Fast and effective service, I sent my laptop here in the early afternoon. I was not sure what the issue was, as it would not start up at all. Less than 4hrs later, the owner had replaced my drive. I took my phone in here last week the bloke offered no help and told him my switch board had gone took it to the shop around the corner after this they managed to fix it within 5 minutes and it wasn't my switchboard not being funny but I've had my phone fixed in that shop before and he lost all the screws connected into my iPhone so I should have put a complaint in beforehand so would stay very clear there an amazing phone shop 2 minutes around the corner I recommend him all the way

My 2016 Mac Book Pro no longer booted up and thought I'd give Predator Repairs (or whatever other aliases they go under in Ebay)
In hindsight I should walked back out the door seeing the state of the shop, but for whatever reason I stayed....
Long story short I left it with them at the start of the 3rd Jan 2019 and now just got it back 7th May 2019 after much chasing on my behalf.
It has been a very very frustrating experience and one that lasted 5 months which I had to pay £60 for the privilege.
So if you fancy a paid service where you :
- are told different things by different staff members
- promised to be called back and not hearing anything
- hearing excuses after excuses
Then this is the place to go.
EDIT : Look at the response from the owner full of excuses and he responded faster to this negative review then any of the queries I had during the 5 months wait.

My iMac suffered virus, would not restart or shut down. Text edit could not display contents. Lee, very pleasant intelligent young man collected and returned my iMac, restored back to normality within few days.
They also cleansed contacts on my Desk Top Pro laptop.
Replaced external hard disc drive, to back up iMac.
Delighted with this firm, recommend to all should you suffer problems with your Apple equipment. Thought price charged very reasonable.

Dishonest - do not buy from these people. Ripped me off for £500 in total! I purchased a touch screen computer from them with a small corner chip on the glass, It arrived with a unresponsive cracked screen and faulty unbootable harddrive. They refused responsibility and requested I contact UPS to claim, who came and assessed, it was due to poor packing. I purchased a discounted second pc from them as I was desperate and under time restrictions. This too came cracked , without power , a different model and hard-drive faulty . It was not as per the picture they sent me. I have now bought 2 broken devices from them which they refuse to refund or repair. I have sent countless messages, they just ignore me and now have blocked my number..

Great Product Even Better Service
For the third time I had dropped my old laptop and rendered it useless, so decided to take the plunge into the world of Toughbox lap tops. Sky 7 had some on offer and after consulting my IT engineer I bought one this morning. As soon as I'd pressed the buy button I realised that the proposed delivey date was not within my time scale, so I emailed Sky 7 to see if I could pay to have it sent out sooner.
Within half and hour of sending the request I was contacted by Mo at Sky 7 who explained the problem he has with gaurenteeing deliveries when he has to rely on the various courior service and their occasional un-orthodox delivery practices. I explained that I needed the computer before the weekend and was willing to collect, absolutly no problem came the responce, you tell me what time you can get here and I will be there to meet you. As it turned out I was able to travel later this afternoon, and on arrival was met by Mo and his hard working brother who were most welcoming and even more helpful when it came to the computer. I was given a brief tutorial and the product could not have been better. A slightly better specification from the original one ordered and complete with software that I was familiar with.
Thanks for your hospitality and patience during my visit and I would recomend Sky 7 to anyone who is in need of high quality equipment coupled with genuine good service.

Post Office has gone down hill since it has moved, no wonder there seems to be a revolving door of staff.
Some are just grumpy and plain rude, rather go the extra few miles to other post offices to receive nice and friendly staff.

Absolutely agree with all the other reviews about how bad this place is. Been here twice and both times met with bad customer service. Very inattentive staff always left waiting at self service machines that don't work properly. Last time I went one member of staff was very pushy and rude, condescending. Made me relabel something when I was in a hurry even though I've labelled in the same way many many times and never had a problem. On top of this he asked me what was in two of the parcels and when I answered asked again!!! Very invasive! He also asked if any banned items were in the packages even though I already selected 'no' on the self service machine for each and every parcel. He didn't believe me and asked me again and made me look at the list!! These we're completely normal packages no reason for him to suspect me and embarrass me by asking me so many questions, probing into what I was sending and being genrallge rude and condescending. I send 5+ a month packages but I am put off and will now ship these with someone different. Staff need retraining and supervision and reteaching customer service skills immediately. Also cannot believe so many people have complained management have not replied to any reviews or done anything!!

