Very good service; brought my laptop for repair and even though it couldn’t be fixed due to a dead logicboard, Hennessey diagnosed the problem, informed me of what likely caused the board to short-circuit & was honest with the outcome of the repair if he were to perform it (would take too long, 50% chance of it being fixed, might die in the future again... etc). In addition, he's a very hospitable person & has a great personality. Would highly recommend his service to others.

Hennessy saved my Macbook! He runs a professional and reliable service that produces great work. He was very quick to fix my laptop and it is now working better then it had for some time before it broke! Absolutely fantastic service. My laptop wouldn't turn on and I hadn't backed it up in 2 weeks, with all my uni work on it. Someone came to pick up my laptop within a few hours of me calling, and said they would report back to me within 24 hours. Later that evening I was sent a photo of all my files, restored. The next day - a Sunday - someone delivered my laptop back to me, completely fixed and will all my data restored. So grateful and so impressed to experience such fast service on the weekend. Couldn't recommend more!

This guy literally saved my life recovering the data from one of my hard drives! Could not recommend him more. Very honest compared to everyone else I had a quote from! Job was done not only seamlessly, all my data appeared as the last time I saw it, but also incredibly helpful in trying to help me with logistics in any way he could (even lent me one of his drives to allow me to transfer the old data to a new drive). I don't think I will ever look anywhere else in the future! 10 stars!

Yogi is incredible! Don't go looking anywhere else. I usually never write reviews, but I have never encountered a service this good. The price was unbeatable, and not only did he fix the battery in my old mac really fast, he also dropped it off at my flat on a Friday evening. He has done a great job and my Mac is now working really well (I have not been able to use if for the past three months due to a swollen battery, which Apple refused to replace as it was an old model). Fantastic service from start to finish.
Took in my old PC tower, which had stopped working,
they renewed the components that needed changing and cleaned
inside and out, also some of my old files i could not
open when returned back to office with PC,
called Repair Daemon and a engineer came the next day and restored everything back to how it was but, better and faster.
Would recommend using Repair Daemon.

If I could I would put minus stars. Very rude and condescending on the phone. also doesn't actually listen and talk to you like to an idiot looking down from their high horse. Worst costumer service by a mile. Will always avoid.

I mostly review on facebook and leave many good reviews. I have contacted another service who where extremely nice and helped out and have received deserved 5 stars.

Very dishonest place. I brought in my laptop to be repaired and was given a warranty. When I came to get my computer I was shown that it turned on and ran. 6 hours later it crashed back home and stopped working. Later, after the second attempt at repairing it, when I asked about the warranty I was told it had been cancelled because my laptop had already been repaired once. When a place specialised in repairing computers considers 6 hours of life as a success, you know you have to stay away from it. AND PLEASE DO.

Great service! James reviewed my laptop and found a replacement for the dysfunctional keyboard. All done reasonably quickly for a reasonable fee. Absolutely amazing service. Found James on Google when moved into my new place, decided to give it a try. Not only was he super efficient where I called the number at 8am and got my laptop in to be fixed by 12pm, he fixed it earlier than agreed and called me straight away to come and collect it. Charges are always agreed in advance and only make changes after you've agreed to it. Would use again!

I brought two laptops to James for repair in December.
The Sony VAIO needed a new graphics card and the HP was performing slowly. James replaced the graphics card and replaced the HDD in the HP with a SSD drive. Both repairs were completed within 24 hours and both laptops now work very well.
In response to a couple of the negative reviews, James was also very clear on the phone about the chances of successfully replacing the graphics card on the Sony VAIO and made no guarantees that he could do so. Fortunately, he did a fine job.
He explains very clearly any problems he diagnoses and the potential solutions.
Additionally, he was also able to recover photographs on an old compact flash card (which Snappy Snaps were unable to recover) using his data recovery software.
I was a returning customer. James had fixed my Sony VAIO laptop three years earlier after another outlet had 'fixed' the BSOD but loaded a dodgy version of Windows 7. On this occasion, James loaded an official version of Windows 7 and added a SSD which greatly improved the performance of this laptop which continues to the present.
I highly recommend the services of James and Canary Wharf Laptop Repairs.

Got my MSI not turning on for nobody knows what the reason is. James couldn't find the solution either but generally he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Got it back with a recommendation that he think might be able to sort it out.
Highly recommended. They will do everything they can to fix your problem. And if they can't fix it for you, no charges plus what they think will be worth trying

Replaced broken laptop screen. I bought a replacement screen on eBay and then Atlantic Computers did the installation. Geoff came to our house late in the afternoon to collect the laptop and then delivered it back to us the next morning. Very very happy with the service!

