Had visited farnborough post office in Asda! So disappointed with the service. Firstly, the lady working there had tried to charge me more than needed for a large letter parcel...I’ve been using Royal Mail for years now and know the prices and what I usually pay for parcels and letters. She didn’t smile, seemed to have an issue without there being one and she didn’t say thank you or goodbye as I normally get when I come in any post office store. I don’t know but I don’t recommend this place. Not even worth one star

The website said they were open but when I got there I found a hand written note saying they were closed for the next two days. Went again a week later and it was open but the whole place was completely bare just an empty room, the girl behind the counter in the corner seemed surprised to see me come through the door.

I would like to nominate this post office as WORST POST OFFICE in the land. Every time I go in there I am met with rude and unhelpful service and swear to myself never to go back... Eventually I forget how bad it is and try again, only to get annoyed all over again. Today the lady was unable to sell me any stamps.

My partner arranged to have a car shipped to Namibia, whilst in this company's hands to car was parked on the road and not in a yard as we were informed it would be, was told they had lost the key etc, etc. And as a result the last sighting of the car was seen on CTV (As informed by Kent police) on the rear of a car transporter never to be seen again!!!.

I would not recommend this company to anyone not in a million years, the staff are very untruthful and not trustworthy, poor communication or they ignore your calls when trying to find out what’s happening with the shipment of your items. Because of a lot of lies they tell we travelled to Zimbabwe hoping to get there in time to clear our truck only to find out that the truck was still at their depot in the UK and was not even shipped as they had told us. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, if you do not want to end up like us

Very unreliable. If you want to take a risk, then use this company. My goods never left their depot for its destination, and yet they lied to me that my goods are now in Namibia, Caprivi etc. They made me buy a flight ticket to fly to Harare on the understanding that I will meet up with my goods, but only to get the shock of my life on arrival. My goods never left their depot it surfaced and someone had a party on them and am I am now wasting my time engaging a third part to try and get compensation. I would not recommend anyone to use them!

The customer service is excellent. My only complaint is that the queue is too long and it would be beneficial if Barclays could employ more people. It is frustrating to have to wait for so long. A lovely lady helped me today to use one of the machines. I only hope that the tellers shall not be replaced by machines. The tellers are friendly, polite and know what they are doing.
I visited this bank again recently and as usual, all of the employees excelled in customer service. I was amazed at how one of them kept her cool and spoke nicely to someone who was being vicious to her and yelling at her.
I must say that the employees are all very lovely and take an interest in the customer. I do hope that this branch does not embrace automation even more because the employees are very patient and explain things clearly. There is not one of them whom when they serve me, I think, "Not this one again" because they all take the time to answer questions and give excellent amounts of customer service.

Awful! Lloyds will let a merchant charge your credit/debit card without your permission - even if you have it in writing that the merchant is not authorised to use your card! And when you go through the process of getting it charged back - Lloyds will side with VISA and the merchant rather than with their valued customer!
A truly shocking revelation that you as the card holder are not the only one that can stipulate when, where and how your card - and your account - is charged!

Lloyds is very nice bank with friendly & knowledgeable staff. Banking transactions are nowhere so easy other than Lloyds Bank. One of my colleague with HSBC tend to open bank account in Lloyds when she realizes the fact. Change of address, Cash Deposit etc never took more than a minute.

Had to settle a £60,500 mortgage three years in to a deal. Was astonished to find Santander charge 5% ERC for ending a mortgage anytime during a deal. Nationwide on the otherhand have a sliding scale 5% for first year, 4% second year, 3% third year, 2% fourth year etc. Santander charged me £3025 + Management Fee. Would have cost me £1,210 with Nationwide. Really check the details before signing up to a mortgage as a chane of circumstances could really cost you. Thank God I didnt have a £300,000 mortgage otherwise it would have cost me £15,000

