My son wanted to build a gaming computer, he took a list of what he wanted to Megabytes. Brad thoroughly went through the list and made recommendations to my son to enhance his gaming experience and also to ensure he was not overpaying for parts that he could exchange for a cost saving. Brad communicates well with young people, he explained in great detail to my son so he was fully involved in the process. He ordered the components which came the next day and once my son had built the computer Brad checked it all and made necessary adjustments and let my son switch the computer on. The computer is excellent and Brad went out of his way to ensure that the process was exciting for my son, it all went smoothly and we knew everything was in order as Brad had checked everything. I therefore cannot recommend Megabytes highly enough for their customer care, service and expertise, thanks again.

Jan is a great guy, fixed 2 of my Macbook laptops all within 24 hours. Another shop stated the Macbooks were unrepairable this would require new motherboards, he fixed them both for £165 including a new HDD cable required. Also was willing to open on a saturday/sunday if I was unable to make a weekday back to collect the laptops.

I was very impressed with Techno Repair. I rang them in the morning and a very helpful and courteous young woman answered and explained the process. I took my daughter's iPhone 6S phone, with very cracked screen, to them at 3.30pm and was able to collect half an hour later. Very reasonable cost of £45 compared to other companies. Technician was also very friendly and professional and they even cleaned the screen!!! One very happy customer (and her daughter!!)

After a lot of searching around, I chose Stormfront Epsom to do a GPU repair on my Macbook Pro. As for the negative reviews - ignore them. I believe Stormfront may have recently changed their systems and how they operate as none of the negative comments left by others had even an ounce of truth when I reflect upon my experience. I received many notifications via SMS alerting me of the status of the repair - it was fantastic. At first I was hesitant due to some reviews but luckily I proceeded. I'm still shocked that just after 7 days my laptop was all fixed and ready to be collected. I will definitely be using this store again and will be recommending to family & friends.

Bought a guaranteed for life glass screen protector and when I had an issue with it they said it’s no longer under guarantee!! Apparently the guarantee has changed since buying it. Paid £30 for this too. Bought a new one exactly the same from the little stool outside for £10. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with bad customer service here either. Staff in general are unfriendly and don’t know the products.

Literally the most ridiculous shop in the world. To get a repair, you have to book an appointment. But you can't do that online. So you call - but it rings for 15 minutes. Then some guys answers who couldn't sound less interested in either being helpful, apologetic (about the wait) or getting your business. And you cannot book ahead more than 2 weeks so I have to call them back in 3 days to make the appointment!
Maybe this is what you get when you employ presumably untrained (in dealing with adult customers) teenagers.
Laughable would be too high praise.

Self proclaimed "geniuses" like Lex and Joel (manager) are just process junkies!
Process junkies who ruined my wife's day when she went in for a battery replacement on a pre-booked appointment. She was horribly treated by the staff who made her feel absolutely silly and stupid. Absolute lack of customer service, empathy, and shame on the geniuses who think they actually own a trillion dollars company!!

They stole £309 from me directly by applying their deceiving polices. I will be taking this matter to her Majesty's Courts and the Tribunals Service. Also, it is hard to quantify the damage the lackadaisical customer services caused to my business, loss of my time and other indirect costs incurred. Same guy working there since I was about 5 and my dad used to take me there. I have been going to post parcels recently & he is just so cold and rude every time. He has a post office facility within the store which he also manages, however he asked how I would like my first parcel sent (which was first class) & then with the following parcel he just assumed that it was also first class & charged me a bomb! Whenever you go to the actual post office they always ensure that they ask PER item to ensure a smooth service of the Royal Mail!!!!!!! But this guy thinks he can just go by his own rules. He used to be so nice and familiar and now he is just miserable and hence why people go to the shop opposite instead. Massive let down.

Well since I own this establishment I have to reply to Miele Bella’s rather pathetic review.This lady walked in to our post office and because she had to wait for approximately 1 minuet promptly proceeded to accuse us of being ill mannered and ignoring her.When my staff tried to reason with her she became very aggressive at which point I intervened and she was racially abusive towards us and left at that point i followed her out to her car and told her exactly what I thought of her.What a pathetic individual.

He alarmed me ”quick bro I want to go home” I didn't reply to that, because I think this is not polite customer service after he scared me a couple of time. I told him, this is not the friendly customer service. He said this is my opinion and thank you. After he had the same rude conversation, he said I could complain he is the manager. He did not look like a manager with his mentality. When I post negative feedback, it disappeared later.

