Extremely efficient and helpful service. I had a hard drive fail on my MacBook and was worried I'd lost everything. My laptop was collected and returned within four days, fully operational. I received regular text messages while it was being repaired updating me on progress, including the status of overnight recovery software to save my files and suggesting repair options. It was fitted with a reconditioned hard drive (I was offered the option of a new one too) and a new external back up system. The final cost was significantly less than I had expected. Often when dealing with computer technicians it is easy to feel they speak a different language! That wasn't the case at all, it was a pleasure dealing with them and I am genuinely delighted with the work they've done. I am very pleased to recommend them without any hesitation.

I had problems with my old iMac that was stuck in a loop and wouldn't open. Called Rob who was able to promptly arrange an appointment, arrived on time and sorted out the problem. In an earlier visit he was able to sort out WIFI issues that were causing problems and again satisfactorily resolved them. I am very appreciative of the service provided and with the knowledge that the support is out there if I need it. Thankyou.

My iMAC unexpectedly hit the 'terrible twos' with the verve of a recalcitrant toddler. JAPIT Computer Services is the only IT/Computer service we will use from now on...I like that they come to you so you do not have to unplug your computer and lug it someplace. Where we used to live computer repair services will try to milk you for extra money by selling you extra products and or services you do not need or want.This is not the case with JAPIT. In fact, they usually come with software and anti-virus products that are included in the very reasonable price or recommend free ones..... And we like free.....Our computer is quite old but JAPIT has kept it up and running almost like new. We have saved lots of money with them and would urge fellow silver surfers to give them a call they really do help when others tried to make us spend unnecessarily.
I will definitely be recommending to my friends....

Brilliant service. My HP laptop had a broken screen. I called Khalifa on Monday and my laptop was fixed by Saturday. The price was the same as I had been quoted at PC World and the service was so much better. No sending my computer off and waiting for 2 weeks without it. Khalifa came to me and fixed it at my house. Really pleasant experience and I will definitely use the company again if I ever need any repairs. Thoroughly recommend :)

I have a Dell 9Q33 12.5 inch XPS ultrabook. The original Dell battery expanded pushing the touchpad up out of the case. I bought a 'no brand' chinese battery which solved the issue of the touchpad. However, the laptop refused to charge the battery as it was not a genuine Dell and also the battery mis-reported it was 100% charged when it had no charge. So, £50 wasted.
Dell wouldn't help, said it was out of warranty and did not have the battery anyway. Other providers seem to take advantage of this and charge a fortune for the battery. I found Black Cat online and called Rob to confirm that it was a new, genuine Dell and he said yes and in stock, so I ordered.
Arrived the next day, genuine Dell and fitted in 10 minutes (you have to take the laptop back off to fit). All working, happily charging and a very happy customer.
Wholeheartedly recommend Black Cat for all of your Dell spares needs. Will definitely use again. Thanks Rob!

Had big problems on my pc and laptop that was purchased from another supplier, contacted BLACK CAT PC and was given help with the problems, they could have told me to take them back to the company I purchased them from but they did not, instead BLACK CAT PC worked for some days on both my PC and my laptop to sort the problem.

Black Cat repaired my computer recently. I had trouble for months and had taken to others for repairs, but the problem was not resolved.
Ben rebuilt the machine, replacing the faulty parts and made it work like a dream. All for a very reasonable price.

Even if everyone else seems to be saying differently on here, the chap was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I went to him with an unreadable SD card, somehow he managed to save all of my files (photos) which amounted to approximately 1,500. Needless to say he was a lifesaver for me. I would definitely recommend. He also helped me clear some malicious files off of my laptop too, which I didn't even know were there. 5 star from me!

Been going to this shop for years with laptops, gaming pc
I was quite disappointed on the last visit few weeks back had my laptop upgraded to Windows 10 it's now stuck in the draw and can't use it as it is now very very slow when I told him about it didn't want to know only keep making excuses I want a refund don't care if he keeps the laptop so much for being a good customer.

A very good experience. Judging from the previous reviews the must have been relating to a different place or were from competitors even perhaps.
Took my laptop in due to a charging issue. Found them very knowledgeable and very helpful (and yes I do no at least a little about what I'll call 'IT' but the matter was beyond my knowledge).
Notwithstanding taking my laptop in on a Bank Hol, they worked on it over the weekend and today I have it back. Picked up on my way home. Admittedly I did have to text message the number their shop voicemail gave me, but they got back to me within an hour or so. They're a small business and are no doubt busy, I've seen that they are on my visits to the centre.
I now have my laptop checked and all internal power is fine, they cleaned it since they had the case open and the processor also - performance is obviously improved.
I have a new charger transformer, well actually a used one they had for £12.99p. They have saved me the £60+ it would have cost to but a new charger from elsewhere whether Sony or a 3rd party kind. The work and the clean was around £20.00p. So I have saved £45+ and also I have my laptop in really good condition. Whats not to like!