Halifax, Bank with interest which has fulfilled the need of every customer by providing all sorts of account such as reward, ultimate reward and current account. But, there is the no point providing such accounts with all the facilities, if your staff is not good enough to explain and satisfy the need of Costumer.
My first disappointment begin with changing my account to ultimate reward account. I was so happy when I knew that Ultimate reward account can provide travel insurance, breakdown cover, phone cover and emergency home service with £15 a month. But when I tried to change my account to Ultimate reward, Staff in the ALDERSHOT BANK were very unhelpful and rude. They told me that it won't happen in ALDERSHOT BRANCH, which was fine but at least as a customer I would expect to be provided with right procedure to apply for it. They told me to pop in to the Guildford branch but when I turned up there, they told me appointment is needed. If it was so, why did that two lady from ALDERSHOT branch told me to walk in. It was a complete waste of time and useless travel for me.
And the surprising thing was, when I rang coustmer service to book an appointment they told me that it is possible to book an appointment to change to ultimate reward from Aldershot branch but I choose to go to Farnborough.
And second incident was about travel insurance certificate, last week when I went to ask about my travel insurance certificate, again they told me that they can't provide that. I asked them politely how to get one. They replied me ” HALIFAX DOSNT PROVIDE ANY CERTIFICATE, WHICH MEANS YOUR BANK CARD IS YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE CERTIFICATE”. Again, we were given wrong information with same attitude, same tone and rude behavior. They were the same women.
But when we went to London branch they told me they don't do in bank but, in the good polite way and also helped me to get the certificate by providing the phone. I had a talk in the phone and within 5 min I received certificate in my e-mail.
As, a customer I would expect to be treated fairly and should be provided with right information. If other branches can provide then why can't the Aldershot branch. It's all either because of lack of training or being lazy to help.That two honourable women in ALDERSHOT BRANCH should learn some manner, should know how to talk and behave and should be given some extra training and knowledge to fulfil the need of coustmer.
One of the worst HALIFAX BANK IS IN ALDERSHOT. Please do something to bring the branch in right order.

Getting ready to travel so I upgraded to a platinum account as this includes travel insurance. I called through this morning to cofirm if the documentation i was provided with would suffice for the various embassies needs. After being transferred 3 times as no one could give a simple yes or no answer, i was told to check with the embassy. The visa people want the documentation and thats it, they expect you to have what you need. Given Natwest was providing it, i was looking for final clarification and confirmation. Was it given? Nope. Was i passed around from pillar to post? Yes. Did i follow Natwest instructions on the keypad? Yes. Could the lady help me after following the previous lady's instruction, nope. Maybe natwest should just stick to banking instead of offering services it cant/wont help ypu with. And for the love of all that is Holy, get rid of the automated telephone service! Impersonal and extremely annoying and not helpful!

I'm 26 now, I'm used to people not being able to do their jobs, but HSBC take it to another level.
I open an account online before Christmas, hoping to have it set up soon so that some of my clients can have a better service. I have to wait until the 8th January to receive part of my account information. The pin and the second half of my account number.
I'm then waiting 3 more days, and still don't receive my card or first half of my account number, despite getting an email 2 days ago telling me that I should have my details by now. What's more shocking? The phone number in that email that you're directed to if you don't have your details, requires you to enter your details (e.g. card number) to access the customer support. What genius designed that system?
After wasting hours trying to get through to their thick customer service, the non-English speaking person on the phone doesn't understand me properly and thinks I've given the wrong security information. I have no idea where my personal details have gone, such as my name, address, and the other half of the account information.
I now have to wait until Monday to visit their branch, because of yet more incompetence and not being open during normal hours just because it's a Saturday and their thick employees want to watch the football. To visit their branch just to CLOSE THIS BREACHED ACCOUNT. Yes that's correct, my personal information is floating around somewhere and I can't do anything about it until Monday. Incompetence. I now have to waste yet more of my time trying to open an account with another bank.
HSBC ARE A RISK TO YOUR SECURITY. THEY ARE LAZY AND INCOMPETENT. DON'T USE THEM.

I waited for 30 minutes to speak to an assistant, they were 2 in the hall and walked without reason, finally one of them asked me what i wanted, I answered and it took 20 minutes to do the transaction. they told me to go to the cashier and from there he said to go to the ATM, there nobody helped me and there at the cash desk. it was very unpleasant, there was one boy and one girl, because of them I was late at the kindergarten and my baby was scared. So i stay 50 minutes in HSBC branch Farnborough to do a transfer .

Please note, they now have a policy that they will not accept more than FIVE coin bags at the counter. I found this out to me surprise a few days ago. They want everybody to use the cash deposit machines - which kept rejecting some of the coins.What should have been a ten minute transaction took over half an hour.

I have been using this branch for well over 30 years and have always found the staff helpful and pleasant and can answer every query I have. Yes, I agree with some that parking right outside the branch is not easy but this is hardly the fault of Barclays. There is plenty of parking in Farnborough town centre.
