I needed there help to fix my wife's laptop. It has the blue screen of death. All there online advertising stats they open at 7:30am. After waiting since 7:20am and now leaving at 8:40am with no luck. They are still not open. Called there phone number with no luck, no voicemail and no recorded information. Not impressed! (To be fair though I do hope the owner is ok and is not delayed for any true emergency)

On three separate occasions over the last two years I have taken either a laptop or PC to Chris for repair or date transfer and found the service to be very courteous and reliable. My most recent experience was three weeks ago when my PC started to run very slow and in particular one of my very old programs stopped working. Following a new hard-drive and in Chris's words some tweaking the PC is now on overdrive and is as fast as the first day I bought the new PC, plus my long time program which had given up the ghost is now working happily again.

I contacted Paul after I had an charging issue with an older Dell XPS 13, which was also missing the pg down key, the Laptop keyboard was Qwerty but of Nordic origin which posed an extra level of difficulty as the keys varied in size from the uk version, he repaired/renewed the mains charging module very quickly & we had a discussion as sourcing the key was proving difficult as every country had keys of different sizes & locations & decided the best way forward was to replace the entire keyboard to the uk one which required rerouting several keys from their original position, this was done relatively quickly for a fair price. I have no reservation in recommending Bridgend Computer Repairs as he has given my 4 year old Laptop a New lease of Life.

Placed an order for some Philips cleaning cartridges. The fact that there was a five-week delivery time passed me by completely, although in fairness it was on the site. The annoying thing was that I received no reply to a request as to the progress of the delivery after a month and then the order was 'declined' (having been previously 'processed and validated'). I replied to the email asking why but again received no response. I believe this company blatantly sells goods that it cannot guarantee being able to source, so my advice is, if you have a month to play with and don't care whether you get your goods or not then go ahead.

Edit: I copied my review and posted this on pools they have advertised on Facebook, my messages were deleted and I was blocked from messaging further! Con artists!! Beware!!
I called the shop to check if the swimming pool I wanted to order for my daughter party was in stock, i was assured it was and would be delivered online if I paid the higher delivery costs. The pool didn't arrive as promised, I was lied to constantly by the shop saying different dates of arrival and given promises of email updates none were ever recieved. I was told ot was due to size had to be sent by freight! Asked to cancel order was told I couldn't until pool was returned! It hadnt even been dispatched. Pool arrived today 7 days after the party in the back of a white van and damaged. Box clearly states should be 2 man job to lift, they sent 1 poor bloke on his own who asked to roll the box! It's a mess. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Pool update: we opened the box, every box instead had been opened and reaped and low and behold a part is missing.
Now waiting for it to be collected and my account refunded.... I have a bad feeling I'll be waiting a very long time.

I have been going to this post office for 30 yrs and have always received first class service, I have seen the attitude of some customers that is absolutely disgusting, they have coped with some very rude and inconsiderate customers, I would recommend it to anyone.

The lady behind the counter is obviously needing a cigarette. The place absolutely stinks of smoke and she has no customer service. She is obviously used to selling stamps and the lottery rather than helping people to post gifts to Australia. I have always had the same disgusting customer service even when I take my children to post letters. Such a shame as it’s in my village but I will be using the one on the industrial estate from now on. I feel that upset that I mean even complain higher up. Go there if you want to be abused for a laugh!

There seems to be 3 staff members, the one lady is lovely and polite. The blond lady and the man have terrible customer service.
EVERYTHING is too much trouble for them. I sell on Ebay and take in several parcels a week and they moan that it takes too much room.

Sadly I don't rate the Nelson Post Office. I was accused of not putting enough postage on a parcel, because I had purchased postage online on the Royal Mail website that actually gives a discount for postage purchased online. They'd never heard of it before. It was humiliating to be loudly told that I'd done it wrong and that I _had_ to pay more and that "you've missed the post anyway".
I'm absolutely tamping. So now, I'm going to wait until Monday to go to different Post Office that does know their products inside out and gives excellent customer service. >:(

It is the worst Post office I have ever used. I went there to have some items posted to a friend. The parcel was supposed to arrive at his home the next day. When it was tracked I was informed that the Postman had been unable to deliver it to the address and that it had been sent to a Department where all undelivered mail goes. I tried in vain to get the information from the lady behind the counter on how to resolve this issue. I then went to another Post office in Maesycoed and the issue was resolved in minutes. I have only recently moved to the area but I will NEVER use this PO again

I got told they did not accept pre-paid eBay labels and that I had to take the parcel to the Pontypridd delivery office. I thought this was strange as I have never had problems before. I took the parcel to Maesycoed post office, where I normally go, who said that they do accept pre-paid eBay postage and were confused why the central Pontypridd post office staff would not accept the parcel.

Had a telephone appointment booked for my 90 year old father. They blocked his account as he dare apply for credit. He is blind, deaf and bed bound so they blocked his account and only access to funds. The appointment was for 11am. Its now 11.35 and not a peep from these people. Just Google 'barclays blocks account' and reconsider being with this sick bank. Utterly disgusting and frustrating to deal with people who can happily cut access to a disabled person's funds. Sickening.

Not enough space for any privacy when talking to assistance from the counters to the queue. Microphone was high so other customers could hear what the assistance was saying and how much money the assistant had counted when u were puting money in your account. Had coins to go in to my account already bagged up with the correct amounts and was told to use the machine for it to be counted then return back to the counter with the receipt.

Absolutely horrendous bank. Miserable staff, they move slower than my metabolism, don't seem to care how long the queue is, unless they can push you to a machine instead of actually dealing with you face to face. Then, to top it all off, I go in today, to pay money in and I'm told they don't take coins?! It's a freaking bank!! I was told I'd have to go to the machine first and then take my slip over to the counter... Because heaven forbid, someone might have to actually do some work and count some money, in the bank! If you're here for a review, take it from me and the other negative reviews and use another bank is my advice.

What to expect from banks run and backed by the Public Sector these days?
You can't fire them and they can't go bankrupt if they perform poorly.
Staff have improved. Their customer service has gone better. Despite the dangers and the perils of Pontypridd, they're still working hard.
They will help clear overdraft charges once you explained your circumstances to them.
Very helpful to stop you going into debt.
Despite all banks being owned by the public sector, this is a decent bank.