Heaps of PCs Ltd recently replaced my hard drive for me, after it 'died'. A 1TB hard drive at a very reasonable price + a health check.
Luckily, I back up my PC/Laptop. Even so, they were able to retrieve all my docs and pics and popped them on the new hard drive for me too.
I by no means an IT 'noob' and this was second time I've used their services for a what turned out to be a hardware matter, which speaks for itself. Very good and very fair price wise.

Do not ever try to sell a computer to this chap. I tried to sell him an almost brand new Lap Top ( owner had died just after purchasing it) receipt still inside and still in its box with two memory cards charger and adaptor and mouse receipt for £279 plus extras inside box.. Chris heap messed me about keeping it for a week saying had hadn't had time to test it. Promised to ring back with a price and never did! Eventually after chasing him for a week he offered me £30 for it YES £30 what an insult. Needless to say I took it back and have subsequently sold it for £140. Nuff said.

Every time we went back to see if it's ready he would fob us off and come out with some excuse..found he was closed slot during opening hours.. If I could give 0 starts I would. Great if you just need to withdraw cash using one of the cash points. But the staff are dreadful. Incompetent, rude and it's as if they have taken a course on how to lose customers. Avoid if you possibly can. Needed to get bank statements with my new address on, tried online chat first on Barclays app was helpful until the person left chat and matter was not finished so I'd thought I'd pop in the branch and get them as did this a couple of years ago at Staines branch which was nice and easy , so walked down there the staff were rude and not helpful saying they can not help and no offer in sending me one in post, as they were so rude walked to Santander to open an account so I can be done with Barclays, they were nice in there and helpful and while I was there the customer next to me wanted exactly what I wanted in Barclays and they did it straight away with a smile, bye Barclays

It's a bank... A bank from Lloyds Banking group...
Pretty much the devil, the people who suck out your soul and send you to hell while gambling your money on the open market and aiding the UKs attempt in becomingbankrupt.
This particular shop of financial doom has lovely staff who clearly are well maintained and washed to smell nice, well verced in banking etiquette and ready to suck the life from you..... Always a friendly smile while driving you in to depressed so deep it's only possible by a bank.
The store is tidy and feels just like a prison for your soul to be tortured for eternity....

I visited NatWest Chichester on Friday as I had lost my debit card on Thursday and some kind person handed it into the branch. The experience was not good, there was only one customer service point and 6/8 people in the queue and the wait was about 30 minutes. Surely someone could have monitored the activity in the central hall and opened the second customer service point.
When I did actually reach the lady on duty she was kind and helpful.
I have been with NatWest for approximately 60 years and I expect a more efficient service. Could do better!!

People who moan about the machines should go to barclays instead there is no human tills there except a business desk at least there is 3 human desks here oh yes it might have long queues at time's but remember old people take longer to do stuff

Staff are always friendly and helpful, problem is they have been replaced by machines, if I wanted to use a computer to do my banking, I would do at home. It's nice to be greeted and should I not have bank card with me, ID can been seen by a employee, something which a machine can't do.
The opening hours and an absolute joke, closed at 1630, people have to work, should we get an early finish it's still impossible to meet these opening hours.
The Queues to see Customer Service Representive are long. I really used to enjoy banking at NatWest, such a shame.

My experience of Nat West banking is becoming worse, not only has my preferred branch (Barnham) been closed but I am now confronted with banking terminals at the Chichester branch. I am very IT competent but feel that I pay for a level of service higher than offered. Yes there is someone to guide you but the expected professional transactional relationship and sense of security has been lost. To be told by bank staff that people like the terminals purely because they are using them is naive of a company such as Nat West. This is not backed up by the line of customers waiting at the currently available desks. You may have convinced your staff that the changes are sensible but not all your customers.
Customers also have to pay for parking in order to access the Chichester branch, should I send you a bill for this?
Time to consider a change of provider.

Great staff, only problem is they have been replaced by machines, needed to speak to someone regarding my account, only problem is I had to wait over 45 minutes to see a member of staff the first time(without a queue).
And second time I was told we're low on staff, honest which is a bonus, but not very helpful, again banks putting their profits before their customers. So another wait of over an hour. Absolutely Shocking!
I bank with a number of other banks such as NatWest and Nationwide, I also have this problem with NatWest. Nationwide however do seem to be slightly better.
