Five stars are insufficient for this company! When my external hard drive failed I was certain I'd lost 2TB+ of data. 5 star experience with EADR, I spoke to them before sending my 'dead' drives, got a reassurance it wasn't going to cost the earth. With a day or two, I have feedback on the state of the disks, then another day a view of what was on the disk, within the week what could be saved. couldn't ask for more. All my files (photos over the last 10 years) back very fast with a great experience, even got a free pen ;o)

Alison and Steve saved the bacon of a business client of ours who had a hard drive failure. managed to recover most of the data including all the sage accounts files. Steve kept us up-to date thought the process which allowed us to in turn keep our customer informed on the progress of the recovery of their data. Can't fault EADR and will certainly use again if we have another customer in the same situation.

Very prompt, courteous, and upstanding service from Comm-One Computer Services. My laptop displayed a blue screen on start up, so I sent two emails out to computer service companies near my house. Comm-One responded to my email almost immediately, and when I rang them they arranged to pick up the computer directly from my home. Less than 20 hours later, they rang with a diagnosis. Even though my hard drive was unrecoverable, I'm so impressed with the attentive service that I'll keep their phone number for a quick dial next time something goes wrong. And all this was resolved before the second company even responded to my original email!

Mark has maintained my 3 PC's for about 4 years. As a result the machines are kept right up to date and giving optimum performance. I bought a laptop from here and I was well aware it was 2nd hand. However what was not explained was that instead of using screws as is what should be used to seal down certain components and access to some components, GLUE was instead used. This meant when the laptop went wrong about 9 months after purchase, a repair was made near impossible as the glue prevented access to the internals of the laptop. The bloke I purchased off seemed friendly enough, however I think its appauling the glue was not mentioned as it really affected the viablility of the laptop long term. In the end it prevented a repair which left the laptop bricked after such a short period.

Took my printer in, had a paper jam, they said "don't do printers, buy a new one" not good enough, for a paper jam??? Just not interested, I'm so 😡 a 120 pounds all in one printer going in the bin cos of a bit of stuck paper, well I went to the competition, they removed the paper jam while I waited, 1 ink was out so they changed that while u waited, and get this, they only charged me for the ink, got my custom forever now, will reviewed next. What an amazing bank. I have just opened a new business in Norwich and after going to lloyds bank to open a new business account as i currently have my other business accounts and personal accounts with them and being told that nobody could do it in branch it has to be done over the phone and would take 6 weeks to open i decided to try here. This branch opened a new account in 2 weeks and could not of been more helpful. Its like old fashioned banking with the manager being around and knowing whats going on with you're account and all the staff knowing you're name. Im in the process of transferring all my accounts to the great team here.
