was looking for a gaming PC, spoke to Scott @ Sutton Coldfield Computer Shop . He spoke me through many options and i ended up saving quite a bit of money and it was all set up ready for use with no problems. Booked in my other sons laptop to remove viruses and am more than happy.

Carl and Harry are both fabulous. They can rectify any problem (in my experience), either in person, or remotely. I would highly recommend one of the yearly packages - it is well worth the fee for complete peace of mind. The opening hours are very reasonable, and they will do their utmost to solve any problem as soon as humanly possible. Do not hesitate!

I don't often leave reviews, however I'm a firm believer of giving credit where it's due. In short - I can't really praise this place enough.
After dropping my computer off on the Monday I was called the following day with the diagnostic results, I then collected my computer the day after that, a very speedy turnaround. Matthew, the person I dealt with throughout the process, was nothing short of excellent, and provided me with great advice on what I should do as a resolution to the problem. I never felt rushed or pushed into doing something, I was simply provided with advice and options that I could then take away and make a fully informed decision from.
I would not hesitate in using their services again or recommending them to others. A full 5 stars from me!

I ordered my custom Cube PC with them. Firstly the site made everything so easy. There was so much more choice than places like PC Specialist. The choice of cases enabled me to find one that met my space requirements. Loved how you could save your specs and modify them before ordering, something which is a real asset when comparing different sites or weighing up building it from scratch.
After ordering I had an email off the builders explaining that a part was incompatible and offering to make a change to my order. I was scared by this so asked for a number to call, he gave me a number and within half an hour I'd come away with lots more information, plus the issue was resolved at no extra cost. Brilliant given that it was a slight upgrade to the motherboard.
Computer came on the correct day, was super simple to get running and after a week has been running very well.

Great value. Next to nothing is in stock at any given time though so no good for just turning up & buying something & expecting to leave the shop with it there & then. They'll get it in for you to collect, or courier it round to you.

Staff very helpful. Went in for CCTV unfortunately when setting up we found that the wirless option was limited in many ways. Called them up and they offered a straight refund no questions asked. Wen retuning they discussed other options they have available for wired and they can even install. Although i did not opt for this I felt they where very diligent.

Great if you are in a rush for something. You can usually get most electronic stuff you need though if you have the time it is generally cheaper to look online and wait for delivery as it is quite expensive. Also do not expect the majority of the shop assistants to know anything about computers. If it isn't written on the label they've already read then you'll have to ensure them going to look it up. I always found the specs of the devices on display to be a little vague. Price and the staffs limited knowledge of their products is the only reason I knock of a star.

Quite a few staff involving themselves with in store activities, nobody approached me after 5 minutes. I had to ask a member of staff to help me purchase £100 pair of headphones. Good service when I made contact though. Come on Curry's PC, surely the customer comes first!???

Incredibly unimpressed with this place! So so frustrated. I came here in hopes to get my screen fixed before I went on holiday (2 weeks prior). They said they’d be able to get it fixed in a matter of days so I believed and trusted them. To my surprise, I went back 3 times, rang over 5 times and they kept saying it wasn’t done. I went on holiday WITHOUT my phone and even after I came back it STILL wasn’t done. The man on the phone was completely unaware that my phone was waiting to be fixed! So so unprofessional. Eventually they rang and said they couldn’t fix it because it had been tampered with?! So I waited 4 weeks for nothing????? I went to the original APPLE store instead and guess what? They fixed it ON THE DAY and I received it after 2 hours. TWO HOURS GUY!!!! Moral of the story is STAY away from STORMFRONT and just go to the actual Apple store instead.

I'm not one for writing reviews but I feel I must on this occasion. I took my sons iMac into the sutton Coldfield branch for a mother board issue. Fron there it was sent to the repair centre in Exeter on the same day. The following day I got a call from a gentleman called Darren explaining the issues to me and asking for authorisation for the repair. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair on a daily basis by email and text. In total, from taking it to Sutton Coldfield to return was one week, and that's only because parts had to be ordered from Apple. What a fantastic service. I really can't fault Stormfront and Darren at the repair centre (in my opinion) went above and beyond the call of duty to get the problem sorted fast.
Stormfront............ It's a 10 from me.

