My MacBook was literally split in two, as the bottom bit broke of and I could see the inside of it, plus it couldn’t start at all and I didn’t know how to recover my stuff from it, let alone work on it and I thought it was all gone for good. But Adrian has literally saved the past decade of my work from that hard drive. He also cloned all the data, built in the new hard drive, new track pad and new battery. So now I basically have a new machine, literally at a mate rate, though he only knew me for a day. Extremely grateful for the professional, friendly and dedicated service!

My Mac computer with all my work related stuff suddenly crashed and would not start up. After calling Cyber-Call, i spoke to Adrian who said it was most likely a hard drive issue and would take a look at it to see the damage. It was quite severely damaged but thankfully he was able to retrieve all my data from the old hard drive and set me up with a new one. All very promptly done also, would highly recommend. When my hard drive died recently on my laptop, I called Adrian at Evolution and he was incredible. He understood the urgency of the situation and was able to quickly reassure me that everything was going to be OK (Music to my ears). He had retrieved the information from my broken hard drive within 24 hours. - There was no wait
- both Mark & Steve listened, weren’t patronising and they got straight to it
- they sorted it (having tried a few different approaches)
- they made a few other suggestions on how to improve things moving forward (but advised that I take a few days to think & plan, before making a decision). NO SELLING
- the charge for the work was very reasonable
To ‘top it off’, when I came to pay my card was ‘misbehaving’ and without hesitation Mark said “come back in the morning and sort it” - Which I of course did!
Fantastic ‘in store’ experience..... I will 100% use them in the future and also actively recommend them whenever I can.

Fixed my laptop after i messed it up while moving files around. They installed the latest windows software, cleaned the fan and put in a new wifi adapter within 3 days and for a good price :) laptop runs like new now and they are nice people

They are an electronics repair shop and the shop owners are very friendly people. We were in dire need of an adaptor for 2 days but didn't have the need to buy it, so they let us rent it for those 2 days for a couple of quids. They probably have the electronics you are looking for, definitely maybe!

I have used Reboot twice over the last few years while at uni in Bath and both times both Mark and Steve have been extremely helpful. The first time I used them I had just been told by Apple that my Macbook was unrecoverable and that I'd need to buy a new machine as it couldn't be repaired. However, when I took it to Reboot they quickly fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. The second time, after knocking my Macbook, the hard drive failed, with a lot of important files on it. I immediately took it to Reboot where they were able to replace my hard drive and salvage and transfer my files from the old hard drive. They are always friendly, and are always happy to give thorough explanations, which I really appreciate. They really went out of their way for me, and took a lot of care and time with me to help ensure that I had all the files I needed.

My phone's charging port was broken, and he fixed it. There was a manufacturer's problem with the new port, however (not his fault), and when I told him, he was extremely sorry, ordered a new part straight away, offered to come to my house as soon as he had the spare part, replaced it in my kitchen and didnt charge me anything for this service. I dropped my phone this morning, cracking the whole screen.By 12pm I had appointment book for 3pm for the screen to be fixed.
On arrival I was made welcome. He offered if I like to stay during the process of the repair, which was kind of him, as it was his home. During the time the phone was being repaired we talk and he told be about his experience with devices and how he enjoying fixing these items. Which was lovely to hear. He was kind and polite and was very patient, taking his time with the process.
Less an hour later he had completed the repair. It was good as new. I highly recommend this person if you need items repairing. Specially at an affordable price. I am so grateful to have found this person.

Fixed my phone screen in 45 minutes for a competitive price. They had run out of the black surrounds so I agreed to a white surround as I just wanted it fixed. Upon collecting my phone the technician has offered for me to return next week and they will swap it over for black when they are back in stock. 5* excellent service.

Excellent service! They repaired my broken iPhone 6 screen in 1 hour and at the price they quoted. Somehow the sensors on the bottom panel of the screen were damaged during the screen change and so they fixed the sensor panel without charge on the spot. They are really friendly but more importantly they did a great job for a reasonable price.

I called the day before to reserve an apple pencil and they guaranteed me that they were in stock and ready to pay and collect the next day. I was excited, I needed it for my iPad Pro. When I soon discovered that they did not open the next day. I waited for an hour hoping someone would show up, called several times and nothing. It was advertised that they would have open from 10-5:00. Tried to go back again at 2, still closed. Horrible that they trick their customers and do not even have the decency to say they would be closed.