The woman is nice in there. The owner who is the man makes up his own prices. I know this because when I send a similar weight he charges double what the woman charges in there and double than any other post office. Very disgusting. The male owner overcharged me for an envelope and seemed affronted when I asked for a refund. The two glass items I was posting both arrived broken and unlabeled even though I specifically told him they were glass and asked him to put a Fragile sticker on them (which he told me he had!). Previously a friend was told he couldn't use his debit card either. Will now use Blackheath Post Office instead.

Solid and reliable, it's clean and very well managed. I try to go here before anywhere else as its extremely efficient and organised. If you've ever had to go to the Post Office in Dalston you'll see how oppressive they can truly be. This place is excellent and does a good line in packaging and cards, the kind of local post office that's very much worth fighting for and a Godsend for regular eBayers

Staff are really unhelpful, not explaining why they're refusing to take my parcel (already postage paid)! Didn't seem to understand it had been franked at my workplace and I was just taking the orders to them to ship out. Local neighborhood Post Office, not to big so can get very busy in seconds. Mostly only two out of three counters are open, staff not always in mood... or fast enough (especially when you're in rush). And also, no chance to use some of Post Office services, like dealing with DVLA photocard licence renewal.

By far the worst sorting office I have ever had to receive mail from. They lost one of my parcels, took my number to call me when found however I never got a phone call. When I visited the branch again to find out what was going on, it had been found but they just couldn't be bothered to call me and let me know! Great communication. However the worst of all is the opening hours. Even Great Yarmouth's sorting office has extended opening hours - til 20:00 some evenings! There is not one day of extended opening hours in this branch. The latest they are open til is 13:00! Considering the scope of ground this sorting office is supposed to serve, this is an absolute joke. How does this serve a community where many of those who work commute? How can I get my mail when as a student nurse I do a placement of 12.5 hours 3-4 times a week and on my days off I work half days, totally missing the 13:00 close time of his sorting office?

I find it puzzling that people's first instinct, when struggling to locate this destination, is to assume that the address is wrong. The address is correct, it is, in fact, Google's outdated address database which is wrong. As far as I'm aware, the lovely staff in this office aren't responsible for the maintenance of Google information systems.
As stated on your "Something for You" card, the correct postcode is SE8 3EQ. This should take you straight to where you need to go :) :)

The man behind the counter in the sub post office is extremely rude and has an attitude problem. I have had the misfortune of having to go to this post office a few times now and on each occasion I have been treated with the most disgusting customer service. I think this man feels secure and untouchable within his little cubicle and so can treat anyone how ever he wants which is in a rude and obnoxious way. I usually don't write reviews but have felt compelled to do so as I feel so strongly about this man's attitude. On the last occasion I was there he literally threw the receipt through the 'cubby hole' and it was only when I looked at him with a 'who do you think you are' look that he realised how rude he was being and mumbled a weak thanks. If you can avoid using this post office I would recommend you do so as no doubt you will also experience what I have very time I have been in. My wife is also treated the same way by this man. So I'm sure it's not only me who is treated this way and it is only a matter of time before one of his customers sees him out of his secure little cubicle and decks him

Only complaint is when i tried to send of a parcel my print was light so they couldn't scan the barcode (understandable) but when ask if they can type the bar code manually they said it wasn't possible which i find quite surprising!(Code wasn't even long to type in)

Worst customer service I ever had in a post office. The lady on the counter (of an Asian origin , I don't know her name unfortunately) was not only extremely rude to me but also refused to even check whether my a few of my parcels qualify as letters rather than small parcels. I asked her politely a few times and the answer was just "no". I could have complained to her manager then , but unfortunately I had two small kiss with me and naturally no time to engage in a longer conflict. But the service was just horrible and she even threw a few of my parcels in the pile as opposed to gently putting them. She tried calling me 'Love' as well which sounded rude and patronising.

Always helpful, I've never had an issue in retrieving items. Most of the staff are long-timers who generally know you or your street and are always quick to locate that missing item.
As for the Amazon label issue: if you're a regular Amazon customer you should know by now that every cost will be passed on to someone else or avoided entirely. Take a little charge of the situation and invest in a compact printer for the future. This would not only remove uncertainty about getting a returns label printed but also speed up the Saturday morning queues.

