Having been using Jeff for a number of years i would love to say that its a pleasure having him work on my computer(s), however every time I do its because I have a problem & I'm in "PANIC MODE"!
That said Every time - bar one-completely fried computer (No Fix No fee by the way, altho' got charged (very little) for the retrieval of all my data from the fried Hard-Drive, & setting up of "new" computer etc)- all my problems have been fixed quickly AND CHEAPLY!!!
I have NO hesitation in recommending Jeff for all things IT.-and have done so to friends and work colleagues - all of whom have been equally satisfied.

Seeing how this is the only Post Office within walking distance you would think they'd ensure there was someone trained on at all time to deal with the Postal duties; however, this is not the case.
In entering the shop/postal office I noticed that there was a sign saying 'position closed', now this was at 11.30 and on Google is say it's closing time is 12.30. I asked the girl behind the shop counter if it was opening and she replied "she didn't come in today". The Asian shop assistant then mentioned that she was coming in today for the girl to mention she closed at 11 with me still waiting there for someone to give me a straight answer. I then asked where else is there, the girl told me Burntisland.
I traveled to Burntisland and I wasn't even off the bus and I could see that the Post Office was closed. This made me furious! So getting of the bus and crossing over to wait again from another bus back to Kinghorn was a waste of my time and money.
As much as I tried to bite my lip I had to go back into the postal office and give them a piece of my mind; I didn't swear or come across as aggressive, all I said was I went to Burntisland Post Office and it was closed, so maybe in future if you're going to send people elsewhere instead of wasting their time like you have mine, you're sending them to places that are open. I don't know if this girl is stupid or just wasn't listening but she asked if I've tried Kirkcaldy? I replied 'I'm not spending my day travel around looking for Postal Offices that are open' and walked out.
I won't be coming back here and would advise you don't either; erratic opening times, clueless staff etc. Not worth you time or money!

New waiting system is a complete mess. Bank tellers can no longer do anything for you except put money in - what is the point of that when the machines are there?
I wanted to put money in and change an outgoing payment and was told I couldn't see a teller and had to sit for 15 minutes in a waiting area instead. Now I have to sit and wait to change my payment and then go to a machine to put my money in, instead of doing it all at once.
Previously what would have taken 2 minutes has been extended to 20 minutes. Idiotic.

Banking has always been frustrating but this branch takes it to a whole new level. The staff always seem to come out of hiding into the main lobby and just as quickly vanish into the abyss. For a city centre branch to only ever have 2 people (even 2 people is a rarity) ever serving is beyond me. But wait, The multi million pound renovation looks great, just a real shame it's drowned in the misery of actually doing any banking. Maybe next time you should exchange some gold leaf for some staff that actually help, rather than just ask me what I'm doing here....over and over again.

New waiting system is a joke, I came in for a printed statement and not allowed to wait in line to get one. Told to do it online but I can't print off one from online as its not an official proof of address.
I'm not sure why you have 3 people "greating and helping" customers when before this procedure would take 2 minutes going straight to a teller.
Word of advice for RBS less people standing around in kilts more people actually helping customers and getting things done.
Also theirs no queue as no one else is sitting around so unsure why it's been over 10 minutes already...

Fancies itself a bit too much this place.
Two instances where customer service have been lacking.
Firstly, a chap ahead of me was depositing a lot of money. Not that I realised until a senior (presumably) told a colleague to tell me to GET BACK. I can hear you love....I'm stood here.
Secondly, waited 20 minutes for a change order, without being acknowledged by anyone.
It's all fur coat no knickers with this place.
Brush up your customer service skills ASAP. You're a beautiful bank, but don't you just know it.

Nowadays, unlike Babyman Jesus, many people do not like refugees because they will try and take other people’s jobs by pretending to be that person and getting to work before them in the morning. People in Englander land are going to make a wall out of brexits, which will stretch from the borders of Scotland down to Essex, immigrants will have to build the wall from the outside. Some refugees still get in though by hiding in potatoes in France, or by hiding in drones and flying into airports in London. Syria is the most famous maker of refugees, those who had money to escape did not go to Egypt like Babyman Jesus, but went mainly to lovely Greek Islands in private chartered boats. The many who could not escape either ran around the country hiding behind things, or simply stop living. If you do not know how to use the machine use the counter, people follow the procedures to keep your money safe, so easy to complain, but so hard to understand and use the imagination, what will happened if they do not follow the procedures and safety measures - your account will be hacked or emptied by professionals thefts.