I can't tell if this shop is here as a joke or they are just THAT bad?
Went in on Sunday to get my battery replaced as per the £25 deal Apple have on at the moment. Left it with them for an hour and took my partner for dinner. We returned to the shop after the time we'd been told, from which I was told they'd actually broken my phone! They didn't apologise or anything, said it'd be sent away for repair and that I would get a lease phone Monday if apple were okay to repair. No biggie right? One day without a phone is fine. WRONG. My partner rang them Monday and they said they won't know until Wednesday now. So another 3 days with no phone. Tried to call them again today for an update and they're not picking up the phone at all!
All of this faff and I'm still charged for the battery replacement too! No reimbursement, no lease phone, especially whilst I'm in the mid-stages of purchasing a house, and can't contact my solicitor, mortgage advisor, no one! BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A PHONE! I'm paying a contract that I can't utilise either! Just to put it into perspective, my mum/dad could be in hospital right now, I wouldn't know though!
This is still on-going. Staff were rude, unhelpful, clearly trained how to repair phones by cavemen, as the damage to my phone was done through the "heavy handed" approach. Should have just gone to the store in Solihull. I will update this the more that Stormfront do to make my life even harder, as is their way it would seem.
At present, I recommend you not give this circus act your hundreds of pounds valued phone, as they will knacker it and do nothing for you for reimbursement. Thanks a lot guys. I'm getting Apple involved at this point. How they accredited this shop is a mystery. They clearly don't know what they're doing.

My laptop was stuck in a loop where it would auto reset everytime I turned it on. So took it here and their 'team knowhow expert' told me that the problem couldn't be fixed, but they could retrieve the data from my laptop for £95.
Unfortunately, I'm not stupid - so took my laptop to an independent computer shop instead. They fixed the problem in a few hours and only charged me £50. The laptop now works fine and all my data is restored.
Should rename the 'experts' at Currys PC World to 'team knowhow to rip you off'.

I chose to go to Kingstanding post office this morning, rather than visit a closer one in the town centre, as they offer the driving licence renewal facility there. I am so glad I did. The staff were lovely and really friendly. The service was quick and efficient but still very personal. I will definitely return very soon to renew passports. It is easy to park as there are free parking spaces outside the post office. Thank you.

Since being re-fitted this shop is now a very viable alternative to the Tesco Express across the road. The selection of goods is arguably more varied, albeit a little more expensive. I was disgusted by a member of staff tonight as i topped up my gas card she took the money but the credit is not on my card 2nd time she has done this this has now been investigated as my gas supplier checked and no money was put on that card tonight .
Should be ashamed of yourself its freezing and i have epilepsy and my son has autism i never had a problem with you before so why now pics below show no credit on card.
I have proof karen from this store did not put money on my card according to scottish power money was not put on card i so have your fake receipt my gas supplier will be in touch and also you will no longer be able to use payzone after investigation . As a Post Office, it's brilliant - as a mini market, do believe that a re-think is in order. Especially love being able to pick up all those things we order on Amazon that are too big to put through the letter box. Just wish you didn't have to queue up every time! Also find it a God send for those times when my bank texts me to demanding that I pay money in before a certain time.

It's actually a WH Smith Local. I've been in here a few times now, whenever I've needed to post stuff to family in Australia. Always very helpful and friendly, which is the reason I tend to use them rather than my local post office in Mere Green. Also, doesn't tend to have the large queues that I'm used to. Another big plus when you're in a rush.

A stamped addressed envelope containing my passport and a renewal application was left with the person at the shop till (not at the Post Office counter) but never received by the Passport Office. It has probably been lost or stolen by the Post Office service somewhere along the line. Not happy. Have reported it. Sharing this in the hope that no-one else will suffer the same fate. Send it recorded delivery.

