The internet security on my laptop reported that my system had a virus, when I clicked on remove threat the system crashed and I was presented with the dreaded blue screen, I tried all of the screens requests but to no avail. Contacted Computer Repair Centre Aintree and explained the problem, and an engineer came and restored and cleaned my system. Great Service.

Replaced Google Pixel screen - not the best repair I've seen, sharp plastic coming through the ear piece, and the screen looks uneven under the glass. I should have paid the extra few pounds to get an official Google repair.
It was a Google Pixel 2 XL and the screen was repaired at this shop. I collected it in person from here. It wasn't sent away and was repaired by The Phone Surgery.

Fixed phone charging port which stopped working. Took it in to be told there is a fault with the ic chip. 45 pounds it would cost. Went to the phone repair shop a couple of doors down who checked the phone to find the charging port was not connected to the phone properly. Would have been 45 pounds out of pocket for someone who didn’t connect something to the phone properly when fixing it.

This company (with the private ebay account niceomen111) bought a brand new mobile phone mains charger from us on eBay and emailed us stating it "seems to not working" to get a free return, which we had to pay for. When we informed them we test all our returns, and that they would have to pay for the return if the item was found to be working, they became defensive - "Don't you threat me, I said it does not work and that is the end of it. I am going to report you to eBay." What we received back from them is an item that looks like it may have been deliberately smashed to pieces. Based on my experience with them as a professional seller, I would avoid dealing with them again, at all costs.

County Computers was unable to fix my PlayStation 4 which had the "white light of death"/HDMI port not working... that is fine, I don't mind that they were unable to fix this problem. However, my PlayStation 4 was returned to me in a worse condition than when I took it in as it had some sort of weird, spiral melted imprint along the top of it as well as the console itself not being assembled back together properly. I was given a very insincere apology with no offer of compensation for the permanent damage. I was very disappointed with this outcome, I then went to a different repair shop who fixed the PlayStation 4 with no problems.

Booked an appointment with Team Knowhow for the repair of my Bosch Dishwasher, with a one off charge of £119. After waiting a week for a suitable appointment my rather grumpy expert arrived to inform me he would only be inspecting my dishwasher today and if Currys dont make enough money on the repair they wont be doing it!
I asked how much the part required would cost and was informed it would be around £60 and Currys will contact me later on today today by email with a full inspection report and date for repair.
Feeling disappointed at entering a 2nd week with no dishwasher, I said farewell to the grumpy expert and waited for news on my repair.
However 2 hours later I was completely shocked to receive a email refunding my £119 without any explanation or inspection report.
No wonder the company is on the verge of bankruptcy if this is their idea of customer service. Waited a week to be treated in this infuriating and disrespectful manner, by a company who appear to seek enhanced profit above customer satisfaction. It has certinally drove me away and no doubt many others, I will never waste my time dealing with Currys again and will certinally enjoy its impending demise.

Shockingly bad. I just have been in there an hour today buying an iPad that I'd ordered online. Not the fault of the lad who serves me admittedly. We visited 4 tills before finding one that worked. Then when we did the £20 discount for my iPad could not be applied (again because of a computer error) What an irony. In a shop full of computers and specialists who know computers and they can't get the things that sell the merchandise to customers to work.

Posted 2 items to the same customer Royal Mail 24 (the ones that are supposed to be scanned upon delivery). Customer claims they were not delivered. Which means that either Royal Mail lost them or the postman is to lazy to scan the items upon delivery which is more likely.

I like to give people the benefit of doubt, but the attitude of the mature lady behind the counter of this post office is absolutely dreadful, Christmas has obviously been thrown out with her common courtesy and the grinch has moved in. I will not be using this facility again.

Terrible service! Not only is the woman at the desk one of the most rude, unprofessional and sour faced assistants I've ever encountered - she really shouldn't be working with the general public and would benefit hugely from some customer service training- but once you can tear her away from her kindle or phone she tells you they don't do things that it says clearly on the Royal Mail site can be done at any branch - returning Euros for example. She also makes up what you can and can't send - I've checked for what is allowed and found my items are fine when taken to the one up the road after checking with them, who are far more polite and courteous. Avoid this place!