Went to the bank with half an hour to spare to unblock my card simply because I tried to buy a phone online.
They kept me waiting on a phone in the branch to their fraud team, for over an hour and a half before they just decided to call them themselves. Realising I wasn't going to get served tonight they pressured me into leaving after wasting all my time, because they want to go home.
Yeah me too.
In all that time no one offered me so much as a glass of water. I've been unfailingly polite but that is *terrible* customer service.
Ironically asked the head of customer services if I could trouble him for a coffee, what with me having waited on a phone for all that time. He said no.
Final straw was when one of them tried to spin it to say "Well you came in here in the last half hour, and now we're stuck... We could just have said sorry, no."
Unbelievable. How dare I inconvenience them with a request to let me use my money when they have arbitrarily suspended my access and only allow thirty minutes for it. What a nightmare customer I am.

Nice, clean branch with good amenities offering a dedicated business desk and various financial services. Usually lots of staff and minimal queues. Staff are helpful and numerous. Sadly the parents of the local school fill the car park up terribly at peak times.

What a pleasure to be served with so nice woman and with so much grace . Extremely annoyed. I went to do a quick deposit before work this morning. there no Pay In slips or envelopes and I had to leave with my £300 deposit in my purse. I have now had a text stating that I am being charged for using my overdraft today. Bank shuts at 5 and I am at work until 5 - in an area where I have no access to a bank within the work hours.. And no way of contacting this branch either.

This is our branch of choice because there is dedicated parking. We have been here several times over the past three years. We received exceptionally good service every time, friendly and professional. Like another reviewer mentioned, we always feel like special customers, not just a number.

Staff very helpful but not enough of them. Only one on duty to help non business customers which is a bit disappointing. Staff at the business counter also had quite a queue. As a result had a bit of a long wait to be attended to.

I've been a loyal Bank of Scotland customer for years, never had any issues with the bank as such. Now the Bothwell branch is a different story. For a start they are NEVER EVER open on time. It says 9AM. This means you should open your doors at 9AM and be ready to serve your customers. Not open at 9.03/ 9.05 and take another 5 minutes to "sign in" to your working station. Get a grip, synchronise your watches and do some work for a change instead of having a chat with your pals at work.

The customer service is appalling. We had tried to switch from our old bank to RBS, and our application was almost finished by their employee. All we were asked to do was to bring the 3-months statements from our old bank (we didn’t have them handy) to finalise our application.
However, when we returned the next day, turned out that RBS lost all the scans and we had to create another application from scratch. Also, it was another employee who demanded a completely different set of documents, then it was agreed the day before :-( Disgusted by this, we left. As it turned out, the process heavily depends on who works in a branch in a particular day.

If you close branches you should have the capacity to deal with our customers in the remaining branches otherwise they will go elsewhere and that will definitely reduce the queues.

I went there in August During the Festival time and wanted to exchange some old bank notes I still had.
It was a busy Saturday and we sneaked in shortly before closing time.
So that lovely, arrogant woman with the white blond coloured fake hair, the fake neo orange nails, the fake eye lashes and the fake tan just said they wouldn't take them any longer.
Well, they are a bank so they are even during closing time suppose to do so...
She also send my friend away who wanted to exchange Euros into Pounds and said she shall get them at the machine.
That is no custom Service and the things we wanted were done quickly if you are smart. If you are like this lazy person obvious not...

Large solo branch in Kirkcaldy (Fife) but only two staffed cash desks, broken pay in machines, small awkward car park and huge queues because of having just 2 cash desks. However, the staff are great when you eventually get hold of one of them. Overall, very poor for a so called "high street bank" that isn't even on the high Street any more.