Spilled water on my MacBook Pro 13' 2017... First visited Apple, they told me I had to pay 820 pounds to revive it (a new one costs 1250 pounds lol). I was recommended to visit FarPoint by a friend of mine. First they told me that everything would cost 500 pounds but after the repair additional details can be required. I said ok. It was on Wednesday, and I was promised to be informed about additional details by Friday. I called on Friday, they told me they'd call me on Saturday. On Saturday they told me - on Monday. On Monday they told me - on Tuesday. On Tuesday they told me that the detail Apple HAD SENT them was wasted. So they had to RECEIVE another detail. On Wednesday they called me and told that there was a need in additional 350 pounds detail. +40 pounds for the work done. I told that the next day I would come and decide. So, on Thursday I told that I didn't want it to be repaired so I wanted my laptop back. The assistant told "ok, by the evening you can pick it up". Guess what? It was not ready by that evening, so I had to come on Friday and finally take it.
What do we have as a result?
1. They order details from Apple. What's the point to repair in Farpoint stores if the prices are equal and they charge extra 40 pounds for work?
2. They were 4 working days late but refused to give me any discount.

My wife just bought a washing machine. I expected her to come back with the usual 'white goods sales' horror story but she came back to tell me what an exceptional experience she had had. Went to Bath this week to visit my family and went to PC world to look for a TV, As expected no sales staff was available. However I approached this Asian man (forgot his name) and it seemed like he was either new or on a work experience there. This man knew what he was talking about and was very nice, helpful and articulate. I enjoyed talking to him and made my experience better and when I asked him why he was so nice and enthusiastic. he replied "treat customers like new trainers and box them." this means take care of customers to the fullest. I loved this reply makes him so different then most workers in retail. Definitely coming back!

A staff member insisted to install and run a .exe file on my MacBook Pro even though I kept telling him that it’s not going to work. He had no idea what to do after he found out that he could not install the .exe file. I don’t know how he ended up working at a store selling laptops... I mean, anyone with a very basic knowledge of computers would know not to do that. Except for him, other stuff members were very helpful and at least knew about computers.

I was here to buy a camera. It took 10 minutes for someone to notice me and the service was awful so I left. I came back about 2 hours later and gave them a second chance to see if they are any better. I wait about 5 minutes and then was helped straight after the queue for exchanges went down and it was good quality service. Although they didn't know much what they did know was useful and did help me with my purchase. Really needs some work on service is what I would say.

Unbelievably bad. Went in at 1030 with an as new ASUS Zenfone Max Z010DA, complete in original packaging with all accessories. Mumbling boy took an age to say that it was clearly A grade but I needed a UK charger (even though that was not how it was delivered originally) and that he'd have to send for the price, and could I come back in 20 minutes. So, went home for alternative charger and returned an hour or so later. He was just leaving but had clearly not done anything about it as very good female assistant had to send away again for a quote. Returned half an hour later and accepted quote but that it had to be tested so could I return again in an hour and a half. Went for lunch and returned to the news that it was only Grade B because there might be dust in the speakers. So I asked what the new price would be but they couldn't find out so concluded that they couldn't accept it anyway because it was "only partly 4G."
It was now 1630 and I'd wasted a whole day and spent more than I'd have got for the phone just for lunch. All of these things could have been found out after my first visit - disgusting abuse of customers time - minus 5 stars.

Been using this post office for my mail order sales over two and half years during which I have sent hundreds of packages. Never had any reason to doubt the staff. They are *obliged by Royal Mail* to ask about content for safety reasons. The person normally behind the counter is soft-spoken and friendly and often throws in a bit of gentle off-the-cuff chit-chat which you cannot read anything into. The review that conveys an oddly negative impression of this gentleman is extremely unfair. It also bizarrely conflates failure to deliver with having posted at this office. The delivery process is a long chain, only the first step of which is within the control of the person serving you. I would put money on that particular problem not lying with Lower Weston Post Office. In fact I already have put money on it by buying a lot of postage there!

Sending post is a costly process, but the staff help to ensure your package/letter gets sorted as quickly as possible.
This particular office stocks the usual accessories and services you can expect. It can get a little short staffed at times and is managed by the staff that work the main shop, with the office at the back.

Often shut when it's supposed to be open. I've used the post office here about 5 times and on two of those occasions it has been closed when it should have been open. This morning they were "doing some checks", which I would have thought should be done outside of their opening hours.

The staff are trying their best but there is so little help for them. They're so understaffed. There are huge queues everyday and there was a single person serving for most of my wait. The max amount of servers by the end was 3 and the queues were twisting around the waiting area and beyond it. It needs more staff and a larger area for more tills.