Not only this place has rude staff you have to deal with, but their working hours are completely random, often making you waste time if you have to post or collect something.
It seems like these are not new problems and they don't care enough to improve their service.
I filled a complaint form on the Post Office website and I recommend everyone that experienced bad service to do the same, it's the only way we can get the service improved or the Post to be moved to somewhere where they care about customers and are at least kind of reliable.

In the past a member of staff here has been rude to me and I have refused to use this post office. However, Parcel force have left a parcel there for me to collect. Guess what? Despite the website stating that the post office is open, three visits today and the shutters are down with no indication why, or when it will be open. This post office should probably be closed, and the community redirected to a better one with a professional service.

Atrocious service at the post office counter. The staff (well the one woman that ever seems to be on) are unhelpful to the point of being deliberately argumentative, and torturously slow. Last time, I even saw her recklessly fling my parcel into the post sack. I often use other Post Offices in the surrounding areas just to skip the aggravation. The one star in my review goes to the shop part, which is quite well stocked, has cold beers and oyster card facility. Avoid the parcel counter like the plague though!!!!

Long queue when I visited. Service was fine for me. The problem is the opening hours - 9:00-17:30 on weekdays coincides with when most people are at work. Outside of that it is only open Saturday morning. This really makes it pretty useless for any one working standard hours.

Disgraceful customer service. Woman behind the desk shouted at me a didn't know where in Ireland a package was going (with full postal address) . Told me she didn't have the ability to check address either and told me to check, lol. I have felt funny and rude vibes before but ignored them. This time I leave Google review and will officially complaint to Post Office Head Office. The Google Reviews are accurate and inline with my experience. The only reason they are still running is because people need post office services, the shop has barely any customers and rightly so. Advice to Brockley Road Post Office Staff. Stop telling people if they don't like the rude service you provide, they can go to another Post Office, which is over 30 minute walk away. Instead treat the locals with customer service of the post office as you do with your shop. Talk to customers as you would like to be spoken to. If you can't do that then give the franchise back so somebody else (a decent family) can run our local post office politely. Fix up or check out. Went there to collect my BRP.. had to wait in line for over an hour.. the lady at the counter is impolite and unprofessional. I told her that the that the letter says that I can collect my BRP from 19 and today is the 20. She said they received a huge number the other day but she doesn't have access to it. Not only that, I also wanted to change the location of collection and she lied and said it is not possible and asked me to come back again on Monday and cuts you off when you talk.

The rudest employees of any company you will ever meet, and the most impractical opening times known to man. Why would you open during a tiny window in an area which is predominantly working people, therefore...AT WORK between 8-12.30am. Expect LONG queues at the weekend because of this, almost down to the shopping entrance. The Queues have needed Police assistance to avoid stopping traffic in the whole of South East London at times!

Two older blonde ladies working on desks 1 & 2 this afternoon at 16:00 incredibly rude, refused to serve me despite having a passport and card with me.... When being told that this poor level of customer service would lead to me closing my account one had the cheek to laugh... I can assure you that if I was not a 25 year old but a middle aged man or woman this would not have been their response. Frankly if your staff do this I do not want to bank with you anymore which is a shame because i have had an account for 15 years. I would recommend either providing more regular training or a deeper vetting system upon employment or even getting rid of the old and bringing in some new faces who have a drive and a passion for the job. I will now spend the reminder of my Friday looking for a new bank to use and deposit the rest of my money once I have found one.

I visited the Eltham branch today just after 9am to enquire about my son’s junior account and the lady in the customer services desk wasn’t helpful at all. I had been locked out of my Internet banking for a month and a young man named Fazan helped me reactivate within 10 minutes. Sometimes I have to wait what seems like forever on the customer service phone line so I was extremely grateful. He also introduced me to the new connected money app which makes you manage your account better and allows you to see all of your bank accounts outside of HSBC too! Wonderful!

Queue was long, one of the staff rushed me to remember my pin and when I told the staff to give me a minute to remember I was forced to hurry up. So I entered the pin incorrectly and the staff ordered a new pin request which I need to wait another seven working day to get a pin request change. What is the point making an appointment to let your customer wait for over 30 mins? Also your (I will be 5 mins) turned out to be 15 mins before I left.
Some people keep to their schedule maybe hire some grown ups who understands the concept of time keeping.
