I left my 1080p laptop screen to get fixed here but at first, I got a 786p Screen instead of a 1080p screen.
So I did send it back again saying the screen might be a lower resolution than Full HD and he called up his supplier and dealt with it without costing me more!
The repairer was very nice and easy to talk to as well as I walked in with someone wondering how to download videos off youtube and he calmly told them the details simply.

Absolutely useless came from Paisley to use ek repairs. Dropped off on the Monday was told to pick up the next day so turned up on the Tuesday with phone untouched told he couldn't repair with the same colour part but offered me a different colour. Completely useless!!!!

Second screen of my Huawei p9 does not work. They do not use original spare parts. The warranty ends three months after the first repair. I'll have to change the screen somewhere else and pay again. I do not recommend it. The screen comes off the phone and white spots appear

I took my brand new Huawei p20 in to get a new back cover on it. When I got the phone back it was completely unuseable. The screen is only showing coloured lines, the touch screen doesn't work at all, and the phone is overheating. I took the phone back in to show them and they denied that it had anything to do with their repair. There was no problem with the phone before I gave it to them. I took the phone to my friend who does repairs and he opened it up and said it was the worst he has ever seen. I am now over £500 down and EK repairs haven't admitted responsibility. Avoid.

I am disabled and used the delivery service online regularly and found it great however lately I have found the stock online very limited and tried to order at 8.30 on a Saturday night and the website wouldn’t let me order delivery until Sunday. When I phoned I was hung up on. The last few delivery’s have been late and various excuses given usually blaming the computer system. Very disappointed.

How is it that I can recieve a package through my letter box and then take it here to return it and be charged £2.00 more to return it. These people are just plucking prices out of thin air. It's not the first time this has happened and God knows how much profit they are skimming from their customers. I will be using Halfway Post Office from now on as they are honest and a lot more friendly unlike the rude staff in Blantyre.

Post office staff are rude and treat customers with disdain. Just because they know most customers that are local doesn't give them the right to talk to them and treat them like something they dragged in off the street. A complaint will be filed in regards to Catherine and Amar(?) that work in the post office. Rude and ignorant. I wouldn't even give it one star.

This is one of the worst branches I've ever been in. A lady named Claire was very hostile from the get go and refused to cash a check in since the app had rejected it. She told me it would automatically be rejected since the app rejected it. Customer services via a phone call disagreed entirely with Claire. She also said that it wasn't possible to manually enter the check in the system which is totally incorrect.. Every branch has the ability to manually enter the check serial number etc. Claire had little to no knowledge, made more than 2 mistakes and had virtually no customer service skills. For me simply a friendlier attitude would of negated all of her flaws. I went to argyle Street branch and the service was much friendlier more professional and the check was cashed in within minutes.

Before speaking to Patrick at the call centre in Hamilton I had spoken to representatives at Nationwide, Natwest and Lloyds who all unfortunately failed to accurately explain intricacies with regards to data protection. It is imperative to note, Patrick did an outstanding job in simplifying and breaking down HSBC (and general banking) T's & C's with regards to data protection and explaining the connection to GDPR. Customer service at it's finest.

You have faceless people who make judgements on people who have had problems and are trying to get them sorted , ( Just like a Bank!!!! ) I asked for a loan and was told my credit report has some blips on it, the guy never elaborated, also I have no savings at this time, that is about to change , also they were concerned about how I would be able to pay it back , to me I would just pay it like the first one and never missed a payent on that, I work down in Port Glasgow and yes this company is different to others I have worked for they pay fortnightly but are billion dollar company, also I find your office is not welcoming and is cold and nobody cant get by the desk lady , also I have asked on several occasions before I applied for my latest loan to speak to someone and was asked about a million questions and then handed a loan form, and when the loan is refused you never offered any alternative when you say no , I was under the illusion that you were here to help people like me and others apparently not !!!, I will be using the savings account service but that is all and I will never put myself in that position where your made to feel small and not worth the salt in yer chips,I would not recommend your services ,

Excellent service always with a smile, applying for a loan is made so easy and u don't feel like you are under the microscope like other credit unions and you are not made to feel that it's there money you are taking, the lady who always deals with the loans is so very helpful and I love travelling to Blantyre from ek to use this fabulous run service. My daughter has been with this credit union since primary and I joined about 6 months ago, top class service thank you Ruth Moore & Rachel Girvan

Two stars because the Staff are so nice in telling you no not this time, so when i ask for help to understand where I am going wrong all of a sudden all I get told is I'm sorry it's to do with my credit report, don't understand this as my report has never been good though I have always payed my loan repayments on time and if I have ever been in trouble I always make sure I pay everything back even if I need to use my savings and this is used agenst me

Haven't had a bank card for over a year nearly multiple query cases opened up with no follow up only to be told equifax are stopping my card being issued. Nonsense Bern in touch with them they having nothing to do with my bank. Have to enter the extremely busy bank in a 5 mile radius as there's no other just to lift even small transactions

I have been a Royal Bank customer for many years. The aggressive manner in how some staff in the EK branch push the use of a mobile app is unacceptable and against the basic principles of customer service. This is completely different to other RB branches. Is this the manager's directive as I am sure not Head Office's? Remember, it's not what you say....but how you say it.

Awful service, only 2 cashiers on while the rest walked about with I pads doing nothing, waited half hour to put money in as can't do it when putting coins in, the machine gives u a receipt then u need to wait in a queue, changing banks next week as this branch is awful, time to put more cashiers on.....
