Has an issue with my son's iMac (not the first I may add). Found these guys online at Apple heck and was very pleased with the service. Took it in and thoroughly ran tests to diagnose a rare fault but one that was better to fix than to get rid of the Mac which they promptly did. Thanks Matt and everyone at Applecheck.

Matt Starns was very professional and helpful dealing with my broken iMac hard drive. In fact I emailed three local companies at the same time regarding this problem and Applecheck were the only ones who replied! I’m glad they did as they replaced my internal hard drive, recovered lost data and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Communication was also excellent.

I would not hesitate to recommend PC Repair Southend. I have just had my old laptop upgraded and it is now running like a brand new laptop but I still have my original (pink) casing, screen and keyboard, plus it cost a fraction of the price a new laptop would have cost. As I do not drive, Garry collected and delivered and it only took a few days. Very good service and very reasonable prices. Have also used them in the past for problems and they are excellent.

Fantastic service - thanks for coming to my rescue Garry. I had fears that my son had accidentally deleted my very important information from the laptop, and so I took it to Garry to use some tools or forensic methods to recover the data. I have been a Brunel customer for many years. They first saved me a lot of my retirement money, stopping me buying a computer which was full of features I would never use, instead selling me a much less costly model matched precisely to my requirements.
Over the years they have helped me when I have hit problems: sometimes I have sat at the keyboard, phone in hand, while they have dictated what commands to type in. And, a few months ago, suspicious that I was being hacked, I phoned Brunel, was told to turn off the computer at once and take it to them. It had been stuffed with malware which they then cleaned up.
Brunel's staff are always friendly and helpful, their advice excellent - especially when matching hardware and software to your personal requirements - and their prices very reasonable. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

Do not use this man under any circumstances.
I paid this man £35 to clean two iphone ear speakers. in the process he has destroyed both my phones and now claims it is nothing to do with him.
I paid money for parts which he now claims never happened,
he sold me Apple lightning adapter which Apple themselves confirm are fake.
No credit card, only cash with no receipts.
I am angry beyond words that I took two perfectly working iphones to him a week ago and now I have no iphone. he's taken £35 for the cleaning and £15 for a part which he now totally denies taking.
I've heard every excuse going for him, from the weather, to a known Apple issue to out right lies.
This is totally unacceptable

PC Nerd was great, when my laptop screen cracked AND it was very slow. It wasn't just a load of stuff that had installed itself, but an old and dying hard drive. Had practical advice about cost/benefits of screen replacement, complete clean-up of my laptop and a new hard drive for a very good price. Excellent service, quick, helpful, don't mystify with jargon. Would highly recommend. The latest Windows 10 Update has messed up my old AMD desktop (again) and I can't access my stuff, so will be heading along there again today!

Very stupidly decided to plug in and format my external hard drive to my phone and lost all of the important work and personal data on the device. IT help desk took the device and recovered all of the files that had been lost, much to my relief. Reasonably priced service and clearly experts in what they do, would definitely recommend.

It's the worst bank.And bad customer service. The client has to repeat about the problem each different staff and no one can help. When actually someone stolen your money they just can tell you that they are not going to do anything about it. And You as a victim have to call a police and deal with situation when someone took money from your account and used contactless.So clearly demonstrated bad service and let customers deal wit in stress situations.

Stupid system, walked in qued up as I wanted to lower my overdraft. When I was eventually seen was told that I had to make an appointment, so stupid! before all you had to do was go in give your details and get it lowered took a couple of minutes. Was asked if I did online banking and obviously they don't as they would know that you can't lower it online but of course you can increase it. They obviously want to keep people in debt that's how they make money,paying their bosses millions of pounds a year in bonuses for doing well and not passing anything on to their customers when we the tax payer's bailout their backside every time it goes pear-shaped. I just want to say how great the young woman (blonde hair, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) on the front desk (as you walk in) was trying to sort out my query. I first asked to speak to someone, and as the wait was taking so long she approached me again to try and show me how the mobile app worked to resolve the issue quicker – then my phone stopped working (!), she was patient told me not to worry and to just let her know when it resumed working and she'd walk me through it. Eventually I took so long to get it working I had to leave, but I used the app back at home and it was much simpler! Thanks so much for keeping your patience with me when it was really, really busy.

The new ATMs make it quick and easy to do simple banking tasks like depositing money or checking accounts, I don't know why the older machines are still there with half the capabilities.
I was seen relatively quickly when I had more complex banking needs, but staff on the floor is limited, and are commonly caught up helping people use the new machines so it could take a while to grab their attention.

Very unhelpful woman. I needed 3 months bank statements for the flat I wanted to rent. They wouldn't give me the statements on the basis that the name on my account was my second name. In Cheltenham there is never an issue as they as ask me security questions. Seems totally stupid as I can get 2 months banks statements from a machine anyway. I lost the flat. I have been banking with HSBC for 20 years plus.

