My grandmother had some work carried out on her slowing laptop at Alfreton Computers and got ripped off by someone there named Mark. What she was charged was an absolute disgrace and suspect they ripped her off by taking advantage of her age and lack of knowledge regarding computers. She was immorally charged an extortionate fee, somewhat close to the cost of a brand new laptop! From calling them twice I sensed I was getting nowhere and to cut our losses. From now on, I will take care of my grandmother's laptop.
We do not wish to speak to you again. This shouldn't have happened in the first place!

I Recently purchased a new screen for my i-phone and several weeks later the phone developed a fault and the screen only came on intermittently, I called in the shop to ask if they could have a look at it and I was asked to leave it with them for a few hours. When I called to collect it I was told it was all working again and that the fault couldn't be identified exactly and so he had replaced the screen for a new one and it all works fine again now. We have had several dealings with this company and they have always been very helpful and pleasant, nothing seems too much trouble for them and they replaced my screen without any quibble at all. I would definitely recommend these guys and will be dealing with them again in the future. Thanks guys for a brilliant customer service.

Really great service! I took my computer I with a broken screen and not even a full 24 hours later it was fixed and at a very reasonable price. I asked the employer who I dealt with if he could get it done as quickly as possible for me and I definitely can't complain at that!! I will definitely be using them again!

My PC was running very, very slow and I was unable to get anything done on it. I dropped it into the guys at Enterprise PC Care and was told that they could sort it out and speed it up, so I left it with them. one day later I had a call and it was all ready to go and all this for an amazing price!!!!!

Alfreton post office has a Christmas Angel working for them. He made it possible for an elderly clergyman to enjoy his Christmas dinner by going out of his way to deliver this special parcel. A very grateful thank you from the person who sent it. Wishing him a wonderful blessed Christmas.

Took some parcels in today and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and was able to keep conversation going while working.
She was very polite and made a normal post office visit seem less dull, i will make sure to come back and hope to be served by the red headed lady again.
I will also mention the gentleman behind the counter who also joined in on the conversation and went out of his way for good customer service.

I posted a parcel last week and the girl at the post office put the sticker next to my return address on the back of the parcel that clearly says SENDER so I took it back in and they made ME pay the postage again for there stupid mistake!! I'm fuming as the stupid girl didn't even apologise for what she'd done! Totally wrong and disgusted with what's happened. Need to hire new staff... someone that actually cared about there job and is more friendly and polite... and the worst employee of the week goes to the red head at alfreton post office!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star, I am appalled by the behaviour of the staff at this shop. The owners wife and another woman were extremely nasty to my 8 year old nephew who has autism. Talking about his ticks in a derogatory way and telling him to stop making noises. This unsettled him very much and gave him a lot of anxiety and he was extremely upset after this encounter. His school noticed his anxiety the next day and my sister has informed the staff what the horrible women in this shop said to him and how they behaved. They have told everyone they know not to visit this store again. There is a shop just down the road with much nicer staff, don’t put money into these peoples pockets. They need to learn how to respect and treat other people, especially those who have autism and other conditions. I will also be contacting the select and save group.

I witnessed a street fight between the owner and a local cage fighter. And afterwards I was robbed of my ham and cheese sandwich and then I figured out it was the owner. The shop smells of black tar heroin fresh from Mexico so it's safe to say I don't recommend this place

Very rude lady that runs this place. I walked in with a parcel that was very large. I was then shocked at the shouting old hag from the kitchen she screamed at me asking from afar “what weight is your parcel!” Shocked I proceeded to the counter then she told me she won’t take the parcel.
Her daughter extremely rude as well.
I am absolutely baffled to how disgustingly rude these individuals are.
How they can be running a post office I don’t know.
Her lack of knowledge on how the postal system works is below par at best.
I would suggest using a different post office. Let alone eating any of the food cooked here.

Felt intimidated. I was charged small parcel rate for a standard issue padded envelope that was within the measurements for a large letter. When I said I thought it would be a large letter, he got annoyed, said it's clearly a parcel! I was under the impression that a large letter needed to be an item that was within 35cm x 25 cm x 2.5 cm (which mine was) not literally a letter in a paper envelope? I'm not the type of person that likes confrontation so I paid and left feeling horrible.

Always a queue, slow service and a pretty dingy environment. Staff are helpful and experienced, but there needs to be more staff. You need to set aside 15 minutes is you plan a simple visit to Nat West in Alfreton which in my opinion at least in unacceptable. So my tip is ALWAYS allow 15 minutes for a visit, parking nearby is 20 minutes only, so your visit may be very costly.

Absolutely useless
All I wanted was a simple transfer between accounts
They refused to do this stating I would incur charges, I assured them that I wouldn't but they still insisted I would and stated that they would not and could not do it in branch even after I told them I'd take a chance on the charges (knowing all along that I would not have any penalties)
The only thing they would offer was a card with a customer service contact.
On returning home I called the number and surprise surprise it could have been done in branch the guy in customer service was excellent (unlike the one in branch) and sorted the transfer out with no fuss
Just as a final note the young man in branch was also very rude and condescending when I advised that I didn't trust the natwest app
If it wasn't for the excellent customer service I received from the call center I would be switching my account
I will not be using this branch again

ive always found the staff here super helpful and smiley particularly the sutton in ashfield branch..its location is just off the main road thru and so is easy to find, very clean, warm and welcoming inside..if there are any queues they go down pretty quick so waiting time is kept minimal and stress free.

The woman with black hair and glasses has to be the most saracastic and spiteful worker I’ve ever met at a bank (sorry, mafia corporation). Give her some more training on how to properly conduct yourself when speaking to people.

Excellent branch with staff that simply cannot do enough for you. External cashpoint and internal ATM's for deposits/withdrawals. Customer service desk inside and they will always help you with queries, transactions, account questions etc. On a pedestrian street, no vehicular access. Nearest car parking areas are the Idlewells multi storey or the Market place, although you can park on the lower end of Forest Street, near Lloyds/Nat West if you have a disabled parking permit

If I didn't have to bank there (I make a weekly business deposit), I would not. Though the employees behind the glass are nice enough once you get to them, they never seem to have enough people on. Today there was one person behind the glass, and the woman in front of me wanted help with paying into an ISA. So, the rep came from behind the counter and sat down with the woman for a nice long chat. Meanwhile, the queue got longer and no other employees seemed interested in waiting on us. The man behind me left, then I did. My time is important too.

At our visit regarding changing current account we were very disappointed with the service we received. Halfway through the meeting without any explanation the member of staff left us while she went to look out of the window as someone said there was a fight taking place.
She returned to continue the meeting and due to false information we received from another member of staff we were informed we could not transfer our account. She apologized for the information we received but then said she did phone but we obviously didn't grasp what she had told us.
So after 35 wasted minutes we left and went to make an appointment at another bank witch she wrongly informed us was due to close . Thank you Barclays you have lost a customer.