Bad service... I tried to send a parcel to my country and no one told me that I can or can’t send there. When I came back and asked “what’s going on?” , post office worker tried to prove to me that she always does it and she was quite rude.
I don’t have problem with memory.
I work with clients and I know the main rules - “client should be happy; client should get all service and and staff should be polite and smiling”.
So I didn’t get anything from this place. Thanks.

Customer service is woeful! Went in with a few parcels and got told to go to another post office in future! The women then proceeded to make comments about how she was working alone and her queue would be long all day now! And when customers came in apologised on my behalf for how many parcels I had! I understand she was working on her own but this is my local post office and I've been going with my mum since I was a child I was made to feel uncomfortable and found the staff member very rude! Will be going to a different post office from now on!!

I went to this post and Jan served me .I explained to her that I had just moved house so in needed my logbook change the address .My driving licence change the address and my digi card ( HGV) change the address and it also need renewing .I had a letter and envelope for my digi card detail .The lady told me I had the wrong form and gave me another form. I realise that I had not received my card so I went to the post office for an explanation Jan told she wasn't interested as she had to cash up and had to serve customers and was not interested as I didn't have a receipt. I realised later that I gave Jan the correct details and she gave me back my original copy. I asked her to realise that she made a mistake and she became abusive and told me to get out of the post office .I was trying to point out to her that she made a mistake but she kept lying saying I didn't go to her post office and she hadn't seen the form I gave her . A credit to the branch. She takes each costomer as her focus for a long as they need, and will endeavour to solve any query she receives. Gentle with a lovely smile. Dislike the bank in general any branch I have been too have been horrible. so my fathers account got hacked without him knowing. apparently its up to my father to phone the companys to find out what had happend. No it is youre job as a bank to protect my fathers money hence why he has an account with yourselves so now card is cancelled and he has to wait 7 days for a new card and pin in the meantime has to travel to branch everyday to get money out. now the fact my father went out of his way to bring ID didnt even bother checking. That too me is worrying its self. generally bank like this different give a dam. My father is now switching as am i. Horrible staff not helpful.

On December 15th, I tried to withdraw some money from the ATM outside your branch. No cash was issued from the machine, and because I have a sight defect ,I thought that I may have done something wrong. I went into the branch and a lady helped me to get some cash. Unfortunately I didn't get a name, but she was very helpful and very pleasant-thankyou very much.

This used to be a great bank, but unfortunately I'm finding myself leaving a negative review after a recent incident. Without going in to too much detail, for security purposes, I was made to feel like a criminal due to a "fraudulent transaction" on my account and left with no account after the fraud team told me one thing on the phone but the customer service advisor in branch told me another. I'm not happy with the way this was handled, so 2 complaints were lodged. I'll take my services elsewhere.

Having had "no joy" experiences with a couple of credit score organisations, I booked an appointment with Lloyds Bank at Breck Road to finally get this sorted out. I was seen by Lucy, the Manageress there, and she was brilliant. Courteous, professional and she managed to sort everything out for me. An absolutely appalling branch, no staff, self service machines always breaking down, recently deposited money in one of them and never credited my account nor did it give me a receipt. They had to resort to checking CCTV to see if i was telling the truth regarding my deposit !!!! Absolutely disgusting. Doesn't open on a Saturday which makes it difficult for me to pay money in because I am at work during the week. Doesn't have an external paying in machine for personal customers which would then solve that issue, has one for business customers but not personal.
On the rare occasion I have been able to pop in during a break, if the paying in machine doesn't work and I have to pay over the counter, filling in the slip is time consuming, other banks let you just give cash and your card to pay in and job done.
Seems a little outdated compared to other branches, I used to work in Preston and that branch was fabulous.

Worst bank in the UK. Absolute rubbish. Only one person at the station with a queue of about 10 people.. another member of staff standing there not helping.. ended up walking out. Need to add more staff and teller stations instead of machines. Also they have removed the quick deposit box which was much better than the machines when depositing a large number of cheques (machines fail to calculate them all the time). Avoid unless you like standing around in a bank for 30-40 minutes. Would rate 0 stars.