I cannot express adequately in writing, without resorting to expletives, how utterly horrible and unkind the staff at this branch are when it comes to its treatment of customers. There are front of house officers here who delight in humiliating and belittling people in public. They are not at all afraid of being downright insulting and accusatory, presumably confident that their behaviour will not lead to any sanctions against them, and they appear to relish reducing mature adults to quivering wrecks and even to tears. I have personally been abused by them myself, and have received compensation after raising a complaint at the highest level, but I have also witnessed this treatment inflicted on others on more than one occasion. In one visit to the Branch I witnessed three different customers in the space of 45 minutes being maltreated to the extent that they were truly distressed. The staff at this Branch have no regard for vulnerable people, and they seem to particularly have a dislike of anyone who shows signs of anxiety or distress. It staggers the mind to understand how Natwest can allow this to continue. In particular a woman called Shelley should be firmly taken in hand, and removed from any role dealing face to face with the general public. This Branch is the stuff of nightmares, and has literally caused them to me in the recent past.

Awful bank in Southend. NatWest has taken on RBS but hardly seems to have hired any new staff to accommodate this. Have to wait nearly half an hour just to be seen. I ordered a new bank card as I believe somebody has been spending on my card. The bank told me to ring the company the money had been spent to myself and refused to launch a fraud investigation. Not only that but when my new bank card did come through had to wait over an hour just to get it from the bank. Ridiculous. Clearly NatWest have no care for customer service anymore and have taken on more than they can handle. Goodbye NatWest/RBS

Visited at lunch time midweek and after
reasonable waiting, I was seen by very professional and friendly member of staff. Couldn't ask for better service and really appreciated how it was dealt with my enquiries. Would come back again if needed.

Name put on a list at the so called fast track desk! The wait was about 35 minutes! During that time the cash desks quite obviously didn't have enough customers to keep the two employees busy! I asked if the cash desks could take a few waiting people to help reduce the growing queue at the Fast Track Desk, I was then told that company policy now dictates that the Cash Desks are not allowed to be used for this purpose! Surely if the Cash Desks were quiet the manager would get them to help!! There seems to be a reluctance by the management to use their own innitiative as despite what company policy dictates here in the real world there is quite often a need to be proactive. Also new company policy dictates that you cannot open an account with Nat West if you already have an account elseware, they will only open an account if all transactions from your other bank are transfered to Nat West! Surely this contravenes the Monopolies Comission?
Sort it out Nat West!!!!

I was thinking of swapping over from Santander to Natwest, thought it was good they open early on saturday, found staff unhelpful and miserable, I wont be bothering.

Only ever two staff at counters but any holdups stuff it for the rest as queue builds up. Not staff fault, its NatWest trying to 'persuade' customers to go online or use bank atm's. Most banks see staffing as a cost cutting exercise not a plus for customer service. Job satisfaction must be zero hence frustrated staff. No excuse for rudeness or intolerance though. Question of timing, I have been lucky getting in/out quickly. But have had to wait on occasions. People prefer counter service judging by how few use the ATM's so it can be a battle of the '300' at times. Not the staff's fault blame it on the NatWest boogie. Catch22, don't use the counter service enough bank will close. Use the counter service & get cheesed off waiting when busy. What do banks really want to do with their customers? I think Banks are in dire straits, they want 'something for nothing and the rest is free!' It's a self perpetuating downward spiral as all they want is digital and on-line to minimise cost & maximise profits. Customers don't have names only numbers, prisoners of the digital revolution. Come back Capt. Mainwaring all is forgiven!

The worst customer support I have recieved from a NatWest branch ever. Understaffed, rude and completely unkloedgeble. Teresa had me waiting in the que for 10 minutes just to tell me that I need to go to her colleague. A couple a months ago the manager was extremely rude and did not know that Google Pay exist. She was arguing with me that I need to activate Apple Pay. I have tried explaining to her that Google offers a similar service and I needed activated but she said that it does not exist.

Absolutely disgusting experience at Leigh Broadway branch in Leigh on Sea Essex on two occasions.
We are trying to deal with our Mums estate after her death last week, just 4 weeks after a cancer diagnosis.
Twice we have dealt with Susan Tuvell and her attitude is appalling. This afternoon we asked to see the Manager. Surprise surprise there isn’t one and nobody wants to take any responsibility. We have demanded to see someone who is prepared to take some responsibility and have eventually spoken to Rebecca at Southend. In all honesty she was really helpful. Maybe Susan hasn’t had the proper training? Maybe should not be left front of house?
We have made a formal complaint and NatWest we intend to take this to the highest level.
Incidentally we have also had dealings across the road at the local branch of Santander today and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
