhere. Will be appearing on BBC Watchdog, and other media if this isn’t resolved soon!