I’ve lived in Ewell for 24 years and I actively choose to go to other post offices whether that be Cheam or Epsom. Family that own this post office are exceedingly rude and disrespectful. One time it was 4:30pm and the owner was taking exceedingly long with a customer. When he was done it was 4:55pm and he chose not to serve me disputes waiting 25 minutes. This was not the first time this sort of slight had happened and I asked him what his problem was and that his service was simply not good enough! Awful service and awful owners, don’t grace them with your business.

Turned up to post my item at 1pm to find the Post Office shut. Apparently they take their lunch from 1 - 2pm and therefore shut the Post Office! Terrible service and not open the full stated opening hours. Just rubbish that people take time out of their lunch to post something and they can't get their staffing levels right to stay open for full day. Get in the 21st Century!!

Mangala - if that's her real name, was probably the rudest woman I have ever encountered!!! She spoke to me like I was a naughty school child in front of all the other customers due to me asking her to scan something (it was the wrong thing, which I apologised for, but she carried on and on about how I was stupid and needed to get things right). Needless to say, I asked her if I should go somewhere else... to which she answered "no, but, you really should get things right... and carried on and on... needless to say, I walked out. The male workers here act either in a creepy or inappropriate way to young women or they are very rude in general, especially the man at the first till when you come into the shop - he is very strange and rude and it took about 5 minutes of him just staring at me while I asked him multiple times for what I wanted before he made some comment and then actually did it. It was very strange and uncomfortable - I thought he couldn't speak or understand me since he just stared strangely for so long!

The lady on the counter is extremely rude. I went to buy washing powder and the first thing she said - I have no change to give out for laundrette and won't accept cash unless you tender the exact change. refused to accept cash. Not sure why they are even opened if they want to refuse the customer straightaway. The costcutter down the road is extremely helpful. Probably she can learn a thing or two from the bloke at their counter.

This is a grocery store and sub post office, with a reasonable range of essentials, including a variety of breads, cakes stationary, tins, chilled goods, drinks and snacks. They keep the shelves adequately stocked and the opening times are decent. It seems picky to me to complain about problems with the post office (stemming from short staffing issues) when we're lucky to have one at all. They do their best.
The staff are friendly and helpful, which is more than can be said for the local Costcutter, and I tend to choose G&A over them for that reason. My mother only had to go in there a few times and ask about vegan food, and some vegan-suitable naan bread showed up. Clearly, they listen.

Went in with enough time to post some parcels before the post office closed. The normal guy working in there wasn't in, someone else was covering for him. The guy made me wait while he served someone else who was buying lottery tickets, then told me he can't serve me any more because they are now closed.
Worst experience ever. Will never use the service again if someone else is covering for the guy that is normally there. Would not recommend the post office service to anyone if the owner is being covered by someone else.

I had just the same scenario as Matthew Stanton had below. I took a parcel in to this post office to drop off as I had previously booked the service online, only to be told that it's too large and that "it's a very strict rule by Parcel Force not to accept this package here". When asking where I can take it she came up with New Malden as this is a crown post office. What a load of codswallop. I took it around the corner to the other post office in Tesco who had no problem accepting my parcel...
Maybe the staff need educating on the services they offer or even just a little courtesy!

It used to be a fantastic bank but not anymore. You call customer services and they ask you to go to the store, you go there and you wait and wait and wait. The manager I spoke to tried to help and eventually he did but everything goes really slow and I had to keep calling the branch to follow up.Who will imagine to pay the remaining of a loan can be difficult??
Metro Bank seems to believe people have all the time in the world to spend in their stores.
I am not complaining about the manager who helped me but complaining about the way things get done.
Then again I called customer services to close an account and it’s been almost 2 weeks and still waiting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is so quick and effortless. They are open late during the week and are even open on a Sunday, which means you can visit them without taking time off from work. Popped in minutes before closing on a Sunday to ask what was needed to set up our child's account and half an hour later it was done, with the staff offering to do it there and then. I also have it on good authority that their dog biscuits are some of the best!

Work of the operating system, installation of programs, and even the ordinary act of connecting a disk, USB drive or smartphone to the computer will create new files that might overwrite the deleted data - and thus make the recovery process impossible.