Awful experience like everyone else. Why someone deemed it appropriate to move a very busy operation in a large accessible building to somewhere so much smaller - claustrophobic even - is a total mystery. It is SO SLOW... Having said that, the queues are so bad that they won't have any returning customers so perhaps they had the thought the whole process through after all. God help any poor souls venturing there just before Christmas - you might make it out by New Year!

Had to post parcels regularly in the lead up to Christmas, I know how to use the machines so could avoid the huge queue with often one or perhaps two staff present. Usually 2 -3 of the 5 machines were out of action due to printed receipts jamming in the printer device inside the machines. People unfamiliar with the machines required staff assistance.
Usually a staff member is required anyway to authorise the transaction for some unknown reason. Always a staff member is needed to take the packages inside to the main section also. It was often chaos and seething customers waiting at least 25 min for machines and double that for the staffed line.
I am not sure what the PO top level management is aiming to achieve other than paying themselves even more colossal & ludicrous salaries.

One member of staff at the till, one other assisting people on the self checkouts and fixing the self checkout machines. There is no point in having self checkouts that malfunction and that no one knows how to use, when trained staff who could be doing the whole process for each customer much faster, spend their whole time assisting headless chickens on the self checkouts. It is shameful to have one member of staff on the tills when there is a long queue for half an hour, the length I was waiting and then had to leave for work before being served, as the man in front of me dumped his hamper of parcels onto the counter, a situation easily sidestepped with two members of staff on tills. Its not Sainsbury’s, the self checkouts are clearly more complicated for customers than a simple supermarket scan and pay, which at the end of the process required staff assistance anyway, making the process time consuming and illogical. Why don’t you have trained members of staff at the tills who know what they are doing, serving untrained customers who clearly don’t have a clue what they are doing. You know, that simpler, logical, traditional service industry process? What service am I paying for? Shouldn’t I get paid for doing your job using these self checkouts? It’s like getting people to make their own burgers in McDonald’s. This will only get worse as you continue to cut jobs to save money. Privatisation has tarnished your name, image, and service.

We had an issue accessing some information online, and a helpful member of staff on the front desk (Lindsey) in Bath, took this on and investigated for us with I.T., and whilst it was a technical fault that could not be solved immediately, Lindsey updated us the very next day. Better than some banks I have been to, who would have simply said they didn't know how to solve it etc...

Terrible services. These lazy mean people just want to rip off your money. They can't even be arsed to change a 10 bob note for 50p. ANY other branch, bank or post office provide this service for all time for their customers. Also when the new tenner is out, HSBC, Natwest and all other bank give new notes to costumers any amount ON DEMAND. Only lloyds says "oh we can only give you whatever it is from the machine". F**k off! Will definitely switch bank.

The worst employee I have ever experienced in bank services. Unprofessional and unwilling to solve the problems. In the appointment, I was told that my name on BRP and Passport are different, because there exits a dash on the passport. And he told me that there is no way around unless I SORT the issue with UKVI. Besides, he told me that other banks may have the same issue. What a unprofessional employee....I have several account opened in UK already.

My partner and I were on a city break in Bath and required some banking assistance, we called at Santander and were dealt with quickly and professionally at the front desk by Richard. We left the bank feeling confident that the matter was being dealt with rather than exhausted as is so often the case with other Santander branches.

Short queue to use the desk service. While waiting a member of staff asked us what service we needed, and offered to assist at the information desk if we weren't able to use the main desk in the next minute or so. As it happened we didn't need it, but it was nice to be offered. The lady who dealt with us was also pleasant and helpful. Definitely better than our branch in London.

Tried opening an joint account with my wife, but had 2 weeks of being messed around and staff not replying to our calls. We had to arrange for a second appointment. After rearranging my work, on arriving to the branch we were informed that the member of staff was not there, and said that they had left a voice mail which was not true and they couldn't even tell us our telephone number. All they did was tell us we had to make another appointment. On the whole I would described the service as the worst I've ever received. Avoid at all costs. Choose a bank that actually knows what customer service is!

As a business customer it’s hard to get in and out quickly. There s dedicated change pick up point which is never manned meaning I have to join the queue of pensioners asking for money out. There should be someone manning the queue that can grab change when needed.

Found the manager in the Southgate branch rude and unhelpful. They have a £2000 a day withdraw limit and I needed £3500 for an emergency but the manager was not interested in helping so I asked to close my account but they still would not let me have my money, I would have to wait!!. Luckily for me I also have a HSBC account and they sorted me out. HSBC are now my main bank.