In utter disbelief at this place. First tried to make me get a mortgage with them “best around” according to them. To then be told very rudely I couldn’t have one (little did they know I already had one) few months later asked me to try again. They act so nice I couldn’t say no ... said the same thing again made me look like a right idiot. Then I was off away and this being the convinenent post office I changed my currency with them and then when I got there I found out they had given me the wrong currency. I landed late at night so that was 16 hours without food (did they care ?) don’t be silly. Just brought the money back and the four eyed one decided to try and offer £60 less then what I paid ... for his mistake. And he did it with a smirk of course. Because of what a horrible person he is.

2 extremely rude staff, the manager of the post office and one of the female staff literally shouted at me and told me never to come back purely because I asked if the Post office does foreign currency exchange, they shouted no, then when I gave them a look of shock and said that on the website it says that they do, they shouted never come back, I've lived on the street right next to Soar for almost 40 years and have used Spar and the post office 1000's of times and easily spent at least£10000 over a 40 year period and have always got on wonderfully with their staff, but this was just inexcusable, I'm guessing it's because of the way I look, I think they have judged me purely because of how bad I look at the moment, but little do they know it's because I've been in and out of hospital numerous times over the last year suffering with a very bad illness that has almost killed me a few times, I wouldn't think this but I could tell straight away before I even spoke that I was going to have an issue, such a shame because it's always been my favourite place to shop, not any more though, not until they leave anyway, I've had a few people tell me the exact same thing about the exact same 2 people aswel. I'll just use the Post office down the road where they don't lie to there customers!!!

Google shows the shop opening at 8:30, stood in queue at 9. Maturer member of staff was still opening up and had a face like thunder, no ‘good morning’ or ‘sorry for your wait’ really unfriendly and I will just do you Erdington post office now, even though this is the closest to where I live.

The miserablist staff of any bank you have ever known. Service way too slow, machines throw out notes so even slower and when you get to the counter the staff appear to treat you as a hinderance. Note to branch manager, ask your staff to cheer up redundancies may never happen

Sadly this is now my second experience at the Sutton Coldfield branch where I have left feeling pretty bad and belittled. Today after waiting for ten minutes patiently in the queue, the lady who served me, clearly under alot of pressure, said along the first sentences on meeting me - "i am only doing this for you for now, but next time you need go to customer services" (silence). I explained it was not stated anywhere we ought to go to customers services to print bank statements ? - perhaps make effective signage? etc .... After her failed attempts to make the printer work, the teller blatantly and I must add in a very patronizing and condescending manner said she would not help me and i would have go to the back of the queue in customer services for "someone else to help you, because i cant anymore, and im not going to keep trying".... i really would not have minded to go stand in another queue, but her manner was very condescending and i felt quite belittled. Sadly, not very effective communication skills.
Natwest you really ought to do better. Come on - this is surely not your company spirit??

Long waiting times. Machines that are meant to lesson staffs work load in counting money usually rejects various bills hence having to line up anyways. Only go there as I have to, not because it’s a nice experience.

Went to visit this branch today for a minor transaction. Poor customer service from the man serving at the desk. Simple things like a how's your day, is there anything else I can help you with, or a goodbye would have been nice. I felt like an inconvenience to him.
Edit: Do not use the cash points on this high street. My card was targeted and abused after using the Lloyds Bank ATM cashpoint!

Appears to have had an upgrade with only two cashier desks. Reasoning behind this is unclear as the minimum queue time is 15-20 minutes. Awful customer service which is particularly slow and not interested in needs of the customer. Although, they were very helpful over the phone when I spoke to the Sutton Coldfield branch it is a far cry from the treatment you receive when visiting this establishment . Having worked briefly for this establishment and banked with them for over 20 years I have decided it is worth taking my and family's business to a bank that fully appreciates the concept of customer service.
The Sutton Coldfield branch is a clear let down. Advice - Reduce queue levels by focusing on having cashiers or bank representatives in the empty space you have created since the refurbishment this will help reduce the queue times as they can advise the customer best before joining the queue. These are basic concepts in providing a decent level of customer service.