I know they are busy, but the blonde lady there acted in a very very very rude way today. First she was telling me about the postage options and I was listening, she mentioned the first option and the second option and I was nodding my head (I thought there was still other options to mention) but then she looked at me as if I don't speak English and asked in a very rude way and slow words" which one do you want"
The second issue is that she put all my parcels, which are items returning to different sellers of Amazon and she knew it, she put all in one receipt, even though I put each item in separated parcel and handed it seperately and some parcels are supposed to go to china others are within the UK, so it is just a big mess and a big hassle for me to track them after but she doesn't care. I told her very gently that I won't be able to get the postage refunded from Amazon this way, but she replied in a very rude and angry way that this was my mistake and that I should move because I was blocking the queue!!! I lost 25£ postage refund thanks to this unprofessional service in addition to the fact that I have no proof of posting any items, so if the items got lost I won't be able to get any refund, the items worth 250£
I am trying to file a complaint to deduct this amount from this unprofessional person salary
I should mention that the gentleman and the other lady there are really kind and helpful I never had issues before but it was my bad luck today to be served by an angry person

I shop and use the post office here often, the staff here are generally quite rude.
Last week I entered the shop with my puppy in my arms, the shop assistant did nothing but glare at me but this is pretty usual. I then returned to the shop the following week to quickly post something and she was very rude and said that I am not allowed in the shop with my puppy. I said that I was confused because I posted a letter here last week, she then lied and said she had already discussed this with me even though I had never had never had a coversation with this women in my life.

Rude, racist staff. Considering this was my first time visiting this branch to deposit cash, I wouldn’t expect to be interrogated by the lady working the cashier desk, who was very rude and asking me where I got cash and why I always come here (again, this was my first visit to this branch). Ms Sarah Wallis is the best customer service officer ever. She was warm, patient and polite in assisting me in opening my international student's account. In the process, she also gave me a good wealth of information regarding splendid places in the UK to visit, as well as how to cope with living in the UK as a newly arrived foreigner. I mean, I have lived all my life in Singapore and I have never received customer service in a bank, as good as what Ms Wallis have given me. The poorest customer service I have ever received in a bank. Very work shy staff for such a large branch. Only large in square footage I guess as there were no floor walkers, minimal cashiers and slow, uninformed service.
During my visit I booked an appointment as intended in the end after failed attempts to fob me off online, to telephone banking and even to another branch! Needlesss to say I will be making a complaint, cancelling and going elsewhere.

Worst branch I've ever been too. AVOID at all costs. Was refused my own money even with x2 ID's, my BROKEN bank card (as I was waiting for a replacement ) and loads of statements and evidence of id. As I requested a manager, a very rude boy in a mans body approached me, came into my personal space in my face and said "you ain't having your money end of, carry on and we will shut your account down completely." So, I agreed and said ill change to Natwest , he then stormed off swearing and refused to even do that! once my 11th bank card arrives, will be switching to Natwest and reporting the large boy about his behaviour. Bare in mind this has happened previously , with no issues with cash withdrawal up to £2000. I explained this to the big boy, and he couldn't account for this Even though it was printed x5 on the system infront of us all?? So as a BRANCH manager , he said Lloyds policy had been broken numerous times but he 'wasn't' there. Absolute jokers, or should I say complete bankers.

Machine on the far left was faulty outside the bank. After waiting 15 mins the machine said 'out of service' went inside and while I was gone card and money came back out which were promptly stolen by another customer (I was told after CCTV was checked.) The manager offered no refund or apologies. She didn't give any advice to report the crime or write to head office.. just told the customer service lady to tell me that i couldn't get my money back as the card was a bit bent! Went away and did that then went back, was then told there has to be a specific advisors there and he wouldn’t be for another 10 days. It would have been helpful to be told that the first time. Also, I’ve paid for parking on both occasions.
