Very helpful staff. Went to buy pc monitor as it broke. Good variety of monitors. The one we wanted would take 2 days delivery so we opted for another samsung one with all leads included in the price. Gave us good advice on the correct screen to buy for our needs etc. Wow it looks amazing 👍👍

Will never buy from again, item never got delivered, team know how complete LIARS🤬🤬did not inform us deliverys had been cancelled for that day, the manager who we did eventually speak too in store, the complete 🤬🤬 listened to all we had to say to the poor young girl who dealt with us, after hiding behind the other end of the counter did eventually speak to us with a disgusting attitude, his words ' what you on about? This place was a sheer delight. My friend and I (who is a reformed blonde, who decided to go mousy brown one day. How i miss my blonde friend , we had such wonderful memories together), ventured in this shop after walking through Wigan Flashes and along the canal. There was a stupid pub that was bloody closed, we fancied a beer at first, but due to the lazy landlord we decided to settle for soft drinks instead. This place had a nice selection of drinks in multiple fridges. Also they sold hotdogs. I never understood the term hotdog, i bet not one percent of that hotdog contains poodle. I bet a south Korean would be horrified to bite into a hotdog and find there is no juicy canine meat in them. The best thing about this shop was that it had a budgie. Brilliant , you never see many pets in normal shops. There is a furniture place in Manchester that has multiple cats in it , but i am unsure if that is a good thing as the furniture would be covered in cat hair. My friend, who i wont identity , i will call her miss mousy brown (sigh) hates cats, pulls a face when she sees one . I bet the budgie would hate the cat to. However, I would not blame the budgie, i would hate cats to if i was on their menu. Anyways, this was great place to go, you people of Abram should thank all the gods that exist in the world that this place exists.

BE AWARE if you buy currency from the Post Office. They advertise one rate online, another in their window and then another over the counter. I consider myself an average consumer and feel as if I have been mislead by their advertising.

This post office used to to be great. But since under new ownership, it's gone down hill fast. There is no repour with the customer which isn't a major thing as people want to get in and out as fast as they can. But it takes ages for the simplest of tasks to be carried. Theres always at least one disgruntled customer when I walk in. Only one cashier most of the time and he doesn't have any get up and go, just an attitude. Zero customer service. If I could give it 0 stars, I would!

A functioning post office, but no DVLA forms to hand when I asked for some and also the rest of the shelves are bare, very little packaging sundries or material etc. Also if you are collecting a large or heavy parcel from there it can be difficult as there is no parking whatsoever.

Just been to post 2 packages which have to be posted before the end of today. It is 9.50 am and they are still not open. There is no notification outside as to why they are not open. I don't know why I am surprised they never open on time, its always at least 9.15 am before they turn up and they you have to wait for them to set up- useless

Come here if you like to queue for ages and be treated rudely (when they can be bothered to acknowledge you).
I gave one star simply because the range of things they sell has improved recently.

Dreadful customer service here. The asian man with the beard (claims he’s the owner of the shop) is very rude and his behaviour is absurd. I went to the post office to pickup a parcel and he started saying why do you always deliver to my post office i should charge you 70p then he was like this is a post office not your house. Me being a customer couldn’t understand what the problem was and so i said that if its a post office i can pick up from a post office. He very bluntly replied with“ listen I don’t need to give it to you, this is my property i have rights, I can return this if I want, what are you going to do about it ( moving the parcel away)”. Accusing me of arguing with him when really i just wanted my parcel I politely said back that if it’s a post office then I should be able to pick up from there.The man threatened to keep my parcels next time if i was to order to his post office again so I wouldn’t choose this delivery location in future. He was making a big issue because the code of the parcel wasn’t scanning and making out as though its my fault saying “look extra work for me”. I wouldn’t recommend using this post office as you’re having to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to be served (That’s if you’re acknowledged and they’re not on the phone to their inbred relatives) and the staff simply do not care. 1 star is being far too generous for this hell hole. Stay away from this horrible place.

I've banked with Lloyd's for donkeys years. No bank is perfect but I like the personal touch and I like knowing the people I'm dealing with.

Waiting in a que for 30 mins due to loosing my card and needing cash as a matter of urgency. Upon going to the banker I said "Hi, I need to get some cash out please" she says do you have your card with you. ( well no obviously not else I'd have gone the machine!!!) she tells me I can't get money out without a card. I tell her she's incorrect because I've done it many times and it is a matter of urgency. She then changes her mind and I CAN get money out with proof of ID. Now I've been to three Barclays Banks and used my banking app as proof of ID she wouldn't accept that, nor proof of adress or my electronic passport or driving licence on my phone. I got very upset in front of everyone and made a embarrassment out of myself in full uniform. If I can go into Barclays Warrington or Liverpool without a card and be asked security questions to prove who I am... why can't this hard faced jobsworth do it?! I am livid. She was absolutely horrible her manor from the off.
